Studi Pembangunan Saluran Transmisi 150 Kv Kayu Agung – Gumawang Untuk Mengatasi Keandalan Sistem Kelistrikan Lampung
Get PDFSouth Sumatra kelampung requires a 150 kV transmission line which is relatively very far away and prone to conductor disturbances. In addition, with the high demand for electrical energy, the average transfer value is close to the maximum value so that when a disturbance occurs on the transmission line it will have an impact on a very large deficit blackout. The method used is by collecting power flow data, system loading and transmission line models, then modeling the current distribution system conditions and making comparisons after planning the new transmission line system to maintain the reliability level of the Lampung electrical system. From the research results, the construction of KayuAgung - Gumawang transmission is analternative solution to overcome the problem of high energy transfer requirements and currently only supplied through one transmission line location. The addition of the KayuAgung-Gumawang ransmission line will increase the maximum transfer capacity to 760 MW, so that the reliability of the Lampung system will be maintained with the value of the power reserve that meets the N-1power plant in the Lampung system, which is 80 MW
Violation of Maxims in Garfield's Utterances in Garfield Comic Strips
Get PDFABSTRACTThis research examines violation of maxims of Garfield in Garfield comic strips. The purpose of this research is to find out types of maxims that are violated, describe how maxims are violated, and find out the reason behind the violation in Garfield’s utterances in Garfield comic strips. This research is descriptive qualitative. This research uses Cooperative Principle and Violation Maxim theories by Herbert Paul Grice. The data collection method used is documentation and note-taking. The data analysis method used is interactive model by Miles and Huberman with the cycle: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifying. The results and discussion obtained is 15 comic strips that contain violation of maxims with 5 cases of violation of multiple maxims and 10 cases of violation of one single maxim and 11 reasons of violation of maxim (to save face, avoid of what is asked, cheer up hearer, convince hearer, deceive hearer, abuse verbally, avoid talking, satisfy hearer, hide the truth, express excitement, and get intension faster). Violation of maxim is dominated by violation of maxim of quantity with 9 cases in 9 comic strips. There are 8 cases of violation of maxim of quality in 8 comic strips, 2 cases of violation of maxim of manner in 2 comic strips, and 1 case of violation of maxim of relation in 1 comic strip.Keywords: Grice’s Violation Maxim, Utterance, Comi

PENGEMBANGAN ALAT PERAGA BUJUR SANGKAR PADA SISWA TUNANETRA KELAS IX SLB-A BINA INSANI BANDAR LAMPUNG
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap siswa tunanetra yang kesulitan untuk mengenal konsep bangun datar, terutama bujur sangkar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proses dan hasil pengembangan alat peraga bujur sangkar untuk siswa tunanetra . Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMPLB Bina Insani kelas IX yang berjumlah lima siswa tunanetra. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Prosedur pengembangan ini menggunakan proses pengembangan yang dikemukakan oleh Borg dan Gall yang disederhanakan dari sepuluh tahap menjadi lima tahap. Prosedur pengembangan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi 5 tahapan yaitu : (1) Penelitian dan pengumpulan data (research and information collecting). (2) Perencanaan (planning). (3) Pengembangan draf produk (develop preliminary from of product). (4) Uji coba lapangan awal (preliminary field testing) skala kecil di SLB-A Bina Insani. (5) Revisi uji coba lapangan dan penyempurnaan produk. Instrumen yang digunakan pada dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, angket, dan tes. Hasil validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli menujukan media bujur sangkar pada kategori baik di nilai 2,51-3.25 dalam skala 0-4 dan mendapat respon baik oleh siswa.Kata kunci : Penelitian dan pengembangan, alat peraga, bujur sangkar, tunanetr
PENGEMBANGAN WAKAF BERBASIS SUKUK DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN TANAH TIDAK PRODUKTIF DI INDONESIA PERSEPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM
Get PDFABSTRACT Waqf has more flexibility than zakat so that the form of waqf will continue to evolve according to the times. The sukuk-based waqf innovation was launched in early 2017 by the Government in order to maximize the potential of waqf land in Indonesia, it's just that the legal aspects of the sukuk itself are legally still khilafiah. The methodology used is a qualitative research method through literature, with the type of normative juridical research and secondary data sources that are collected by documentary methods and interviews and then analyzed descriptively qualitatively so that the synchronization level and the feasibility of norms are known. The results of this study show that the waqf and sukuk stand from 2 different objectives of the contract, namely the tabarru and tijaroh contracts, which are combined in order to present greater maslahah value. The legal position of this sukuk-based waqf if it is built on a sukuk ijarah agreement which is similar to bai al-wafa according to the number of scholars, is prohibited, except for the Hanafi school of thought that allows it. This is in line with the DSN fatwa on sukuk and Articles 112-113 of KHES regarding bai al-wafa. Statement of opinion in the context of this fiqh, it is necessary to pay attention to the clear regulatory aspects that underlie this sukuk-based waqf, pay attention to the administration of waqf assets both land and building certificates and waqf certificates and it is necessary to pay attention to aspects of sharia legality so that the main purpose of waqf for the benefit of the people can still be achieved without reducing the value or form of the waqf assets. Keywords: waqf, sukuk, Islamic law  ABSTRAKWakaf memiliki fleksibilitas yang lebih dibandingkan zakat sehingga bentuk wakaf akan terus berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Inovasi wakaf berbasis sukuk yang diluncurkan di awal 2017 oleh Pemerintah dalam rangka memaximalkan potensi tanah wakaf di Indonesia, hanya saja aspek hukum sukuk itu sendiri secara hukum masih khilafiah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dan sumber data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumenter dan wawancara lalu dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif sehingga diketahui taraf sikronisasi dan kelayakan norma. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa wakaf dan sukuk berdiri dari 2 tujuan akad yang berbeda yaitu akad tabarru dan tijaroh, yang digabungkan dalam rangka menghadirkan nilai maslahat yang lebih besar. Kedudukan hukum wakaf berbasis sukuk ini jika dibangun diatas akad sukuk ijarah yang hampir serupa bai al-wafa menurut jumhur ulama diharamkan, kecuali madzhab hanafi yang membolehkannya. Hal ini yang selaras dengan fatwa DSN tentang sukuk dan Pasal 112-113 KHES tentang bai al-wafa. Terlepas dari perbedaan pendapat dalam konteks fiqh ini, perlu diperhatikan aspek regulasi yang jelas yang melandasi wakaf berbasis sukuk ini, memperhatikan perapihan administrasi aset wakaf baik sertifikat tanah dan bangunan maupun sertifikat wakaf dan perlu diperhatikan aspek legalitas syariah agar tujuan utama wakaf untuk kemaslahatan umat tetap dapat tercapai tanpa mengurasi nilai ataupun wujud dari asset wakaf. Kata kunci: Wakaf, sukuk, hukum Isla

