Study on the risk mitigation mechanism of China's small and medium-sized zombie enterprises withdrawing from the market
Get PDFIn recent years, the global economic environment is facing great challenges, especially the rapid development of digital economy, which makes a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises actively or passively adapt to the rapid changes of this society.Economic and social development and transformation and upgrading make a large number of enterprises constantly updated and eliminated. However, due to the imperfect relevant mechanism for withdrawing from the market, a large number of enterprises in the Chinese market are in the situation of bankruptcy but cannot withdraw from the market in time, and the creditor's rights and debt relations cannot be clarified in time.Combined with the reality of China, this paper analyzes the mechanism and risk of China's small and medium-sized zombie enterprises to withdraw from the market, and then puts forward the corresponding risk release mechanism.Such as the corporate governance system is relatively perfect enterprise in accordance with the relevant provisions of the bankruptcy law strict exit mechanism, the corporate governance structure of simple small micro enterprise is consider appropriate government intervention, but to avoid excessive positive government intervention, according to the market rules formulate corresponding local laws and regulations to solve the risk of small micro enterprise exit, avoid regional economic systemic risk
Value Identification on The Internal Governance Structure of A Selected Private University in China
Get PDFThis study investigated the relationship between value identification and governance structures at a private Chinese university. A quantitative correlational research design was utilized. The sample consisted of 313 faculty members from Weifang University, selected through proportionate stratified sampling. A questionnaire measured demographics, value identification, and governance structures. Data were analyzed using correlation, ANOVA, and t-tests. Results showed significant positive correlations between value identification and governance structure subscales. No significant demographic differences emerged except for academic rank affecting value identification. These findings contribute to theory and knowledge on aligning values and governance in higher education. Further research across institutional types is recommended

Mansfield’s outstanding contribution to literature lies in her innovation in the realm of short stories, and she is widely recognized as one of the finest short story writers in the history of English literature. Miss Brill is one such masterpiece, depicting the story of Miss Brill as she dresses neatly and goes to the park on a Sunday, sitting on a bench and observing the people passing by, listening to their conversations and the band playing. She imagines herself as a part of their world, but her illusions are shattered by a young couple, and she returns home, disheartened, to what feels like a cupboard of a home. This short story exemplifies the artistic techniques in Mansfield's storytelling, with one of the prominent features being the charm emanating from the stylistic choices in her works. Literary stylistics is concerned with the language features of literary works, exploring how authors use language to express the themes of their works and enhance their aesthetic value. The Construction and Practice of the Undergraduate Teaching System of New Media Technology
No full textWith the rapid development of new technologies such as mobile internet, big data, and artificial intelligence, new media has become an important force in the communication field. It is imperative to build a complete undergraduate teaching system of new media technology and cultivate versatile talents to meet the needs of industry development. Taking the majors of new media technology and new media (big data news communication direction) at Qilu University of Technology as an example, this study analyzes the issues in talent training objectives, curriculum setting, teaching content and teaching methods through literature review, questionnaires and interviews. It is proposed to build a modularized and flexible curriculum system oriented to ability training, increase cutting-edge new media technology courses, and strengthen the cultivation of software and hardware platform application abilities. In terms of teaching methods, project-driven teaching methods are implemented, distinctive project training courses are set up to promote knowledge application and comprehensive ability training. The research shows that building an open, flexible undergraduate teaching system of new media technology that emphasizes cross integration will help improve the quality of talent cultivation and enable talents to better meet the needs of new media industry development. This study provides theoretical support and practical approaches for promoting the teaching reform of the new media technology major

The Comparison of the English Versions of Poem Lu Zhai: Taking G.W. Robinson and Xu Yuanchong’s Versions as Examples
Get PDFChinese classical poetry, as a treasure of Chinese culture, has always attracted numerous translators. Translating classical poetry not only requires accurately conveying the artistic conception and expression of the original work, but also requires flexible application of translation techniques to adapt to different language and cultural backgrounds. Poetry translation is a difficult point in the translation of literary works, and poetry is known as “literature in literature”. Its form is brief but its meaning is profound, “words are here and meaning is there, words are full and meaning is infinite”. This article will take the classic Chinese classical poem “Lu Zhai"”as an example, and use the method of literature review to collect and analyze G W. Translated versions by two translators, G.W. Robinson and Xu Yuanchong. Firstly, a comprehensive reading and understanding of the two versions were conducted. Secondly, by comparing the translation styles of the two versions, we compared rhyme, image, sentence as well as arrangement. Through these comparisons, the article draws conclusions about the different stylistic characteristics of the two translators. This study is of great significance in revealing translators’ understanding and expression of classical poetry

Through a qualitative research approach, a questionnaire utilizing a Likert-4 scale was distributed to 300 participants. The findings reveal diverse perceptions regarding the role of ethnic music, the impact of globalization on cultural identity, and the strengths and weaknesses of current pedagogical practices. Strategies for integration, encompassing both global and local perspectives, are proposed to enhance music education. The study also identifies challenges faced by educators and students, emphasizing opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and community involvement. The results contribute valuable insights into the multifaceted dimensions of Philippine Ethnic Music within a globalized context. Recommendations stemming from this study can inform educators, policymakers, and stakeholders, fostering a more comprehensive and culturally enriched approach to music education. A Quantitative Study on the Intersection of Personal Competence and Classroom Efficiency in Dance Teaching: A Case of Middle and Primary Schools in Dongchangfu District, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, China
Get PDFDance education plays a vital role in fostering creativity, self-confidence, and overall well-being among students. Effective dance instruction requires a deep understanding of the intersection between personal competence and classroom efficiency among dance teachers. However, this intersection remains relatively unexplored, particularly in the context of Dongchangfu District, Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, China. To address this gap, this quantitative study examines how dance teachers' personal competence influences classroom efficiency in terms of student engagement, learning outcomes, and overall teaching effectiveness. A sample of 93 dance teachers from 45 primary and secondary schools in Dongchangfu District participated in the study. The findings reveal that dance teachers generally perceive themselves as competent and effective in their teaching practices, with high levels of technical skills, pedagogical knowledge, adaptability in teaching methods, communication effectiveness, and engagement in professional development activities. Moreover, teachers reported high levels of classroom efficiency, including student participation and engagement, achievement of learning objectives, effectiveness of teaching methods, classroom behavior management, and overall satisfaction with teaching outcomes. The study underscores the importance of continuous professional development, student-centered instructional strategies, effective classroom management, and support for novice teachers in enhancing dance education practices. The implications of the findings for practice, policy, and future research are discussed

Recognizing the evolving needs of economically disadvantaged students, the study explores the efficacy of holistic developmental support initiatives beyond traditional financial aid. Through a mixed-methods approach incorporating theoretical frameworks, empirical data analysis, and stakeholder insights, the study evaluates the effectiveness of existing support systems and identifies areas for improvement. Key findings highlight the significance of integrated support services in fostering students' academic, personal, and professional growth. The "riser" Project emerges as a notable exemplar of comprehensive developmental support within vocational education settings, though opportunities for refinement are evident. Practical recommendations are offered to optimize support services and enhance student experiences, contributing to the advancement of vocational education in the post-poverty era
