PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN DAN KETERAMPILAN GURU MENGENAI PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGANAN BULLYING
No full textBullying adalah segala bentuk penindasan ataupun kekerasan yang dilakukan secara sengaja oleh seorang individu atau kelompok terhadap orang lain yang lebih lemah dengan tujuan untuk menyakiti dan dilakukan secara terus menerus. Bullying masalah sosial yang semakin mendapatkan perhatian serius, terutama di lingkungan pendidikan tingkat Sekolah Dasar (SD), bullying sering terjadi dalam berbagai bentuk, seperti fisik, verbal, dan sosial. Berdasarkan data Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) terdapat 3.800 kasus perundungan di Indonesia sepanjang 2023. Kasus bullying disekolah berkaitan erat dengan pengetahuan serta ketrampilan guru dalam menangani perilaku bullying. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan pada civitas akademika di SD Muhammadiyah 3 Gresik mengenai jenis – jenis bullying dan bagaiamana mencegah dan mengatasi bullying yang terjadi di sekolah. Pada akhir kegiatan dapat dilihat guru, staf beserta perwakilan wali murid menunjukkan sikap yang positif dengan mengajukan pertanyaan dan berbagai pengalamanya semoga melalui kegiatan ini dapat civitas akademika SD Muhammadiyah 3 Gresik dapat menciptakan suasana yang kondusif bagi seluruh siswa
Analisis Produktivitas Lini Produksi CPO Kelapa Sawit Menggunakan Metode Objective Matrix (PT. Tasma Puja)
Get PDFPT. Tasma Puja Merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan kelapa sawit. Pada tahun 2022 PT. Tasma Puja mengalami kesulitan dalam mencapai target produksi yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga perusahaan mengalami penuruanan pendapatan. Sehingga perusahaan perlu melakukan pengukuran produktivitas menggunakan metode objective matrix (OMAX) untuk mengetahui penyebab utama perusahaan kesulitan dalam mencapai target produksi. Hasil pengukuran produktivitas tersebut akan di analisa dan dicari soluinya menggunakan diagram Fishbone. Hasil pengukuran produktivitas PT.Tasma Puja dari bulan Janurai hingga Desember 2022 menggunakan metode OMAX, tinggkat produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Juli dengan nilai 753 sedangkan tingkat produktivitas trendah terjadi pada bulan Mei dengan nilai 61, indeks produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Juli dengan nilai 151% sedangkan indek produktivitas trendah terjadi pada bulan Mei dengan nilai -79,66%, dan kenaikan produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan Juni dengan nilai 659% dan penurunan tinkat produktivitas trendah terjadi pada bulan Mei dengan nilai -79,32%. Empat kriteria produktivitas yang di ukur memperoleh nilai sebagai berikut; kriteria produktivitas bahan baku (rasio 1) memiliki nilai 56, kriteria produktivitas energi (rasio 2) memiliki nilai 54, kriteria produktivitas hasil produksi (rasio 3) memiliki nilai 63 dan kriteria produktivitas tenaga kerja (rasio 4) memiliki nilai 43. Rasio 4 memiliki nilai terendah dikarenakan produktivitas tenaga kerja pada tahun 2022 sering madapatkan nilai dibawah rata-rata

Get PDFBackground: The Education House is a learning media in the form of an Educational Game Tools (EGT) which aims to train children in the ability to think logically, increase creativity, and train children's fine motor skills. This game is divided into three kinds, namely games in counting, guessing pictures, and knowing the time by pointing the clock. Objective: to see whether APE is effective in improving the ability to count and recognize time in Aisyiyah Kindergarten students Method: This study used quantitative methods and the research design used was experimental research (one group pretest-posttest design). The research subjects were students of TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 58, TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 6, and TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 47 Surabaya. The data collection technique used in this study was by giving pre-test and post-test questions. Result: after the researchers gave the treatment twice using the EGT "Education House" that the researchers made, the results showed that the subjects experienced an increase in their basic ability to count and recognize time. Conclution: effective EGT can improve numeracy skills and know time in Aisyiyah Kindergarten students

Get PDFEkosistem mangrove merupakan ekosistem penting karena daya dukungnya bagi stabilitas eksosistem pesisir, dan ekosistem ini mengalami berbagai tekanan yang sangat berat akibat perluasan dari berbagai keinginan pemanfaatan lainnya karena memiliki fungsi yang sangat luas serta peran yang kompleks yang meliputi fungsi ekologis, sosial, ekonomi. Ekosistem kawasan pesisir akan semakin stabil jika semakin tertutup oleh hutan mangrove. Namun permasalahan sekarang di kawasan pesisir Desa Sawapudo terjadi kerusakan karena kegiatan lain yang secara ekologis dapat menimbulkan kelongsoran pantai. Kerugian yang ditimbulkan juga sangat kompleks yang meliputi aspek ekonomi sosial dan ekologi dan memberikan dampak luas terhadap ekosistem darat dan laut. Mengingat begitu pentingnya ekosistem hutan mangrove untuk melindungi maupun melestarikan komponen ekosistem wilayah pesisir laut khususnya Desa Sawapudo perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dengan itu, tim PKM Fakultas perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan melakukan Pelatihan Teknik Pembibitan Mangrove jenis Rhizophora spp. dalam upaya pemulihan ekosistem mangrove di kawasan pesisir Desa Sawapudo. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan ini masyarakat setempat dapat mengetahui teknik pembibitan mangrove dan menjaga ekosistem pesisir Desa Sawapudo
PEMBUATAN KATALOG PRODUK DAN WHATSAPP BUSINESS MEDIA PENINGKATAN PEMASARAN DAN PENJUALAN UMKM DI KELURAHAN MOJO, GUBENG, SURABAYA
Get PDFKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang difokuskan pada pendampingan pelatihan pembuatan katalog dan Whatsapp Business sebagai media peningkatan pemasaran UMKM Kelurahan Mojo, Gubeng Surabaya. Hasil survei awal, permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM adalah bidang pemasaran yang belum luas, UMKM di Kelurahan Mojo sudah sangat maju dalam aspek produksi dan inovasinya. Namun produk UMKM yang bervariasi ini masih kurang ter-ekspos. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan solusi permasalahan yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan katalog produk dan Whatsapp Business bagi pelaku UMKM kelurahan Mojo. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah Pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) merupakan motode yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari komunitas atau kelompok yang diteliti dalam seluruh proses penelitian, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, refleksi, hingga aksi perubahan. Metode ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pengetahuan sekaligus memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh komunitas tersebut. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan dihadiri 15 pelaku UMKM, peserta mampu mengoperasikan Whatsapp Business dalam HP dan pembuatan katalog. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan para peserta dapat meningkatkan aspek pemasarannya agar dapat menarik atensi dari calon konsumen yang lebih luas lagi

