Kao što se pokazalo nemogućim uspjeti u modernom svijetu bez određene doze pismenosti, tako će biti nemoguće uspjeti u današnjem financijskom sustavu bez poznavanja sustava ekonomije i financija. Osiguranjem se može pružiti zaštita pojedincima i organizacijama koje na neki način žele zaštititi svoju imovinu, odnosno osigurati sebe od mogućih rizika koji prijete. Posljednjih se godina nekoliko gospodarskih snaga udružilo kako bi ubrzalo razvoj inovacija na tržištu kapitala povezanih s osiguranjima. U neživotnom osiguranju, prvi i možda najvažniji pokretač inovacija je rast vrijednosti imovine u zemljopisnim područjima sklonima katastrofalnom riziku. Upravo zato je trakasti transporter danas neizostavan dio pogona različitih tvornica, rudnika, luka, skladišta i aerodroma. Jednostavnost izvedbe, niska cijena, dugotrajnost te praktičnost su odlike koje su trakaste transportere nametnule kao idealno rješenje u transportu komadnog i sipkog materijala različite vrste. U ovom radu nastoji se detaljno prikazati konstrukcija ovih prekrcajnih sredstava, kao i različita konstrukcijska rješenja kojima se nastoji proširiti njihova primjena. Budući da je traka najvažniji i najskuplji dio trakastih transportera prikazuje se izrada trake te različiti materijali od kojih se danas trake izrađuju. Napretkom tehnologije, sve se više ulaže i u razvoj uređaja za čišćenje i održavanje transportera čime se nastoji produžiti njihov radni vijek.In these days of mass production there has been an increased effort to make the process of transporting goods as easy and fast as possible. That's why the belt conveyor has become an indispensable part of drive of various factories, mines, ports, warehouses and airports. The simplicity of execution, low cost, longevity and practicality are the features that have imposed belt conveyors as an ideal solution in the transport of command and bulk materials of different sorts. This paper seeks to present in detail the construction of these transhipment means, as well as the different structural solutions by which their usage is being expanded. Given that the belt is the most important and expensive part of the belt conveyors, the making of the belt is being shown, as well as the different materials of which it can be made. With tha advancement of technology, there has been an increased investment in the development of machines for cleaning and upkeeping of the conveyors by which their lifetime may be prolonged

No full textPravo na rad i slobodu rada ustavno je pravo svakog državljanina Republike Hrvatske. Kao prvi i temeljni korak u ostvarenju tog prava i svih ostalih radnopravnih obveza i prava, je zasnivanje radnog odnosa. Ono je u Republici Hrvatskoj uređeno Zakonom o radu. Odredbe tog zakona omogućavaju subjektima u radnopravnom odnosu definiranje obveza, uvjeta rada, plaće i ostalih sličnih prava koja uređuju njihov odnos. Dokument koji je ključan u zasnivanju radnog odnosa je ugovor o radu koji može biti ugovoren na neodređeno i određeno vrijeme. Njime se definiraju obveze i prava radnika i poslodavca. U pravilu, poslodavac odlučuje o obliku ugovora, ponajviše u ovisnosti o djelatnosti koju obavlja. Pojedine djelatnosti zahtijevaju posebne uvjete za zasnivanje odnosa. Ti uvjeti mogu biti uređeni zakonom, kolektivnim ugovorom i ostalim propisima. U tom slučaju poslodavac može ugovoriti radni odnos samo s osobom koja udovoljava tim uvjetima. Tako razlikujemo osnovne uvjete pod kojima se osobe mogu zaposliti u RH, a to su opći uvjeti koji se odnose na životnu dob, te posebni koje zakonodavstvo propisuje za određene poslove.The right to work and freedom of work is a constitutional right of every citizen of the Republic of Croatia. As the first and fundamental step in the realization of this right and all other labor law obligations and rights, is the establishment of an employment. In Republic of Croatia it is regulated by the Labor Act. The regulations of this law enable the subjects in the employment relationship to define obligations, working conditions, salary and other similar rights that regulate their relationship. The document that is crucial in establishing an employment is an employment contract that can be contracted for an indefinite and definite period of time. It defines the obligations and rights of workers and employers. Employer has a right to decide which form of the contract to offer, mostly depending on the activity he performs. Some activities require special conditions for establishing a relationship. These conditions may be regulated by law, collective agreements and other regulations. In this case, the employer can sign an employment contract only with the person that meets these conditions. Thus, we distinguish between the basic conditions under which persons can be employed in the Republic of Croatia, and these are general conditions related to age of the person, and special conditions regulated by the legislation for the certain jobs

