PERBEDAAN GRIT PADA MAHASISWA PERANTAU DAN BUKAN PERANTAU DI UNIVERSITAS “Xâ€
Get PDFFamily support, especially parents, can help students adapt to their educational transition from high school to college or university. For overseas students, of course the limited presence of parents will be a challenge as well as a separate opportunity to develop themselves. In addition to supporting factors the encouragement of intrinsic motivation from students' personalities also determines in an effort to get good academic achievement. One of the personality traits that helps a person to be able to maintain his intrinsic motivation is Grit, one of the concepts put forward by Angela Lee Ducksworth. Grit has two aspects, namely perseverance of effort and consistency of interest. The research instrument for measuring Grit will use a measuring instrument developed by Angela Lee Duckworth (2009). Measuring instruments in the form of a self-report questionnaire, validity r = 0,300-0,654 and reliability r = 0,888. Respondents from this study were 344 university X students with respondents' ages varying from 17 to 24 years. The mean score of the Grit variable in the Overseas group of students was 37.05 while the mean score in the non-Overseas group of students was 35.17. Overseas student groups showed higher Grit scores than non-overseas student groups. Individuals who have higher grits will be more diligent and diligent, are not easily discouraged by setbacks or failures, are more focused on projects or goals, and are more likely to complete tasks. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan unsur intrinsik pada kumpulan Cerpen Ketika Bismillah menjadi Alhamdulilah karya Dalman, dkk. serta untuk mengetahui apakah cerpen yang dianalisis tersebut dapat dijadikan alternatif bahan ajar pada SMA kelas XI Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, tes, dan menyebarkan angket. Cerpen Antara Cinta dan Cita-cita, Brevet untuk Mak, dan Davina dan Universitas Impian merupakan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil; unsur instrinsik dalam cerpen berupa alur, tokoh/penokohan dan latar. Semua unsur tersebut berdasarkan pada silabus Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas XI semester dua, yakni mengapresiasi atau menganalisis karya sastra cerpen. Data yang diperoleh, ketiga cerpen ini layak dijadikan alternatif bahan ajar pada siswa SMA. Hal ini mengacu pada teori pemilihan bahan ajar yakni; dari sudut bahasa, latar belakang budaya, dan psikologi. Kata Kunci: Cerpen, bahan ajar sastra, intrinsik
Analisa Kegagalan Koordinasi Proteksi pada Setting Relay OCR Penyulang Semar di PT PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan Bandarjaya
Get PDFPada penyulang semar terdapat dua relai proteksi arus lebih, yaitu pada outgoing penyulang dan recloser poncowati. Pada rentang waktu 1 Juli hingga 30 September 2019 telah terjadi dua kali kegagalan koordinasi proteksi relai arus lebih antar dua relai tersebut. Sehingga zona jaringan aman ikut terdampak dari zona jaringan yang mengalami gangguan. Penyebab kegagalan koordinasi proteksi dapat diketahui melaui kurva hubungan antara arus gangguan dan waktu pemutusan setiap relai. Data penyetelan pemutusan diambil dari tiap relai dan diberikan nilai arus gangguan antar fasa di sepanjang jaringan penyulang Semar untuk mendapatkan waktu pemutusan relai. Berdasarkan kurva koordinasi proteksi penyulang Semar, saat nilai arus hubung singkat mencapai 1200 A, kedua relai arus lebih mempunyai waktu kerja yang bersamaan yaitu 0 detik yang menyebabkan kegagalan koordinasi. Perbaikan koordinasi proteksi dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian grading time sebesar 0,084 detik pada relay outgoing, mengganti setelan arus pada High-Set relay outgoing menjadi 2.312,85A, atau merelokasi recloser pada jarak minimal 21,113 kms dari relay outgoin

