Comparison Stew Bay Leaf ( Syzygium Polyanthus ) With Stew Cinnamon ( Cinnamomun Burmese ) To Decrease Scale Painful On Sufferer Arthritis Gout In The Workplace Health Center Baiturrahman City of Banda Aceh
Gout Arthritis is a metabolic disorder that occurs due to the accumulation of monosodium urate in the joints which is characterized by increased uric acid levels exceeding 7.0 mg /dl in men and 6.0 mg/dl in women. Research Objective To determine the Comparison of Bay Leaf Decoction with Cinnamon Decoction on Reducing the Pain Scale in Gout Arthritis Patients At Baiturrahman Health Center, Banda Aceh City. This study used the Quasy Experiment method with the Pre Test Post Test and Between Two Group approach . The sample in this study used the purposive sampling technique , namely sampling based on predetermined criteria with a sample size of 24 Gout Arthritis sufferers consisting of 12 respondents who were given cinnamon decoction and 12 respondents who were given bay leaf decoction. The results of the study There are The Effect of Bay Leaf Decoction on Reducing Pain Scale in Gout Arthritis Patients in the Work Area of Baiturrahman Health Center, Banda Aceh City with a p value = 0.000 , there is an effect of cinnamon decoction on reducing the pain scale in gout arthritis sufferers in the Baiturrahman Health Center Work Area, Banda Aceh City. with a p value = 0.000 and there is no difference between boiled bay leaves and boiled cinnamon on reducing the pain scale in gout arthritis sufferers in the Baiturrahman Health Center Work Area, Banda Aceh City with a p value = 0.196
The 2027 Mandatory English Policy for Indonesian Elementary School: Teacher Distress Beyond Disciplinary Expertise-A Mixed-Methods Critical Policy Analysis
Indonesia's policy mandating English as a compulsory subject in elementary schools has undergone significant transformations over the past two decades, yet limited research has centered on EFL teachers' critical perspectives regarding implementation challenges and concerns. This critical literature review examines (1) the novelty of research centering teacher voices in policy analysis, (2) significant research gaps in understanding implementation barriers from practitioners' standpoints, and (3) substantive contributions to knowledge about policy-practice misalignment. Through systematic analysis of 85+ peer-reviewed studies published between 2015-2025, this review identifies eight critical research gaps, with teacher agency and voice emerging as the most neglected dimension (95% priority gap). Findings reveal that teacher concerns about mandatory policies cluster into eight categories: inadequate training (72%), overcrowded classrooms (68%), insufficient resources (65%), low student motivation (61%), testing pressure (58%), cultural-linguistic tensions (55%), inadequate professional support (52%), and inequality of access (49%). The review argues that mandatory English policies, while intended to enhance global competitiveness, paradoxically intensify existing inequalities and create unintended negative consequences insufficiently documented in literature. Critical implications include the necessity of teacher-centered policy revision, equity-focused implementation strategies, and fundamental reconsideration of the mandatory approach itself. This study provides evidence that sustainable English education requires moving beyond top-down mandates to embrace teacher expertise and contextual realities. 