Stoga su mnoge organizacije donijele zaključak da učinkovito upravljanje kvalitetom može poboljšati njihove konkurentske sposobnosti i pružiti strateške prednosti na tržištu. Sve veća kompetencija na tržištu uzrokovana je novim tehnologijama i tehnološkim napretkom koji rezultira sve većom potrošnjom, potrebama i izbirljivošću od strane kupaca. Takvi uvjeti zahtijevaju iscrpnu analizu čimbenika konkurentnosti i u takvom okruženju kvaliteta postaje normizirana te predstavlja ključni čimbenik za opstanak na svjetskom tržištu čije je zahtjeve sve teže zadovoljiti. Mnoge organizacije koriste alate za praćenje troškova kvalitete, ali postoje i one koje nisu svjesne da se uzroci neuspjeha nalaze u troškovima kvalitete pa nije rijetkost da organizacija uopće ne definira troškove kvalitete, a to može dovesti do velikih troškova i gubitaka.Organizations are increasingly recognizing the strategic importance of quality and quality management. Internet je mreža koja povezuje računala i računalne mreže korištenjem istoimenog protokola (internetski protokol,IP). Zadnjih par godina računalstvo u oblaku doživjelo je veliki uspjeh. Historical Development and Analysis of Maintenance of Road Engines of Internal Combustion Vehicles
No full textNajutjecajnije tehniĉke inovacije našeg vremena su motori s unutarnjim izgaranjem i motorna vozila. Potpuno su promijenili naše ţivote, naš naĉin razmišljanja i naĉin na koji se njima bavimo i cijenimo. Razvoj motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem i kakvoća goriva/maziva meĊusobno su isprepleteni od izuma prvog motora. Bio je to prvi motor koji je izumljen i namijenjen iskljuĉivo za pogon odreĊenom vrstom goriva. OdreĊene vrste goriva. To zahtijeva stalnu i blisku suradnju izmeĊu inţenjera, istraţivaĉa i drugih struĉnjaka u industriji. Dizelski motor je motor s unutarnjim izgaranjem, koji za pogon koristi dizelsko gorivo i koji radi dizelskim ciklusom. Izumio ga je 1892. godine njemaĉki inţenjer Rudolf Diesel. Velika većina dizelskih motora danas koristi sustav koji koristi visokotlaĉnu crpku za ubrizgavanje goriva, što se moţe uĉiniti na razliĉite naĉine. Starije verzije koristile su mehaniĉku crpku koju pokreće bregasto vratilo ili jedinstveni pogon iz koljenastog vratila, ali novije verzije uglavnom imaju suvremene common-rail ili hidrauliĉne sustave ubrizgavanja visokotlaĉnom crpkom i raspršivaĉem integriranim u blok. The most impactful technical innovations of our time are internal combustion engines and motorized vehicles. They've completely transformed our lives, our ways of thinking, and how we engage with and appreciate them. Internal combustion engine development and fuel/lubricant quality have been intertwined since the invention of the first engine. It was the first engine to be invented and intended to solely run on a specific type of fuel. It necessitates ongoing and close collaboration between engineers, researchers, and other industry specialists. A diesel engine, or diesel engine, is an internal combustion engine that uses diesel as a propellant and which runs on the diesel cycle. It was invented in 1892 by the German engineer Rudolf Diesel. The vast majority of diesel engines nowadays use a system that uses a pump to inject fuel, which can be done in a variety of ways. Older versions used a mechanical pump powered by a camshaft bump or a unique drive generated from the crankshaft, but subsequent versions have mostly contemporary common-rail or hydraulic injection systems with the pump and sprayer integrated into the block. Rimac Automobili is a Croatian company for the production of electric vehicles, propulsion systems and battery systems. The company is known for producing the fastest electric car CONCEPT ONE. A strong focus on developing your own products and long-term results means that most engineers are working on developing their own products. No full textRadom je predočeno upravljanje financijama i financijskim planom Županijske lučke uprave Krk. Ovim radom će se prikazati djelovanje jedne od neprofitnih organizacija koje djeluju u Republici Hrvatskoj. Neprofitne organizacije su osnovane kako bi potpomogle društvu, napretku zajednice općim dobrom. Postoje različite neprofitne organizacije koje sudjeluju u svim područjima društvenih aktivnosti. Sve one se različito financiraju i razlikuju po svom poslovanju. Njihov zajednički cilj nije dobit, već djelovanje u svrhu javnog dobra. Prije dvadesetak godina osnovale su se lučke uprave kojima su osnivači bili većinom županije. Njihovim osnutkom su u velikoj mjeri uveli red na pomorskom dobru koje je veoma bitno područje u Republici Hrvatskoj. Veliki dio prihoda u Državnom proračunu se ostvaruje prvenstveno na tom dijelu i u sklopu tih aktivnosti djelovanja. Zadnje dvije godine bilježi se veliki procvat u lučkim upravama u ulaganjima u velike investicije u lučka područja zbog korištenja sredstava iz Europskih fondova u izgradnju luka i lučica, srca malih mjesta i gradova Hrvatske. Sve više se razvija nautički turizam koji svake godine bilježi porast. U poslovanju neprofitnih organizacija veoma je bitno planiranje poslovanja i upravljanja financijskim sredstvima, što je ujedno i zakonska obveza.

This paper will present the activities of one of the non-profit organizations operating in the Republic of Croatia. Non-profit organizations were established to help society, the progress of the community for the common good. There are various non-profit organizations that participate in all areas of social activities. All of them are financed differently and have differ in their business. Their common goal is not profit, but action for the public good. About twenty years ago, port administrations were established, the founders of which were mostly counties. With their establishment, they largely brought order to the maritime domain, which is a very important area in the Republic of Croatia. A large part of the revenues in the State Budget is generated primarily in that part and within these activities. The last two years have seen a great boom in port authorities in investing in large investments in port areas due to the use of European funds in the construction of ports and harbors, the hearts of small towns and cities in Croatia. Nautical tourism is developing more and more, which is growing every year. In the business of non-profit organizations, business planning and financial management are very important, which is also a legal obligation
