LEARNING DESIGN TRAINING USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR EFFECTIVE AND INTERACTIVE LEARNING AT MI MUHAMMADIYAH TAMBAKSARI BLORA
Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam desain dan penyampaian materi pembelajaran. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Tambaksari kabupaten Blora, sebagai lembaga pendidikan dasar berbasis agama, menghadapi tantangan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar akibat keterbatasan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru. melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat, pelatihan tentang desain pembelajaran interaktif berbasisi AI diberikan kepada 12 guru MI Muhammadiyah Tambaksari. Pelatihan terdiri dari empat sesi yang mencakup pengenalan AI, pelatihn desain pembelajaran interaktif, penggunaan aplikasi digital berbasis AI, serta evaluasi dan umpan balik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kompetensi guru, dengan rata-rata skor post test sebesar 88 dibandingkan skor pre test sebesar 53. Implementasi di kelas menunjukkan respon positif siswa terhadap pembelajaran berbasis AI, di mana 95% siswa menyatakan ingin belajar kembali dengan media serupa. Hasil program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran digital yang menarik dan adaptif, tetapi juga berdampak positif terhadap motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajarThe development of digital technology has brought significant changes in the field of education, particularly in the design and delivery of learning materials. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Tambaksari in Blora Regency, as a faith-based primary educational institution, faces challenges in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in teaching and learning activities due to limited understanding and skills among teachers. Through a community service program, training on interactive learning design based on AI was provided to 12 teachers at MI Muhammadiyah Tambaksari. The training consisted of four sessions covering an introduction to AI, training on interactive learning design, the use of AI-based digital applications, as well as evaluation and feedback. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in teacher competencies, with an average post-test score of 88 compared to a pre-test score of 53. Classroom implementation demonstrated a positive student response to AI-based learning, with 95% of students expressing interest in learning again using similar media. The outcomes of this program not only enhanced teachers' abilities in designing engaging and adaptive digital learning but also had a positive impact on students' motivation and engagement in the learning proces
RANCANG BANGUN MESIN SPINNER PENIRIS MINYAK HASIL PENGGORENGAN GUNA MENINGKATKAN PRODUKSI OLAHAN MAKANAN GORENGAN DI UKM IKITELA GROUP, POLOKARTO SUKOHARJO
Fried foods are a category of foods that require a significant amount of oil, with one method being deep frying (submerging food in oil) to create crispy, savoury dishes. Cooking oil remains a dominant component in the food production process. Foods with a high oil content are highly unhealthy for continuous consumption and can also cause them to spoil easily or have a shorter shelf life. Therefore, an effective oil-draining process is needed to minimise the oil content in food. The Ikitela SME, which specialises in food processing, particularly cassava-based products, has traditionally used conventional methods to drain the oil from frying. The long draining time and high oil content in fried foods are significant challenges for the Ikitela SME. This problem is also felt by the Iketela Group, which specialises in fried food products, one of whose flagship products is fried cassava. Until now, the draining method has been conventional and takes longer. Using this method results in less shelf life due to the excessively high oil content. Therefore, it requires an oil-draining spinner machine to reduce the oil content in fried foods in a short time. The main principle of using a spinner is to reduce the oil content using a high-rotation technique, allowing it to remove some of the oil. The design method begins with the stages of determining needs, mechanisms, material selection, component design, and creation of design drawings, ensuring that the results meet the product's quality standards according to its function. This includes reducing frying oil consumption and ensuring easy operation, along with low maintenance requirements. The oil-draining spinner machine has a tube height of 40 cm, a capacity of 5 kg, and a motor rotation of 800 rpm. The production capacity of the draining machine is more effective and efficient than that of conventional draining. Specifically, for 1 kg of fried results, it takes 3 minutes using the machine, while