Sosialisasi Fitur Pendaftaran Online Menggunakan Aplikasi Mobile JKN Untuk Pelayanan Rawat Jalan Di Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Medan
Full text linkMobile JKN provides various features to make it easier for its users, one of which is online service registration. However, people do not know about the convenience obtained from the use of mobile JKN. Patients at Menur Psychiatric Hospital who registered themselves using mobile JKN were only 0.05%. The purpose of this community service is to introduce the JKN mobile application to patients or patients' families. The method of community service carried out is socialization, data collection is carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The target of this socialization activity is patients or patients' families, informants also contribute, namely medical record officers and PKRS officers. After the material was delivered, respondents were asked to practice it directly. This community service activity is running smoothly, it is hoped that there will be an increase in patients who register themselves using mobile JKN so that they can succeed in the existing JKN program. The results of this activity were obtained by 6 patients/families who could reach the check-in stage to confirm online registration. In conclusion, this activity can improve the knowledge and skills of patients and their families related to the use of the online registration feature in the JKN mobile applicatio
Analisis bibliometrik perkembangan social commerce dan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen online
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan riset social commerce dan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen online melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Dengan menggunakan data yang diambil dari basis data Scopus pada periode 2015 hingga 2025, penelitian ini menerapkan beberapa indikator bibliometrik—seperti produktivitas, sitasi, kolaborasi, dan analisis tematik—yang diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak R (Bibliometrix) dan VOSviewer untuk memvisualisasikan jaringan kata kunci serta tren penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan publikasi yang konsisten, terutama pada periode 2020 hingga 2024, yang mencerminkan percepatan pertumbuhan perilaku konsumen digital selama dan setelah pandemi COVID-19. Kata kunci “social commerce” muncul sebagai tema sentral yang terhubung erat dengan “trust”, “purchase intention”, “social support”, dan “e-commerce”, yang menunjukkan bahwa fokus penelitian selama ini masih berkisar pada faktor psikologis dan sosial yang memengaruhi perilaku pembelian. Klaster tematik mengungkapkan bahwa trust dan social presence merupakan faktor penting dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian, sementara impulse buying dan perilaku konsumen menjadi topik baru yang mulai berkembang. Namun, hubungan antara social commerce dan job security belum banyak dibahas, yang menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan penelitian. Keterbatasan utama penelitian bibliometrik ini terletak pada sifatnya yang deskriptif dan ketergantungannya terhadap kualitas data dari basis data, sehingga belum sepenuhnya menggali makna teoretis yang mendalam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian mendatang disarankan untuk menggabungkan temuan bibliometrik dengan pendekatan kualitatif atau meta-analisis agar dapat memperdalam pemahaman serta menelusuri bagaimana transformasi social commerce memengaruhi stabilitas pekerjaan, tenaga kerja digital, dan dinamika ekonomi kreati

The focus of the problem of using independent learning technology for teachers of the Sari Kencana Foundation is 1) Lack of competence of teachers and students in understanding and utilizing Wordwall Culture for learning, 2) Lack of optimal collaboration between teachers and students in the use of Wordwall Culture in learning and skills of teachers and students, 3) Lack of skills in utilizing Wordwall Culture, 4) Lack of understanding about utilizing Wordwall Culture among teachers and students. Proposed Solutions Based on the analysis of the situation and analysis of the partners' problems discussed, the proposed solutions are: Pkm Development of Wordwall-Assisted Culture-Based Teaching Media to Increase the Potential of Teachers at the Sari Kencana Tembung Education Foundation. The solutions offered comply with the partners; 1) Providing in-depth insights on utilizing Wordwall Culture at the Sari Kencana Education Foundation, 2) Providing insight on utilizing Wordwall Culture at the Sari Kencana Education Foundation to support the learning process and skills of teachers and students, 3) Implementing utilizing Wordwall Culture at the Sari Kencana Education Foundation can run smoothly. The results of the operation are described according to the assessment of Universitas Harapan students regarding Idependence Learning is good, as can be seen from the number of items categorized as good as 13 items, 2 items are quite good, 1 item is not good and 9 items are stated to be very good. Thus, the implementation of the service carried out at Universitas Harapan went well and received good feedback from students and deans who were willing from start to finish
Analisis Kepuasan Pasien Terhadap Pelayanan Mobile JKN di Rumah Sakit Delia Kabupaten Langkat
Full text linkService quality is the level of service excellence provided by an institution to users or customers. Based on the initial survey, it was found that the Mobile JKN application was not optimal because users were often asked to update the system before use, but after the update still experienced login problems and failed to make transactions. This study aims to analyze patient satisfaction with Mobile JKN services at Delia Hospital, Langkat Regency. The type of research used is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The population amounted to 2,920 respondents, with a sample of 97 respondents taken using accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed through chi-square test for bivariate relationships and logistic regression for multivariate analysis at a 95% confidence level (? = 0.05). The results showed that the five dimensions of service quality, physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), and empathy (empathy) have a significant effect on patient satisfaction. Among these factors, assurance is the most dominant variable in determining the satisfaction of Mobile JKN application users. Therefore, it is recommended that hospitals and BPJS increase socialization and provide guides or brochures so that the public better understands how to use the application effectively and easily accessible

