ANALISA KELAYAKAN USAHA PRODUKSI KOPI DARI BUAH MANGROVE (Avicennia marina) DI DESA LABUHAN, BANGKALAN, JAWA TIMUR
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to analyze the business feasibility of the Mangrove Coffee Production (Avicennia marina) in Labuhan Village, Sepulu District, Bangkalan Regency, Madura, East Java Province. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The mangrove coffee production process in Labuhan Village is carried out using a semi-modern system because it still uses manual tools such as peeling and slicing fruit which still uses a knife, roasting mangrove fruit which still uses a pan made of clay and a stove. The production process includes washing, peeling and slicing, grinding, and packaging. Based on the feasibility analysis obtained, the mangrove coffee production business in Labuhan Village is categorized as feasible, has good prospects, and can be developed on a large scale. The results of the analysis show that NPV> 1, IRR> discount factor, B / C Ratio> 1, and Payback Period <5 years
Manajemen Pengelolaan Kelas dalam Praktik Bercerita dari Buku pada Anak Usia Dini Di TK Dharma Wanita Sriwedari
Full text linkPenelitian ini mengkaji strategi pengelolaan kelas dalam kegiatan bercerita menggunakan buku bergambar di TK Dharma Wanita Sriwedari serta respons anak selama proses tersebut. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan observasi langsung digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana guru mengatur posisi duduk, menggunakan variasi intonasi, mengajukan pertanyaan, dan mengatur durasi bercerita agar suasana belajar tetap kondusif dan menarik. Hasil menunjukkan anak-anak antusias dan aktif terlibat, meski terdapat tantangan seperti gangguan dan keinginan anak melihat gambar dekat. Tantangan ini diatasi dengan pengaturan gambar bergiliran dan aturan sederhana. Aktivitas lanjutan seperti menggambar tokoh cerita turut menjaga ketertiban kelas. Kesimpulannya, pengelolaan kelas yang baik mendukung efektivitas bercerita dan perkembangan bahasa serta sosial-emosional anak usia dini.

Strengthening Family Financial Management and Investment for Parents of Students at AUM School Majelis Dikdasmen PNF PCM Gresik
Full text linkThe low level of financial literacy and inclusion of Indonesian society, especially among parents with lower-middle educational and economic backgrounds, is a challenge in managing family finances. This condition influence parents' ability to meet children's educational needs and build long-term family welfare. This community service activity aims to strengthen the capacity of family financial management and investment through education and training for parents/guardians of students at AUM Sekolah Majelis Dikdasmen PNF Gresik. The method used is Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) which emphasizes active community participation from the planning, implementation to evaluation stages. The activity was carried out through an interactive seminar discussing three main topics: financial planning, budget management, and family investment. The results of the activity showed that out of 81 targeted participants, 20 parents attended and showed active participation. The training material was considered very relevant and applicable. The participants expressed an increase in understanding and high interest in more systematic family financial management, including the desire to continue advanced training related to investment and the use of digital budgeting tools. This activity shows that community-based educational interventions are able to increase parents' awareness and capacity in managing family finances wisely, so that they are worthy of being replicated in other communities with local adjustments
Waste management due to the phenomenon of overtourism at the tourist destination "Ngambang Tirto kencono" Ponorogo
Full text linkThe problem we face is the accumulation of waste when tourist visits increase. Until now, there has been no effective way to address this issue, so we took the initiative to manage waste using the 5R concept: reduce, repair, reuse, recover, and recycle. We utilise a plastic waste recycling method to create useful items. The process is carried out in three stages: 1) Conducting a workshop, 2) Producing recycled waste, and 3) Distributing the useful items created during the workshop. Following these activities, the community has gained a better understanding of the importance of utilising waste to create useful items, thereby helping to reduce plastic waste around tourist destinations. We recommend organising a waste festival to enhance the popularity of tourist attractions and raise awareness about waste management

