Analisis Kesiapan Pedagogis Dan Teknologis Guru Dalam Mengadopsi Ai Sebagai Sarana Pembelajaran Adaptif
The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology increasingly opens up opportunities for the transformation of education towards a more adaptive learning approach. However, the readiness of teachers as the main actors in the education ecosystem is a determining factor in the adoption of this technology, especially in creating adaptive learning. This study aims to measure the level of teacher readiness in utilizing AI as an adaptive learning assistant, focusing on pedagogical, technological, and AI adoption aspects. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach to 42 English teachers at the junior high school level in Semarang Regency. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that teachers' pedagogical readiness level was in the high category, while the aspect of teachers' technological readiness was the most significant variable in supporting readiness in adopting AI. Findings from this study also showed that teachers have a general interest in AI with their pedagogical and technological abilities. The researcher of this study suggested significant training and professional development to facilitate teachers in adopting AI in adaptive learning of English subjects effectively and efficiently
Antara Kampus Dan Kekerasan: Mengungkap Pola Sistematik Dalam Kasus Kekerasan Seksual Di Perguruan Tinggi Di Pulau Jawa
Violence in higher education institutions in Indonesia has shown an increasing trend, with 82 cases reported (Komnas Perempuan, 2021-2024). This complex phenomenon involves individual (Internal) and systemic (External). factors that create an unsafe academic environment.This study examines the interaction between internal and external factors contributing to sexual violence and evaluates the implementation of policies at six universities on the island of Java. Qualitative descriptive analysis using secondary data (2023-2025) from media reports, policy documents, and academic literature through content analysis. Case studies include UI, UGM, UNDIP, UNAIR, UNPAD, and UNTIRTA. Key findings reveal: 1) Internal factors (Low self-control, moral laxity) interact with external factors (weak oversight, hierarchical structure); 2) Only 33% of cases are reported to the campus task force (PPKS) due to lack of trust; 3) Policy implementation remains inconsistent across institutions. Comprehensive prevention requires: 1) Gender education integrated into the curriculum; 2) A standardized reporting system; 3) Cultural transformation toward an ethical academic environment
Pendampingan Penerapan Sustainable Packaging Untuk Produk Jajanan Rena Snack
The use of plastic as a packaging material remains the primary choice among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) due to its practicality and affordability. However, growing environmental awareness has encouraged the adoption of sustainable packaging as a more ecologically responsible alternative. This activity aimed to assist Rena Snack in identifying and applying environmentally friendly packaging alternatives suited to the characteristics of its products. The program was implemented in three stages: preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The results showed that sustainable packaging was relatively easy to implement, effectively maintained product quality during distribution, and remained cost-efficient. However, several challenges emerged, including mismatched packaging sizes, limited resistance of paper materials to oil and moisture, and extended processing times when using banana leaves. The sustainability evaluation indicated that the combination of paper and banana leaves held promising potential for broader application, provided there were adjustments to production efficiency and alignment with consumer preferences. This initiative is expected to encourage broader adoption of sustainable packaging practices among MSMEs to enhance competitiveness in the green economy era
Perencanaan Anggaran Biaya Sistem Jaringan Distribusi Air Bersih Perumahan Aloha ke Jl. Raya S. Parman Sidoarjo
Access to clean water is an important indicator of community quality of life. This research aims to analyze budget planning for clean water distribution network systems from Aloha Housing to Jl. Raya S. Parman Sidoarjo in supporting Umbulan Regional SPAM operations. The research methodology uses a descriptive quantitative approach with Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) based on Sidoarjo Regency HSPK and current material price references. Primary data was obtained through field surveys and measurement of existing conditions, while secondary data included planning drawings and technical specifications. The results showed a total Budget Plan (RAB) of IDR 5,022,504,000 for a 2,827 km network length with a cost per meter of IDR 1,614,896. The cost structure is dominated by pipe and accessory procurement (57.20%), preparatory work (8.83%), and earthwork (8.32%). Sensitivity analysis revealed that 300 mm PVC pipes contribute 54.59% to total costs with high sensitivity to material price fluctuations. Benchmarking with PUPR HSPK shows positive deviations of 5-11% which can be explained by local factors. Project cost-effectiveness shows a cost per capita served of IDR 125,563/person with a 20-year projected ROI of 12.5% and a payback period of 8.2 years, indicating good economic feasibility. This research recommends optimization through integrated regional procurement, development of technical guidelines for construction methods, and improved spatial planning coordination to reduce inefficiency. The findings support achieving the 2030 universal clean water access target with a cost-effective and sustainable approach