Another problem is that in the process of selling transactions, the manual process is used by recording each transaction in the book. This shop requires a software to improve the system. In the thesis designed a desktop application-based sales software facilitated information on available book stock, recording sales transactions with a computerized system, calculating total payments, and printing notes and reports needed. Based on the test results it can be concluded that the system can display the stock of goods, can optimize the sales transaction process, and can display and print sales reports and suppliers. The shop owner stated that the application can help in checking the stock of books that are still available and facilitates the sales transaction process. The shop owner also does not need to calculate the total payment manually because the application has calculated the total payment

Get PDFThe micro financing offered by BRIS KCP Metro is financing that is used for productive purposes in micro businesses. Micro Financing certainly carries the risk of problem financing which can increase the NPF BRIS value which affects the financial performance of BRIS. It is known that the NPF BRIS has increased quite significantly from 2017 to 2018, namely from 1.9% to 9.4% which explains the increase in problem financing in BRIS. To minimize this problematic financing, BRIS KCP Metro has strengthened the implementation of the 5c principle before distributing microfinance to the community. This research is a descriptive qualitative study that describes the application of the 5c principle in minimizing problematic micro financing at BRIS KCP Metro. The primary data sources are Unithead employees, BRI Syariah KCP Metro Micro Account Officer employees and problematic Micro Financing customers. The result of the research is the 5c principle in minimizing problematic micro financing in BRIS KCP Metro still needs improvement and evaluating several aspects of 5C, namely the aspect of character assessment and the aspect of capacity assessment. The weak application of character assessment for prospective customers is due to the inexperience of AOM employees which has resulted in increased financing problems due to dishonest customers in using these funds. Then AOM's weakness in assessing the business capacity of prospective customers is seen from AOM's mistakes in calculating or estimating the size of the accounts contained in the capacity component, because in micro businesses, well-structured financial reports are very rare. As a result of these two things, the NPF value increases every year. Therefore it is necessary to provide training for AOM employees to improve soft skills in analyzing 5Cs, and the need for periodic monitoring after disbursement so that the funds channeled are used in accordance with the proposals submitted by prospective customers

Therefore this study used the issue of customer knowledge and service quality with the aim of knowing customer decisions.           The formulation of the problem in this research are: does customer knowledge significantly influence customer decisions in using the service of PT. BPR Syariah Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung?,Does costumer knowledge and service quality significantly influence customer decision in using the services of PT.BPR Syariah Mitra Agro Usaha?,  Does the quality of service have a significant effect on the customers’s decision to use the services of PT. BPR Syariah Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung?. This research used quantitative method and the type of research used associative research. Samples used customers at PT. BPR Syaria Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung as many 79 customers. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique. The data source used primary data. The measurement in this study used a likert scale. The next step, the data were analyzed using the instrument test and data Validity and Realibity Test,Classical Assumptions Test and data analysis test to answer the problem formulation with the Multiple Linear Regression Test.           The results of this study indicated that variables of customer knowledge and service quality have and a positive and significant effect on customer decisions partially. While the result of simultaneous testing there is a positive and significant influence on the variable of customer knowledge, service quality, and religiosity on customer decisions. From the results of the determinition test, it is known that the adjusted R square value of customer decions at PT. BPR Syariah Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung can be influenced by cutomer knowledge, service quality and religiosity while the rest is customer’s decision at PT. BPR Syariah Mitra Agro Usaha Bandar Lampung is influenced by other variables outside the study
KEBAHAGIAAN SUBJEKTIF PADA WANITA DENGAN PUTTING OUT SYSTEM DI KABUPATEN SIDOARJO
Get PDFThis research was motivated by UMKM in Sidoarjo Regency, totaling 2635 businesses involving female workers as employees, one of whom was a homeworker. This study aims to describe the description of women's subjective happiness who work with the putting out system. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. The subject of this study amounted to 3 women workers with putting out system. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods using semi-structured interview techniques. The results of the study describe each subject experiencing subjective happiness such as being satisfied with themselves, satisfied with life with family, good relations with peers, optimistic about the future, satisfied with health conditions and enjoying leisure time with family. Each subject has a picture of positive affect as well as feeling happy with the work that is currently occupied and does not cause signs of depression, sadness, despair so that there is no negative affect resulting from working with the putting out system.
