The paper examines the professional role of the Social Media Manager through literature review, job posting analysis, and interviews. Social media skills, content creation, and organizational abilities are identified as key requirements, though their emphasis varies: job postings focus on practical skills, while the literature highlights strategic competencies. Interviews reveal that requirements differ significantly depending on the context: companies value structured approaches, agencies prioritize adaptability, and freelancing emphasizes versatility and independence. AI is used as a supporting tool, but problem-solving and creativity remain essential. A dilution of the "Manager" term reflects the operational diversity of the role but complicates its clear definition. Practical experience and continuous learning are crucial for success

Gradient-based Learning in State-based Potential Games for Self-Learning Production Systems
In this paper, we introduce novel gradient-based optimization methods for state-based potential games (SbPGs) within self-learning distributed production systems. SbPGs are recognised for their efficacy in enabling self-optimizing distributed multi-agent systems and offer a proven convergence guarantee, which facilitates collaborative player efforts towards global objectives. Our study strives to replace conventional ad-hoc random exploration-based learning in SbPGs with contemporary gradient-based approaches, which aim for faster convergence and smoother exploration dynamics, thereby shortening training duration while upholding the efficacy of SbPGs. Moreover, we propose three distinct variants for estimating the objective function of gradient-based learning, each developed to suit the unique characteristics of the systems under consideration. To validate our methodology, we apply it to a laboratory testbed, namely Bulk Good Laboratory Plant, which represents a smart and flexible distributed multi-agent production system. The incorporation of gradient-based learning in SbPGs reduces training times and achieves more optimal policies than its baseline

Help-seeking Behavior of Adolescents and Emerging Adults with Mental Health Problems During the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Scoping Review
Theoretical Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted the mental health of many adolescents and emerging adults (A and EA). Studies from before the COVID-19 pandemic document that A and EA with mental health problems rarely seek help. At the same time, studies suggest that the COVID-19 pandemic and the associated framework conditions also negatively impacted the help-seeking process for A and EA. Objective: This study provides a research synthesis on A’s and EA’s help-seeking process (in particular, help-seeking behavior) during the COVID-19 pandemic and identifies potential influencing factors on the help-seeking process. Method: We conducted a scoping review in accordance with the framework proposed by Arksey and O’Malley (2005) and adhered to the PRISMA Extension for Scoping Reviews Guidelines (Tricco et al., 2018) while analyzing the content of primary studies examining the help-seeking process of A and EA with mental health problems during the COVID-19 pandemic. Results: Fourteen primary studies met the inclusion criteria. The synthesized data indicate that increased psychological stress during the COVID-19 pandemic did not automatically lead to increased help-seeking behavior. Furthermore, we identified several factors influencing help-seeking behavior, such as personal factors (e. g., gender), factors linked to the social environment (e. g., open conversation style within the family), and structural factors (e. g., prolonged waiting periods) that influenced the help-seeking process. Notably, many of these factors had already been identified in prepandemic studies (e. g., gender). Discussion and conclusion: We discuss the results concerning possible prevention measures.