Studi pengembangan Sistem Jaringan Distribusi Air Bersih Perumahan Aloha ke Jl. Raya S. Parman Sidoarjo
The fulfillment of the need for clean water is an important indicator of the level of quality of human life. The Sidoarjo Regency Government in collaboration with PT. East Java Clean Water through the Umbulan regional SPAM project to meet the community's clean water needs. This study aims to analyze the planning of adding a clean water distribution pipeline network from Aloha Housing to Jl. Raya S. Parman using WaterCAD v8 hydraulic simulation. The research methodology includes population growth analysis using geometric methods, calculation of domestic and non-domestic water needs, and hydraulic simulation of piping systems. Population data was obtained from three villages, namely Pepelegi, Wage, and Sawotratap with a projection of the next 10 years. The results of the study show that the total water requirement is 88.75 lt/second to serve 54,753 residents. Hydraulic analysis using WaterCAD showed that the optimal pipe diameter was 300 mm with a residual pressure of 2 bar at the final junction. The simulation shows that the system is able to serve water needs at the minimum conditions, the first maximum (06.00), and the second maximum (18.00). This study provides technical recommendations for the development of effective and efficient clean water infrastructure in the study area
Profil Kemampuan Literasi Sains Siswa Pada Materi Perubahan Lingkungan Melalui Model Pembelajaran Learning Cycle Berbantu Media Padlet
Scientific literacy is a key 21st-century competency that needs to be developed in education, particularly in relation to environmental change issues. However, the results of PISA 2022 indicate that Indonesian students’ scientific literacy achievement remains low. This study aims to analyze the effect of the learning cycle model assisted by Padlet media on high school students’ scientific literacy skills in environmental change material. The research method used was quantitative with a quasi-experimental design of the pretest-posttest control group type. The sample consisted of 60 tenth-grade students, divided into an experimental class applying the learning cycle model with Padlet and a control class using conventional learning. The data collection instrument was a scientific literacy test that had been validated and proven reliable. Data analysis was conducted using t-tests and effect size measurements. The results showed no significant difference between the experimental and control classes. This finding indicates that the integration of the learning cycle model and Padlet was less effective in improving students’ scientific literacy. Theoretically, this research reinforces the relevance of constructivist learning combined with digital media. Practically, the findings can serve as recommendations for teachers to optimize the use of technology in science learning. Future research is suggested to expand the population, include additional variables, and combine quantitative and qualitative approaches to obtain a more comprehensive understanding
Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Dan Kualitas Layanan Elektronik Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Pada Karyawan PT. Jasaraharja Putera Yang Menggunakan Care System
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan elektronik memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi CARE pada karyawan PT Jasaraharja Putera. CARE System merupakan platform digital internal yang berfungsi mendukung aktivitas operasional asuransi, sehingga keberhasilan implementasinya sangat ditentukan oleh persepsi pengguna terhadap aspek teknis, informatif, serta pelayanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner disebarkan kepada 240 karyawan PT Jasaraharja Putera, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM untuk menguji pengaruh antara kualitas system, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan elektronik terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Secara lebih rinci, kualitas informasi memberikan kontribusi paling dominan, diikuti oleh kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan pendekatan integratif dalam pengembangan sistem, dengan menekankan keseimbangan pada aspek teknis, informatif, dan pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan serta efektivitas penggunaan sistem.
