    Analisis Kesalahan Siswa Kelas V SD Pada Operasi Hitung Pecahan Berdasarkan Tingkat Kecerdasan Siswa

    This study aims to determine the types of errors of grade V elementary school students in fraction calculation operations based on students' intelligence level. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The subject of this research were 30 students with the following details: four students in the high intelligence level category, sixteen students in the medium intelligence level category, and ten students in the low intelligence level category based on intelligence level indictors, namely figure ability, verbal ability and numerical ability. The conclusions of this research shows that, the types of errors made by students when completing fraction calculation operations are based on the student’s intelligence level. In the high intelligence level category, student’s do not experience problem in deciphering numerical problems where numerical errors are 0%, only make a few figure errors as much as 8.3%, and verbal errors as much as 6.25%. In the medium intelligence level category, students made a lot of verbal errors, 46.8%, numerical errors 35.4% and figure errors 27.08%. Meanwhile, for the low intelligence level category, the most numerical errors were 86.6%, followed by verbal errors 77.5% and finally figure errors 70%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis kesalahan siswa kelas V SD pada operasi hitung pecahan berdasarkan tingkat kecerdasan siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Kadolomoko sebanyak 30 siswa. Subjek 30 siswa dengan rincian sebagai berikut: empat siswa kategori tingkat kecerdasan tinggi, enam belas siswa kategori tingkat kecerdasan sedang, dan sepuluh siswa dengan kategori tingkat kecerdasan rendah berdasarkan indikator tingkat kecerdasan yaitu kemampuan figur, kemampuan verbal dan kemampuan numerik. Berdasarkan kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa saat menyelesaikan operasi hitung pecahan berdasarkan tingkat kecerdasan siswa. Pada kategori tingkat kecerdasan tinggi siswa tidak mengalami masalah dalam menguraikan masalah numerik dimana kesalahan numerik 0%, hanya sedikit melakukan kesalahan figur sebanyak 8,3%, dan kesalahan verbal sebanyak 6,25%. Pada kategori tingkat kecerdasan sedang, siswa banyak melakukan kesalahan verbal 46,8%, kesalahan numerik 35,4% dan kesalahan figur sebanyak 27,08%. Sementara itu, untuk kategori tingkat kecerdasan rendah paling banyak melakukan kesalahan numerik 86,6%, disusul kesalahan verbal 77,5% dan terakhir kesalahan figur 70%

    This study discusses the application of sanctions against prisoners who escape from correctional institutions while undergoing treatment in hospitals. The phenomenon of prison escapes during medical treatment poses a serious challenge for the correctional system in maintaining security and enforcing the law. This study uses a qualitative method by examining laws and regulations governing sanctions against prisoners who escape as well as case studies of several prison escape incidents. The results of the study indicate that there are gaps in supervision that are exploited by prisoners to escape, and the application of additional sanctions based on the Criminal Code (KUHP) and other related regulations still requires stricter enforcement. The sanctions applied aim to provide a deterrent effect, as well as prevent similar incidents from happening again. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of increasing supervision and coordination between correctional institutions and health agencies in overseeing prisoners during treatment outside prison.Penelitian ini membahas penerapan sanksi terhadap narapidana yang melarikan diri dari lembaga pemasyarakatan saat menjalani perawatan di rumah sakit. Fenomena pelarian narapidana selama perawatan medis menimbulkan tantangan serius bagi sistem pemasyarakatan dalam menjaga keamanan dan menegakkan hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengkaji Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang mengatur sanksi terhadap narapidana yang melarikan diri serta studi kasus dari beberapa kejadian pelarian narapidana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat celah dalam pengawasan yang dimanfaatkan oleh narapidana untuk melarikan diri, dan penerapan sanksi tambahan berdasarkan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) dan peraturan terkait lainnya yang  masih memerlukan penegakan yang lebih tegas. Sanksi yang diterapkan bertujuan untuk memberikan efek jera, serta mencegah terulangnya kejadian serupa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan pengawasan dan koordinasi antara lembaga pemasyarakatan dan instansi kesehatan dalam mengawal narapidana selama perawatan di luar penjara

