    Obveze su najznačajnija odrednica zadovoljavajuće likvidnosti, zaduženosti i uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća. Poznavanje instrumenata i postupaka analize obveza preduvjet je njihovog ažurnog podmirenja i planiranja te uspješnog upravljanja troškovima i rashodima poslovanja. Pravodobno podmirenja obveza temelj je zadovoljavajuće likvidnosti poslovnih partnera poduzeća te rasta i razvoja poduzeća i gospodarstva. U teorijskom dijelu rada navedene su vrste i specifičnosti obveza te važnost analize istih u poslovnom djelovanju. U praktično-analitičkom dijelu završnog rada, provedbom horizontalne i vertikalne analize i analize putem financijskih pokazatelja, izvršena je analiza obveza i osnovnih financijskih rezultata poslovanja poduzeća Villa Dubrovnik d. d. od 2017. do 2020. godine.Liabilities are the most significant determinant of satisfactory liquidity, indebtedness and business success of a company. Knowing the instruments and methods of liabilities analysis is a precondition for settling and planning them promptly and for successful managing of business costs and expenses. Timely settlement of liabilities is the foundation of satisfactory liquidity of business partners of the company and the growth and development of the company and the economy. The theoretical part of this paper includes types and distinctive characteristics of liabilities as well as the importance of their analysis in business activities. The practical-analytical part of this paper contains the analysis of liabilities and the main financial results of the Villa Dubrovnik d. d. company from 2017 to 2020, which has been performed by applying the horizontal and vertical analysis and analysis using financial ratios

    Informacije su uvijek bile važan čimbenik ljudske aktivnosti. Kao resurs koji je vodio ljudsku aktivnost, informacije su se prikupljale, čuvale, analizirale i distribuirale na različite načine kroz povijest, ali su se i krale i zloupotrebljavale. Samim razvojem Interneta, paralelno se razvija i kibernetički kriminal koji narušava sigurnost informacijskih sustava. Informacijski sustavi se mogu podijeliti prema organizacijskoj strukturi, razini podrške, poslovnoj funkciji koju održavaju i prema arhitekturi sustava. Jedan od najpoznatijih informacijskih sustava je MS Office paket. Organizacije se sve više oslanjaju na informacijske sustave (IS) radi poboljšanja poslovanja i rada, što olakšava odlučivanje menadžmenta i implementiranje poslovne strategije. Posebna potreba i ovisnost o IS-u se povećala u trenutnim poslovnim okruženjima gdje se različite transakcije, trgovanje robom i uslugama obavlja isključivo elektroničkim putem. Povećana organizacijska ovisnost o IS-u dovela je do odgovarajućeg porasta utjecaja zloupotrebe IS sigurnosti. Podjela cijele zaštite umreženih sustava, prema razinama je sljedeća: hardversko-softverska zaštita i sigurnost, fizička i organizacijska zaštita i sigurnost, zakonodavna zaštita i sigurnost te komunikacijska zaštita (kriptozaštita) i informacijska sigurnost. Najpoznatiji kibernetički napad je WannaCry te je korisnik zaraženog računala morao platiti određenu svotu novca ukoliko je želio dobiti ponovni pristup vlastitom računalu.Information has always been an important factor in human activity. As a resource that has guided human activity, information has been collected, stored, analyzed, and distributed in various ways throughout history, but it has also been stolen and misused. With the development of the Internet, cybercrime is developing in parallel, which violates the security of information systems. Information systems can be divided according to organizational structure, level of support, business function they maintain and according to the system architecture. One of the most famous information systems is the MS Office suite. Organizations are increasingly relying on information systems (IS) to improve business and operations, making it easier for management to make decisions and implement business strategies. The special need and dependence on IS has increased in the current business environments where various transactions, trade in goods and services are done exclusively electronically. Increased organizational dependence on IS has led to a corresponding increase in the impact of IS security abuse. The division of the entire protection of networked systems, according to the levels, is as follows: hardware-software protection and security, physical and organizational protection and security, legislative protection and security, and communication protection (crypto-protection) and information security.     