conventional draining requires 10 minutes, resulting in a 7-minute efficiency gain.Olahan gorengan termasuk kategori makanan yang memerlukan banyak minyak dimana salah satu proses pengolahannya dengan metode deep frying (makanan yang terendam minyak) sehingga makanan menjadi renyah dan gurih. Proses produksi makanan menggunakan minyak goreng masih mendominasi sampai saat ini. Makanan dengan kandungan minyak yang tinggi sangatlah tidak baik untuk dikonsumsi secara terus menerus dan juga akan membuat makanan tersebut mudah basi atau tidak tahan lama. Maka dibutuhkan suatu proses penirisan minyak goreng yang efektif guna meminimalisasi kandungan minyak pada makanan. UKM Ikitela, yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan makanan seperti produk berbasis ketela, selama ini menggunakan cara konvensional untuk meniriskan minyak hasil penggorengan. Waktu yang lama dan masih banyak mengadung minyak pada produk gorengan menjadi masalj utama bagi UKM Ikitela. Permasalahan ini juga dirasakan bagi UKM Iketela Group yang berbasis pada olahan makanan produk gorengan dimana salah satu produk unggulannya adalah gorengan ketela. Selama ini cara penirisan masih menggunakan konvesional dan memerlukan waktu lebih lama. Dengan menggunakan metode tersebut produk kurang awet dikarenakan kandungan minyak yang masih terlalu tinggi. Sehingga diperlukan sebuah mesin Spinner peniris minyak untuk mengurangi kadar minyak dalam makanan gorengan dengan waktu singkat. Prinsip utama penggunaan spinner adalah mengurangi kandungan minyak menggunakan teknik putaran tinggi sehingga mampu membuang sebagian minyak keluar. Metode rancang bangun dimulai dengan tahapan menetapkan kebutuhan, mekanisme, pemilihan bahan material, perancangan komponen, gambar design dan hasilnya memenuhi kualitas produk sesuai dengan fungsinya, berkurangnya minyak hasil penggorengan dan mudah di operasikan, demikian juga perawatannya. Mesin spinner peniris minyak memiliki tinggi tabung 40 cm daya tampung 5 kg, dengan putaran motor 800 rpm. Kapasitas produksi mesin peniris dibanding dengan penirisan konvensional lebih eefektif dan efisien yaitu untuk 1kg hasil penggorengan mmerlukan waktu 3 menit dengan menggunakan mesin sedangkan dengan penirisan konvensional waktu yang di butuhkan 10 menit berarti terjadi efisien si waktu 7 menit
PEMBERDAYAAN PETERNAK IKAN PATIN DENGAN SAVE ENERGY AND SAFETY OF WATER PUMP ELECTRICAL SWITCH SYSTEM DI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO
The main problems that Mr. Priyanto's catfish hatchery SMEs encountered when using general manufacturer's water level control were shocks or short circuits in the water, the sensor's lifespan was limited to only 3 months and the water pump's lifespan was limited to only 1 year.The main objective of implementing this 2 pk microcontroller system water pump controller is to determine the effective increase in pump discharge. The method implemented is to formulate the problem together with the team and partners in determining an automatic control tool utilizing a water level sensor to determine the working conditions of the water pump with a DC current transmission process to the microcontroller processor to drive the electromechanical interface.The results achieved are that the water tank volume can be monitored carefully and turning on a high-power pump does not interfere with sensor performance, so that the pump discharge increases by 28%.By being equipped with a synchronized installation between electricity needs and the electrical power capacity of the partner, the temperature switch and water pressure are well controlled and the pump, equipment installation is more durable (maximum effective expected 18,000 hours of use).Permasalahan utama pada UKM pembibitan ikan patin Bapak Priyanto muncul ketika menggunakan water level control pabrikan umum adalah sengatan atau hubung singkat di air, usia sensor terbatas 3 bulan saja dan usia pompa air terbatas hanya 1 tahun. Tujuan utama dari penerapan alat pengendali pompa air 2 pk sistem mikrokontroler ini adalah untuk menentukan kenaikan debit pompa yang efektif. Metode yang dilaksanakan adalah dengan merumuskanmasalah bersama tim dan mitra dalam menentukan alat pengendali otomatis memanfaatkan sensor ketinggian air untuk mementukan kondisi kerja pompa air dengan proses transmisi arus DC menuju pengolah mikrokontroler untuk menggerakkan antarmuka elektromekanik. Hasil yang dicapai adalah volume tandon air bisa dipantau dengan cermat dan penyalaan pompa berdaya besar tidak mengganggu kinerja sensor, sehingga debit pompa naik 28%. Dengan dilengkapi instalasi yang sinkron antara kebutuhan listrik dengan kemampuan daya listrik di mitra, maka temperatur switch dan tekanan air terkendali baik dan pompa, instalasi alat lebih tahan lama (harapan efektif maksimal 18.000 jam pemakaian).