The research used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a historical approach. The data sources in this research are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and document study. The results of the research obtained are 1) The background to the emergence of the Cungka Dance from a husband and wife who bought 1 of their 7 children whose body parts were planted in the garden and grew into food in the form of heads becoming coconuts, teeth becoming corn, fingers and toes becoming cassava, blood becoming santa (tubers), and other body parts becoming hopa, peanuts, pumpkins and so on. 2) The value contained in the Cungka dance story is the value of obedience which the child (Wa Sariati) was willing to slaughter for the sake of the survival of her family. 3) the cungka dance moves turning right and left and swinging the arms and changing patterns like the letter (V) accompanied by the waironi song. 4) The value contained in the Cungka dance is the value of the beauty of every movement dance

    Peran Anggota Dewan Perempuan Periode 2019-2024 Dalam Fungsi Legislasi Di DPRD Kabupaten Buton

    This study aims to analyze the role of female members of the Buton Regency Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) for the 2019–2024 period in carrying out their legislative functions, as well as to identify the constraints they encounter. Employing a qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, data were collected through in-depth interviews with female council members, male council members, community leaders, and through documentary research. The analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that women’s representation in the Buton Regency DPRD possesses considerable descriptive and symbolic significance, as evidenced by the presence of 24% female members, including a female council chair, which influences public perceptions positively and motivates greater political participation among women. Nevertheless, their substantive contribution to legislative work remains limited, as indicated by the underutilization of the right of initiative to propose gender-responsive local regulations, the low frequency of public dissemination of enacted regulations, and technical constraints such as limited budgetary resources. The primary obstacles include the low proportion of female representation, the dominance of infrastructure-related agendas promoted by male members, and the lack of training and institutional support for gender-responsive legislative capacity. These findings reinforce the view that gender-affirmative policies are insufficient if focused solely on numerical quotas and must be complemented by capacity building, structural support, and political networking. Consequently, the effectiveness of women’s roles in the Buton Regency DPRD will largely depend on the extent to which capacity enhancement and institutional reinforcement can be implemented in future terms—an issue that remains both a challenge and an opportunity for further sociopolitical inquiry

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui Tingkat kesejahteraan Masyarakat nelayan di Desa Taduasa Kecamatan Batuatas Kabupaten Buton Selatan. (2) Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi Tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat  nelayan di Desa Taduasa Kecamatan Batuatas Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yakni melukiskan tinjauan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat nelayan di desa Taduasa Kecamatan Batuatas Kabupaten Buton Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini yang di jadikan responden penelitian adalah masyarakat nelayan di Desa Taduasa Kecamatan Batuatas Kabupaten Buton Selatan yaitu sebanyak 25. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif, suatu analisis dimana data-data yang ada di kumpul kemudian diolah dalam bentuk tabel selanjutnya di berikan penjelasan-penjelasansecara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Nelayan di Desa Taduasa mrnghadapi berbagai tantangan yang signifikan. Tingkat pendidikan mereka yang rendah, dengan mayoritas hanya menyelesaikan pendidikan dasar atau bahkan tidak menyelesaikannya. Selain itu akses terhadap pengobatan sangat bergantung pada program pemerintah dan dukun, yang menunjukkan kurangnya fasilitas kesehatan yang memadai. Rumah yang mereka huni umumnya bersifat temporer, mencerminkan ketidakstabilan ekonomi yang di hadapi, dimana pendapatan dari hasil nelayan tidak mencukupi untuk membangun tempat tinggal yang yang permanen. Tingkat pendapatan bulanan yang sangat rendah juga berkontribusi pada ketidakmampuan mereka untuk menabung, sehingga mengakibatkan ketergantungan pada sumber pendapatan lain dan bantuan pemerintah.     The problem in this research is how to apply the Discovery Learning learning model to the independent curriculum in studying history for class XI at SMA Negeri 2 Baubau. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the Discovery Learning learning model in the independent curriculum in studying history for class XI at SMA Negeri 2 Baubau. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research or PTK. Time and place This research was carried out in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year in class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Baubau. The population in this study was 475 people (consisting of 13 study groups), the researchers chose class XI 3, totaling 36 students from SMA Negeri 2 Baubau. Research instruments are Observation Method, Demonstration Method and Documentation Method. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions The results of research in cycle I of student success in cycle I during learning activities were 16 students who completed with an average score of 70.00-75.00 and those who had not completed were 20 students with an average score of 55.00-65.00 in improving students' learning abilities to study the material and questions given and in cycle II during learning activities there was an increase where there were 31 students who completed with an average score 76.00-80.00 and there were 5 students who had not completed it with an average score of 60.00-65.00, increasing students' learning abilities to study the material and questions given

