An Exploration of the Integration Path of Music Education and Examination in Primary and Secondary Schools in China
Aesthetic education makes full use of all aesthetic phenomena that exist in human society. In particular, the perception and understanding of beauty in work and the development of the human ability to make beauty part of the process and outcome of work. Music education is an important part of aesthetic education. By using music as an educational tool, music education develops special abilities and talents in specific types of art. In China, the integration between music examinations and aesthetic education brings a challenge to schools and public.How will schools put aesthetic subjects in the exam and what should be included in the exam? The paper introduced the background of the aesthetic education in China and discussed the roles of music in aesthetic education. To integrate the music education with the exams, the papers explores the paths of ability-originate exams, practical skills-originate exams and mind-developing originate exams, hoping to enlighten the public on the music course development in China
The Development of College English Teachers in the New Era
The rapid development of science and technology and the global integration have put forward new requirements for talents. In the new era, colleges and universities are facing unprecedented challenges in talents cultivation. A Study on Developing Critical Thinking of College Students through CRD in Comprehensive English Class
To cultivate independent innovation capability has become the core goal of the Higher Education in China and also an important indicator to display national strength. The critical thinking ability is the premise and foundation of innovative capability. Therefore, there is a pressing need to to develop critical minds of the college students in daily teaching. Haidilao customer evaluation based on Meituan data and analysis of the effectiveness of Haidilao's sinking strategy ——Take Hohhot as an example
This paper selects four Haidilao hotpot restaurants in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, uses web crawler technology to obtain customer scores and comprehensive evaluations on taste, environment, service, cost performance, etc. on Meituan.com, and then uses text analysis methods to explore and analyze customers’satisfaction with dining in Haidilao hotpot restaurant, and put forward feasible suggestions for the implementation of Haidilao's sinking strategy in Hohhot area
The Current Situation and Problems of Teachers' professional Development from an International Perspective and Its Enlightenment to China: based on the results of TALIS 2018
The OECD released a survey report on the global professional development of teachers in June 2019. Through the analysis of the survey report and data information, it is found that the participation of international teachers' professional development is very high, and the content of professional development is diverse. The ways of international teachers' professional development mainly focus on the improvement of discipline knowledge and discipline teaching ability. However, international teachers also face problems such as the conflict between work and professional development, insufficient policy support and so on. Using Reading Circles to Connect Readers with Text Extensive Reading
Extensive reading course is a critical part of cultivating English majors’ language learning ability. Its teaching quality directly impacts students’ improvement of reading ability. Combined with autonomous learning theory, this paper aims to explore the practical meaning of introducing and practicing Reading Circles in extensive reading course and analyze its benefits to cultivate students’ autonomous reading ability and critical thinking ability. By applying this new teaching mode, it hopes to connect students with text and thus create a classroom environment in which students can interact with the text. It is expected to change the situation of teachers-oriented class and improve students’ core competence of reasoning, analysis and judgment
Exploration on Curriculum Reform of British and American Literature for English Majors in China’s Provincial Medical University
Abstract: As one of the compulsory courses for English majors, British and American Literature plays an indispensable role in cultivating students’ foreign literature knowledge and literary appreciation competence, as well as improving students’ comprehensive qualities such as humanistic quality and moral sentiment. This paper analyzes the status of British and American Literature Course by demonstrating the existing problems and their causes. Taking the curriculum reform of British and American Literature in a provincial medical university as an example, this paper discusses ways to revise and adjust the Talent Training Program according to the National Standard (for Foreign Language and Literature Majors), puts forwards exploratory strategies on reforming the traditional training mode and creating new mode suitable for the growth needs of students’, aiming to perfect the curriculum system suitable for the university, achieve the goal of talents training and meet the new national requirements of undergraduate education
Exploring the Challenges towards Active Learning at a Public University in Afghanistan: A Case Study of EFL Lecturers’ Perceptions
Active learning is often connected with teaching and learning that is progressive and involves active student participation. The chief purpose of this research project was to explore Afghan EFL lecturers’ perceptions towards challenges hampering active learning. With regards to achieving this objective, a qualitative research approach, in particular, face-to-face interviews were conducted. The researcher interviewed and collected the data from seven EFL lecturers in the Languages and Literature Faculty and EFL lecturers in Education Faculty at Kandahar University. This study identified large classes, lack of technological facilities, lack of time, shortage of lecturers, and cultural issues as the challenges hampering active learning
Research on the Path of Community Emotional Governance of “Village to Residence”
The "village-to-residential" community is a special form of community in the process of urbanization in China. It has both the characteristics of urban and rural areas, and has its own uniqueness. The "village-to-residential" community has played a relatively important role in the development and evolution of the city, but its traditional self-structure and the modernization of the urban community show a certain contradiction, which leads to various governance problems. How to manage the transformation of villages into communities during this period is an issue that each city attaches great importance to.This paper defines the scope of the village-to-residential community and the concept of emotional governance, expounds the current governance problems of the village-to-residential community from the perspective of emotional governance, and faces the problems of community governance space and cultural space disorder. Through these problems, this paper finds that emotional governance can alleviate the incompatibility of the village to a certain extent on the basis of literature review. At the same time, it proposes the optimization mechanism of emotional governance from the aspects of space, structure and network, hoping to further improve the community governance theory of "village to residential" community governance activities, governance optimization, and scientific practice
Factors Influencing Female Participation in Sports Tourism Based on Logistic Model
With the development of women economic and the increase demand of health, there has been a considerable increase in the demand for female sports tourism consumption. However, very few researches on female sports tourism behaviour have been done in existing research literature. This paper investigates factors influencing female participation in sports tourism. The research objectives were firstly to construct a theoretical model of factors influencing female participation in sports tourism based on 4 dimensions with 31 items, including individual characteristics, tourism behavior characteristics, sports consumption behaviors, and consumption preferences and demand, followed by analyzing intentions of female sports tourism and its influencing factors, then the study try to suggest ways of promoting female participation in sports tourism. Binary logistic regression model was used for data analysis. The findings were indicated that factors, such as age, census register, disposable income per month, frequency of travel, sports tourism experience,etc. have significant effects on female participation in sports tourism