Risk Analysis Of Bogie Maintenance TB 1014 Using FMEA Method
ABSTRACTThe bogie is a vital component in the railway system that functions to support the load, maintain stability, and ensure the smooth running of the train. Damage to the bogie can cause safety problems and reduce passenger comfort. This study aims to analyze the risk of failure of the TB 1014 bogie component on the K3 01430 train using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method as a case study at the Surabaya Pasar Turi (SBI) Train Depo. Data were collected through field observations, technician interviews, and bogie component inspections. The analysis was carried out by assessing the Severity, Occurrence, and Detection parameters to obtain the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value for each component. The results showed that the shock absorber, block brake sprinkler, and wheels had the highest RPN values of 140, 120, and 108, respectively, which were maintenance priorities. All components had RPNs below 200 so the recommended maintenance strategy was corrective maintenance. The FMEA method has proven effective in helping to identify, assess, and prioritize failure risks, so that it can be used as a basis for developing more targeted maintenance strategies and increasing train operational reliability
MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI ASERTIF SISWA KELAS X SMA MUHAMMADIYAH 10 GKB GRESIK MELALUI ASSERTIVENESS TRAINING
Masa remaja merupakan fase penting dalam pembentukan identitas diri dan keterampilan sosial, termasuk kemampuan berkomunikasi secara efektif. Observasi di SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Gresik menunjukkan sebagian siswa kelas X masih kesulitan menyampaikan pendapat, menolak tekanan teman sebaya, dan mengekspresikan perasaan secara terbuka, yang mencerminkan rendahnya komunikasi asertif. Kegiatan magang ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi asertif melalui Assertiveness Training. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design pada siswa kelas X yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Intervensi dilakukan tiga pertemuan menggunakan modul Barida (2016) dengan kegiatan psikoedukasi, diskusi, role play, dan refleksi diri. Analisis data menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test melalui JASP 0.18.3 menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada skor komunikasi asertif. Siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri, mampu menolak dengan sopan, dan berani mengemukakan pendapat. Dengan demikian, Assertiveness Training efektif meningkatkan komunikasi asertif remaja di sekolah
OPTIMIZING DIGITAL MARKETING IN AN EFFORT TO INCREASE ONLINE SALES AT RAMLI COLLECTION
This study aims to identify and formulate steps to optimize digital marketing strategies to increase online sales at Ramli Collection, a men's Muslim clothing brand. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving three key informants: the owner, marketing manager, and consumers. Data were collected through observation and interviews and then analyzed descriptively. The findings show a decline in online sales over the past three months, caused by a lack of consistent content, limited engagement with consumers, and suboptimal digital promotions. Based on these findings, Ramli Collection must increase the frequency and diversity of content marketing, strengthen engagement through live streaming and quick responses on social media, collaborate with influencers, and develop creative advertising campaigns. This study provides a theoretical contribution to understanding the application of digital marketing in the Muslim fashion industry, as well as a practical contribution in the form of strategic recommendations to improve the effectiveness of marketing and online sales
Study of Components and Management Practices for History Learning in Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1
This research aimed to study the components and practices of history learning management in SamutPrakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 . The research was conducted in two steps as follows: 1 ) tostudy the components of history learning management in Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office1 by analyzing documents, related research, and site visits to study the successful history learning management ofthree model schools selected by purposive sampling; and 2) to study the practices of history learning managementin Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by meeting nine experts selected by purposivesampling. Qualitative data were analyzed using inductive analytic.The research results concluded that the history learning management components of Samut PrakanPrimary Educational Service Area Office 1 consisted of three main components: 1) collaboration, 2) curriculumintegration, and 3 ) practical application. Each component specified goals and guidelines, including activities andindicators of success, as follows: 1 ) collaboration, consisting of three sub components: school networks,collaboration with learning resources, and the role of local scholars. 2) curriculum integration, consisting of threesub components: local curriculum development, active learning design, and cross-subject integration. 3 ) real-lifeapplication, consisting of three sub components: projects, extracurricular activities, and knowledge dissemination
Analisa Kinerja Ruas Jalan Pada Jalan Legundi Kabupaten Gresik