Full text linkDrugs are basically psychotropic substances used in the medical field, for example as anesthetics during surgery or therapy of certain diseases. However, perceptions of drugs have diverged due to abuse outside of the proper purpose and dosage. The results of the preliminary study show the influence of counseling on drugs on the improvement of knowledge and attitudes of class adolescents where one of the educational media that is considered interesting and varied in conveying information is electronic media in the form of films or videos. This study aims to analyze the effect of counseling using audio-visual media on the knowledge and attitudes of grade VII students of Era Ibang Private Junior High School in Medan regarding the dangers of drugs. The research method used was pre-experimental with a one group pretest–posttest design. The research population included all grade VII students with a total sampling technique, so that 46 respondents were obtained. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the level of knowledge and students' attitudes before and after the intervention. The t-test on the pre-test and post-test data yielded a significance value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). It can be concluded that counseling through audio-visual media is effective in increasing students' knowledge and attitudes towards the dangers of drugs. Schools are advised to be more active in organizing similar activities on a regular basis as an effort to prevent drug abuse among students

Peningkatan Kualitas Layanan Kesehatan Reproduksi Di Klinik Praktek Bidan Ninda Harni Kisaran Melalui Pendampingan Dan Edukasi Masyarakat
No full textKesehatan reproduksi menjadi isu penting bagi ibu-ibu usia subur, terutama terkait dengan perawatan kehamilan dan penggunaan kontrasepsi. Program pengabdian masyarakat di Klinik Praktek Bidan Ninda Harni Kisaran bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran ibu-ibu usia subur mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengabdian dengan melibatkan 20 ibu usia subur. Program terdiri dari edukasi mengenai perawatan kehamilan, tanda bahaya kehamilan, dan pemilihan kontrasepsi yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan pendampingan langsung oleh bidan. Setelah mengikuti program, peserta menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Rata-rata nilai pengetahuan peserta meningkat dari 55% menjadi 85%. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan partisipasi dalam pemeriksaan kesehatan rutin dan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi yang lebih tepat. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan perubahan perilaku peserta mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Diharapkan, program ini dapat menjadi model untuk pengembangan pengabdian kesehatan reproduksi di daerah lainnya

Full text linkBullying or bullying is a form of intimidation from individuals or groups. This is one of the issues that attracts the attention of people today because this behavior causes discomfort and even hurts both physically and psychologically. Many cases of bullying often happen to children in their teens. And it is not uncommon for some cases to occur within the school environment. Bullying cases are rampant due to a lack of ability to control behavior to the inability to manage emotions and adjust to the environment. Some people may lack understanding of the emotional and psychological impact of bullying behavior on victims. A lack of empathy and knowledge about how their actions affect others can trigger bullying behavior. Early intervention in the form of counseling and healthy communication from parents and teachers to children in bullying conditions is the best way to reduce the likelihood of long-term consequences. The impact of bullying includes physical, psychological, and social dimensions, with impacts that can last into adulthood. In particular, bullying is strongly correlated with a decline in mental health, giving rise to various psychological disorders such as depression, anxiety, and decreased self-esteem. Based on the results of sharing experiences from students, this study concluded that there are several factors that cause bullying such as family, peers, and social media. Bullying behavior also has an impact on the physical, psychological, and social dimensions. One of the efforts to prevent and intervene bullying requires a holistic approach that involves various stakeholders both in the school environment and the community. Bullying prevention education not only aims to reduce bullying cases, but also as a proactive step in maintaining adolescent mental health while emphasizing the importance of building a safe and supportive environment for the development of the younger generation
Determinan adopsi e-commerce pada UMKM menggunakan technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework
No full textKemajuan pesat di bidang teknologi e-commerce memberikan banyak manfaat kepada sektor UMKM, seperti peningkatan dalam produksi, penjualan, layanan serta penguatan daya saing produk lokal. Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Medan menyampaikan bahwa UMKM dikota Medan yang memanfaatkan digitalisasi dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya masih tergolong rendah dan belum optimal, padahal pengguna internet di Kota Medan dikategorikan tinggi, dimana 82% dari total 2,52 juta penduduk Kota Medan telah memanfaatkan digitalisasi untuk keperluan belanja online, media sosial dan pemesanan ojek online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu adakah pengaruh signifikan faktor teknologi, organisasi dan lingkungan terhadap adopsi e-commerce pada UMKM Kota Medan. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode pembagian kuesioner kepada 100 pelaku UMKM dan dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara faktor teknologi, faktor organisasi, dan faktor lingkungan terhadap adopsi e-commerce. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh secara individu antara faktor teknologi dan faktor organisasi terhadap adopsi e-commerce. Akan tetapi, tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara faktor lingkungan terhadap adopsi e-commerce. Penelitian selanjutnya bisa menambah variabel independen dan hipotesis untuk mengembangkan model penelitian yang lebih komprehensif dalam mengukur dampak faktor teknologi, organisasi dan lingkungan kepada adopsi e-commerc
The effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activity on financial distress at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk
Full text linkThe aim of this study is to find out how profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activity have a partial and simultaneous effect on financial distress. To collect samples, the researchers used purposive sampling. This research uses secondary data from the triwulan financial report of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The study uses a descriptive and verification approach that includes descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, double linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the determination factor tests show that profitability, liquidity, leverage, and operational influences 90.20% of financial distress, and 9.80% are influenced by other factors not considered in the study. It can be concluded from the hypothesis test that partially Profitability, Liquidity, and Activity have a positive and significant influence on Financial Distress, while Leverage has a negative and significant effect on Financial distress while simultaneously Profitability, liquidity, Leverage, and Aktivity have an influence upon Financial Distress. Researchers recommend using different research objects and larger samples, not just that for further research it is recommended to use measuring tools that project different financial distress such as using the Springate, Zmijewski, or Grover method