Get PDFBackground – Re-branding is an effort made by a company to totally change or renew an existing brand to be better by not ignoring the company's initial goal of being profit-oriented. To provide information on products that have been re-branding, the company usually carries out promotions. The goal is to provide information to consumers, that the product has been changed brand by the company.
Objective – The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the promotional mix on the purchasing decision of K3PG bottled water products after making a brand change.
Design / Methodology / Approach – This research is located at JL. Kayu Raya Perumahan Pongangan Indah, GKB and used 125 samples using accidental sampling. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.
Findings – The results showed that advertising has no effect on product purchasing decisions, while personal selling, public relations, sales promotion, and direct marketing have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.
Research Implication – The promotional mix applied consists of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, and direct marketing. Of the five mixtures, advertising has a very big influence, because with advertising the company can persuade and influence consumers.
Limitations – The variables used in this study are advertising, personal selling, public relations, sales promotion, and direct marketing on product purchasing decisions
Analisis Kinerja BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera Desa Pongangan Kecamatan Manyar
Get PDFBackground – This research was conducted at the Makmur Sejahtera Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) of Pongangan Village, Manyar District. BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera has realized community welfare in terms of what the needs of the community are through the business units it runs, and BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera has been responsive in finding what the needs of the community are.
Objective – The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Makmur Sejahtera Pongangan village Manyar sub-district and to find out what factors support the performance of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Makmur Sejahtera Pongangan village Manyar sub-district.
Design / Methodology / Approach – This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The samples used were the BUMDes director, BUMDes treasurer, and Pongangan villagers. The data collection method used was to survey respondents through interviews with informants.
Findings – In the management of BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera has implemented the principles well, namely the productivity of BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera creates many business unit programs that run smoothly, the quality of service is able to provide satisfaction to BUMDes users by establishing business units in accordance with user needs, the responsibility of administrators and officers is committed and carries out their respective duties and authorities well. The accountability of BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera is said to be good because it routinely conducts monthly to annual reporting. As well as the support of several factors in encouraging BUMDes performance, namely government support, resources and leadership.
Research Implication – The impact of the BUMDes research results for future management studies can contribute to the development of management theory, especially in the context of local economic development and economic independence of village communities and can help develop a more effective management system.
Limitations – The limitations of this research are that the performance portrayed is more on the qualitative data side but what is poured does not add and display the performance from year to year of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Makmur Sejahtera Pongangan Village, Manyar District
The Effect of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, And Work Environment on The Performance of Contract Employees In The Environmental Service of Gresik Regency
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of Gresik district environmental service employees. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research uses the Non-Probability Sampling technique with saturated sampling, namely the sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. This is often done when the population is relatively small, or the research wants to make generalizations with very small errors. Another term for a saturated sample is a census, where all members of the population are sampled, the data source is 110 employees. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, motivation and work environment are proven to have a partially significant influence on the performance of Gresik district environmental service employees. These results can be interpreted that the existence of work discipline, motivation and work environment can improve the performance of Gresik district environmental service employees
The Influence of Service Quality and Product Quality Towards Customer Satisfaction Beautiful Photo Studio Tuban
No full textThis study highlights the growing awareness among customers regarding the significance of service and product quality in shaping their satisfaction. As a result, businesses, including Indah Photo Studio Tuban, strive to enhance both aspects to meet customer expectations. The study aims to analyze: (1) the partial effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, (2) the partial effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, and (3) the combined effect of both factors on customer satisfaction. Using an incidental sampling technique, 58 respondents participated in the study. Findings reveal a positive and significant impact of service quality on customer satisfaction, supported by a t-value of 3.963 (greater than 2.004) and a probability value of 0.000 (<0.05). The contribution of service quality to customer satisfaction is 38.2%. Similarly, product quality significantly affects customer satisfaction, with a t-value of 5.595 (greater than 2.004) and a probability of 0.000 (<0.05). The contribution of product quality to satisfaction is 53.9%. When analyzed simultaneously, service and product quality have a strong combined impact on customer satisfaction, with an F-value of 64.817 (greater than 3.156) and a probability of 0.000 (<0.05). Their combined contribution to satisfaction is 70.2%
The Determinant Factors of Employee Job Satisfaction: Work-Life Balance, Engagement, and Commitment
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance, employee engagement, and organizational commitment on job satisfaction among employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Gresik. The sample in this study consists of all 44 employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Gresik. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique employed multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that work-life balance, employee engagement, and organizational commitment have both partial and simultaneous effects on job satisfaction among employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Gresik. Among these three variables, employee engagement is found to have the dominant influence on job satisfaction among employees of Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian Dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Gresik.