Javno-privatno partnerstvo je dugoročni ugovorni odnos između javnog i privatnog partnera predmet kojeg je izgradnja ili rekonstrukcija i održavanje javne građevine u svrhu pružanja javnih usluga iz okvira nadležnosti javnog partnera, ono podrazumijeva suradnju tijela javne vlasti s privatnim sektorom, pri čemu dolazi do podjele rizika između javnog i privatnog partnera, podjeli financiranja i zadovoljavanju javnog interesa. Glavni modeli javno privatnog partnerstva u Republici Hrvatskoj su ugovorno i statusno javno privatno partnerstvo. Glavna predanost javno privatnog partnerstva se očituje u njegovoj primjeni u izgradnji važnih infrastrukturnih projekata kao što su autoceste, tuneli i druge velike građevine.     Novac je sredstvo razmjene koje olakšava razmjenu različitih vrsta robe, platežno sredstvo kao posrednik u razmjeni ostalih dobara te mjerilo vrijednosti. Razvoj novca promatra se kroz ukupno šest razvojnih faza novca. Inflacija je jedan od najvažnijih ekonomskih pojmova i predstavlja općenito povećanje cijena proizvoda i usluga unutar jednog gospodarskog područja. Inflacija je zapravo stopa po kojoj su se cijene proizvoda i usluga povećale u određenom vremenskom razdoblju i obično mjeri sa indeksom potrošačkih cijena. Prema intenzitetu inflaciju možemo podijeliti na tri vrste, a to su umjerena, galopirajuća i hiperinflacija. Zbog inflacije tvrtke često odgađaju svoje ulaganje zbog nesigurnosti na tržištu. Ozbiljnost posljedica inflacije uglavnom ovisi o tome je li ona predviđena ili nije. Ako ljudi predviđaju povećanje stope inflacije, tada će učinci biti manji jer će ta očekivanja ugrađivati u njihovo ponašanje. Kada govorimo o kontroli i suzbijanju inflacije, inflaciju uglavnom kontrolira središnja banka i vlada države.     Diskriminacija je nažalost postupanje sa kojim se susrećemo svakodnevno u životu, svjesno ili nesvjesno. Nejednako postupanje tj. stavljanje u nepovoljniji položaj osobu na temelju neke njezine osobine (npr. boja kože ili spol) je pojednostavljeni pojam diskriminacije. Diskriminatorno postupanje kao pojava učestalo se događa već prilikom zapošljavanja te i na radnom mjestu. Zakonom su navedene osnove na temelju kojih je zabranjeno nejednako postupati prema određenoj osobi. Jedan od najčešćih oblika diskriminacije je diskriminacija po spolu. Zakon o ravnopravnosti spolova štiti i promiče ravnopravnost žena i muškaraca na tržištu rada, jednake mogućnosti prilikom zapošljavanja, radnih uvjeta i napredovanja. Uz pojam diskriminacije u novije vrijeme susrećemo se i sa terminom mobbing. Mobbing se smatra vrstom ponašanja na radnom mjestu u kojem pojedinac ili skupina, tijekom dužeg vremenskog perioda psihički zlostavlja drugu osobu s ciljem da ugrozi njegovo dostojanstvo, integritet, ugled i čast. Nažalost takva ponašanja u našem pravnom sustavu još nije u potpunosti definirana. Kao posljedice vršenja takvog pritiska, kod osobe se mogu razviti duševne smetnje, osjećaj bezvrijednosti, osjećaj bespomoćnosti i straha itd. Osim što u potpunosti smanjuje radni učinak, najčešće dovodi osobu u situaciju u kojoj ona ne vidi izlaz, te zbog straha od gubitka radnog mjesta, prihvatiti manipulaciju kao nešto što je srodno radnom mjestu, a osobito ukoliko prehranjuje obitelj. U zakonodavstvu Republike Hrvatske, postoji više izvora koji reguliraju zabranu diskriminacije, uznemiravanja, spolnog uznemiravanja i zaštitu dostojanstva na radnom mjestu, ali termin mobbing nije prihvaćen u tim izvorima.Discrimination is unfortunately a treatment we encounter every day in life, consciously or unconsciously. Mobbing is considered a type of behavior in the workplace in which an individual or group, over a long period of time, psychologically abuses another person with the aim of endangering his dignity, integrity, reputation and honor. Unfortunately, such behavior in our legal system is not yet fully defined. As a result of exerting such pressure, a person may develop mental disorders, feelings of worthlessness, feelings of helplessness and fear, etc. In addition to completely reducing work performance, it usually puts a person in a situation where he sees no way out, and for fear of losing his job. , accept manipulation as something akin to the workplace, especially if it feeds the family. In the legislation of the Republic of Croatia, there are several sources that regulate the prohibition of discrimination, harassment, sexual harassment and protection of dignity in the workplace, but the term mobbing is not accepted in these sources

