Full text linkThe consumption of medicines, health supplements, and traditional medicines increased during the Covid-19 pandemic. People with health complaints prefer self-medication to outpatient treatment. The risk of self-medication needs to be balanced with the knowledge and ability of the community to choose safe drug products, health supplements, and traditional medicines. BPOM increases public awareness related to drug and food safety through effective Communication, Information, and Education (KIE) programs Health Supplements are products that are intended to complement nutritional needs, maintain, improve and/or improve health functions, have nutritional value and/or physiological effects, contain one or more ingredients in the form of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and/or other non-plant ingredients that can be combined with plants. This Community Outreach was carried out to help participants to get to know health supplements that are safe to use. In this community service, education was carried out in the form of presentations related to Smart materials on choosing to use health supplements, especially drugs, and continued with a question and answer session. The question and answer session went well and there were many enthusiastic participants to ask questions after listening to the material that had been described by the speaker
 
Analisis bibliometrik tentang inovasi produk dan daya saing industri kreatif
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan menganalisis perkembangan riset mengenai inovasi produk dan daya saing industri kreatif melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, data diperoleh dari 500 publikasi yang terindeks Google Scholar selama periode 2021–2025. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan aplikasi Publish or Perish, sedangkan analisis dilakukan menggunakan VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas publikasi bertema inovasi mencapai puncak pada tahun 2021 dan mengalami penurunan bertahap hingga 2025. Pemetaan kata kunci mengungkapkan bahwa istilah innovation, product development, renewable energy, economic growth, dan green technology innovation merupakan istilah yang paling sering muncul, menunjukkan keterkaitan erat antara inovasi, teknologi, dan keberlanjutan dalam industri kreatif. Visualisasi overlay dan density menampilkan pergeseran tren penelitian menuju inovasi digital dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada sumber data yang hanya menggunakan metadata dari Google Scholar dan belum mencakup standarisasi kata kunci secara menyeluruh. Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menggabungkan beberapa basis data seperti Scopus dan Web of Science serta memanfaatkan pendekatan text mining atau topic modeling agar hasil analisis lebih komprehensif. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami lanskap penelitian inovasi produk di industri kreatif dan menjadi acuan bagi pengembangan strategi inovasi berkelanjutan dalam persaingan ekonomi globa

Full text linkAssistance to pregnant women is a form of community service activity community and the aim is to increase community participation in efforts to improve maternal and child health. One of the efforts to reduce maternal mortality is by maximizing the assistance of pregnant women. ANC service is a pregnancy service that aims to monitor the weight of pregnant women. Physiological changes are associated with weight gain during pregnancy about 25% of pre-pregnancy. Normal weight during pregnancy will increase in the second and third trimesters of 0.5 kg / week. To determine the effect of mentoring by involving PKK mothers on weight control for pregnant women. This research is a quasi-experimental research design a nonequivalent control group design. With a sample of 28 pregnant women divided into two groups (intervention and control). The data collection technique used an observation sheet. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test. The results of this study showed that there were significant differences between the control group and the intervention group. There is an effect of mentoring on the intervention group ?-value = 0.025 < 0.05. There is an Effect of Mentoring By involving PKK Mothers on Weight Control of Pregnant Women. So, it is hoped that health workers and PKK mothers can assist pregnant women in controlling body weight
Analisis Peran Digital Content Marketing Dalam Meningkatkan Promosi Pada STIKes Siti Hajar Di Kota Medan