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A PIEZOELECTRIC PEDESTRIAN-POWERED ENERGY HARVESTING SYSTEM FOR SUSTAINABLE URBAN INSTALLATIONS
This project proposes integrating a pedestrian-powered system into a public installation to create a renewable energy source in urban environments. The system utilizes piezoelectric sensors embedded in the sidewalk to convert mechanical energy from footsteps into electrical energy, which is then used to power lights and display kinetic movement in the art installation. The main goal of this project is to provide a participatory, environmentally friendly, and sustainable solution in the form of an interactive artwork, while reducing dependence on conventional energy sources. Test results show that the greater the applied load, the higher the generated voltage. The lowest voltage recorded was 11.76 mV at a weight of 50 kg, while the highest voltage reached 315.16 mV at a weight of 90 kg, with an average voltage of 168.46 mV for the load range of 50–90 kg. These findings demonstrate that piezoelectric technology has great potential as an energy harvesting system in public areas, as it can provide power for energy-efficient devices while enhancing the aesthetic quality and awareness of sustainable energy in urban spaces.This project proposes integrating a pedestrian-powered system into a public installation to create a renewable energy source in urban environments. TRAINING ON THE UTILIZATION OF QUIZZ MEDIA AS A LEARNING EVALUATION MEDIA AT SDN TAMBAKAGUNG MOJOKERTO
The problem in this study is the limited understanding and skills of teachers at SDN Tambakagung Mojokerto in utilizing technology for learning evaluation. Many teachers are not yet accustomed to using digital platforms such as Quizizz to compile interactive and efficient evaluation questions. This causes the evaluation process to tend to be conventional, monotonous, and takes a long time to analyze the results. In addition, some teachers do not yet know the full potential of Quizizz features that can help increase student engagement in learning. This activity is in the form of training, direct practice, and mentoring for teachers in using Quizizz. The community service aims to provide training to teachers at SDN Tambakagung Mojokerto on the use of Quizizz as a learning evaluation medium. Quizizz, as a technology-based learning platform, can increase the effectiveness of evaluation by providing interactive questions and fast analysis of results. This training includes an introduction to Quizizz features, quizzes, and implementation in the learning evaluation process. Training on the use of Quizizz as a learning evaluation medium at SDN Tambakagung Mojokerto has had a positive impact on improving teacher skills in utilizing technology for learning evaluation. Through training tailored to the needs and level of understanding of teachers, participants successfully mastered the use of the Quizizz platform to create interactive quizzes that can increase student engagement at SDN Tambakagung Mojokerto
SOCIALIZATION ON PREVENTING THE SPREAD OF HOAX NEWS IN ONLINE NEWS MEDIA AT GROGOL VILLAGE, WERU, SUKOHARJO
Kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai berita hoax di Desa Grogol, Kecamatan Weru, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya berita hoax dan cara-cara mencegahnya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan pendidikan masyarakat, tim pengabdi memberikan edukasi tentang definisi, ciri-ciri, dan risiko berita hoax, serta cara melindungi diri dari penyebaran berita palsu. Kegiatan ini melibatkan praktik langsung memeriksa kebenaran berita menggunakan situs cekhoaks.id dan menggalakkan kebiasaan "Saring sebelum sharing". Sebanyak 50 warga aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan "Fakta Melawan Hoax: Sosialisasi Melindungi Diri dari Penyebaran Berita Hoax". Hasilnya, masyarakat Desa Grogol menunjukkan kesadaran yang meningkat untuk memeriksa isi berita sebelum membagikannya. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meminimalisir penyebaran berita hoax di lingkungan masyarakat dan menjadi bagian dari budaya masyarakat yang lebih kritis dalam menggunakan media sosial. Dengan demikian, masyarakat Desa Grogol dapat lebih bijak dalam menghadapi informasi yang beredar di media sosial, sehingga dapat mempertahankan keamanan dan integritas informasi di komunitas mereka.