No full textBackground: This study explores the subjective experiences of individuals with schizophrenia regarding occupational therapy through the framework of Activity Daily Living (ADL) at UPTD LIPONSOS, Surabaya. Using a phenomenological approach. Objective: The study aims to explore the subjective experiences of individuals with schizophrenia regarding occupational therapy through the ADL framework at UPTD LIPONSOS, Surabaya. Method: This study employs a phenomenological approach to understand the personal and subjective experiences of patients. Out of 140 individuals with schizophrenia (ODS) with low ADL levels, six were selected for intervention based on specific criteria such as residual schizophrenia diagnosis and low aggression levels. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews and participant observation. Results: Occupational therapy enhances independence, self-esteem, and emotional management for individuals with schizophrenia, providing hope and motivation, and strengthening social relationships through personalized approaches and strong social support. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of personalized approaches in occupational therapy. The findings contribute to the development of more effective and evidence-based interventions, focusing on improving the quality of life for individuals with schizophrenia. This approach not only enhances independence and self-esteem but also provides hope and motivation for a better future
OPTIMASI MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA STOCHASTIC GRADIENT DESCENT (SGD): STUDI BIBLIOMETRIK
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan riset mengenai algoritma Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD) dalam konteks optimasi pembelajaran mesin menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Sebanyak 55 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025 dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi tren publikasi, kolaborasi penulis, kata kunci dominan, dan struktur tematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan publikasi terkait SGD, dengan fokus utama pada topik deep learning, optimization, dan generalization. Sebagai upaya untuk memperdalam pemahaman terhadap dinamika tersebut, penelitian ini menyertakan analisis visual menggunakan perangkat lunak bibliometrik VOSviewer dan Biblioshiny. Hasil visualisasi mengungkapkan lima klaster utama yang mencerminkan arah dan kedalaman riset SGD, serta tantangan yang dihadapi seperti sensitivitas terhadap learning rate dan kestabilan model. Temuan ini juga membuka peluang untuk penerapan algoritma SGD pada teknologi edge AI, mobile learning, serta sistem pembelajaran di daerah dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur
ANALISIS KUALITAS HIGIENE SANITASI CEMARAN BAKTERI MIKROBA PADA BAKSO DAGING SAPI DI KANTIN RUMAH SAKIT PETROKIMIA GRESIK
Full text linkPenerapan higiene sanitasi jasaboga yang tidak sesuai dengan standar yang sudah di tetapkan dan beresiko adanya cemaran bakteri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kualitas higiene sanitasi terhadap cemaran bakteri mikroba produk bakso daging sapi di Kantin Rumah Sakit Petrokimia Gresik. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan 3 responden yang ditentukan dengan total sampling. Pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan mengisi lembar checklist terkait pelaksanaan higiene sanitasi yang tertera dalam peraturan menteri kesehatan tentang higiene sanitasi jasaboga pada jasaboga nomor 1096/MENKES/PER/VI/2011, kemudian sampel di lakukan uji TPC (Total Plate Count) sesuai dengan batas cemaran pada SNI 7388-2009 yaitu 1x105 koloni/gr dan dianalisis sesuai dengan hasil pengamatan. Pada hasil uji TPC didapatkan hasil pada sampel A dengan hasil koloni 1,2x105 CFU/gr, sampel B dengan hasil koloni 2x104 CFU/gr, pada sampel C dengan hasil 1,88x105 CFU/gr, didapatkan bahwa kualitas produk bakso pada setiap pedagang masih aman dan layak dikonsumsi
EDUKASI TENTANG KONSUMSI PEMANIS PADA PRODUK PANGAN DI KALANGAN GEN-Z
Full text linkKonsumsi pemanis atau gula secara berlebihan dapat meningkatkan resiko terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskular pada generasi masa depan khususnya generasi z. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan edukasi pada generasi z mengenai konsumsi produk makanan atau minuman mengandung gula atau pemanis secara bijak. Kegiatan edukasi dilaksanakan di SMA Kristen Kalam Kudus Sukoharjo yang dihadiri 30 siswa kelas XII dan 1 orang guru. Edukasi diberikan oleh dosen Program Studi Teknologi Pangan, Universitas Sugeng Hartono. Kegiatan ini terdiri atas dua materi bahasan yaitu: materi I mengenai pendahuluan bahan tambahan pemanis pada produk pangan yaitu pengertian pemanis dan penggunaannya di industri pangan, dan anjuran konsumsi harian pemanis atau gula berdasarkan American Heart Association (AHA). Materi II membahas mengenai produk pangan mengandung pemanis yang ada di sekitar dan tips memilih produk pangan sehat ala generasi z. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran kalangan generasi z akan pentingnya konsumsi pemanis atau gula sesuai anjuran tersebut masih sangat rendah. Demikian pula pada produk pangan yang ada di pasaran mengandung gula atau pemanis yang tinggi dan melebihi ambang batas anjuran gula atau pemanis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan tips memilih produk pangan antara lain memilih produk pangan dengan selalu memperhatikan label kemasan, memilih produk less sugar/ no sugar, dan memilih produk dengan kandungan indeks glikemik rendah dan kaya serat. The Influence of Work Discipline, Organisational Culture, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, organisational culture, and organisational commitment on the performance of employees at the Surabaya Health Department. A quantitative research approach was used with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 44 employees selected using purposive sampling. The data were analysed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (work discipline, organisational culture, and organisational commitment) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results indicate that, simultaneously, work discipline, organisational culture, and organisational commitment significantly influence employee performance. Partially, work discipline and organisational commitment have a positive and significant impact, whereas organisational culture has a lesser effect. Among the three variables, organisational commitment has the most dominant influence on employee performance. This finding suggests that strengthening organisational commitment, such as increasing employee engagement, recognising contributions, and fostering a supportive work environment, is crucial for enhancing performance. Therefore, the Surabaya Health Department should prioritise strategies that reinforce organisational commitment to optimise employee performance

Full text linkThe aim of this research is to analyze the influence of employee engagement, competency and organizational commitment on employee performance of Medical Records Installation at RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandie Surabaya. The sample in this study were all employees of Medical Records Installation at RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandie Surabaya numbered 47 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that employee engagement, competency and organizational commitment to employee performance partially and simultaneously influence employee performance at Medical Records Installation at RSUD dr Mohamad Soewandie Surabaya. Among these three variables, organizational commitment is proven to have a dominant influence on employee performance of Medical Records Installation at RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandie Surabaya