Full text linkThis study aims to examine the impact of digital content marketing on the promotional performance of STIKes Fisiotherapy Siti Hajar in Medan City. Using qualitative research methodologies, especially case study approaches, this study explores the effectiveness of digital content marketing strategies implemented by STIKes Physiotherapy Siti Hajar. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders from STIKes Physiotherapy Siti Hajar, review of documents related to marketing strategies, and direct observation of the implementation of digital content marketing initiatives. This analysis focuses on identifying the qualitative aspects of the role of digital content marketing in influencing customer behavior and driving promotion. The findings show that STIKes Physiotherapy Siti Hajar has implemented various digital content marketing strategies, including the use of social media. Qualitative analysis underscores the important role of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content in increasing brand awareness and motivating consumers to make a purchase. In addition, this study highlights the positive impact of direct interaction facilitated by digital platforms between STIKes Physiotherapy Siti Hajar and prospective students. Content that provides comprehensive educational service quality information, service quality tutorial resources, and user testimonials has been very well received, thus strengthening the bond between STIKes Physiotherapy Siti Hajar and the prospective student base. However, this research also highlights the challenges faced by STIKes Fisiothérapie Siti Hajar in the implementation of digital content marketing, such as the need to expand the target audience and improve the content monitoring strategy. Recommendations were submitted for the improvement of content strategies, engagement with local influencers, and increased collaboration with the community of private sector education providers in the city of Medan
Pengaruh Promosi Kesehatan Terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap Remaja Tentang Permainan Game Online di Kelurahan Kwala Begumit
Full text linkThe World Health Organization (WHO) has designated online gaming addiction as one of the mental disorders, and the prevalence of online game addiction in adolescence is 24%. This is suspected because teenagers lack knowledge and have negative attitudes. Health promotion through counseling about online game addiction is very important, especially for adolescents who are prone to addiction. This research aims to determine the influence of health promotion on adolescents' knowledge and attitudes about online game games. This type of research is pre-experimental with the one group pretest posttest design. The research was conducted in Kwala Begumit Village. The study population was all adolescents as many as 65 people, and all of them were used as samples (total sampling). Data were analyzed univariate and bivariate using the Wilcoxon test at a 95% confidence level (a = 0.05). The results of the study showed that health promotion had an effect on adolescents' knowledge of online game games in Kwala Begumit Village, in 2023, p = 0.000 < 0.05. Health promotion affects adolescents' attitudes about online game games in Kwala Begumit Village (p = 0.000 < 0.05). This research shows that health promotion can improve adolescents' knowledge and attitudes about online gaming. Teenagers have to ask a lot of questions to health workers or read a lot of information related to the negative impact of online games so that knowledge becomes good and attitudes become positive
Strategi pemasaran UMKM di Indonesia, transformasi digital dan pemanfaatan media sosial: studi bibliometrik
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan perkembangan penelitian mengenai strategi pemasaran bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia dalam konteks transformasi digital dan pemanfaatan media sosial selama periode 2015–2025. Transformasi digital telah menjadi faktor krusial bagi UMKM untuk bertahan dan meningkatkan daya saing di era ekonomi digital, terutama setelah pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan data yang diambil dari basis data google scholar, dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Sebanyak 480 artikel yang memenuhi syarat dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi tren tematik, kolaborasi penelitian, dan pemetaan jaringan kata kunci (ko-munculan kata kunci). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata kunci seperti strategi, pemasaran, pemasaran digital, dan UMKM memiliki frekuensi tertinggi dan kekuatan tautan total, menunjukkan dominasi tema transformasi digital dalam penelitian pemasaran modern. Kluster tematik menunjukkan bahwa penelitian telah bergeser dari teori strategis tradisional menuju implementasi pemasaran digital berbasis media sosial, mencerminkan pergeseran paradigma dalam pemasaran UMKM dari pendekatan konvensional ke strategi yang lebih kreatif, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi teknologi. Namun, studi ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa keterbatasan, terutama ketergantungannya pada data bibliografis deskriptif, yang membatasi konteks teoretis yang lebih dalam terkait hubungan antar topik. Oleh karena itu, studi masa depan disarankan untuk menggabungkan analisis bibliometrik dengan pendekatan kualitatif atau tinjauan sistematis untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang strategi pemasaran digital bagi UMKM di Indonesi

