Teachers' Role in Facilitating Outdoor Game Education: A Qualitative Study in Jingmen Vocational College Pre-school Education Settings

This qualitative study delves into the integral role of teachers within the pre-school education settings at Jingmen Vocational College, examining their perceptions, strategies, challenges, and the impact of outdoor game education on children's learning outcomes. Teachers in these settings perceive their role as essential in promoting holistic child development and employ various strategies while encountering challenges related to limited resources, weather constraints, and managing diverse needs. Positive outcomes include enhanced physical fitness, problem-solving abilities, creativity, social skills, and emotional well-being in children, along with improvements in independence, self-regulation, communication, and collaboration skills. Implications for practice call for professional development opportunities and resources for teachers, while policy recommendations emphasize the integration of outdoor game education into the curriculum and the allocation of dedicated time, resources, and safety guidelines for outdoor play. Future research should explore long-term effects, strategies to overcome challenges, and conduct comparative studies in various educational contexts, underscoring the pivotal role of teachers in fostering well-structured outdoor game experiences for enhancing children's overall development and well-being
Risk Management of International Trade in the Context of BRI: A Case study of DF Company in China

The study centers on DF Company, a prominent Chinese engineering contracting firm, and analyzes its risk management practices in the context of the Belt and Road initiative. The Belt and Road strategy, with its goals of policy coordination, infrastructure connectivity, trade facilitation, currency circulation, and people-to-people bonds, presents both historical continuity and new opportunities for international trade. The research adopts a qualitative case study design, delving into DF Company's operations through interviews, document analysis, and direct observation. The findings reveal that DF Company faces multifaceted challenges in managing international trade risks, particularly in the areas of political, policy, social, technological, and cultural risks. The paper concludes with comprehensive recommendations for DF Company, emphasizing proactive risk management, political risk mitigation, adaptation to policy changes, addressing social risks, technological capability enhancement, cultural risk management, and safety measures in conflict-prone areas. These recommendations aim to strengthen DF Company's international trade risk management framework within the Belt and Road initiative

Reflection on the Teaching Path of International Law under the Background of “Anti-globalization”
Get PDFThe main goal of international law teaching is to help students improve their ability to understand the connotation of macro international law, understand the historical evolution of middle international law system, grasp the norms of micro international law and analyze international affairs. Under the background of “anti-globalization”, although the content of international law curriculum has not changed substantially, its value is easily alienated by external influences. On the one hand, “anti-globalization” will intensify the political bias of international law, weaken its legal attribute, cause students to question the effectiveness of international law, and then generate the “useless” attitude of international law; On the other hand, “anti-globalization” ignores the multi-value connotation of international law, tends to emphasize the instrumental value of international law, and imperceptibly affects students’ cognition of the value of international law, and reduces the positive effect of international law teaching. Based on this, this paper holds that, teachers should actively innovate the teaching path of international law, and under the guidance of the concept of multilateralism, increase the theoretical output in the teaching of international law, help students further acknowledge the multilateral characteristics of international law, thus overcoming the negative influence brought by “anti-globalization”
A Novel Construction of the g-Riesz Decomposition in Hilbert Spaces
Get PDFThe concept of the g-frame, a generalized frame in Hilbert spaces, has garnered attention in recent research. While numerous properties of g-frames have been explored, certain aspects remain unexamined, including a novel construction approach for the g-Riesz decomposition in Hilbert spaces. While prior works such as [12] presented the equivalence conditions for g-Riesz decomposition and Khosravi [10] proposed a new construction method for g-frames, neither addressed a new construction method for g-Riesz decomposition. This paper aims to fill this gap by investigating a novel construction method for the specialized g-frame-g-Riesz decomposition. Leveraging operator theory from generalized functional analysis and function space techniques in complex Hilbert spaces, we establish necessary and sufficient conditions for constructing g-Riesz decompositions, an area insufficiently explored by Khosravi and [12]. Furthermore, we introduce two annotations and provide proofs demonstrating that g-Riesz bases are equivalent to Riesz bases, aligning with the findings of W.C. Sun in [6]. This underscores the significance of our research. The newly proposed g-Riesz decomposition not only contributes to mathematical inquiry but also holds promise for various applications, particularly in signal and image processing

This study examines the relationship between recruitment strategies and employee engagement in Shenzhen-based companies, focusing on Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Tencent Holdings Limited. Through a quantitative analysis involving 200 staff members, the study explores patterns, trends, and correlations to uncover the dynamics between recruitment strategies and employee engagement. The findings reveal strengths and areas for improvement in recruitment practices, emphasizing the need for alignment with organizational goals, transparency, and innovation. Furthermore, the study highlights the critical role of employee engagement in driving productivity, job satisfaction, and organizational success. Recommendations are provided to enhance transparency in recruitment processes, invest in comprehensive onboarding programs, foster diversity and inclusion, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration, prioritize employee well-being, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement
