Provodeći analizu čimbenika, zaključuje se ima li tvrtka Tušak d.o.o. učinkovitu strategiju i jeli konkurentna na tržištu.The topic of these graduate thesis is specific environment of management: customers, suppliers, competition, labour market - example on company Tušak d.o.o. In the introductory part the management environment is treated as the key factor for the organizations advancement. Below, these deals with customers, suppliers, competitors and the labour market individually, and lists all the important aspects of how they affect the organizations own strategy. In the final part of the above is processing on the example of Tušak d.o.o. By conducting an analysis of the factors, it is concluded whether Tušak d.o.o. efficient strategy and be competitive in the market

Get PDFMnoge tvrtke i organizacije u potrazi su za talentima koji posjeduju digitalne vještine i kompetencije, a neke od njih i u okviru erasmus+ stručne prakse. Participiranjem u radu studentskog portalu (tehnički izveden u okviru mog završnog rada), studenti početnih godina mogu stjecati upravo takve vještine: osmisliti prvu kampanju digitalnog marketinga i koristiti relevantne alate, ureĎivati web stranicu, kreirati sadržaje raznih formata, prakticirati oglašavanje na društvenim mrežama, digitalno prikupljati i analizirati statističke podatke. Ovaj rad pridodaje važnost i objašnjava digitalnu ekonomiju, digitalne vještine i kompetencije. TakoĎer pruža osnovna teorijska znanja o spomenutim vještinama, te alatima poput Google AdWords i Google Analytics. Prikazana je organizacija i funkcioniranje portala koji podrazumijeva angažiranje studenata, a s ciljem motiviranja za uključenje u erasmus+ programe.Many companies and organizations are in search for talents who possess digital skills and competences, some of which through the Erasmus+ internship. By participating on student portal (technically developed as a part of this work) during the initial years of study, students can obtain those skills: design their first digital marketing campaign and use relevant tools, edit websites, create content in different formats, practice digital advertising on social media, digitally collect and analyse statistics. This work emphasises digital economy, digital skills and competences. It also offers basic theoretical knowledge about mentioned skills, and tools like Google AdWords and Google Analytics. It explains how student portal should be organized and run, while engaging and motivating students for Erasmus+ programs

Marketing na društvenim mreţama predstavlja komunikacijsku strategiju svakog modernog poduzeća. Cilj svakoga poduzeća u konaĉnici jest ostvarivanje trţišne dobiti, samim time svrha ovoga rada jest prikazati utjecaj, odnosno ulogu koju imaju društvene mreţe u procesu utjecaja na rad poduzeća i njihova ostvarivanja trţišne dobiti. Na samom kraju rada prikazati ću pozitivan i negativan primjer utjecaja društvenih mreţa na poslovanje poduzeća, te pokušati dati prognozu koja se odnosi na budućnost odnosa društvenih mreţa i poslovanja poduzeća. Tvrtka Coca-Cola primjer je iznimno dobr voĊenog marketinga, koji svoju komunikaciju putrem društvnih mreţa vješto koristi u svrhu promocije svojeg poslovanja.Nowadays, social network sites represent a very important tool of modern enterprises which is used by many companies to advertise their products, services, increase of product sales and alike. Marketing on social networks represents the communication strategy of every modern company. Making a profit is in the end, the main goal of every company. Statistička analiza prijevoza robe u Republici Hrvatskoj i usporedba sa susjednim zemljama
Get PDFPrijevoz robe se kao vaţan čimbenik u prometu najviše afirmirao u moderno doba iako su općenito kroz povijest ljudi uvijek teţili dobavljanju dobara koje nisu posjedovali ili luksuza iz udaljenijih zemalja (Bliski istok, Indija, Kina). Jedan od najboljih primjera starog vijeka jest „put svile“ kojim je Marco Polo išao u Kinu. Republika Hrvatska takoĎer teţi boljoj prometnoj povezanosti i redu kao jedna moderna europska zemlja koja je odnedavno u Europskoj uniji. Iako je dobro cestovno povezana, u luku Rijeku se ne ulaţe dovoljno te je ţeljeznica vrlo zastarjela. Te mane pogotovo dolaze do izraţaja kada se Republika Hrvatska usporedi sa susjednim zemljama u Europskoj uniji – Republikom Slovenijom i Republikom MaĎarskom. Iako i te zemlje imaju svojih problema, npr. Republika Slovenija ima brdski teren i relativno malu morsku obalu te Republika MaĎarska bez morske obale, te dvije zemlje ulaţu više u jačanje svojeg prometa te iskorištavaju mogućnosti koje im teren pruţa. Naravno, te su dvije zemlje u Europskoj uniji od 2004. godine pa su ranije i dobile mogućnost povlačenja fondova iz iste i ulaganja. Bilo kako bilo, Republika Hrvatska mora više paţnje posvetiti ulaganju u promet jer je bolji promet povezan sa većim BDP-om te bi to bio dobar zalog za budućnost.Goods transport became an important aspect in transport mostly in the modern age, although the human race always wanted to receive goods which they couldn't have or luxuries from far away countries (The near east, China, India). One of the best example in the old age was the „silk road“, the road on which Marco Polo traveled to China. Republic of Croatia also wants to have more connected roads and order as a modern European country which recently came into European Union. Although the country has a good road network, it doesn't invest into port of Rijeka enough and the railway is dated. Those flaws especially come to light when Republic of Croatia is compared to it's neigbouring countries – Republic of Slovenia and Republic of Hungary. Although these countries have their own problems, for example, Republic of Slovenia has a rough terrain and a relatively short sea coast and Republic of Hungary doesn't have sea territory at all, those two countries invest in strengthening their transport and they are trying to use the natural possibilities of their terrain. Of course, those two countries are in the European Union since 2004., so they got the possibility of using the European funds and investing faster. Still, Republic of Croatia has to give more attention to transport investments, because better transport is connected with a higher GDP, so it would be investing in future

U prvom dijelu biti će objašnjena državna organizacija i vlast u RH, autoritet državne organizacije i integracija državne politike, kao i suverenitet državne vlasti i njena dioba.
Drugi dio rada detaljnije objašnjava Ustav Rh, njegove temeljne odredbe, kao i vrednote ustavnog poretka te osobne i političke slobode prava. Na kraju drugog dijela objašnjene su promjene Ustava. Nadalje, treći dio navodi funkcije Vlade u Rh, prezentira predsjednika, uži kabinet Vlade, navodi sve Vlade do danas te objašnjava odnos između Vlade i Sabora.
na kraju četvrti dio prikazuje ustroj državne vlasti u RH. detaljnije objašnjava trodiobu vlasti, odnosno zakonodavnu, izvršnu i sudbenu vlast u RH. The first part will be explained by state organizations and authorities in the Republic of Croatia, the authority of the state organization and integration of national policy, as well as the sovereignty of state power and its division.
The second part of the details of the Constitution, its basic provisions, as well as the values of the constitutional order and the personal and political freedom and rights. At the end of the second part explains the changes in the Constitution. Furthermore, the third section outlines the functions of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, present by the President, Chief Cabinet Minister, said all of the Government to date and explains the relationship between the Government and the Parliament.
Finally the fourth section presents the structure of state power in the Republic of Croatia. The details of the separation of powers, ie the legislative, executive and judicial power in the Republic of Croatia. No full textPorez na dohodak javlja se u vrijeme rastuće industrijalizacije, kada sve više ljudi ostvaruje dohodak čime se otvara mogućnost uvođenja dohotka kao novog predmeta oporezivanja. S obzirom na svoju slojevitost i tehniku ubiranja, porezni je oblik koji ulazi u krug najsloženijih poreznih oblika. Bitan preduvjet njegova uspješnog ubiranja je razvijeno gospodarstvo s visokom zaposlenošću, kvalitetno ustrojene računovodstvene i porezne službe te izražena spremnost poreznih obveznika na suradnju s poreznom vlašću. Porezni sustav u Republici Hrvatskoj uređen je na način da je reguliran Zakonima i posebnim propisima koji moraju biti usklađeni sa smjernicama Europske unije. Ovaj Završni rad obrađuje porez na dohodak kao neposredni, izravni porez u poreznom sustavu Republike Hrvatske kojim su obuhvaćene fizičke osobe, obveznici poreza na dohodak. Definirane su i pojašnjenje vrste dohodaka s obzirom na izvor dohotka i to dohodak od nesamostalnog rada, dohodak od samostalne djelatnosti, dohodak od imovine i imovinskih prava, dohodak od kapitala, dohodak od osiguranja, drugi dohodak, te metodologija utvrđivanja porezne obveze i poreznih stopa i utvrđivanje poreznog razdoblja, navedeni su primici koji se ne smatraju dohotkom, te objašnjeni pojmovi osobnog odbitka kao neoporezivi dio dohotka i drugi.Personal income tax arises at the time of growing industrialization, when more and more people materialize income which opens the possibility of introducing income as a new subject of taxation. Due to its multi layered nature and collection technique, the income tax is among most complex tax types. An essential precondition for its successful collection is a developed economy with high employment, high quality accounting and taxation services and willingness of taxpayers to cooperate with the tax authorities. The tax system in the Republic of Croatia is regulated by law and special regulations that must comply with the guidelines of the European Union. This document deals with the income tax as the immediate, direct tax in the tax system of the Republic of Croatia, which includes private persons, income tax payers. Document defines and clarifies types of income by the source of income which is decided as income from employment, self employment income, income from property and property rights, income from capital, income from insurance, and other income. Methodology of determining tax liability and tax rates, and determination of the tax period is explained as well as terms like personal deduction as non taxable income. DESCRIPTIVE STATISTICS OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA
