The Forecast Analysis of Chinese Resident Consumption Based on the Residual Autoregressive Model

    Get PDF
This paper aims to improve the accuracy of resident consumption forecast by comparing different methods and selecting the residual autoregressive model. The model combines deterministic analysis method and autoregressive modeling to extract deterministic and random information, respectively, and improve the prediction accuracy. The paper introduces the modeling process of the residual autoregressive model and conducts empirical analysis on the consumption level data of Chinese residents to evaluate the fitting accuracy of the model. Finally, the model is used to forecast the consumption level of Chinese residents in 2021-2023, and the results indicate an average growth rate of about 7% over the next three years, assuming no major changes in the external environment. This paper contributes to the understanding of the residual autoregressive model and its application in the field of resident consumption forecasting, providing valuable insights for policymakers and researchers in this area

Security and Openness China's Cross-Border Data Flow Scheme

    Get PDF
Cross-border data flow legislation is currently absent in several countries, and data ownership remains an issue. Data sovereignty is necessary for cross-border data movement. To preserve national interests in the growing data field, western countries violate the idea of sovereignty and attempt to construct a cross-border data circulation system within the framework of the western discourse system. Developing countries aim to localize data to protect their own data stockpiles and increments to safeguard national security. As a responsible country, China supports the formation of a cross-border data flow rule framework that aligns with development and security, protects data sovereignty, and promotes data integrity

Conflict and Adaptation: The History and Future of China-Pakistan Cultural Exchange

    Get PDF
The relationship between China and Pakistan has a long history, and the two countries have maintained a long-term cooperative partnership. Under this relationship, fruitful cultural exchanges have taken place, although occasional cultural conflicts have occurred. Based on the foundation of long-term cooperation, conflicts in cultural exchanges have been effectively resolved through mutual visits, promoting deeper understanding and trust between the two sides. Therefore, it can be said that cultural exchange between China and Pakistan is an important tool for adjusting cultural conflicts, promoting diplomatic relations, and bridging the gap between the two countries. This article reviews and examines the history of cultural exchanges between China and Pakistan and proposes a conflict adjustment framework based on "respect-understanding-communication-trust." Specific measures are also proposed, such as "establishing smooth cultural communication channels, improving conflict resolution mechanisms, deepening cultural exchange projects, and strengthening joint research projects" to adjust cultural conflicts and promote deeper cultural exchanges between the two countries

Reflections on Realization Paths of Curriculum Ideology and Politics in Senior High School English

    Get PDF
Since the introduction of the concept of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in comprehensive education reform, senior high schools have actively embraced its implementation throughout the entire education process. However, due to the pressures of exam-oriented education, systematic integration into actual frontline teaching work has been challenging, with various factors hindering its development. These include difficulties in exploring ideological and political elements within textbooks, a lack of vitality in traditional teaching models, and outdated educational mechanisms. Considering that teachers play a crucial role as educational leaders, textbooks serve as the primary tools for teachers' educational activities, and the education mechanism provides the institutional framework for teaching, these three interconnected components collectively shape the education and teaching process. Therefore, this study aims to explore the most suitable teaching mode for integrating foreign language ideological and political instruction into the curriculum through three paths: upgrading the teaching model, updating textbook content, and innovating the educational mechanism. To achieve this, the study will employ textbook analysis as a methodology and provide suggestions to textbook compilers on effectively integrating "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" into senior high school English teaching. These efforts aim to enhance the vitality of the English subject

Based On Reid's theory of perceptual learning styles and Oxford's theory of language learning strategies, this study uses the questionnaire of perceptual learning styles and language learning strategies to investigate 99 students from two classes of the second grade of a key middle school in Changchun, and interviews 12 of them. This paper explores the correlation between English learning styles and English learning strategies of junior high school students by using quantitative and qualitative methods. The results are as follows: (1) The general characteristics of junior high school students' English learning styles are that they have a variety of secondary learning styles, and only the visual style is their main learning style. (2) Junior high school students are not good at using English learning strategies, their utilization rate is low, and they lack frequently used learning strategies. (3) There are certain correlations between English learning styles and learning strategies of junior high school students, and they are all positive, but most of them are low. According to the results of the study, some suggestions are put forward for teachers and students

Chinese painting is a treasured art form of the Chinese nation, serving as an important cultural medium for disseminating its humanistic spirit. In current times, while Chinese painting continues to explore and inherit traditional painting techniques, it also engages in cross-border integration and innovation with other art forms. It is imperative to fully excavate the expressive mode, elements, and humanistic values of Chinese painting, selecting, analyzing, and refining the most distinctive cultural elements and applying them to the design of creative products. This paper conducts a study on the successes and challenges in the design and development of cultural and creative products based on Chinese painting through multiple case studies, with the goal of guiding it towards a path of combining protection, inheritance, and development, and to create a series of creative design works that convey the aesthetic essence of traditional Chinese painting. This research inspires innovative and practical ideas for integrating traditional culture and contemporary design research, including how Chinese painting can maximize its cultural value and aesthetic characteristics in the design of creative products, as well as the application and design methods of Chinese painting elements in the cultural and creative industry

Deterrence and Security: The Impact of Military Conflicts on Global Peace

    Get PDF
Deterrence theory is one of the important theories of international relations research during the Cold War. From the birth of deterrence theory to today, its main meaning has developed from nuclear deterrence as the core to conventional deterrence. By studying the impact of the Gulf War on the US deterrence capability and the impact of the Russia-Ukrainian War on Russia's deterrence capability, this paper argues that military conflict is not only a test of deterrence capability, but also a shaping process of deterrence capability. In military conflict, a country's performance will affect its opponents and other countries' perception of its strength and will, thereby increasing or decreasing its deterrence capability. The United States established a strong conventional deterrence capability in the global scope through the Gulf War, which enabled the United States to obtain a large number of potential allies and national interests after the Cold War. Russia's mediocre performance in the Russia-Ukrainian War is undermining its conventional deterrence that it established after the Cold War through military reform and a series of military actions, and its geo-security environment is deteriorating due to its reduced deterrence capability. Based on this, countries should correctly assess their own and other countries' strength and will, avoid overestimating or underestimating their own or others' deterrence capabilities, and thus avoid military adventures. At the same time, they should also abide by international laws and rules, respect other countries' sovereignty and interests, in order to achieve lasting peace and common security
