The Effectiveness of Mind Mapping For Writing Procedure Text By Using Instagram
The students should master four basic skills in English, such as listening, reading, speaking and writing. Writing is one of students’ basic skills to master especially in writing procedure. There are some technique and media to teach in the class. One of the techniques is mind mapping and the media is Instagram. The students learn about procedure text by using mind mapping and Instagram, it could give motivation to improve their writing. This research used quasi-experimental design. It was conducted in SMKN 1 Lamongan. The population of this research is tenth grade. The samples were tenth AKL 1 and tenth AKL 2 the total samples were 68 students with non-equivalent control group design. It can be concluded that there is significant effect of mind mapping for writing procedure text by using Instagram of Tenth AKL SMKN 1 Lamongan in academic year 2022/2023
Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Individual Ibu Bayi dan Penyuluhan Gizi terhadap Upaya Perbaikan Gizi Bayi pada Posyandu di Kabupaten Malang
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh atau kontibusi factor individual ibu bayi terhadap upaya perbaikan gizi bayi pada Posyandu. Studi expost fakto dengan desain corelasional causal effect ini melibatkan sembilan variabel prediktor dan satu variabel respons. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisi regresi ganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor individu ibu bayi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap upaya perbaikan gizi bayi. Besarnya nilai kontribusi variabel predikator terhadap upaya perbaikan gizi bayi, secara parsial sebagai urutan berikut: (1) keaktifan ibu bayi mengikuti penyuluhan gizi sebasar 52,3%, (2) pendidikan formal ibu bayi sebesar 43,9%, (3) lama ibu bayi menjadi anggota posyandu sebesar 42,7%, (4) jumlah anak sebesar 41,1%, (5) usia ibu bayi sebesar 35,5%, (6) tingkat penghasilan ibu bayi sebesar 29,7%, dan (7) keaktifan mengikuti penyuluhan gizi bayi sebesar 40,8%. Sedangkan jenis pekerjaan ibu bayi dan jabatan ibu bayi di masyarakat, nilai kontribusinya sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan. Kontribusi X1 s.d. X9 terhadap Y secara simultan sebesar 53,1%. Saran: (1) kepada kader aktif Posyandu agar berusaha lebih konsisten memotivasi calon ibu bayi untuk mengikuti kegiatan Posyandu; dan memotivasi ibu bayi agar lebih aktif. Kader diharapkan lebih semangat dan mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran baru dan menjadikan ibu bayi merasa sangat butuh terhadap keberadaan Posyandu. (2) Substansi dan metode penyuluhan gizi bayi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan materi, media dan teknik penyuluhan hendaknya disesuaikan dengan faktor individu ibu bayi; karena tingkat pendidikan rata-rata ibu bayi di perdesaan secara umum masih kurang memadai
BaseLearn Media Pembelajaran Basis Data Berbasis Website dengan Metode Agile
Abstract:The development of BaseLearn is motivated by the complexity of concepts in databases which is a major challenge in understanding the material and is an innovative step that aims to improve database learning through a digital platform. BaseLearn was developed using the Agile method including the stages of planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. The results of validation by material experts and media experts, BaseLearn received an excellent assessment with a feasibility percentage of 95%. The results of the usability test by prospective users using the UEQ method received an excellent rating. Thus, BaseLearn can make a positive contribution and make it easier to learn databases by providing a fun and not boring learning experience.Abstrak:Pengembangan BaseLearn dilatarbelakangi oleh kompleksitas konsep dalam basis data yang menjadi tantangan utama dalam pemahaman materi dan merupakan langkah inovatif yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran basis data melalui platform digital. BaseLearn dikembangkan dengan metode Agile meliputi tahapan perencanaan, implementasi, tes perangkat lunak, dokumentasi, deployment, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, BaseLearn mendapatkan penilaian yang sangat baik dengan persentase kelayakan sebesar 95%. Prokrastinasi Akademik Siswa Sekolah Dasar Kelas Tinggi pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19
Abstract: SFH (School From Home) is a new habit that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic. In its implementation, SFH causes further problems for students. One of them is academic procrastination. This study aims to provide an overview of the academic procrastination behavior of high school elementary school students during SFH. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. In general, the results showed that academic procrastination was high.Abstrak: SFH (School From Home) merupakan kebiasaan baru yang muncul saat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Dalam pelaksanaannya, SFH menyebabkan timbulnya permasalahan baru bagi para siswa. Salah satunya adalah prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa sekolah dasar kelas tinggi selama SFH. Analysis of Video Animation Media Development Requirements from a Constructivism Perspective
This study aims to see the needs related to developing animated video media. This qualitative descriptive research was conducted using a survey method between May and July 2022. Questionnaires were used to collect data in this study. The research subjects were 90 undergraduate students of Educational Technology at Surabaya State University. The research concluded that animated video media based on the constructivism approach is needed in learning media courses. Students need learning media that can accommodate their learning needs and be used anywhere and anytime. Animated videos are necessary because students feel that these learning media can increase their motivation to learn. Students can form their knowledge using a constructivist approach using animated video learning media
Management of Job Fair at Vocational High School: A Case Study in Tulungagung, Indonesia