Get PDFU posljednjih nekoliko godina u Republici Hrvatskoj je sve izraženiji problem nesigurnosti na cestama i velikog broja prometnih nesreća. Svakodnevno smo okruženi lošim vijestima s prometnica, te nažalost velikim brojem smrtno stradalih u prometu. Statistika je skup ideja i metoda koje se upotrebljavaju za prikupljanje i interpretaciju podataka u nekom podruĉju istraživanja te za izvođenje zakljuĉaka u situacijama gdje su prisutne nesigurnosti i varijacije. U radu su detaljno pojašnjeni pojmovi deskriptivne statistike te na temelju toga prikazan je izraĉun broja prometnih nesreća po županijama u Republici Hrvatskoj. Dobiveni rezultati detaljno su analizirani i uspoređeni.Over the past few years, the problem of road safety and a large number of traffic accidents has been increasingly pronounced in Republic of Croatia. Every day we are surrounded by bad news from the road, and unfortunately, a large number of fatalities in traffic. Statistics are a set of ideas and methods used to collect and interpret data in some area of research and to draw conclusions in situations where uncertainties and variations are present. The paper describes the concepts of descriptive statistics and the calculation of the number of traffic accidents for counties in the Republic of Croatia is shown. Get PDFKoncept “smirivanja prometa“ temelji se na zahtjevu povećanja sigurnosti prometa, a postiţe se smanjivanjem brzine kretanja vozila u stambenim zonama i u blizini škola i djeĉjih vrtića te poboljšanju preglednosti. Smirivanjem prometa moguće je postići i povećanje udobnosti i sigurnosti kod pješaka te smanjenje neposrednih štetnih utjecaja na okoliš – smanjenje razine buke i oneĉišćenja zraka.Za postizanje postavljenog cilja treba provesti ĉitav niz postupaka koji se sastoje od preureĊenja postojeće cestovne mreţe, postavljanja posebne opreme i signalizacije za smirivanje prometa te uvoĊenja dosljedne i uĉinkovite regulative. U radu su prikazane razliĉite mjere smirivanja prometa uvaţavajući europska i domaća iskustva sa osvrtom na Hrvatsku zakonsku i tehniĉku regulativu iz ovog podruĉjaConcept of „Traffic calming“ is based on the demand for increased traffic safety and is mostly achieved by improved visibility and vehicle speed reduction in residential areas and near schools and kindergartens. By streamlining traffic, it is possible to increase the comfort and safety of pedestrians and reduce the immediate harmful effects on the environment - downsize the noise level and air pollution. To achieve the set goal, a whole series of procedures should be carried out, consisting of the reconstruction of existing road network, provision of special equipment and traffic signaling and the introduction of consistent and effective regulations. The paper presents various measures of traffic calming, taking into account European and domestic experiences with reference to Croatian legal and technical regulations in this area
Transport Means and Equipment for Internal Transport and Storage
Get PDFZavršni rad bavi se transportnim sredstvima, opremom i alatima u unutarnjem transportu i skladištenju. Teorijski dio prikazuje koje su vrste i podvrste transportnih sredstava, opreme i alata te u koje se svrhe isti koriste, za koje vrste tereta, kakve dodatke pri rukovanju teretom mogu imati sl. Svaka vrsta tereta se skladišti i prevozi transportnim sredstvima ovisno je li teret u krutom stanju, tekućem, je li sipki teret, krupni ili sitni. Svako transportno sredstvo zahtijeva razne dodatke, kuke, košare i sl. koje se primjenjuju pri rukovanju različitim teretima. Tereti se odlaţu na mjesta predviĎena za njih uz rukovanje odgovarajućom opremom i alatima. Primjer unutarnjeg transporta i skladištenja ukratko je vidljiv na primjeru tvrtke DOK – ING i VJ – eko d.o.o. uz opis rada tvrtke.Final paper's discusses means of transport, equipment and tools for internal transportation and storing. Theoretical part describes the types and subtypes of transportation means, equipment and tools and also the purposes wich they are used for and different types of cargo handling etc. Every cargo type is stored and transported by different transportation means wich are depending on cargo condition. Every type of transportation requires various additions like hooks, baskets and etc. which are applied for handling different cargo types. Cargo is stored at for that provided spaces with the use of required equipment and tools. An example of internal transportation and storing is shown on case from copmany DOK-ING and VJ-eko with a description of the company
