No full textBackground : The current economic uncertainty also impacts business stability. Amid these pressures, the rise in workplace accidents and decline in employee performance highlight the importance of improving compensation, workplace safety, and health programs to maintain employee well-being and productivity.
Objective : This study is to ascertain how paralon company employees' performance is affected by compensation, workplace safety, and occupational health.
Design / Methodology / Approach : Multiple linear regression analysis is the research technique employed. To guarantee the accuracy and dependability of the data and model, testing methods such as validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis tests were used.
Findings : The study results indicate that compensation, workplace safety, and occupational health variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that the research instruments are valid and reliable. The normality test showed that the data distribution is normal, while multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests indicate no major issues in the regression model. The coefficient of determination shows that the three independent variables can explain 91.9% of the variation in employee performance.
Research Implication : The results of this study indicate that the three variables have a significant impact on employee performance. Therefore, companies should prioritize these three aspects to improve employee performance.
Limitation : This study only examines three independent variables (compensation, occupational safety, and occupational health), therefore the results may not fully explain the factors that influence employee performanc
Analisis Resiko Penipuan Dalam Pembelian Online Di Instagram (Perspektif Konsumen)
Get PDFBackground – In an era where it is easier to get access to communicate, exchange information, even to the buying and selling process, many online businesses have been running.
Objective – The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of fraudulent online purchases on Instagram and the impact of this fraud.
Design / Methodology / Approach – Researchers used a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 7 informants. Data collection was carried out by interview. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation and membercheck.
Findings – The results of the research that have been done show that the occurrence of cases of online fraud on Instagram is caused by a lack of caution from some informants and an element of intent from the seller. The impact after the occurrence of the online fraud case differed among several informants. Some informants will still make repeat purchases, but be careful, and do not repurchase on Instagram.
Research Implication – It is hoped that it can research online purchase fraud cases more widely, not only researching fraud cases on Instagram but also researching fraud cases in other places such as other social media, and marketplaces. It is hoped that the next research can dig deeper into online fraud and not only from a consumer perspective with a wider scope.
Limitations – Unable to conduct direct interviews with several informants due to the timing of the research during the Covid19 pandemic
Analisis Strategi Pemasaran Dalam Meningkatkan Volume Penjualan (Studi pada Salafiyah Bakery Maospati Magetan)

Objectives - This study aims to identify the right and competitive strategy for Salafiyah Bakery.
Design/ Methodology/ Approach - Conducted using the SWOT analysis method. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). This research method is a qualitative approach using a descriptive analysis method on 4 respondents, namely business owners and 2 bakery employees and 1 consumer. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires submitted by respondents, and documentation. Then the data obtained from the results of data collection were analyzed using SWOT, IFAS, EFAS and IE analysis. Based on the results of the internal factor analysis, 6 strengths and 6 weaknesses were found. While the external factors identified were 6 opportunities and 5 threats.
Conclusion - Based on the analysis of the results of the IFAS matrix, it produced a value of 2.74 and the EFAS matrix produced a figure of 3.22. In the IE matrix diagram, this study shows that the Salafiyah Bakery business is in the growth quadrant which is in the second quarter, which means that the company can implement a growth strategy.
