Application of Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation in the Treatment of Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a subset of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that poses significant treatment challenges. Improving treatment strategies and prognosis for PTCL has been a major focus of research. Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (Auto-HSCT) has gained significant attention in recent years as a crucial therapeutic approach for PTCL. This paper reviews the literature and analyzes clinical data to explore the value, treatment process, efficacy evaluation, and management of complications associated with Auto-HSCT in PTCL. Studies indicate that Auto-HSCT can significantly improve disease-free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS) in some PTCL patients, particularly those who undergo transplantation after initial remission. Additionally, this paper discusses the risk assessment and management strategies for complications arising during the transplantation process. The potential for combining Auto-HSCT with emerging therapies such as CAR-T cell therapy is also examined. Despite certain limitations, Auto-HSCT holds an indispensable role in the comprehensive treatment of PTCL and offers new directions for future research
Translation Methods of Vernacular Literature Works : Take Those of Jia Pingwa as an Example
Translation is a cultural exchange, not just a linguistic transformation. Foreign translation of vernacular literature works is also an important way to promote the Chinese folk culture. However, the cultural omission hinders foreign readers from gaining a deeper understanding of Chinese vernacular culture. Therefore, this thesis selects the English translation of Turbulence as the object of study, aiming to explore the translation strategies of vernacular language such as the names of people, and the names of Shaanxi snacks present in the work. For the purpose, the translator carefully collates the names of people and special snacks in Shaanxi that appear in the work. Besides, the author will combine the above examples to make an in-depth analysis of the translation when writing the paper. The following conclusions have been drawn: Firstly, when the author of the original wants to highlight the uniqueness of Chinese folk culture, she should use domesticating translation, because this kind of translation strategy can retain the characteristic content of the original. In addition, if the author wants foreign readers to understand the local snacks, the translator should use the direct translation. The direct translation method can give the Western readers a basic understanding of the main ingredients used in the special snacks
Analysis of Influencing Factors on Consumers' Willingness to Purchase Anhua Dark Tea Based on Perceived Value Model
Anhua dark tea, a rapidly growing industry since 2006, has played a pivotal role in poverty alleviation and economic prosperity for Anhua County. However, recent years have witnessed a decline in sales volume, raising concerns among scholars due to changing shopping environments, business models, and consumer demographics. Drawing upon consumer behavior theory and the perceived value model, this study proposes hypotheses to explore the factors influencing consumers' purchase decisions regarding dark tea, focusing on perceived functional value, social value, income value, and cultural value. By collecting Likert-scale data and basic information, the study employs SPSS and Amos for data analysis, aiming to validate the proposed hypotheses. The results indicate that perceived functional value, social value, and cultural value have a significantly positive impact on consumers' intention to purchase Anhua dark tea. Building on the empirical findings, this study suggests strategies such as standardized production, product structure adjustments, diversified product offerings, and the promotion of value-added and culturally enriched dark tea products. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of establishing a comprehensive black tea industry chain, integrating tea culture with local communities, and enhancing product value and reputation through the creation of "product IP," "geographical IP," and "cultural IP" for Anhua dark tea. By fostering consumer loyalty, Anhua dark tea can emerge as a representative of Hunan Province and a symbol of Chinese tea culture, carrying its therapeutic potential to a global audience

The Development of China-Pakistan Diplomatic Relations
The conditions of China and Pakistan are different, but the friendly relationship has lasted for more than 70 years, which has enlightening significance for international relations in the world. Since the formal establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries on May 21, 1951, the development of relations between two countries can be divided into four stages: the first stage, known as the "adaptation stage", is in the 1950s.The exchanges between the two sides were mostly ceremonial and non-governmental.In the second stage, from the 1960s to the 1980s, China-Pakistan relations showed two characteristics: frequent high-level visits between the two countries and mutual support on international issues, which means China-Pakistan relations entered a "stable development". The third is in the 1990s, the "tested and sustained development stage", when the world situation has undergone drastic changes, and the friendly and cooperative relations between China and Pakistan have withstood the test and continued to develop. In the fourth stage, China-Pakistan relations have entered the "comprehensive stage in the new century", and the "all-weather" strategic cooperative partnership has been further strengthened and deepened
A Study of College English Writing Teaching Based on Dynamic Assessment
For a long time, college-level English writing teaching in China has relied mainly on summative tests, which provide a single and rigid evaluation criteria and limit students' all-around development of writing ability. However, with the current reform of college English teaching, the single assessment method cannot cater to the changing needs of the new teaching model, which emphasizes the cultivation of students' ability to use language. To address this issue, this paper proposes introducing the notion of dynamic assessment into English writing classes at the college level. Dynamic assessment emphasizes the assessment of the learning process and feedback of teaching information, which can lead to a comprehensive, scientific, and reasonable assessment system that plays a crucial role in realizing teaching objectives. Based on Vygotsky's sociocultural theory of mind, this paper presents scaffolding strategies for each stage of writing in college English writing teaching and learning. These strategies serve as a foundation for constructing a theoretical dynamic assessment model in Chinese non-English majors' writing classes. By introducing dynamic assessment into college English writing teaching, this paper aims to explore new methods that increase the efficiency of college English writing teaching and promote college students' English writing ability to adapt to the reform of new requirements for college English teaching