No full textThe implementation of pawning is a tradition that has been rooted in society, the need is urgent and there are no other skills that can be done, then pawning becomes a solution to fulfill one's desires. Usually the farmers or the people of Merbau Village, Mataram, pawn their fields because of urgent needs and need immediate funds. This study aims to further examine whether the practice of pawning rice fields that has been carried out by the people of Merbau Village, Mataram, is in accordance with the sharia perspective.The results showed that the Pawning System for Pawning Fields in Merbau Village, Mataram, in general, pawnbrokers (rahin) came to the recipient of the pawn (murtahin) to borrow some money to meet their needs with the rice fields as collateral. The time to return the loan money (debt) is not determined until Rahin is able to pay the debt. As for the deadline for repayment, it is usually determined in an annual form and without a certain time limit. The right to control or use the rice fields is in the hands of the murtahin until the debt is paid off. if the implementation of the contract has met the terms and conditions of the pledge, as for the taking of the benefits of the collateral which is fully controlled by the recipient of the pawn (murtahin) which occurred in Merbau Village, Mataram, it is not valid according to Sharia Economic

Get PDFABSTRACT The syari'ah economy in Indonesia continues to develop until now, it is proven that there are many syari'ah institutions that support the economy, including Islamic financial institutions, one of which is the Baitul Tamwil Muhammadiyah Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperative or often abbreviated as KSPPS BTM. With the number of BTM KSPPS established in Indonesia, the competition will also be more difficult, so that various strategies are needed to develop and gain members. One strategy that needs to be considered is knowledge and service, because with knowledge and quality service members will be satisfied and will continue to make transactions. This type of research is a quantitative study, the population in this study are members of the KSPPS BMT BiMU Lampung. The sample used is random sampling. The X1 variable of this study is employee knowledge, the X2 variable is employee service and the Y variable is member satisfaction. The results of this research show that there is an increase in the value of the correlation coefficient (Correlations) to 0.284 (positive value and strong relationship category) with a significant value (2-tailed) of 0.049 < Y adalah signifikan (nyata). Hipotesis tersebut menyatakan bahwa Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa hubungan antara pengetahuan karyawan dengan pelayanan karyawan dengan kepuasan anggota adalah signifikan (nyata). Kata kunci: Pengetahuan Karyawan, Pelayanan Karyawan, Kepuasan Anggota

No full textAbstrak Artikel penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kedekatan hubungan multivariat kepercayaan merek (dimensi viabilitas & dimensi intensionalitas) dengan niat beli. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 partisipan pengkonsumsi minuman green tea di food court, giant hypermart waru melalui pendekatan judgement sample (Cooper & Emory, 2013). Parameter dimensi intensionalitas (x2) memiliki koef.r-partial dominan (13,4%), dibandingkan dengan parameter dimensi viabilitas (x1) yang memiliki koef.r-partial (1%). Model hottelings memiliki kontribusi koef.r-canonical dominan (124,7%) terhadap dua model lainnya (55,49%), (44,50%). Disimpulkan terdapat kepositipan keeratan hubungan yang cukup kuat antara parameter brand trust dan parameter purchase intention (74.4%). Selaras dengan penelitian Fang, Chiu & Wang, (2011) yang mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara brand trust dan purchase intention. H1 dan H2 penelitian dapat diterima faktualitasnya Â