    The problems in this study: 1) What is the type of marriage in the Bajo Sampela community, 2) What is the procedure for implementing marriage in the Bajo Sampela community. The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out the type of marriage in the Bajo Sampela community, 2) to find out the procedure for implementing the marriage customs of the Bajo Sampela community.    This research uses socio-cultural research methods and includes qualitative research that produces analytical procedures that do not use statistical analysis procedures and other quantifications. Data collection in this study consists of three methods, namely: 1) observation, 2) interviews, and 3) literature. The subjects in this research are traditional leaders, community leaders, and marriage actors. The results of this research show that marriage in Bajo Sampela consists of 3 types of marriage, namely: a) massuro (proposal), b) siboa (elopement), c) ngandaka (forced marriage). The procedure for implementing the traditional marriage of Bajo Sampela marriage is: a) massuro, the procedures are: lelepatilao (asking), then massuro (proposal), discussing pananga (dowry) and continued with pangarintanga allau allo (determining a good day), then the opening and the wedding ceremony. b) siboa (eloping), the procedure is: the two run away to the customary leader's house, report to the customary leader, notification to both families concerned, discussing the dowry as well as the good day, a simple marriage. c) ngandaka (forced marriage), the procedure is: If caught, the young people are arrested, taken to the village priest's house, and married off, or if they want to be arranged by the adat leader, they are reported first to his famil

    Pernikahan usia dini masih banyak terjadi di Desa Mokobeau dan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor sosial, ekonomi, serta budaya. Faktor utama yang mendorong praktik ini adalah tekanan ekonomi keluarga, norma sosial yang menganggap pernikahan sebagai solusi untuk menghindari pergaulan bebas, serta keterbatasan akses pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi terhadap individu yang mengalami pernikahan dini, orang tua, serta tokoh masyarakat setempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pernikahan usia dini dianggap dapat meringankan beban ekonomi keluarga dan mempercepat keturunan, dampak negatifnya lebih besar. Dampak tersebut mencakup tingginya angka perceraian akibat ketidaksiapan mental pasangan, meningkatnya kemiskinan karena keterbatasan keterampilan kerja, serta rendahnya akses terhadap pendidikan bagi perempuan yang menikah muda

    Penelitian ini mengkaji ritual Hedasena yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Liya Togo di Pulau Wangi-Wangi, Kabupaten Wakatobi, sebagai bentuk perawatan tradisional bagi ibu dan anak pertama yang baru lahir. Ritual ini merupakan warisan budaya yang diwariskan secara turun-temurun dan memiliki dimensi sosial, spiritual, serta kesehatan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi untuk memahami makna serta tahapan ritual Hedasena. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Liya Togo meyakini Hedasena sebagai mekanisme perlindungan kesehatan anak dan ibu, sekaligus menjaga keseimbangan sosial. Ritual ini dianalisis melalui perspektif fungsionalisme struktural Parsons (AGIL), yang menunjukkan peran Hedasena dalam adaptasi budaya, pencapaian tujuan kesehatan, integrasi sosial, serta pewarisan nilai budaya.     Pengaruh Minat Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Baadia Kota Baubau

    The problem or research objective, in this study was to determine the interest in learning towards the learning outcomes of mathematics in grade IV of Elementary School 2 Baadia Baubau city. The population of this study were students of grade IV with a total of 29 students, while the sample in this study was the entire population. The data collection method in this study uses questionnaired and test. The measurement scale used was the Likert scale. The research data is analyzed using Simple Linear Regression via SPSS v20 Software. Based on the result significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there was an influence of interest in learning towards learning outcomes and has a regression equation of Y = 1,151 + 1,219X while the coefficient of determination of interest in learning towards learning outcomes is 52,1%. The results of this study indicate that there was a significant influence of interest in learning towards the learning outcomes of mathematics in grade IV of Elementary School 2 Baadia Baubau City. It can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between interest in learning towards the learning outcomes of mathematics in grade IV of Elementary School 2 Baadia Baubau City.  Permasalahan atau tujuan penelitian, pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Baadia Kota Baubau. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV dengan jumlah 29 siswa, adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket dan tes. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala Likert. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Regresi Linear Sederhana melalui Sofware SPSS v20. Berdasarkan hasil nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar, dan memiliki persamaan Regresi Y = 1,151 + 1,219X Sedangkan koefisien determinasi minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 52,1%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikansi minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Baadia Kota Baubau. Hal ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Baadia Kota Baubau