Jalan Legundi merupakan segmen jalan yang berada di Kota Gresik dengan padat penduduk yang menghubungkan Kabupaten Lamongan yang ada di sebelah barat, Laut Jawa di sebelah Utara, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan Kabupaten Mojokerto di sebelah Selatan. Di sebelah timur Kabupaten Gresik berbatasan dengan Selat Madura dan Kota Surabaya, Kota Gresik berada pada kawasan wilayah dengan banyak pabrik Industrial atau tempat pembuatan dan produksi suatu bahan, maka tidak heran jika wilayah tersebut banyak dilalui kendaraan industri lainnya sehingga menjadikan itu sebagai suatu hal yang memengaruhi kinerja lalu lintas di jalan legundi ini. Dengan demikian, Membuat volume kendaraan menjadi tinggi dan tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan yang menghubungkan membuat kendaraan jadi terhambat pada jam sibuk. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis bertujuan untuk menganalisa kinerja ruas jalan pada jalan Legundi kabupaten Gresik sesuai dengan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia PKJI 2023. Berikut adalah hasil perhitungan dan analisa di dapatkan kapasitas (C) sebesar = 4384 smp/jam, dan arus lalu lintas (Q) = 2883 skr/jam yang terjadi di hari Senin pada data Minggu ke 2 di Jam 11:00 – 12:00 WIB, sehingga diperoleh hasil nilai derajat kejenuhan (DJ) = 1,52 dan diperoleh kecepatan arus bebas (VB) = 41,3 Km/Jam dengan kecepatan tempuh (VT) = 39,3 Km/Jam di kategorikan ke tingkat pelayanan F yaitu arus dipaksakan dengan kecepatan rendah dan volume di atas kapasitas. Dalam hal ini, perlu adanya Alternatif atau solusi kinerja pada ruas jalan legundi untuk memenuhi kinerja lalu lintas yang diharapkan sehingga perlu beberapa alternatif perbaikan atau perubahan jalan terutama geometrik, Oleh karena itu berikut adalah hasil perhitungan alternatif yang didapatkan kapasitas (C) = 3400 smp/jam dengan derajat kejenuhan (DJ) alternatif yaitu sebesar = 0,84 masuk di kategori tingkat pelayanan D arus stabil dengan kecepatan dan gerak yang dikendalikan
Analisis Perkembangan Keterampilan Metakognitif Peserta Didik Kelas V SD dalam Pembelajaran IPA
Metacognitive skills refer to an individual's ability to think about their thinking process, including planning, monitoring, and evaluating how they learn. This study aims to identify the extent of metacognitive skills possessed by students from three different schools. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, which was conducted in April 2025 involving 67 students from three different schools as samples, including SDN Lidah Kulon 4 with 18 students, SDN Karah 3 with 26 students, and SDI Darul Arqom with 23 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to students and interviews with homeroom teachers. The results of the analysis showed that there were three main indicators of metacognitive skills, namely planning, monitoring, and evaluation. At the planning stage, students plan what to learn, how to learn it, and the goals they want to achieve, such as "Getting an explanation before reading the text." At the monitoring stage, students evaluate how they understand the material and the effectiveness of the strategies used, for example "I read straight away without thinking first." At the evaluation stage, students reflect on whether the learning that has been done is good, what strategies are effective, and what aspects need to be improved, for example "Comparing with other lessons or books." It is recommended that students be more active in planning, monitoring, and reflecting on their learning process to increase effectiveness and achieve more optimal learning goals.Keterampilan metakognitif merujuk pada kemampuan individu untuk berpikir tentang proses berpikir mereka, termasuk merencanakan, memantau, dan mengevaluasi cara mereka dalam belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana keterampilan metakognitif yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik dari tiga sekolah yang berbeda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2025 dengan melibatkan 67 peserta didik dari ketiga sekolah yang berbeda sebagai sampel, diantaranya yaitu SDN Lidah Kulon 4 dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 18, SDN Karah 3 sebanyak 26, dan SDI Darul Arqom sebanyak 23 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pembagian angket kepada peserta didik dan wawancara kepada wali kelas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga indikator utama keterampilan metakognitif, yaitu perencanaan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi. Pada tahap perencanaan, peserta didik merencanakan apa yang akan dipelajari, bagaimana cara mempelajarinya, dan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, seperti "Mendapatkan penjelasan sebelum membaca teks." Pada tahap pemantauan, peserta didik mengevaluasi cara mereka memahami materi dan efektivitas strategi yang digunakan, misalnya "Saya langsung membaca tanpa berpikir dulu." Pada tahap evaluasi, peserta didik merefleksikan apakah mereka telah belajar dengan baik, strategi mana yang efektif, dan aspek mana yang perlu ditingkatkan, misalnya "Membandingkan dengan pelajaran atau buku lain." Disarankan agar peserta didik lebih aktif dalam merencanakan, memantau, dan merefleksikan proses belajar mereka untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang lebih optimal
Hubungan Influencer Marketing Terhadap Kepercayaan Konsumen Dengan Keputusan Pembelian Produk Kecantikan Sebagai Variabel Moderasi
Background – The rapid growth of social media, particularly Instagram, has revolutionized the way consumers interact with brands. With the increasing skepticism toward traditional advertising, influencer marketing has emerged as a more personal and trusted method of communication. In the beauty industry, where consumer trust is paramount, influencers play a crucial role in shaping purchase behavior through their perceived authenticity and expertise. This shift in consumer behavior and marketing strategy highlights the need to understand how influencer marketing influences consumer trust and purchase decisions.