Research Limitations - This study has several limitations. First, the research time is relatively short. Second, one of the key informants in this study was difficult to contact, which resulted in a lack of important information from relevant perspectives. These limitations can affect the quality of the data collected and the analysis conducted

Salah satu langkah konkrit yang dilakukan pemerintah untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah menghentikan penangkapan ikan ilegal dengan cara menangkap dan menenggelamkan kapal-kapal ikan asing yang beroperasi secara ilegal di wilayah perairan Indonesia. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan total biaya pembuatan kapal patroli fiberglass menggunakan Mat 300 dan Mat 450 dari perspektif ekonomi dan menentukannya menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Itu saja. Dengan menggunakan material Mat 300 dan Mat 450 untuk pembuatan lambung kapal patroli tersebut, ditambah dengan total biaya alat, material kayu dan tenaga kerja, maka total biaya pembuatan lambung kapal Mat 300 sebesar Rp 76.278.970 juta dan Mat 450 Rp.75.398.470. Diketahui pula, proses pengeringan Mat 300 lebih cepat dibanding Mat 450, yakni membutuhkan waktu sekitar satu jam per luas meter persegi untuk setiap jenis material
MENGUATKAN KELUWESAN DAN KEBARUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR MELALUI PROJECT-BASED LEARNING (PjBL) YANG KONTEKSTUAL: keterampilan berpikir kreatif
No full textCreative thinking is an essential skill for addressing the challenges of 21st-century learning, especially in science subjects such as Natural Sciences (IPA). The purpose of this study is to identify the obstacles faced by elementary school students in developing creative thinking skills when understanding basic science concepts, through the perspectives of both teachers and students, and to offer alternative solutions in the form of applicable learning approaches. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through student creative thinking questionnaires, observation sheets, and semi-structured interviews in three public elementary schools: SDN Lakarsantri I, SDN Lakarsantri II, and SDN Lidah Wetan IV. The participants included fifth-grade students and their homeroom teachers. The results indicate that students' creative thinking abilities in science learning are generally in the medium to low category, particularly in the indicators of flexibility and originality. Therefore, improving creative thinking in elementary science learning requires comprehensive changes, including enhancing students’ self-confidence, strengthening teacher competencies, and creating a supportive learning environment that encourages experimentation, flexible thinking, and the expression of original ideas. Active, exploratory, and constructive learning approaches must be implemented to foster deeper, more meaningful, and applicable mastery of science concepts. Based on the findings, the researcher recommends a contextually designed Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model as a potential solution to enhance students’ flexibility and originality in thinking. PjBL is deemed suitable as it allows students to independently, flexibly, and creatively solve real-world problems.Berpikir kreatif merupakan keterampilan yang sangat penting untuk menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran abad 21, khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPA (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi siswa SD dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif dalam memahami konsep dasar IPA, baik dari sudut pandang guru maupun siswa, serta memberikan alternatif solusi berupa pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket berpikir kreatif siswa, lembar observasi, dan wawancara semi terstruktur di tiga SD Negeri, yaitu SDN Lakarsantri I, SDN Lakarsantri II, dan SDN Lidah Wetan IV. Partisipan penelitian meliputi siswa kelas V dan guru wali kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA secara umum berada pada kategori sedang hingga rendah, terutama pada indikator fleksibilitas dan orisinalitas. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dalam pembelajaran IPA SD memerlukan perubahan yang menyeluruh, antara lain peningkatan rasa percaya diri siswa, penguatan kompetensi guru, serta penciptaan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung untuk melakukan eksperimen, berpikir fleksibel, dan mengekspresikan ide orisinal. Pendekatan pembelajaran aktif, eksploratif, dan konstruktif harus diterapkan untuk mendorong penguasaan konsep sains yang lebih mendalam, lebih bermakna, dan lebih aplikatif. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, peneliti merekomendasikan model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) yang dirancang secara kontekstual sebagai solusi potensial untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas dan orisinalitas siswa dalam berpikir. Students’ Perspectives on Popular Learning Platforms as Online English Assessment Tools
Get PDFThis study examined students’ perceptions of using popular online platforms for formative assessment in English teaching and learning. Employing a descriptive design with qualitative components, the research involved 68 English‐education undergraduates at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik. Participants completed a questionnaire featuring Likert‐scale items to gauge their platform preferences and attitudes. Analysis revealed that 39 out of 68 students (57%) preferred Quizizz, 17 students (25%) favored Kahoot!, and 12 students (18%) opted for Booklet, Wordwall, and Mentimeter. Overall, respondents agreed that (1) these platforms feature engaging and user‐friendly interfaces, (2) they reduce opportunities for academic dishonesty, (3) Quizizz, in particular, fosters a competitive classroom environment, and (4) both Quizizz and Kahoot! are perceived as more effective than traditional offline tests. These findings suggest that integrating gamified online assessments can enhance student engagement, uphold assessment integrity, and potentially improve learning outcomes in English classrooms
Pengaruh Kompensasi Nonfinansial Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kesehatan: Apakah Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Berperan Sebagai Mediator?
