The research not only reveals the impact and value-added effect of venture capital on the development of venture enterprises, but also provides empirical evidence for the country to improve its financial service system and use the capital market to promote national innovation driven development.
Achieving Universal Higher Education in China: Characteristics, Challenges, and Future Directions
The universalization of higher education in China has undergone a remarkable transformation driven by government policies and rapid economic growth. This study explores the characteristics and future development of this educational evolution. China's journey towards universalization began with ambitious policy initiatives in 1998, aiming to expand access to higher education. Within a mere 17 years, the gross enrollment rate in higher education surged from 9.8% to an impressive 50%, surpassing the United States' 30-year path to universality. This rapid expansion, fueled by a burgeoning economy, has raised questions about educational quality and employability. New universities have played a crucial role, expanding access and optimizing the higher education structure. However, they face challenges due to their short history and limited resources. The study also emphasizes the need for a balanced regional framework and an education model aligning with sustainable development goals. China's experience in universalizing higher education provides valuable insights for global educational development. This transformation serves as a noteworthy case study, highlighting the importance of balancing quantity and quality in higher education expansion and providing lessons for educational development worldwide

Construction of evaluation Framework for classroom Teaching Reform of students Empowered by Digitalization
The pervasive infiltration of digital technologies into education has brought both opportunities and challenges for empowering students through classroom teaching reforms. However, research evaluating the impacts of such reforms on multidimensional student empowerment remains limited. This mixed methods study aimed to develop a comprehensive evaluation framework to assess the outcomes of digital classroom reforms across five empowerment dimensions: engagement, motivation, autonomy, collaboration, and digital literacy. The sample included 300 college students and 20 teachers from three schools that have implemented technology-driven instructional reforms in the past two years. Quantitative survey data and qualitative insights from interviews and observations were integrated to evaluate the reforms. Results revealed increased student interest, confidence, self-direction and teamwork abilities. However, some forms of technology integration decreased quality student-teacher interactions. Over-reliance on educational technologies was linked to distractions and diminished personalized guidance. The evaluation framework provides a robust tool to systematically identify strengths and weaknesses of reforms from multiple stakeholder perspectives. It enables educators to refine digitally-enhanced pedagogies to optimize empowering effects. Insights gained showcase the importance of balancing student-driven active learning with teacher facilitation and mentorship. Implementation factors such as digital citizenship modeling and scaffolding self-directed learning skills are also key to ensuring technologies empower rather than distract. The study contributes an evidence-based framework to inform the design of classroom teaching reforms that leverage digitalization to fully develop motivated, engaged learners equipped to thrive in the century

A Study of Female Alienation in The Year of the Flood From the Perspective of Fromm's Alienation Theory
The Year of the Flood is the second book in Margaret Atwood's MaddAddam Trilogy. As a Canadian literary queen, Margaret mainly explores the issue of women's situation and prospects in the society. She depicts the current situation of women with delicate strokes, and The Year of the Flood is a typical example of this. This novel depicts the post-apocalyptic scenario faced by mankind after a waterless flood. The work delves into the postmodern society's over-reliance on technology and material development. People blindly pursue development rather than to fulfil real needs. In this background, the novel reveals the alienating effects of the egoistic tendencies of the society on women's existential condition. This paper applies Fromm's Alienation Theory to analyse the existential situation faced by women in the novel in a capitalist society. The society tends to take economic growth and technological progress as the criteria for measuring social progress, while ignoring the carrying capacity of the ecological environment and the spiritual needs of human beings. This single path of pursuing development not only causes damage to nature, but also alienates women's state of being. Margaret Atwood's works aim to provoke thinking and self-reflection, calling attention to the interactive relationship between man and nature, and man and society. She tries to establish a social order full of respect, equality and social responsibility. Only by truly liberating women and paying attention to the natural environment can mankind achieve true freedom and liberation
