    In Islamic law, qiyas is a solution offered for various legal cases that are not explicitly stated in the proposition in the sources of Islamic law. It is known that Imam Shafi'i was the originator of the concept of qiyas. In his view, various legal cases in Muslim societies that are not clearly regulated in the Qur'an or Sunnah can be resolved through qiyas, either in the form of qiyas jaly or qiyas khafi. Everyone knows that Islamic law is contained in the Koran, the prophetic traditions, the opinions of the early generations of scholars, the consensus and controversies among them, has a high intellectual capacity and sharp analysis whereby he can identify obscure facts, and can become al-Qais. The concept of qiyas consists of four elements of al-ashl, namely the original law derived from the text, al-far, or from an al-'illah. A qiyas may not go beyond the text of the main sources of Islamic law, because it is taken from existing texts

    In the educational process, the inculcation of values is an important thing that must be implemented to achieve the goals of education itself. One of the values that must be transmitted in the educational process is tolerance. To be able to realize it in life, education must be carried out continuously, both within the school and family spheres. This study aims to determine the values of tolerance in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) textbooks at Class VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah. In this article, the author uses literature or library research, namely studies carried out using literature that originates from books, papers, journal, notes, or reports on research results and previous studies. This study shows that the range of tolerance values found in SKI Class VII textbooks at Madrasah Tsanawiyah include: acknowledging the rights of everyone; respecting the beliefs of others; respecting difference; mutual understanding; as well as awareness and honesty. These values are included in the points of tolerance, democracy, togetherness, equality, and justice.AbstrakDalam proses pendidikan, penanaman nilai menjadi hal penting yang harus dilaksanakan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan itu sendiri. Salah satu nilai yang harus ditransmisikan dalam proses pendidikan adalah nilai toleransi. Untuk dapat merealisasikan dalam kehidupan, pendidikan harus dilakukan secara terus menerus baik dalam lingkup sekolah  maupun lingkup keluarga. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai toleransi dalam buku ajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kelas VII. Dalam artikel ini, penulis menggunakan studi yang bersifat litere atau kepustakaan (Library Research), yaitu kajian yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan literatur yang bersumber baik berupa kitab, buku, karya ilmiah, catatan maupun laporan hasil penelitian dan penelitian terdahulu. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa cakupan nilai toleransi yang ditemukan dalam buku ajar SKI Kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah antara lain: mengakui hak setiap orang; menghormati keyakinan orang lain; menghargai dalam perbedaan; saling pengertian; serta kesadaran dan kejujuran. This verse contains the principles of preaching (teaching, educating) which consists of Al-Hikmah (wisdom-wisdom sourced from the Qur'an), Maudzah Hasanah (kind words, gentle) and Mujlah (discussion, dialogue if necessary to argue). da'wah, communication, public relations, education and other matters related to human interaction. Education as a part of da'wah, which is to invite people to do good and prevent evil, cannot be separated from the use of some of the principles mentioned above. So that students can gain knowledge and there is a change in behavior that is expected from each process of teaching and learning activities

    Based on data released by BPS, the percentage of poverty in Pidie Jaya until the end of 2020 has not shown a significant decline. It is also influenced by various factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of government and the effectiveness of government programs and to determine the obstacles faced by the government in reducing poverty. Because this research is a qualitative research which analyzed descriptively, primary data can be obtained directly by interviewing several sources including the head of Baitul Mal, the Baitul Mal Secretariat in Pidie Jaya, Bappeda Employees and the PKH Committee in Pidie Jaya. While the secondary data is obtained by examining documentation in the form of books, journals, articles, websites and other research results as well as other relevant documents to help answer the problem formulation through the data. In addition, the authors also analyze the data that the authors get from internal data from various government agencies in Pidie Jaya. The technique that the writer uses to collect all the data is the technique of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the government in reducing poverty has made various policies and roles, to optimize the performance in collaboration with several agencies such as Baitul Mal, Social Service, Bappeda and Public Works Office. It cannot be denied, that the data released by BPS shows a negative trend, however, various efforts and programs that have been carried out by the local government to reduce poverty have not been effective and in fact the program has not had optimal implications. Of course, this condition is influenced by several obstacles, including human resources, facilities and infrastructure, lack of employment opportunities, ineffective performance of state apparatus and assistance that is not well targeted

    The purpose of this study is to clarify how collaborative learning relates to using the CIRC model in Islamic religious education. Because the teacher-centric course process is still the result of problem identification in this study, this study shows the impact on learning outcomes when using the Case Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) subject model. This type of survey is a qualitative descriptive survey. Then by determining the desired sample, objective tests (pre-test and post-test) were used with a population of 273 and 30 samples to measure student learning outcomes. Techniques for validating data on sources, adequacy of evaluation, and participation in surveys. The results of this study indicate that the application of the CIRC model for collaborative subjects is effective and has a positive impact on student achievement, such as group collaboration, activities, reactions in discussions, writing notes, and expressing opinions in discussions. In addition, it also improves students' attitudes towards religious values. Keywords: Cooperative Subjects, Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition, Learning Outcomes.