Get PDFBackground – The high workload and complexity in Community Health Centres (Puskesmas) reduce motivation and job satisfaction, ultimately affecting health worker performance. Non-financial compensation, such as recognition, appreciation, career development, and a supportive environment, are key factors that can boost motivation and job satisfaction, offering an alternative strategy to improve performance.
Aim – Analysing the effect of non-financial compensation on the performance of Puskesmas health workers, and testing the role of motivation and job satisfaction as mediating variables.
Design / methodology / approach – This quantitative study used a survey of 204 health workers (general practitioners, dentists, nurses, and midwives with ≥1 year of service) from 15 Puskesmas in Surabaya, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analysed with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) via Smart-PLS 4.0.
Results and Discussion – The results of data analysis shows that non-financial compensation has a significant positive effect on performance, motivation, and job satisfaction, motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, and job satisfaction has an insignificant effect on performance. The mediation test shows that motivation significantly mediates the effect of non-financial compensation on performance, while job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of non-financial compensation on performance.
Conclusion - Non-financial compensation has a direct effect on performance and an indirect effect through the intermediary of motivation, but job satisfaction is unable to mediate the relationship.
Research implication – This study provides a practical contribution for Puskesmas management in designing effective non-financial policy innovations that have a direct impact on health worker performance.
Research Limitations – The sample was limited to health workers in 15 Puskesmas, so the results are not fully generalisable
IMPLEMENTASI ISLAMISASI ILMU DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan juga dapat membantu mengatasi dampak negatif dari sekularisme dan materialisme yang telah merusak tatanan Masyarakat, serta memberikan solusi yang holistik dan berimbang dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah kehidupan. Dengan demikian, islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih baik, lebih beradab, dan lebih sejahtera Tujuan dalam konteks penelitian ini Adalah untuk menganalisis tentang Islamisasi Ilmu Pengetahuan dan implementasinya dalam Pendidikan Islam. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan terbagi menjadi tiga konsep pemikiran yaitu 1) Ismail Raji al-Faruqi mendefinisikan islamisasi ilmu pengetahuan sebagai proses penyusunan kembali seluruh warisan pengetahuan manusia dari sudut pandang Islam. 2) Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas mendefinisikan islamisasi sebagai pembebasan manusia dari pengaruh sekuler dan materialistik dalam berpikir dan bertindak. 3) M. Razziuddin Siddiqui mendefinisikan Islamisasi sebagai pengembangan sistem pengetahuan yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip dan metodologi Islam. Sedangkan, Implementasi islamisasi ilmu dalam pendidikan Islam merupakan upaya penting untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan ilmu pengetahuan modern. Dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam kurikulum, menggunakan metode pembelajaran kontekstual dan berbasis masalah, serta mengembangkan konsep ilmu yang bersumber dari Allah, islamisasi ilmu dapat menghasilkan generasi yang berilmu, beriman, dan berakhlak mulia. DIVERSITAS HASIL TANGKAPAN KM. NEW HARUM SARI 2 DENGAN MINI PURSE SEINE DI PPP TASIKAGUNG, REMBANG
Get PDFThis study aims to assess the catch diversity of the KM. New Harum Sari 2, which uses a mini purse seine fishing gear at the Tasikagung Fishing Port, Rembang. The mini purse seine is a common fishing gear used to catch small, economically valuable pelagic fish. Catch data was analyzed to determine the species composition and diversity of the captured fish. The research results are expected to provide a basis for sustainable fisheries resource management. This research was conducted at Tasikagung Coastal Fishing Port (PPP), Rembang, from February 29 to April 5, 2024. Tasikagung PPP is located in Tasikagung Village, Rembang District, Central Java. The study aimed to determine the number of fish catches and morphology based on WPP 712. Data were collected through observation, interview, field practice, and documentation, with primary and secondary data sources. The results showed that flyfish (Decapterus spp) dominated the catch (88%), while siro fish (Amblygaster srim) was the least (2%). The morphology of the caught fish varied, such as the oblong flat-shaped yellow mackerel weighing 57-199 grams and 15-22 cm long
