Pengaruh Kompensasi, Keselamtan Kerja, dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Indobaja Primamurni Gresik
Get PDFBackground –PT Indobaja Primamurni Gresik is a national private company engaged in the trade of iron and steel construction. Based on employee performance data of PT Indobaja Primamurni Gresik in the last three years, there was a decline in performance from 2018 to 2020. In 2018, the total score of performance assessment indicators reached 93.4%, then decreased to 81.8% in 2019, and decreased again to 70.8% in 2020. This decline in performance is a problem that needs to be further investigated regarding the factors that influence it.Objective –This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, occupational safety, and occupational health on employee performance at PT Indobaja Primamurni Gresik.Design / Methodology / Approach –The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The research population consisted of 179 employees, with the sampling technique using saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression.Findings –The results showed that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Occupational safety has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Occupational health has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Research Implication –The implication of this research is that companies need to pay attention to aspects of compensation, occupational safety, and occupational health to improve employee performance.Limitations –This research was only conducted at a steel producing company and used several limited variables so that it did not cover all important aspects in assessing employee performance
The Correlation Between Quality of Digital Services in Mobile JKN Application And BPJS Patient Satisfaction at Kebomas Health Center Indicates A Significant Correlation
No full textBPJS Kesehatan July 2024 participants are 31,770 people, while Mobile JKN users are 184 people. Based on a preliminary study on August 5, 2024 with 10 respondents, 6 were not satisfied with the use of Mobile JKN because there was no KIA poly, registration was not readable in the Puskesmas system. But 4 was satisfied because it was easy and received medical services, without carrying a physical BPJS card. The research uses a quantitative approach. The design of this study is a cross-sectional study. The population in this study is 184. This study uses the purposive sampling method ̧ sampling with certain criteria for a total of 128 samples. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses a spearman rank correlation test. The result most (68.0%) stated that the quality of the digital services of the Mobile JKN application was good as many as 87 patients. Almost all (73.4%) expressed satisfaction with 97 patients. The results of the spearman rank p value test analysis were 0.00 < α value 0.05. There is a relationship between the quality of digital services of the Mobile JKN application and BPJS patient satisfaction at the 2024 Kebomas Gresik Health Center. It is hoped that the quality of digital services can be improved so that the use and assessment of patients is even higher.

The Influence of Career Development, Compensation and Job Satisfaction on The Performance of Temporary Employees in Flood Prevention Institution in East Java
Get PDFhis study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of independent variables (careerdevelopment, compensation, and job satisfaction) on the dependent variable (temporary employees'performance) in Flood Prevention Institution in East Java and to determine the independent variable thathas a dominant influence on the dependent variable. The sampling technique used is probabilitysampling. The sample used in this study was 67 of the 197 temporary employees in Flood PreventionInstitution in East Java. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using theSPSS test tool. The results prove that career development, compensation, and job satisfaction partiallyand simultaneously influence the performance of temporary employees. In addition, the compensationvariable has a dominant influence on the performance of temporary employees in Flood PreventionInstitution in East Java, with a partial influence of 46.6%
ANALISIS PERAMALAN PENJUALAN SEMEN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SINGLE MOVING AVERAGE DAN SINGLE EKSPONENTIAL SMOOTHING
Get PDFUKM Bahan Bangunan Ismail Ali is a company engaged in the sale of building materials, with one of its products being Portland cement under the brand name "SEMEN GRESIK." Sales tend to be fluctuating, making it difficult to predict. The SME faces capital limitations, so the expectation is for the finances to continue circulating and to gain opportunities for greater profits without disrupting the stock. This study will forecast using the Single Moving Average and Single Exponential Smoothing methods.The forecast results for SEMEN GRESIK for the next period are as follows. Single Moving Average with a length of 2 is 216. Single Moving Average with a length 3 is 216.Single Moving Average with a length of 4 is 213.75. Single Exponential Smoothing with α 0.0645194 is 216.148. Both methods showed a very good MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) value. The verification of the Single Moving Average method with a length of 2 showed conditions outside of control, while the Single Moving Averages with lengths 3 and 4 and the Single Exponential Smoothing method did not have conditions outside of control and represented the data pattern well. The Single Exponential Smoothing method is recommended because, based on the error comparison, this method is more accurate and has been verified to represent the data pattern better than the Single Moving Average method.

-PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN DI SEBLAK MAMA
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana lingkungan kerja dan motivasi pekerja mempengaruhi produktivitas di Seblak Mama sebuah bisnis kuliner yang baru didirikan pada tahun 2023. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 7 karyawan. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan melibatkan analisis korelasional dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,75. Lingkungan kerja yang menyenangkan juga berkontribusi, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,68, juga berkontribusi. Secara keseluruhan, model regresi menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan motivasi karyawan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas hingga 63,8%. Analisis SWOT membantu Seblak Mama menemukan kekuatan dan kelemahannya. Tingkat kehadiran yang tinggi dan lingkungan kerja yang ramah adalah beberapa kekuatan, tetapi sistem penghargaan mereka belum cukup baik. Penelitian ini mencadangkan pembuatan program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan motivasi karyawan dan meningkatkan lingkungan kerja. Hasil ini membantu manajemen Seblak Mama membuat rencana yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja pekerja dan keberlanjutan perusahaan

Get PDFPenelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas operasional mesin pengupas kulit padi merk Satake di UD. Sumber Tani menggunakan metode OEE dan pendekatan TPM, menemukan masalah utama berupa tingginya downtime dan tingkat cacat produksi yang menyebabkan efisiensi operasional jauh di bawah standar World Class. Data dari Maret hingga September 2024 menunjukkan OEE rata-rata 57,56% (standar World Class 85%), dengan Availability Rate 73,13%, Performance Rate 86,50%, dan Quality Rate 90,98%. Analisis Fishbone Diagram mengidentifikasi lima faktor penyebab utama: manusia, mesin, metode, material, dan lingkungan. Usulan perbaikan meliputi pelatihan operator, jadwal perawatan preventif, kontrol kualitas bahan baku, serta pembersihan rutin dan pengelolaan suhu area produksi.

Get PDFPengisian pupuk organik cair secara manual sering kali menghadapi kendala dalam hal akurasi, efisiensi waktu, dan konsistensi hasil. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang sebuah alat pengisian otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan UMKM Pupuk Suplemen. Proses perancangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pemilihan komponen, pengembangan perangkat lunak, pembuatan prototipe, serta pengujian dan kalibrasi. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi level cairan, motor servo untuk mengontrol mekanisme pengisian, dan antarmuka pengguna berbasis LCD. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa alat ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu, akurasi pengisian, dan mengurangi kesalahan manusia. Selain itu, analisis ekonomi mengindikasikan alat ini layak digunakan dengan potensi penghematan biaya dan peningkatan produktivitas. ANALISA PERBANDINGAN UJI HARDNESS MATERIAL FIBERGLASS BERDASARKAN PERLAKUAN SUHU PADA PROSES PEMBUATANNYA
Get PDFPembuatan kapal nelayan dari bahan kayu lambat laun sudah mulai di tinggalkan. Kini nelayan sudah banyak beralih menggunakan material fiberglass. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh perlakuan suhu yang berbeda selama proses pembuatan fiberglass terhadap kekerasannya. Pada penelitian ini, fiberglass diperlakukan dengan tiga variasi suhu, yaitu suhu panas (51.2°C/22%), suhu normal (29.7°C/64%), dan suhu dingin (14.8°C/94%). Setelah proses perlakuan suhu, material fiberglass kemudian diuji kekerasannya menggunakan metode uji kekerasan Rockwell HRC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu dan kelembabpan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kekerasan fiberglass. Nilai kekerasan tertinggi terdapat pada suhu normal, yaitu sebesar 84 HRC. Dibandingkan dengan material yang mendapat perlakuan suhu panas dan dingin, kekerasan pada suhu panas adalah 24 HRC dan pada suhu dingin adalah 43 HRC
Students Perception of Roblox and Language Barrier in ESL

Roblox provides a dynamic platform where players learn English through chat interactions, game instructions, and teamwork, fostering global connections that make language practice and cultural exchange easier. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaire data were analyzed for validity and reliability, while interview data were examined using inductive, deductive, and comparative analysis techniques. Findings reveal that student’s perceive Roblox positively regarding its impact on English competence. Participants reported vocabulary improvement through exposure to new words and phrases during gameplay. However, challenges persist, particularly in grammar, as limited proficiency often hinders the clarity and precision of communication. Student’s highlighted the importance of grammar in ensuring that listeners effectively convey and understand messages. This study underscores the potential of online gaming platforms like Roblox as innovative tools for ESL learning, while also identifying areas for improvement to address language barriers more comprehensively