 
Penegakan Hukum Pada Pengemudi Dan Pemilik Truk Dalam Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Di Wilayah Hukum Polrestabes Blitar
Dalam kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas yang menyebabkan kematian, kelalaian pengemudi dan pemilik kendaraan yang tidak layak menjadi dua factor paling menentukan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kecelakaan yang menimpa dua orang pekerja lapangan survey lendutan jalan. Mereka adalah penyewa truk yang seharusnya mendapatkan jaminan keselamatan dari pemilik kendaraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempertanyakan keberlanjutan proses hukum terhadap pengemudi truk dsan pemilik kendaraan sesuai dengan aturan UU‐LLAJ. Selain itu penelitian ini juga mengkaji pertanggung jawaban pengemudi terhadap penumpang dan pertanggung jawaban pemilik kendaraan terhadap konsumen yang menyewa kendaraan berdasarkan KUHPerdata. Metode normative digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengkaji lebih dalam tentang hukum dan aturan Undang‐Undang yang seharusnya diterapkan dalam kasus tersebut. Kecelakaan lalu lintas yang mengakibatkan korban meninggal dunia menimbulkan banyak kerugian. Ada hak‐hak korban yang harus diperjuangkan sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban dari pengemudi dan pemilik kendaraan yang tidak mampu menjamin keselamatan korban. Kelalaian dalam berkendaraan hingga mengakibatkan korban meninggal dunia tercantum dalam aturan UU‐LLAJ pasal 229 ayat (4) dan (5), pasal 310 ayat (4) merupakan ketentuan khusus dari pasal 359 KUHP. Adapun pertanggungjawaban pengemudi dan pemilik kendaraan teehadap korban yang diatur dalam KUHPerdata pasal 1365 dan pasal 1366. Moving A Nation: The Evolution of Public Transit in Indonesia - Enhanced Analysis
This study examines the evolution of Indonesia’s public transportation system as a reflection of its national development journey, from the colonial period to the modern era of innovation and sustainability. The research focuses on the role of public transport in enhancing connectivity, reducing socio-spatial inequalities, and supporting economic growth. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature review and recent empirical data, the findings reveal that public transport plays a strategic role in improving mobility equity, economic efficiency, and carbon emission reduction. Major transformations have occurred through the implementation of the Bus Rapid Transit (TransJakarta) system, development of MRT and LRT networks, and digital innovations in payment and data integration. However, persistent challenges remain in accessibility gaps, modal integration, and financial sustainability. The study concludes that the success of Indonesia’s public transport relies on multi-sector collaboration, evidence-based policy, and the application of inclusive and sustainable mobility principles to achieve equitable and competitive urban transport
Pengaruh Penilaian Kinerja Guru, Motivasi , dan Kompetensi Pedagogik Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMKN 1 Kongbeng
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penilaian kinerja guru, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja mengajar guru dan tenaga kependidikan di SMKN 1 Kongbeng. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori melalui survei kuesioner skala Likert kepada seluruh populasi (sampling jenuh) berjumlah 32 responden. Instrumen dinyatakan valid (r_hitung > r_tabel) dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha 0,86–0,91). Uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan data memenuhi normalitas, bebas multikolinearitas (VIF 1,406–1,557), bebas heteroskedastisitas, serta tidak terdapat autokorelasi (DW 1,921). Analisis regresi linier berganda menghasilkan persamaan Y = 5,214 + 0,321X1 + 0,287X2 + 0,402X3, dengan koefisien determinasi R² = 0,619 yang mengindikasikan 61,9% variasi kinerja mengajar dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen. Uji parsial (t) menunjukkan penilaian kinerja (β=0,321; p=0,011), motivasi kerja (β=0,287; p=0,013), dan kompetensi pedagogik (β=0,402; p=0,003) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja mengajar. Uji simultan (F=18,742; p<0,001) menegaskan pengaruh bersama yang signifikan. Temuan menempatkan kompetensi pedagogik sebagai prediktor terkuat, diikuti penilaian kinerja dan motivasi kerja. Implikasi praktisnya, sekolah perlu memperkuat sistem penilaian kinerja yang akuntabel, program peningkatan motivasi, serta pelatihan pedagogik berbasis kebutuhan untuk mengakselerasi mutu pembelajaran kejuruan