Aim – This study aims to examine the influence of influencer marketing on consumer trust and analyze whether purchase decision acts as a moderating variable in the relationship between influencer marketing and consumer trust in the context of beauty products.
Design / methodology / approach – This quantitative study employs a moderation regression analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The sample consists of 100 respondents who are users of beauty products and followers of beauty influencers on Instagram. Data were collected through online questionnaires using a Likert scale (1 to 5). The study evaluates the validity, reliability, R² values, and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS software.
Findings – The results reveal that influencer marketing significantly affects both purchase decisions and consumer trust. Additionally, purchase decisions positively contribute to the development of consumer trust. However, the role of purchase decision as a moderating variable in the relationship between influencer marketing and trust is not statistically significant. These findings are consistent with prior research emphasizing the importance of influencer credibility and emotional connection in driving consumer trust and behavioral intention.
Conclusion – Influencer marketing is a powerful tool in building consumer trust and influencing purchase decisions, especially in the beauty product sector. While purchase decisions enhance trust, their moderating effect is limited. Effective influencer marketing strategies require not only reach and popularity but also authenticity and consistent positive consumer experiences.
Research implication – The findings provide practical implications for marketers in the beauty industry to prioritize influencer selection based on credibility and trustworthiness. This research also contributes to the growing literature on digital marketing strategies, offering insights into how trust mediates consumer behavior in social commerce.
Limitations – This study is limited to Instagram users in Indonesia and focuses solely on beauty product consumers. Future research could expand the sample size, include other social media platforms, or explore different demographic segments to enhance generalizability
Organizational Culture Female Workers Glass Ceiling: The Effects On Career Satisfaction And Work Engagement
Background – One crucial aspect that needs constant improvement is the calibre of human resources. Quality resources that are in line with recent advancements, particularly digital transformation, are required in the present 4.0 era. Men and women still participate in the workforce at a significantly different rate. It is imperative that continuous efforts be made to increase women's employability.
Aim – Analyzing and identifying the organizational culture of the glass ceiling for female workers career satisfaction and work engagement is the goal of this study.
Design /Methodology /Approach – Up to 340 female employees who worked by or had status as workers in a company took part the survey. Purposive sampling, formerly known as sampling based on judgement, was the sample strategy employed. A 5-point Likert scale survey had been used to collect data, and it was distributed online via a Google Form. SMART-PLS was used for SEM analysis, and SPSS was used for descriptive analysis.
Findings – Glass Ceiling is influenced by Organization Culture, Glass Ceiling influences Career Satisfaction and Work Engagement, and Organization Culture influences Career Satisfaction and Work Engagement. In this way, Glass Ceiling acts as a mediator between Organization Culture and Career Satisfaction. This indicates that glass ceiling can operate as a mediator between Organizational culture and career satisfaction. Next, Glass ceiling acts as a mediator connecting Organization Culture and Work Engagement, showing that Glass ceiling can act as a mediator between Organization Culture and Work Engagement.
Conclusion - This study also found that organizational culture not only directly influences job satisfaction and engagement, but also indirectly through the mediating role of the glass ceiling. This means that a non-inclusive organizational culture reinforces these barriers, which then negatively impacts women's work experiences.
Research Implications – According to this study, a non-inclusive corporate culture perpetuates the glass ceiling, which has a detrimental effect on women's involvement and job happiness. It follows that companies must reassess promotion policies, foster a gender-equal workplace culture, and assist women in advancing their careers. Policies that promote a more equal and inclusive workplace for people of all genders can also be influenced by these findings.
Research Limitations – The collection of data has been limited to female employees, and there are currently limited samples, requiring more comprehensive studies on a greater proportion of female employees
