Central Asia-West Asia-South Asia Connectivity Building an Upgraded Version of the CPEC
Get PDF The world is undergoing profound changes unprecedented in a century, jointly building the Belt and Road is an important guarantee for maintaining global stability and development in response to profound changes, and building a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international dual cycles promoting each other is a strategic choice to respond to the changes in the complex situations. With the in-depth advancement of the BRI, Xinjiang has actively served and integrated into the new development pattern, becoming a hub node to build a domestic and international dual cycle facing Eurasia. As the flagship project of the BRI and the landmark project of the rise of land power in the post-global era, the CPEC is of great strategic significance in responding to profound changes and building a new development pattern. With the stability of Central Asia, West Asia, and South Asia, we have taken the initiative to accelerate regional connectivity and it is both necessary and feasible to build an upgraded version of the CPEC.
 
A Study on the Measures for the Archival Protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage - "Chinese Painting Pigment Making Technique"
Get PDFChinese painting pigments are essential for creating Chinese paintings and are an integral part of Chinese national culture, as they embody the spirit of Chinese painting. The technique of making Chinese painting pigments was included in the third batch of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage List by the State Council in 2011, emphasizing the significance of Chinese traditional culture. However, as a "living" culture, it is susceptible to change or extinction due to various factors such as inheritance, the social environment, and conservation measures. The art of making Chinese painting pigments is a unique art form that is primarily passed down orally. However, due to the increasing scarcity of raw materials and the decreasing number of artisan heirs, this art form is facing a challenging dilemma. In light of the current situation of Chinese painting pigment making techniques, this paper proposes several feasible solutions for archival protection. One solution is to use the regional characteristics of Chinese painting pigment making for publicity. This strategy would involve promoting the unique aspects of Chinese painting pigment making in various regions to increase awareness and appreciation of the art form. Another solution is to build an archival talent team for Chinese painting pigment technique. This approach would involve identifying and training a group of experts in Chinese painting pigment making to ensure the continued preservation and development of the art form. Finally, building an online resource for Chinese painting pigment making technique would make the information accessible to a wider audience and facilitate the dissemination of knowledge about this art form

It is through these struggles that Beethoven created masterpieces that conveyed the humanity and reality of the world. This paper provides insights into Beethoven's life and offers a reference for future studies on the artist's personal experiences, particularly in his formative years
Financial Flexibility and Investment Efficiency : Based on the Empirical Data of Listed Companies in the New Generation of Information Technology Industry
Get PDFIn recent years, the external financing environment of enterprises has deteriorated, especially since the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic, which has further limited external financing opportunities for enterprises. Therefore, it is imperative to adopt effective financial strategies to promote enterprise growth. This paper examines the influence mechanism of financial flexibility on the investment efficiency of new generation listed companies in the information technology industry from 2017 to 2020. Using the adjustment path analysis method, the paper constructs and verifies the role path of "financial flexibility → investment efficiency" to explore the impact of financial flexibility on investment efficiency and its effect on enterprise growth. The status quo of financial flexibility and investment efficiency of listed companies in the new generation of information technology industry is analyzed descriptively using stata16.0 statistical software. The paper proposes a hypothesis and constructs a multiple linear regression model to examine the influence of financial flexibility on investment efficiency. The empirical results show that the new generation of IT enterprises face challenges such as low capital flexibility and investment efficiency, particularly insufficient investment. Financial flexibility can help enterprises cope with capital demands under uncertain circumstances and improve the efficiency of enterprise investment. Therefore, in the market environment, enterprises should retain financial flexibility while strengthening internal control to improve investment efficiency and meet the needs of enterprise growth. The government and financial sector should promote supply-side structural reform in the financial sector, raise the level of regional financial development, and provide a favorable environment for external financing of strategic emerging industries such as the next-generation information technology industry
A Study on the Sports Injuries in Wushu Teaching at Beichen Children's Art School in Hohhot
Get PDFWushu, also known as Chinese martial arts, is a traditional sport and cultural treasure of China that has a history of thousands of years. In China, Wushu is widely practiced and has been integrated into the national physical education curriculum, with Wushu being taught in schools and training centers across the country. This study adopts research methods such as survey, literature review, and statistics to investigate and analyze the injuries that occur in Wushu teaching at Beichen Children's Art School in Hohhot,China, with the aim of exploring the causes and preventive measures of these injuries and reducing their occurrence in Wushu teaching. The integrated approach of combining internal and external training, as well as the unity of form and spirit, is a major feature of Wushu practice. "Internal" refers to the mental and breath-related activities of the heart, mind, intention, and qi. "External" refers to the external physical activities of the hands, eyes, body, and steps. Many martial arts styles and schools emphasize the integrated approach of internal and external training and the unity of form and spirit. Wushu practice not only has a high exercise value but also has rich content and diverse forms. Different boxing and equipment have different action results, technical requirements, styles, and exercise volumes. It can be carried out without limitation by age, gender, time, season, venue, or equipment. People can choose appropriate projects for exercise according to their needs and conditions, which provides convenient conditions for carrying out mass sports activities. A Study on the Construction of Visitors’ Cultural Memories in a Global Context
Get PDFAbstract: This study investigates empirically the way in which visitors construct their (cross) cultural memories during the process of cultural representation, for measuring the success of Chinese culture "going global". We propose a framework that incorporates the reception theory and communicative theory. And we have conducted a survey of questionnaire and interview of the real visitors in Chinese museums to collect their opinions on cultural presentation and other related material, such as expectation and aesthetic gap. By analyzing the process of Chinese and international visitors’ interaction with the text symbols of Chinese museums, we find that (cross) there are some similarities and differences in cultural memories, a collection of visitors’ values, beliefs and mindsets, which are shaped or influenced in their interactions with the text symbols. And the (cross) cultural memories are constructed in visitors’ continuous interaction with the text symbols transmitted by Chinese cultural institutions, and different constructions may redefine or shake the thoughts and value systems of visitors to some extent, which is an ongoing and open process. The description of the model of construction process will contribute to the effective dissemination of culture for institutions
