The interest of this research lies in showing, on the one hand, how Theology in Latin America has been linked to the development of theological methods, beginning with a necessary relationship between Theology and methods, as has been the case with the developments of Liberation Theology in relation to the see-judge-act method and its impact on other methods. On the other hand, it seeks to show how Liberation Theology, while not the only theology in Latin America, is the one that has most impacted and influenced many of the advances of Theology on the continent, giving rise, in turn, to a wide theological production. This work has been guided by the following question: how has this Liberation Theology and its methods influenced the developments and inquiries of Theology and methods in Latin America? The research was carried out using the Systematic Literature Review technique, with the use of scientific databases, with particular focus on Latin American publications. The importance of teaching Deaf Community Cultural Wealth in family-centered sign language curricula
Foreign language classes typically include cultural components, and signed languages are no exception. This paper describes a family-centered American Sign Language (ASL) curriculum designed specifically for hearing parents with young deaf children and its approach to teaching deaf culture. The authors suggest teaching Deaf Community Cultural Wealth (DCCW) from two perspectives. The first includes asking learners to reflect on their own personal experiences with cultural capital, then providing specific examples of resources for each type of capital from a deaf perspective. The second includes asking families to consider how they can apply each type of cultural capital to raising their deaf child. Families of deaf children are often criticized for their choices, but lessons on Deaf Community Cultural Wealth in family-centered signed language curricula provide the tools to resist this criticism
The aim of this work is to analyse the relationship between the Apostolic See and the Crown of Aragon during the papacy of Honorius III. While the idea of a feudal link between Aragon and the papacy has already been questioned by Johannes Fried, a letter sent from Honorius’s chancery in 1222 seems to show how the pope might have reframed this relation at some point during his papacy, explicitly highlighting the idea of King James I as a vassallus of the Roman Church. Tackling this document from an ecclesiological perspective and reading it in light of the context in which it was produced, this article considers the reasons for the change of interpretation by Honorius and the consequences for Aragon and for the papacy.O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar as relações entre a Sede Apostólica e a Corona de Aragão durante o pontificado de Honório III.
A medieval “enigma”: about the ecclesiastical trajectory of the Archbishop of Braga and “Antipope” Gregory VIII, Maurice “Bourdin” (11th-12th centuries)
The ecclesiastical and political path of the archbishop of Braga and “antipope” Maurício “Burdino” had been long and diversified. In the complex context of both the Roman Church’s affirmation among the powers of Medieval Europe and the reorganization of the Hispanic Church, Maurice’s experience represents a paradigmatic case. The study of its career allows us to reflect on the main problems related to the ecclesiastical institutions and the transformations of European society between the end of the 11th century and the first decades of the 12th century. In this article, we will analyse two specific aspects. First, we will study Maurice’s trajectory as bishop of Coimbra and archbishop of Braga from 1099 onwards and his relations with the Iberian ecclesiastical powers and the Roman Curia. Second, we will analyse the causes of his “unexpected” 1118-election as “antipope” Gregory VIII, supported by Emperor Henry V, in opposition to the Roman pontiffs Gelasius II and Calixtus II.
Video Games Against the Male Gaze
Video games are a medium that creates content often based on male gaze, allowing heteronormative and patriarchal portrayals that limit the representation of social minorities. In this article, we will study how video games counter the male gaze through realistic, diverse, and in-depth portrayals of their main characters. The case studies will be the characters Chloe Price from Life is Strange: Before the Storm (2017) by Deck Nine, Ellie and Abby from The Last of Us Part II (2020) by Naughty Dog, and Billie Lurk from Dishonored: Death of the Outsider (2017) by Arkane Studios. These video games feature strong female main characters who go against social norms and represent a diversity of sexuality, bodies, and cultures. Through this article, we intend to understand how these video games, which belong to series for a mass audience, are a step towards a commonplace of acceptance, accessibility, and awareness.

Arts and Gaming, Convergent Feminism and Speculative Futures
For this Journal of Science and Technology of the Arts special edition, we called for research papers that reflected the theme of Arts and Games, Convergent Feminism and Speculative Futures. We were interested in exploring and experimenting with the intricate relationships and coalitions between the arts, convergent feminism and digital and analog technologies, bringing together codes and algorithms, creativity and community involvement. This invitation sparked the interest of some authors with diverse points of view and diverse arts-based research. This special edition presents articles that are likely to pick the interest of a wide audience which questions the role of artificial intelligence in the arts and seeks examples of art-based research that takes advantage of transmedia ecologies and gaming to generate sustainable futures