Full text linkHygiene in children by having good and correct hand washing habits is a sanitation action by cleaning hands and fingers using water and soap so that they become clean to avoid all forms of disease. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of health promotion using video media and simulation on students' knowledge and attitudes about hand washing with soap (CTPS) at SD PAB 4, Deli Serdang Regency In this study used quantitative research with Pre-Experimental Designs with a One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. The population in this study is 195 students in grades 4, 5, and 6 with a sample of 31 students using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with normality test and paired sample t-test. The results of the analysis showed that the respondents' answer value or mean for pretest knowledge was 4.16, for posttest knowledge was 8.94. Meanwhile, for the pretest attitude is 4.48, for the posttest attitude is 10.06. The probability value of knowledge and attitude before and after being given health promotion using video media and simulation was (sig-p) 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is an effectiveness of health promotion using video media and simulation on students' knowledge and attitudes about handwashing with soap (CTPS). The conclusion of this study is that there is an effectiveness of health promotion using video media and simulation on students' knowledge and attitudes about washing hands with soap (CTPS). It is hoped that the school will counsel students about the benefits of CTPS using health promotion media such as videos and simulations, so that it can attract students' attention and can carry out CTPS habits correctly in preventing the arrival of disease
Perbandingan Efektivitas Promosi Kesehatan Melalui Penggunaan Video dan Leaflet Terhadap Pengetahuan Mengenai Pencegahan Stunting di Wilayah Kerja UPT Puskesmas Stabat Kabupaten Langkat
Full text linkStunting is a chronic nutritional problem that causes children to fail to grow so that their height is not appropriate for their age. Based on national data in 2021, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesian toddlers reached 24.4%. One of the main causes of this condition is the mother's lack of knowledge about stunting prevention. Efforts to increase knowledge can be done through health promotion, one of which is through the use of educational media such as videos. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of video media compared to leaflets in increasing pregnant women's knowledge about stunting prevention in the working area of the Stabat Health Center UPT, Langkat Regency. The study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 34 pregnant women who were divided into two groups: 17 respondents received counseling by video media and 17 others used leaflets. Data were analyzed using Wilcoxon test, Paired Sample T-Test, and Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that video media and leaflets were equally effective in increasing knowledge (p=0.000), but the Mann-Whitney test proved that video was more effective than leaflets (p<0.05). Thus, video media is considered more interesting, easy to understand, and able to provide greater knowledge improvement. Sosialisasi Nilai-Nilai Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Budaya Anti-Korupsi di Kalangan Mahasiswa
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan terhadap kesadaran anti-korupsi di kalangan mahasiswa. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan mahasiswa Stikes Asyifa Kisaran yang mengikuti mata kuliah Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi berbasis studi kasus dan simulasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila, kewarganegaraan, serta pentingnya integritas dalam mencegah korupsi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman mahasiswa mengenai peran Pancasila dalam pemberantasan korupsi. Meskipun demikian, keterbatasan waktu menjadi tantangan dalam memperdalam internalisasi nilai-nilai tersebut. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar kegiatan serupa dilanjutkan dengan durasi yang lebih panjang dan melibatkan lebih banyak pihak eksternal yang berkompeten.
Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Kelurahan Kisaran Naga Melalui Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi Untuk Menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu Dan Bayi
No full textThis community service program was conducted in Kelurahan Kisaran Naga with the aim of improving public knowledge about reproductive health and reducing maternal and infant mortality through health education. Counseling on pregnancy danger signs, antenatal care, and newborn care was delivered to pregnant women, adolescent girls, and the general public. The methods used included group counseling, training of health cadres, and individual counseling. The results of the program showed a significant increase in public knowledge of reproductive health, as well as changes in behavior regarding access to health services. Furthermore, there was a reduction in maternal and infant mortality after the program was implemented. Program evaluation also indicated high satisfaction levels from the community. This program is expected to serve as a model for community empowerment in other regions to improve maternal and child health
