Perspektif Hukum Islam Tentang Hiburan Organ Tunggal (Keyboard)
No full textThis research is an attempt to find out the basic habits of people in doing keyboard entertainment. The main questions to be answered through this research are: 1) What according to Islamic law regarding a single organ (keyboard)? 2) What are the effects of a single organ (keyboard)? This study aims to determine Islamic law regarding a single organ (keyboard) and to determine the impact that arises from a single organ (keyboard) on the surrounding community. To answer this question, this research uses a type of library research. From the research, the majority of people in carrying out keyboard entertainment is a habit that is often done by the community and based on a strong tradition. even though keyboard entertainment is not in accordance with Islamic teachings (haram). And as for the impact of a single organ (keyboard), namely the number of sins that arise such as drunkenness, displaying genitalia, disturbances, disturbing balance, making the center of courtship, even causing lives to be lost.Penelitian ini merupakan usaha untuk mengetahui dasar kebiasaan masyarakat dalam melakukan hiburan keyboard. Pertanyaan utama yang ingin di jawab melalui penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana tinjauan hukum islam tentang organ tunggal (keyboard)? 2) apa saja dampak yang di timbul kan organ tunggal (keyboard)? Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui hukum Islam tentang organ tunggal (keyboard) dan untuk mengetahui dampak yang di timbulkan dari organ tunggal (keyboard) kepada masyarakat sekitar. Untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, maka penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pustaka. Berdasarkan dari penelitian, mayoritas masyarakat dalam melaksanakan hiburan keyboard merupakan suatu kebiasaan yang sering di lakukan oleh masyarakat dan di jadikan sebagai tradisi yang kuat. padahal hiburan keyboard tidak sesuai dalam ajaran islam (haram). Dan adapun dampak organ tunggal (keyboard) yaitu banyaknya dosa yang di timbulkan seperti mabukan, menampilkan aurat, perkelahian, mengganggu ketenangan tetangga, menjadikan pusat pacaran, bahkan sampai melakukan kerusuhan yang mengakibatkan nyawa melayang.

Sejalan dengan itu pengertian disiplin berlalu lintas merujuk pada UU RI Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 yang menerangkan bahwa segala perilaku pengguna jalan baik bermotor ataupun tidak di jalan raya yang sesuai dengan undang-undang ataupun peraturan lalu lintas yang telah diterapkan. Konsep yang ditawarkan dalam maqashid Syariah yaitu dengan menerapkan kaidah hifz al-nafs atau menjaga jiwa adalah memelihara hak untuk hidup secara terhormat dan memelihara jiwa agar terhindar dari tindakan penganiayaan, baik berupa pembunuhan maupun berupa pelukaan. Menjaga jiwa terletak pada tingkat yang kedua setelah agama, yang merupakan tujuan ditetapkannya permasaahan adat dan hukum jinayah. PERAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM PENGEMBANGAN SARANA DAN PRASARANA MIN 6 KOTA BANDA ACEH
No full textTujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat peran manajerial kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan sarana dan prasarana di MIN 6 Kota Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian verifikatif (kausalitas) yaitu suatu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan sebab-akibat dari dua variabel atau lebih dalam suatu penelitian atau penelitian yang bertujuan menguji kebenaran hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Adapun jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 90 kepala sekolah, guru, dan karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi product moment “peran manajerial kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan sarana dan prasarana di MIN 6 Kota Banda Aceh” dikatakan signifikan dengan nilai 0,719. Maka nilai 0,719 menunjukkan bahwa memiliki hubungan yang positif dan tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan dilihat dari interval koefisien korelasi antara 3,80 – 1,000. Hasil perhitungan regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y = 10.523 + 0,809X dan R Square sebesar 0,719 berarti bahwa peran manajerial kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan sarana dan prasarana sebesar 80,90%. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ho) “Terdapat peran antara manajerial kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan sarana dan prasarana di MIN 6 Kota Banda Aceh”. Sehingga hasil uji hipotesi dapat teruji kebenarannya dalam penelitian ini

No full textTransactions purchasing goods and services in cyberspace are increasing day by day, this makes the issue of impulse buying increasingly popular in the context of consumer behavior. The phenomenon of purchasing goods and services in cyberspace is something that is commonly done by modern society today, especially in the city of Banda Aceh. One of these marketplaces is Tokopedia, which is an online buying and selling site that provides and serves the needs of consumers in various lines and aspects of life, from household needs to other luxury products. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of discount prices, customer value, service quality on impulse buying. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of qualitative research. The research sample of 100 consumers was taken by purposive sampling technique. Based on the research, it is known that the discount factors on consumers' impulse buying have an effect with a contribution of 35.6%. The functional aspect of the customer value factor influences the contribution of the influence of 19.5%. It can be said that discount prices have an effect on impulsive purchases and the frequency of visits has a positive effect on the Tokopedia online site. The limitations of this research are still broad. It is hoped that further research can be more specific regarding the issue of gender and income levels on impulsive buying attitudes

