The concept of internationalization holds growing significance in higher education, particularly for Chinese universities, as they enhance global engagement, cross-cultural exchange, and international collaboration. Simultaneously, international organizations play a pivotal role in addressing global challenges and advancing sustainable development. This study explores the intersection of China's university internationalization strategies and talent cultivation for international organizations.Chinese universities have embraced varied internationalization endeavors, equipping graduates with intercultural competencies, global perspectives, and effective cross-cultural skills. These efforts align with international organizations' multifaceted needs, requiring a workforce adept at navigating complex global landscapes and addressing intricate issues. The study examines core elements of internationalization strategies impacting talent development, including alignment with international organizations, integration of cutting-edge research, interdisciplinary and intercultural social practice, and fostering diversified global outlooks. By aligning with international organizations' agendas, promoting global perspectives, and integrating academic research, universities pave a path for students to excel in international roles. Encouraging interdisciplinary and intercultural social practices enhances teamwork, social governance, and service-oriented skills—crucial competencies for international organizations. This study recommends aligning internationalization strategies with United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, addressing global challenges, and fostering international collaborative cultivation. These pillars are crucial for universities aspiring to nurture talents poised for international organizational roles

A Study on the Construction of Five-In-One Teaching Model for Sports Clubs in Hubei Enshi College
In the 20 years since Shenzhen University took the lead in implementing the teaching reform of the university public sports club system in 1994, well-known and local universities throughout China have implemented the teaching mode of public sports extracurricular club systems one after another. This paper uses research methods such as literature review, expert interviews, and mathematical and statistical analysis to investigate the current situation of sports clubs at Hubei Enshi College and analyze the teaching mode of sports clubs there. Based on this analysis, it was concluded that the sports club at Enshi College in Hubei should adopt a five-in-one teaching mode of "ladder teaching, online learning and practice, multiple assessments, public competitions, and brand sports." The paper suggests that in local ethnic colleges and universities, the university sports club should first establish a unique teaching content and teaching mode of the sports club system. Additionally, the club should form an independent teaching assessment system, and the management system of the university sports club should be continuously optimized, thus promoting the continuous improvement of the comprehensive education system of Hubei Enshi College. This research provides practical guidance to promote the benign development of university sports clubs at Hubei Enshi College and enhance the campus cultural atmosphere of comprehensive sports for university students

Study on the Capacity Assessment and Optimization Path of Social Organizations in Assisting Rural Revitalization
Participation in rural revitalization is a crucial responsibility for social organizations. It not only demonstrates their commitment to serving the country, society, the public, and the industry but is also a vital avenue for achieving high-quality development. To assess the ability of social organizations to contribute to rural revitalization, we constructed an evaluation index system. We employed the TOPSIS evaluation and barrier degree model to evaluate the ability of Chinese social organizations, private non-enterprises, and foundations to participate in rural revitalization in our research area. Our results indicate that the overall ability of social organizations to participate in rural revitalization is at a medium-low level, and three major obstacles exist in the areas of organizational construction, basic guarantee, and project participation. Therefore, we should focus on improving the organizational construction capacity by strengthening the "internal strength of the organization" and cultivate the basic guarantee capacity by paying attention to "own finance." We should also enhance the participation capacity of rural revitalization projects by setting "participation targets" and relying on the "internal strength of the organization." We propose optimization paths from various perspectives, including practicing "internal strength of the organization" and actively improving the capacity of organization construction, paying attention to "own finance" and continuously cultivating the capacity of basic guarantee, focusing on "participation targets" and effectively strengthening the capacity of participation in rural revitalization projects, relying on "digital empowerment" and enhancing the professional service capacity of social organizations, integrating "rural demands" and improving the policy coordination capacity of social organizations
On Foreignization’s Contribution to Spreading Chinese Language and Culture in Pearl S. Buck’s All Men Are Brothers

Study on Teaching Techniques to Improve Chinese Children's Early Reading Fluency
This paper discusses the problems that exist in the development of early reading fluency among children in first-tier cities in China, including unclear reading goals, inappropriate selection of reading materials, inadequate teaching methods, and unscientific reading environment. Through on-site experience, open interviews, observation, case studies, and surveys, the author analyzes these problems and proposes corresponding solutions from seven aspects: cultivating reading skills as the core, emphasizing phonemic awareness in teaching, creating a reasonable teaching environment for early childhood reading, setting up a reading area, creating a psychological environment conducive to cultivating children's reading skills, emphasizing the guiding significance of early childhood reading, and creating successful reading experiences for young children. These suggestions and solutions provide relevant decision-making and guidance for kindergartens, parents, and teachers to carry out early reading activities, which have important value for promoting the development of children's early reading fluency in China
Research Progress on the Relationship between Mental Health and Sleep Disorders
The relationship between mental status and sleep disorders has gained significant attention in recent years. Extensive research has elucidated a bidirectional association between these two domains, highlighting the impact of mental health on sleep and the influence of sleep disturbances on mental well-being. This review provides an overview of the current progress in understanding this complex relationship. In exploring the impact of mental health on sleep disorders, the effects of anxiety, stress, depression, and bipolar disorder on sleep quality and patterns are discussed. Conversely, the influence of sleep disorders, such as insomnia, sleep apnea, and narcolepsy, on mental health outcomes is examined. Neurobiological mechanisms, including shared neural pathways and neurotransmitter dysregulation, as well as the disruption of circadian rhythms, are explored as underlying factors linking mental health and sleep disorders. Moreover, the review discusses various treatment approaches and interventions for individuals with comorbid mental health and sleep disorders. Psychological interventions, pharmacological options, and lifestyle modifications are highlighted as strategies to improve both mental health and sleep outcomes. The review concludes by identifying research gaps, calling for continued interdisciplinary collaboration, and emphasizing the importance of public awareness and education. Future directions and implications for addressing this intricate relationship are discussed to enhance our understanding and develop effective interventions.Overall, the review underscores the significance of recognizing and addressing the bidirectional relationship between mental status and sleep disorders, with the ultimate goal of improving the well-being of individuals affected by these conditions
