Basic nursing is a core course in nursing specialty. This study explored the teaching effect of Basic Nursing under the guidance of the OBE concept, using the methodology of action research. A total of 100 subjects from the nursing school of Grade 2018 and 2019, aged 20-23 years in Shandong province, were surveyed with the effect of action research from September 2020 to December 2021. Three rounds of action research were carried out using observation, semi-structured interview, questionnaire, and other methods. Descriptive analysis and t-test were used to analyze the data. The study found that after three rounds of action research, the theoretical examination scores of the observation group were significantly improved (P<0.05). Additionally, results-oriented learning ability, critical thinking ability, and teaching method evaluation were significantly improved (P<0.05). Therefore, the OBE-based mixed teaching mode of Basic Nursing can improve the quality of classroom teaching and enhance the comprehensive ability of undergraduate nursing students. The study concludes that the curriculum design should be strengthened, students' learning initiative should be improved, and the curriculum evaluation system should be optimized to improve teaching quality and promote teaching informatization reform

Research on bilingual course teaching evaluation of the The Event Management Major based on decision-oriented evaluation model
The improvement of bilingual teaching can continuously enhance students' international vision and innovative ability, which is an important measure to cultivate innovative talents in the construction of double-top universities. Using the decision-oriented evaluation model, this study explores the relationship between the whole process of bilingual curriculum investment and teaching satisfaction, taking the bilingual curriculum construction of the Event Management major at Zhejiang Yuexiu University as an example. The research findings indicate that bilingual teaching is a gradual process, and the input of teaching resources, especially the supply of teaching resources and students' self-expression, have a great influence on teaching results. To improve the quality of bilingual teaching and students' interest in learning, this study suggests paying attention to students’ language foundation and the visualization of assessment results to stimulate their initiative in bilingual learning
Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Tourism Employment in Lishui City under the All-region Tourism
With the release of optimized epidemic prevention and control policies in China, the tourism industry is experiencing a strong return. However, the post-epidemic tourism era has led to rapidly changing tourist demands, which have greatly increased the professional ability and quality requirements of tourism workers. Therefore, the post-epidemic tourism employment problem has become a concern for both the government and the industry. This paper analyzes the talent demand in the tourism industry in Lishui City under the background of all-regional tourism and makes suggestions. While the rapid development of tourism in Lishui City has brought about increased employment opportunities, the tourism labor market in Lishui still faces various challenges, such as a shortage of tourism management talents, low cultural quality of tourism workers, and lack of tourism professionals. In addition, employment quality has declined due to high worker mobility and personnel loss caused by COVID-19. To address these issues, this study proposes several measures: establishing the concept of all-round tourism, promoting high-quality development of tourism to create more jobs, improving the quality of tourism workers and services, adjusting the tourism employment system, and optimizing the employment structure of the tourism industry by adjusting its layout. This paper offers useful suggestions to address the challenges faced by the tourism industry in Lishui City in the post-epidemic era

A Study on the Optimization of Grand-Parenting Paths in Rural Areas
In rural areas, young adults in the middle tier often face a difficult choice: seek job opportunities ineconomically developed areas, or stay behind due to the limited jobs available and the need to secure bilateralparental support and education costs for their children. Unfortunately, the dualistic urban-rural and inter-provincialhousehold registration system restricts children's opportunities for further education, while the high threshold forpublic education forces them to complete their education in their hometowns, turning them into left-behind children.Furthermore, the family economy and workforce composition in rural areas often make grand-parenting the optimalchoice and an unavoidable reality. However, while grand-parenting may make sense from an economic standpoint, itcan have negative consequences on the development of children, including inadequate nutrition, unresponsive care, and a lack of early learning opportunities. To mitigate these negative effects, it is important to optimize the grandparentingmodel. This can be achieved by adapting it to the child's needs, improving communication, developingactivities, respecting rules, addressing conflicts, and optimizing the grand-parenting pathway. By taking into accountboth the internal strengths and weaknesses of grand-parenting, as well as external scientific knowledge, we canmaximize the positive effects of this caregiving model on children's development