No full textFundraising zakat is the main responsibility of amil. In fulfilling this responsibility, Baitul Mal Aceh (BMA) has succeeded in doing so. Therefore, this study aims to determine the growth of zakat collection in BMA in the 2016-2020 period in terms of nominal, sources, and efforts made in collecting zakat. To achieve this goal, this research uses a case study. The findings show that the amount of zakat collected during this period increased significantly to a total of more than Rp. 248.44 billion, although it tends to fluctuate. The increase was above the national average. In terms of sources of zakat, professional zakat income is more dominant. To support the success of zakat collection efforts, BMA and the provincial government continue to strive to obtain new sources of zakat income, form a Zakat Collecting Unit (UPZ) and conduct massive socialization of zakat to the community

No full text This article describes how to build Islamic character education in online learning as the main goal in Islamic education is so that students have Islamic knowledge and master applied science and form students with Islamic personality (Aqliyah and Nafsiyah Islam). Talking about education is talking about generations. However, how about talking about education in Indonesia? Is education in Indonesia can be said to be fine, or just the opposite? The research method used by the author is a qualitative method, namely research methods relating to data in the form of narration, analysis and interpretation of the data found. At first glance the decision to study at home seems fun, but in fact there are many complaints everywhere. Especially come from students. The low morale of students who dare to shout at the teacher for being given an assignment to say something that is not appropriate to the teacher. How can this happen in Indonesia? Isn't that a big problem for education in Indonesia? Religious knowledge is only limited to knowledge, but is not practiced in everyday life. For this reason, the morals and morals of students gradually become low. Islam as a religion, does not limit students to only master the science of religion. Metode Ijtihad Wahbah Zuhaili dan Aktualisasinya Dalam Konteks Kekinian
No full textIjtihad is a process of legal reasoning to derive Islamic legal law conducted by qualified and trained jurist. The need for ijtihad dates back to the beginning of Islam, especially after the death of Prophet Muhammad SAW. In Islamic jurisprudence, Ijtihad occupies a special place, which can only be practiced by those qualified to do. As a prominent Islamic Scholar, Wahbah Zuhaili offers new methods for conducting ijtihad. This Article relied on some qualitative approaches to provide answers. That means the results of study were not obtained through some statistical calculations or other quantitative means. This was allowed to understand more detailed or more complex into some phenomena being investigated. For this purpose, library research and content analysis were used as methods for data collection and data analysis respectively. The study revealed that Wahbah Zuhaili relied on specific methods in conducting Ijtihad, which differed quite substantially from those used by many other scholars. It was also revealed that the method used found to be quite relevant to the current era/context

No full textAs an educator, a teacher plays an important role in determining teaching and learning success. Educating does not merely a requirement to administrative procedures, but it also involves a totality in its implementation. This means that the whole components of learning are included when educating. Also, being a role model is part of the teacher’s intelligence, attitudes, and behaviors when they need to shape student’s moral, spiritual, and social characteristics. This study examined the issues of the actualization of teachers’ role modeling of MIN (Islamic elementary school) Meulaboh that influenced students’ emotional intelligence, the effects of role modeling that were shown during teacher-student interactions, and the obstacles and the solutions to the development of students’ behaviors relevant to their emotional intelligence. This study was a qualitative study. The data obtained were primary and secondary data. The participants of the study included the principal, vice principal of curriculum affairs, staff of student affairs, administration staff, teachers, and students of MIN Meulaboh, Aceh Barat district. Data were obtained by observation, interview, and documentation. The data were then analyzed through three systematical stages; reduction, display, and verification. Findings showed that teachers’ role modeling could increase students’ emotional intelligence, and gave relevant impact towards the students. It was shown from the increasing harmonious relationship among the students, and also better attitudes such as being polite and reserved, greeting each other, having proper behaviors to one another, and being punctual and discipline. It is hoped that the study would provide valuable contribution to teachers, students, and school itself, and also the findings could provide information on teachers as role models that can influence students’ emotional intelligence, to which further becomes a basis for developing a polite, discipline, and friendly future generation

Based on the results of this descriptive study, it was found that the religious values contained in the novel The Split Month in the American Sky include: Aqeedah (Faith) values which include: Faith in God, Faith in angels, Faith in the Book, Faith in the Prophets and Apostles, Faith in the End Times, Faith in Qada 'and Qadar. Shari'ah values (Worship) which include: reading the Qur'an, alms, and remembrance of Allah. Akhlaq values (moral character) include: the value of patience, gratitude, and filial piety to parents