U ovom radu ću se orijentirati na objašnjenje važnosti vođenja i moći u ekonomiji. Bilo da se radi o pojedinačnoj tvrtki ili većem organizacijskom sklopu, najvažniji put do cilja je dobro upravljanje i jasni ciljevi, koji uz predan rad i dobru organizaciju posla mogu dovesti do probitka na tržištu, što ujedno označava i moć tvrtke. Moć se u ekonomiji može mjeriti novcem i prepoznatljivosti na tržištu. Velike tvrtke poznate u svijetu uglavnom svoju moć prikazuju snagom svog brenda i količinom zarađenog novca. Da bi tvrtka postala moćna i uspješna, mora imati dobro i sigurno vodstvo uz jasne ciljeve. Stoga, u ovom radu ću se orijentirati na objašnjenje važnosti vođenja i moći općenito, te zasebno, u ekonomskom području. Za moć se kaže da ona nastaje kroz međusoban odnos dviju osoba, a to se odnosi na utjecajnu osobu i na drugu osobu odnosno stranu na koju se vrši utjecaj. U njima građani, putem svojih izravno izabranih predstavnika u njihovim vijećima, sudjeluju u odlučivanju o poslovima koji utječu na njihov svakodnevni život i rad u užim lokalnim zajednicama. Vijeća gradskih četvrti aktivno sudjeluju u upravljanju Gradom od 2001. i otad iz godine u godinu sve značajnije doprinose zadovoljavanju komunalnih i drugih zajedničkih potreba građana širom područja Grada, posebice sve uspješnijim planiranjem i provedbom malih komunalnih akcija. Od 2009. tim aktivnostima svoj značajan doprinos daju i vijeća mjesnih odbora.The local self-government in the City of Zagreb consists of 17 city districts and 218 local committees.     Mjesna samouprava je oblik sudjelovanja građana u upravljanju lokalnim poslovima. Mjesni se odbor osniva pomoću statuta jedinice lokalne samouprave i to kao oblik neposrednog sudjelovanja građana u odlučivanju o lokalnim poslovima od neposrednog i svakodnevnog utjecaja na život i rad svih građana. Mjesni odbori predstavljaju jedan od oblika organizacije mjesne samouprave te time predstavljaju model distribucije političke moći na lokalnoj razini. Mjesni odbor pravna je osoba. Tijela gradske četvrti su vijeće gradske četvrti i predsjednik vijeća gradske četvrti. U svakodnevici se često poistovjećuju pojmovi lokalna i mjesna samouprava, što je pogreška. Mjesna i lokalna samouprava najjasnije razlikuju se po veličini svojeg teritorija i po broju stanovnika te stupnju bliske povezanosti između njihovih potreba i aktivnosti. Jedinica lokalne samouprave (općina, grad) je s obzirom na oblik mjesne samouprave nešto veći (po površini teritorija i broju stanovnika) i nešto kompleksniji oblik organiziranja građana poradi samostalnog obavljanja poslova od lokalnog značaja kojima se ostvaruju njihove potrebe.Local self-government is a form of citizen participation in the management of local affairs.     Nadzorni odbor jedno je od središnjih tijela trgovačkog društva, uz skupštinu i upravu društva. Glavna zadaća nadzornog odbora je nadzirati rad uprave društva. Pod tim se smatra donošenje programa rada i financijskog plana, te da li se isti izvršava pravovremeno i sukladno zakonu i aktima društva. Rad i obveze članova nadzornog odbora zapisani su u Zakonu o trgovačkim društvima. Tako je propisano kada se opoziva nadzorni odbor, koje su njegove ovlasti te tko sve može biti njegovim članom. Nadzorni odbor predstavlja tijelo unutar nekog trgovačkog društva, a zadaća mu je posredovanje između uprave i dioničara društva. Dioničari društva imaju mogućnost ostvarivanja svojih zakonom pripadajućih prava na glavnoj skupštini, koja se saziva obvezatno jednom godišnje, a može i češće ukoliko je potrebno. Nadzorni odbor ima ovlasti da sazove glavnu skupštinu kada to zahtijevaju interesi društva, a uprava propusti to učiniti. Nadzorni odbor zajedno s upravom društva utvrđuje godišnja financijska izvješća društva, donosi program rada društva, te imenuje članove uprave društva.The Supervisory Board is one of the central bodies of the company, with the Assembly and Management of the Company. Chores and obligations of the members of the Supervisory Board are set out in the Law about Trading companies. It is written in which circumstances the Supervisory Board is terminated, what its powers are and who can be a member. The Supervisory Board represents one part of a company whose task is to be a link between the management and the shareholders of the company. The shareholders of the company have the opportunity to consume their rights given by law at the General Assembly meeting, which is held obligatory once a year, or more often if necessary. The Supervisory Board has the power to convene the General Assembly when it is required by the interests of the company, and the Management Board fails to do so. The Supervisory Board, together with the Company's Management Board, determines the annual financial statements of the company, adopts the program of work of the company, and appoints members of the company's management board
