Get PDFBy analysing Salaviza’s films under the identity scope, similar ideas seem to appear in his work. The identity crisis and the relationship of power become a central theme along with the importance of the interspaces where the main characters take part in the world. Hence, by putting side-by-side Rafa (Salaviza, 2012) and Montanha (Salaviza, 2015) we can observe a space where the interior struggles with the exterior.

Get PDFAfter a brief overview about aesthetic and dramatic common motives in Salaviza’s work, we will focus on the hypothesis raised by the Cátia Diogo’s audiovisual essay Rafa and David (2022). The essay juxtaposes two scenes in Rafa (2012) and Montanha (2015), in which the condition of the “operative image” (Harun Farocki) is revealed. Taking into account a number of ideas that are expressed by the formal strategy that this audiovisual essay takes, we will speculate about how, in the intertextual relation between these films, is possible to envision a change of course in the work of João Salaviza, towards a cinema of impermanence.

Blockchain na saúde, uma análise bibliométrica de 2008 a 2021
Get PDFBlockchain is a technology that has been gaining more and more prominence in the digital world. The properties of this technology initially designed for the Bitcoin cryptocurrency demonstrated, from an early age, great potential for applicability in other areas and there are already several industries that benefit from this system. The healthcare sector was not indifferent to the implementation of this technology and the association of blockchain and thealthcare has been the subject of particular interest. Therefore, this article aimed to map the state of the art of Blockchain in healthcare through a bibliometric analysis of publications and citations that contained the keywords “Blockchain” and “Healthcare” in the title, abstract, or keywords, during the period extending from 2008 to the present. Through the Scopus database and its integrated research program, a total of 1584 publications were obtained which allowed the analysis of volume of work and citations, the countries of origin of the publications; and the articles with the greatest impact in the literature. With the analysis of other words or concepts associated with Blockchain and Healthcare, we sought to predict the trend for future investigations. It was possible to confirm the growing interest in this technology and its potential application in healthcare, specially in terms of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Electronic Patient Records (EMR).Blockchain é uma tecnologia que tem vindo a ganhar cada vez mais destaque no mundo digital. As propriedades desta tecnologia inicialmente desenhadas para a criptomoeda Bitcoin demonstraram, desde cedo, grande potencial de aplicabilidade noutras áreas e são já várias as indústrias que usufruem deste sistema. A área da saúde não ficou indiferente à implementação desta tecnologia e a associação de blockchain e saúde tem sido alvo de particular interesse. Assim, este artigo teve como objetivo mapear o estado da arte de Blockchain na área da saúde através de uma análise bibliométrica às publicações e citações que contêm as palavras-chave “Blockchain” e “Healthcare” (Saúde) no título, resumo, ou palavras-chave, durante o período de 2008 até ao presente. Através da base de dados Scopus e o seu programa integrado de pesquisa obtiveram-se um total de 1584 publicações que permitiu avaliar o volume de trabalhos e citações; os países de origem das publicações; e os artigos com maior impacto na literatura. Através da análise de outras palavras ou conceitos associados a Blockchain e Saúde procurou-se prever a tendência para futuras investigações. Foi possível confirmar o crescente interesse nesta tecnologia e no seu potencial de aplicação na área da saúde, sobretudo ao nível da Internet of Things (IoT) e dos Registos Eletrónicos de Pacientes. In the current \u27present society\u27, a set of questions have emerged in the public debate which require a critical reflection on the social uses of the past and a special attention to the role of History and Archivistics. It is in this cultural environment, and in the context of the development of information technologies, that we will try to identify some of the most immediate challenges that face the archives, as "memory institutions", in the announced "knowledge society".A reflexão proposta parte de um conjunto de pressupostos, articulando os conceitos de História, de Memória Social e de Instituições de Memória, entre as quais se inscrevem os arquivos. Na atual “sociedade do presente” têm emergido um conjunto de questões no debate público que obrigam a uma reflexão crítica sobre os usos sociais do passado e uma especial atenção ao papel da História e da Arquivística. Image philosophy for reading glitch art
Get PDFThis article investigates to what extent it is possible to establish an image philosophy to read digital images, in this specific case, applying the concepts in the areas of glitch art. For this, we sought, through a systematic literature review, general definitions about the terms of the image and developed a possible approach for reading digital images that have intrusive aesthetic data from the operation of technical apparatus. The study takes place as a theoretical reflection that does not aim to “solve” all the questions about reading images, but it can bring up the possibility of interpreting the images that inhabit the digital universe

Eficácia de programas de reabilitação no doente com Guillain-Barré: revisão integrativa
Get PDFThe Person with Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) presents changes in several determinants of health-related quality of life, including mobility, fatigue, pain and depression. The regular application of adjusted rehabilitation programs suggest improvements in the functionality and quality of life of the Patients.Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs in Persons with Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Methodology: An integrative literature review was carried out to identify relevant studies to include those that met the defined inclusion criteria. Studies dated between January 2011 and March 2021 were searched, in Portuguese, Spanish and English, using the following electronic database platforms: PubMed, Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) and Virtual Health Library, Google Scholar, Medline, PEDro, EBSCOhost. The review corpus consisted of 8 studies. Results: Efficacy was observed in all rehabilitation programs carried out on people with GBS, with significant improvements in the dimensions: functional capacity, muscle re-education and functional respiratory rehabilitation. High-intensity programs further enhanced functional capacity, producing greater independence in carrying out activities of daily living, with significant improvements in strength and endurance. There were also significant gains in lower limb muscle strength and static and dynamic balance, with muscle strengthening. Conclusion: The results translated into positive contributions in the specialized practices of Rehabilitation Nursing for people with Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Its effects produced improvements in the complex lives of these People, improving their quality of life, enhancing their functional and respiratory independence, and minimizing sequelae. A Pessoa com Síndrome de Guillain-Barré (SGB), apresenta alterações em diversos determinantes da qualidade de vida relacionada com a saúde, incluindo a mobilidade, a fadiga, a dor e depressão. A aplicação regular de programas de reabilitação ajustados sugerem melhorias na funcionalidade e na qualidade de vida dos Doentes. Objetivo: Avaliar a eficácia de programas de reabilitação na Pessoa portadora de Síndrome de Guillain-Barré. Metodologia: Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura para identificar estudos relevantes a incluir aqueles que respondessem aos critérios de inclusão definidos. Procedeu-se à pesquisa de estudos datados entre janeiro de 2011 a março de 2021, nos idiomas português, espanhol e inglês, recorrendo às seguintes plataformas eletrónicas de bases de dados: PubMed, Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) e Biblioteca Virtual da Saúde, Google Scholar, Medline, PEDro, EBSCOhost. O corpus da revisão ficou constituído por 8 estudos. Resultados: Observou-se eficácia em todos os programas de reabilitação efetuados em pessoas portadoras de SGB, com melhorias significativas nas dimensões: capacidade funcional, reeducação muscular e reabilitação funcional respiratória. Os programas de alta intensidade potenciaram ainda mais a capacidade funcional, produzindo maior independência na realização das atividades de vida diária, com melhorias significativas na força e na resistência. Houve ainda ganhos significativos na força muscular dos membros inferiores e no equilíbrio estático e dinâmico, com fortalecimento muscular.Conclusão: Os resultados traduziram-se em contributos positivos nas práticas especializadas da Enfermagem de Reabilitação da pessoa portadora de Síndrome de Guillain-Barré. Os seus efeitos produziram melhorias na vivencia complexa dessas Pessoas, melhorando a qualidade de vida, potenciando a independência funcional e respiratória, minimizando sequelas