    Liwath, or homosexuality, is a serious sin that is against the law in Islam.In order to deter those who commit liwath (homosexual acts), Islam also stipulates severe punishments for those who do so.The findings of this study indicate that the environment and the application of the law against liwath (homosexual) perpetrators, according to Qanun No., are the primary factors causing homosexuality. Sexual deviation is a sexual activity performed by a person to obtain sexual pleasure unnaturally. Other factors include psychosexual disorders in childhood, biological factors (brain and genetic disorders), sociocultural factors, and environmental factors.The Jinayat Law's Section 6 of 2014 is more effective than the law's prison sentence.In other words, in addition to acting as a deterrent and causing the perpetrators physical and mental harm, the Qanun's legal sanctions also have a negative effect on the environment.because the public is present when the sentence is carried out.Even though imprisonment only has a short-term deterrent effect, the offender will repeat his actions when he leaves prison and will be influenced by other inmates there.The author hopes that the Qanun Jinayah can minimize all ways that can lead to crime, as it is suggested that there is a need for a place to rehabilitate liwath (homosexuals) with moral and moral guidance from parents, teachers, and religious leaders to prevent sexual deviance, which is becoming increasingly common in societySexual deviance is committed by societyLiwath, atau homoseksualitas, adalah dosa serius yang bertentangan dengan hukum dalam Islam. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan dan penerapan hukum terhadap pelaku liwath (homoseksual) menurut Qanun No., merupakan faktor utama penyebab terjadinya homoseksualitas. Penyimpangan seksual adalah aktivitas seksual yang dilakukan seseorang untuk mendapatkan kenikmatan seksual secara tidak wajar. Faktor lainnya antara lain gangguan psikoseksual pada masa kanak-kanak, faktor biologis (kelainan otak dan genetik), faktor sosial budaya, dan faktor lingkungan. UU Jinayat Pasal 6 Tahun 2014 lebih efektif daripada hukuman penjara. Dengan kata lain, selain berperan sebagai membuat jera dan merugikan pelaku secara fisik dan mental, sanksi hukum Qanun juga berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Karena masyarakat hadir pada saat hukuman dilakukan. Meskipun pidana penjara hanya memberikan efek jera jangka pendek, pelaku akan mengulangi perbuatannya ketika dia meninggalkan penjara dan akan dipengaruhi oleh narapidana lain di sana.Penulis berharap Qanun Jinayah dapat meminimalisir segala cara yang dapat mengarah pada kejahatan, untuk itu disarankan perlu adanya wadah untuk merehabilitasi liwath (homoseksual) dengan bimbingan moral dan moral dari orang tua, guru, dan tokoh agama untuk mencegah penyimpangan seksual, yang menjadi semakin umum di masyarakat Penyimpangan seksual dilakukan oleh masyaraka

    This article aims to map the moral values contained in the Islamic Cultural History textbook, Class VIII of Madrasah Tsanawiyah. This means that the writer wants to examine in depth the moral values, their categorization, and their relevance to the teacher's role and learning practices. The research method used in this study is a descriptive-qualitative approach with library research methods. The stages of data collection are carried out in the following way: 1) reviewing the contents of the book; 2) categorizing moral values; 3) reducing data by drawing conclusions and their relevance to the teacher's role and learning practices. This study shows that there are 3 dimensions to morality: morals towards God, morals towards teachers and friends, and morals towards oneself. Therefore, it can be concluded that with these 3 moral dimensions, there must be more specific learning practices to be practised by teachers in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of lesson plans at each meeting.AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk memetakan nilai akhlak yang terkandung dalam buku ajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam Kelas VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Artinya penulis ingin mengkaji secara mendalam nilai akhlak, kategorisasi dan relevansinya dengan peranan guru dan praktik pembelajarannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode riset kepustakaan. Tahapan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara sebagai berikut : 1) mengkaji isi teks buku; 2) Kategorisasi nilai akhlak; 3) mereduksi data dengan menarik kesimpulan dan relevansinya dengan peranan guru serta praktik pembelajarannya. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada 3 dimensi akhlak, yaitu akhlah terhadap Allah, Akhlak terhadap guru, teman dan Akhlak terhadap diri sendiri. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan 3 dimensi akhlak tersebut harus ada praktik pembelajaran yang lebih khusus untuk dipraktikkan oleh para guru dalam persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi rencana pembelajaran pada setiap pertemuan