This study will examine the planning of school-industry collaboration, labor distribution, and recruitment approaches. It also describes the supporting and hindering aspects of the BKK employment fair in distributing workers at VHS SORE Tulungagung and VHS 1 Rejotangan. This study employs a qualitative case study research method. This study employs observation, documentation, and interviews. The results reveal BKK exploring for industry contacts, selecting industries to work with, and collaborating. To distribute graduates, BKK registers them, arranges for them to be interviewed, and then sends them to work. Internship, school-industry, and industry-industry recruiting models. Moreover, schools and industries have provided sufficient infrastructure for BKK activities, whereas many parents do not allow their children to work outside the city

Perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia Tenaga Kependidikan Di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Kampus Daerah
Abstract: The right planning of educational supporting staff as human resources at local campus Indonesia University of Education can improve the performance of the university. The purpose of this study is to analyze the availability of educational supporting staff with their workload and the ideal standard formulation of human resources requirements in the campus area. This research used quantitative and qualitative descriptive method, while the data used primary and secondary data. Respondents were the entire supporting educational staff accross five local campusses of Cibiru, Sumedang, Tasikmalaya, Purwakarta and Serang. Data were analyzed using simple statistics and workload analysis using full time equivalent. The study results showed that the available of educational supporting staff were still dominated by high school graduates with the field of general work equipment and those who possessed a higher education level mostly aged over 45 years old. The tendon condition was caused by ineffective work accumulation at a certain time for a certain educational personnel. The ideal standard formulation of educational supporting staff on the campus areas showed that in Cibiru campuss have already ideal number of educational staff, while in Sumedang campuss the number of educational supporting staff are exceeded the ideal number. On the other hand in Tasikmalaya, Purwakarta and Serang campuses were having a shortage of ideal supporting staff. The steps to fulfill the requirements of educational supporting staff are by recruiting educational supporting staff gradually and improve the educational supporting staff’s competence.Keyword: Full Time Equivalent (FTE), human resources management, human resources planning, mapping and structuring of human resources, workload analysisAbstrak: Perencanaan sumber daya manusia tenaga kependidikan yang tepat di universitas pendidikan Indonesia kampus daerah dapat menigkatkan kinerja universitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis ketersediaan tenaga kepedidikan dengan beban kerja serta formulasi standar ideal kebutuhan tenaga kependidikan di kampus daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Responden merupakan keseluran tenaga kependidikan di lima kampus daerah yaitu Cibiru, Sumedang, Tasikmalaya, Purwakarta dan Serang. Pengolahan data menggunakan statistik sederhana dan analisis beban kerja dengan menggunakan rumus full time equivalent. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketersediaan tenaga kependidikan masih didominasi oleh pendidikan SMA dengan bidang kerja umum perlengkapan dan yang memiliki pendidikan tinggi kebanyakan sudah berusia diatas 45 tahun. Kondisi tendik tersebut mengakibatkan terjadinya penumpukan pekerjaan pada waktu tertentu dan tenaga kependidikan tertentu. Formulasi standar ideal tendik di kampus daerah menjukan bahwa kampus Cibiru sudah ideal, Sumedang melebihi jumlah ideal dan Tasikmalaya, Purwakarta dan Serang mengalami kekurangan tenaga kependidikan. A Multi Case Study of Link and Match Program: Motorcycle Engineering and Business in VHS Tulungagung, Indonesia
Research on multi-case studies of link and match programs the motorcycle engineering and business industry class at SMK Tulungagung has been carried out. The research was conducted in three places including: SMK “SORE†Tulungagung and SMK Negeri 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung. The Honda industrial class program at SMK SORE Tulungagung has been going well, including the selection of an industrial class curriculum which involves the concept of link and match with industry, how the alignment of the industrial class curriculum is made. In addition, the learning process for the motorcycle engineering and business class at SMK Tulungagung has also been good, including the learning preparation process and the implementation of industrial class learning. What is no less important is the commitment of SMK which has a strategy to improve industrial class competence, namely increasing teacher competence and increasing student competence so that they are ready to go directly to industry
Implementation of Chemical Engineering Vocational Teacher Internship in Industry: A Multi-case Study at PT. Petrokimia Gresik and CV. Tirta Amara Mahesa
Vocational high schools aim to produce graduates with work-ready skills (supply and demand driven). However, the fact that VHS still contributes the most to unemployment is a concern. Teacher internships are an important program to increase teacher competence through industrial experience. This research seeks to discover how the industry can implement a productive teacher internship program for Chemical Engineering Expertise. The research method is case study qualitative including interviews, observations, and documents. The results showed that the teacher internship program in terms of supporting and inhibiting factors, and impacts at PT. Petrokimia Gresik. The developed a month-long teacher apprenticeship model from the Ministry of Industry, as well as field observations (plant tours) and competency schemes for the Cooling Tower Water Treatment utility system.