The socialization activity on hoax news in Grogol Village, Weru Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency, was conducted to increase public awareness about the dangers of hoax news and ways to prevent it. Using a community education approach, the team provided education on the definition, characteristics, and risks of hoax news, as well as how to protect themselves from the spread of fake news. This activity involved hands-on practice of checking the truth of the news using the website cekhoaks.id and promoting the habit of "Filter before sharing". A total of 50 residents actively participated in the "Facts Against Hoax: Socialization of Protecting Yourself from the Spread of Hoax News". As a result, the people of Grogol Village showed an increased awareness to check the content of news before sharing it. This activity is expected to minimize the spread of hoax news in the community and become part of a more critical culture in using social media. Thus, the people of Grogol Village can be wiser in dealing with information circulating on social media, so as to maintain the security and integrity of information in their community
AN ANALYSIS OF MAINTENANCE PRACTICES ON CNC PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE AT PT. KENERTEC POWER SYSTEM
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan perawatan pada mesin CNC Plasma Cutting di PT. Kenertec Power System, yang memiliki peran penting dalam pemotongan plat baja dengan tingkat presisi tinggi. Mesin ini memanfaatkan plasma sebagai sumber panas yang dihasilkan dari kombinasi aliran listrik dan udara berkecepatan tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi langsung di lapangan, wawancara dengan teknisi, serta studi literatur terkait pemeliharaan mesin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan perawatan prediktif secara teratur mampu mencegah terjadinya kerusakan mendadak yang berpotensi mengganggu proses produksi. Berdasarkan data perbaikan dari April 2023 hingga April 2024, tercatat bahwa mesin mengalami stabilitas tanpa perbaikan hingga Juli 2023, namun jumlah perbaikan meningkat sejak Agustus akibat keausan komponen. Dengan adanya jadwal perawatan yang bervariasi, studi ini menegaskan bahwa perawatan prediktif berperan penting dalam menjaga kinerja mesin tetap optimal, memperpanjang umur pakai peralatan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan.This study aims to analyze the implementation of maintenance practices on the CNC Plasma Cutting machine at PT Kenertec Power System, which plays a crucial role in the high-precision cutting of steel plates. The machine utilizes plasma as a heat source, generated through electric current and high-velocity air. The research methodology includes direct field observation, in-depth interviews with technicians, and a review of relevant literature on machine maintenance. The findings indicate that regular predictive maintenance application effectively prevents unexpected breakdowns that could disrupt production processes. Based on repair data collected from April 2023 to April 2024, the machine operated stably without requiring repairs until July 2023, after which repair incidents increased due to component wear. With a varied maintenance schedule, this study emphasizes the significance of predictive maintenance in ensuring optimal machine performance, extending equipment lifespan, and improving the company's overall operational efficiency
POWER MONITORING ON SMART WHEELCHAIRS
Pada era teknologi yang semakin maju, inovasi dalam bidang keberlanjutan dan kemudahan mobilitas menjadi fokus utama untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kemandirian bagi berbagai kalangan masyarakat, termasuk para penyandang disabilitas. Kursi roda cerdas merupakan salah satu contoh solusi yang muncul untuk meningkatkan mobilitas dan kemandirian bagi pengguna kursi roda cerdas tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melakukan monitoring daya pada kursi cerdas guna memahami konsumsi daya serta penggunaan energi dalam mengembangkan kursi roda cerdas. Pengujian ini menggunakan data error persen. Rata–rata hasil dari perhitungan data error persen relatif rendah. Jadi, pada pengujian error persen ini dapat dikatakan bahwa sensor arus dan sensor tegangan layak untuk digunakan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan beban dan tanpa beban. Pada pengujian, tegangan dan arusnya yang dibutuhkan sama. Namun kecepatan yang dihasilkan kursi roda berbeda. Pada saat pengujian dengan beban, laju kursi roda relatif lambat. Sedangkan saat pengujian tanpa beban, kursi roda dapat melaju cepat. Daya yang dikeluarkan pada Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) 50, 100, dan 255 secara berturut-turut memiliki nilai rata-rata 23,37 W, 36,47 W, dan 43,61 W. Data ini memiliki hasil grafik yang berbeda. Semakin tinggi nilai PWM, maka semakin besar daya yang dikeluarkan. Selain itu, semakin cepat putaran kursi rodanya, maka semakin boros penggunaan baterainya.In an era of increasingly advanced technology, innovation in the field of sustainability and ease of mobility has become the main focus for improving the quality of life and independence for various groups of society, including people with disabilities. Intelligent wheelchairs are one example of a solution that has emerged to increase mobility and independence for savvy wheelchair users. This research aims to monitor the power of bright chairs to understand power consumption and energy use in developing intelligent wheelchairs. This test uses percent error data. The average results from calculating percent error data are relatively low. So, the current and voltage sensors are suitable for use in this percent error test. Tests were carried out with load and without load. In testing, the voltage and current required are the same. However, the speed produced by wheelchairs is different. When testing with a load, the wheelchair's speed is relatively slow. Meanwhile, when testing without load, the wheelchair can go fast. The power released at Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) 50, 100, and 255, respectively, has an average value of 23.37 W, 36.47 W, and 43.61 W. This data has different graphic results. The higher the PWM value, the greater the power released. Apart from that, the faster the wheelchair rotates, the more wasteful the battery is
PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF CUWD60B5Y CHILLER MACHINE IN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY
Chiller merupakan mesin pendingin yang berperan mendinginkan udara pada evaporator. Sistem pendingin chiller terdiri dari empat komponen utama yaitu kompresor, evaporator, kondensor dan katup ekspansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja mesin chiller CUWD60B5Y di PT. Sari Daya Plasindo, sebuah pabrik kimia. Pada penelitian ini, menganalisis efisiensi kinerja mesin chiller dengan menghitung Coefficient of Performance (COP) dan Performance Factor (PF) sebagai indikator utama. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodologi deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan pengumpulan data yaitu Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Literatur. Pengambilan data dilakukan selama 10 jam dengan interval pengamatan satu jam. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa mesin chiller mempunyai efisiensi dibawah standar dengan nilai teratas hanya COP = -0,83 dan PF = -0,63 pada jam 10.00 WIB. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah ketidakn maksimalan pada proses perawatan komponen mesin chiller sehingga menyebabkan panas berlebih dan menurunkan efisiensi mesin. Oleh karena itu, perawatan mesin chiller yang benar sangat penting untuk menjaga efisiensi dan kualitas kecepatan.A chiller is a cooling machine whose role is to cool the air in the evaporator. The chiller cooling system consists of four main components, namely compressor, evaporator, condenser and expansion valve. This research aims to analyze the performance of the CUWD60B5Y chiller machine at PT. Sari Daya Plasindo, a chemical factory. In this research, analyzing the performance efficiency of the chiller machine by calculating the Performance Coefficient (COP) and Performance Factor (PF) as the main indicators. The research methodology used is a qualitative descriptive methodology with data collection stages, namely Observation, Interview and Literature Study. Data collection was carried out for 10 hours with an observation interval of one hour. The analysis results show that the chiller machine has efficiency below standard with the top values ??being only COP = -0.83 and PF = -0.63 at 10.00 WIB. One of the contributing factors is failure to maintain the chiller machine components, causing overheating and reducing machine efficiency. Therefore, correct maintenance of the chiller machine is very important to maintain speed efficiency and quality
THE EFFECT OF ROTATION SPEED ON HARDNESS AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF VERTICAL CENTRIFUGAL CASTING RESULTS OF ALUMINUM ALLOY WITH 3% COPPER ADDITION
Pengecoran sentrifugal merupakan pengecoran yang memanfaatkan putaran untuk memutar cetakan sehingga logam cair dapat mengisi cetakan. Unsur dengan massa jenis yang lebih tinggi akan terdorong ke sisi luar cetakan sedangkan massa jenis yang lebih rendah akan terdorong ke sisi dalam cetakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecepatan putaran terhadap sifat mekanik dan struktur mikro paduan Al-Si hasil remelting piston bekas yang ditambahkan dengan 3% tembaga. Proses pengecoran sumbu vertikal dilakukan dengan variasi kecepatan putaran 800, 1000, dan 1200 rpm, temperatur penuangan 800 ?C dan suhu pre-heat cetakan 450 ?C. Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini antara lain pengamatan struktur mikro dan kekerasan brinell. Hasil pengamatan struktur mikro menunjukkan nilai kekerasan tertinggi ada pada zona bagian 3 variasi kecepatan 1200 rpm yang nilainya sebesar 98,01 BHN, nilai kekerasan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan zona bagian 1 variasi kecepatan 800 rpm yang nilainya 71,30 BHN. Hasil struktur mikro pada zona bagian 3 ukurannya kecil dan rapat, sedangkan pada zona bagian 1 ukuran butir cenderung besar dan renggang. Hasil uji komposisi kimia kandungan tembaga pada hasil pengecoran mengalami peningkatan yang sebelumnya 1,183% menjadi 3,741%.Centrifugal casting is a type of casting that utilizes rotation to spin the mold so that molten metal can fill it. Elements with higher density will be pushed to the outer side of the mold, while those with lower density will be pushed to the inner side. This research aims to determine the effect of rotation speed on the mechanical properties and microstructure of remelted Al-Si alloy pistons with an addition of 3% copper. The vertical axis casting process was carried out with rotation speed variations of 800, 1000, and 1200 rpm, a pouring temperature of 800°C, and a pre-heat mold temperature of 450°C. The tests conducted in this research include microstructure observation and Brinell hardness testing. The microstructure observation results showed that the highest hardness value was in zone part 3 at a rotation speed variation of 1200 RPM, with a value of 98.01 BHN, higher than the hardness value in zone part 1 at a rotation speed variation of 800 RPM, which was 71.30 BHN. The microstructure results in zone part 3 showed small and dense grains, while in zone part 1, the grain size tended to be large and spaced apart. The chemical composition test showed increased copper content in the casting results from the previous 1.183% to 3.741%
