    Get PDF
This study evaluates the ethical practices of Physical Education trainers at Shandong Binzhou College through the perspectives of 300 student-athletes across individual and team sports. Using a descriptive-comparative design, the research found that trainers demonstrated high ethical standards during competitions, particularly in respecting game rules (mean=3.55), maintaining composure when losing (mean=3.55), and ensuring fairness (mean=3.55). Training sessions showed slightly lower ethical adherence, with composite means of 3.40 for competitions and 3.26 for training. Demographic analysis revealed no significant differences in ethical perceptions based on athlete age, gender, or experience, though individual sport athletes rated trainers 5% higher ethics than team sport peers. The study identified three critical ethical gaps: inconsistent emotional regulation during losses, limited athlete autonomy in decision-making, and variable transparency in dilemma resolution. These findings informed the development of a comprehensive trainer's guide featuring workshops on ethical leadership, communication skills development, and accountability systems, with an implementation budget of 56,000 RMB. The research underscores the pivotal role of trainer ethics in shaping athlete development and recommends biannual ethics training, mentorship programs, and transparent evaluation mechanisms to standardize ethical practices across all sports disciplines

    Get PDF
The "Compulsory Education Chinese Curriculum Standards (2022 Edition)" explicitly states: "Chinese excellent traditional culture should be a key focus of instruction, further guiding students to absorb outstanding traditional cultures from both ancient and modern times, Chinese and foreign, thereby enhancing their ideological and cultural cultivation and fostering cultural confidence." Educating students in Chinese excellent traditional culture has become increasingly important, and the rapid development of information technology can further propel the advancement of Chinese language teaching in primary schools. However, there are certain issues in the process of integrating information technology into primary school Chinese teaching. For example, some teachers lack sufficient proficiency in applying information technology, school teaching resources lack systematic and targeted approaches, and the central role of students in learning is often overlooked. To address these problems, the following countermeasures are proposed: strengthening teachers' information technology training, emphasizing students as the main subjects of teaching, and guiding students to actively participate while applying information technology appropriately. Through these measures, the deep integration of information technology with the teaching of Chinese excellent traditional culture in primary school Chinese education can be promoted

A Systematic Review of the Relationship Between School Performance and Employee Job Satisfaction: Evidence from China’s Educational Context

    Get PDF
This systematic review examines the empirical relationship between school performance and employee job satisfaction, focusing on studies conducted in China and internationally. Using a structured methodology, 39 peer-reviewed journal articles, policy papers, and empirical reports published between 2000 and 2024 were selected based on predefined inclusion criteria. Key dimensions of school performance namely, leadership, curriculum quality, resource management, and stakeholder engagement, were synthesized alongside job satisfaction components including job security, work climate, job roles, and community attachment. The review reveals a consistent positive correlation between effective leadership, resource allocation, and teacher satisfaction. However, disparities in urban-rural settings, performance pressures, and weak integration of professional development initiatives are recurring challenges. The findings highlight the bidirectional influence between institutional performance and employee satisfaction, emphasizing the need for holistic policy interventions. Future research is encouraged to explore localized contexts, such as Dongguan City, and to employ mixed-method approaches for deeper insights

Teachers’ Perspectives on the Application of Teaching Methods in Group Electone Instruction

    Get PDF
This study explores teachers’ perspectives on the application of teaching methods in group Electone instruction, with a focus on how instructional strategies influence student engagement, peer collaboration, and ensemble performance skills. Two participating teachers—one leading a kindergarten group of four students and another guiding a mixed-level group of four—were observed over five complete lessons each. Data were collected through structured lesson observations, post-lesson semi-structured interviews, and supplementary materials including photographs, annotated scores, and rehearsal notes. Thematic analysis revealed distinct pedagogical priorities: one teacher emphasized cooperative ensemble playing, structured repetition, and confidence-building in young beginners, while the other focused on technical precision, interpretive detail, and independent preparation among mixed-level learners. Across both cases, challenges were noted in balancing individual and group needs, sustaining attention, and ensuring consistent home practice. Comparative analysis highlighted differences in instructional pacing, feedback styles, and the integration of creative elements such as storytelling and visual aids. These findings offer practical insights for Electone educators seeking to optimize group lesson dynamics and suggest that effective group instruction requires adaptive strategies that align with student developmental stages, technical abilities, and ensemble goals

A Study on Translation of Network Catchwords Guided by Skopos Theory

    Get PDF
With the development of the Internet, Network catchwords have become an important carrier for cross-cultural communication. However, their English translations often suffer from inaccuracy and do not conform to English expression habits. Guided by the Skopos Theory and adhering to the principles of "fidelity" and "eliminating cultural differences", this study proposes four specific translation methods for Network Catchwords: literal translation, literal translation with annotations, free translation, and transliteration. These methods are based on the three major characteristics:,that is,creativity, simplicity, and  temporal spirit. The study validates these methods through recent popular cases such as "power of silver hair", "lying flat", "carry the can", and "Moutai".  The research results show that choosing appropriate translation methods based on the characteristics of Network catchwords can effectively solve the translation pain points, accurately convey the meaning, and adapt to the cultural connotations. This study not only provides a practical path and abundant cases for the English translation of Network catchwords, filling the gap in theoretical research and standardized practice in this field, but also helps Chinese social culture reach the world through precise language conversion, enhancing the international dissemination and influence of Chinese culture

An Analysis of The Awakening Under Jung’s Archetype Theory

    Get PDF
Kate Chopin (1851-1905) is a famous American female writer in the 19th century. As her masterpiece, The Awakening establishes Chopin’s position as a pioneer feminist writer. The Awakening primarily narrates the story of Edna’s vacation on Grand Isle with her husband, Léonce, and their two children. Through interactions with a typical woman, Adèle, and a young man, Robert, Edna begins to seek her self and pursue spiritual independence, but ultimately fails. It reflects the universality of women’s spiritual dilemma and the significance of self-awareness and self-construction. This paper employs Jung’s Archetype Theory to analyze the psychological growth path of the protagonist, Edna. By examining her quests for her self, the paper investigates the psychological reasons behind her tragic fate through the primary archetypes: the persona, the shadow, the anima and animus, and the self. Trapped by the persona of “the angel of the house,” Edna’s inner shadow expands, but she fails to balance her persona and shadow. Besides, Edna’s animus gradually inflates and finally out of control, leading to her lost of self. Through analysis, this paper posits that Edna’s failure in self-growth stems from her inability to manage the relationships within her personality system. Unable to combat the shadow and the burgeoning animus, Edna loses her self, succumbs mentally and commits suicide. Consequently, this paper offers insights for contemporary individuals to recognize themselves and provides guidance for shaping a balanced personality and pursuing mental well-being
