Support of Improving a Work Environment for Regional Enterprises

In this paper, we report a support activities to improve a work environment for regional enterprises. We construct a data acquisition system of worker's daily reports on the enterprise LAN. Get PDF最近子供達の「理系」離れ「工学」離れが進んでいる、ということをよく耳にしますが、そのことの真偽はさておき、子供たちに「物作りの楽しさ」や完成した時・うまく動いた時の「やったー！」といった「感動」を体感していただき、「工学」に少しでも関心を持っていただければと思い、ここ数年小学校高学年から中学生を対象に地域協力の一環として、物作りを中心とした公開講座を行ってきました。平成9、10年の2年間は当時子供達の間で大変人気のありました「ミニ四駆」をテーマにその周回時間を測定する「電子回路製作」を、また平成11年から14年には「ミニロボコン」と題して光センサーを応用した「ライントレースロボットの製作」を実施し、受講生達からそれなりの評価を受けることができたと思っています。othe
Study of the Profit by Introducing Small Distributed Power Generating Systems to Tsuyama College of Technology
Get PDFpublisherThe electric power costs in Japan are higher than in US and in other countries. The reason of higher costs is supposed that the excess capacities of power plants are needed because of the peak requirements of electric power in summer season. One of the solutions to reduce the peak supply of electric power by grids is introducing distributed power generation systems to the demand side. Distributed cogeneration systems are especially expected to offer the ability to maximize the given fuel's energy content. In this study, we have investigated the consumption rates of electricity at Tsuyama College of Technology campus for last three years. And profit evaluation of introducing small distributed power generating systems to the campus is carried out. The results show that the energy costs of the college are slightly down, but the costs of introducing the power generating sets do not pay reasonably. Lower costs of facilities are expected to make a profit with introducing small distributed power plants to the college.departmental bulletin pape
A Study on Drainpipe with Vortex Chamber -The Effects of Shape Parameters of the Vortex Chamber on Flow Property-
Get PDFpublisherIn this paper, we describe a new drainpipe with vortex chamber in order to free from danger of engulfing human body in the drain port of swimming pool. The proposed drainpipe can control the suction force with the working of vortex flow. It is worthy of note that the control action is performed with water flow itself without any mechanical equipment. In previous report, the suction force and basic flow properties of the drainpipe were analyzed experimentally. This paper is the 2nd report,and we show the effects of shape parameters of the vortex chamber, such as thickness of the chamber, diameter of discharge pipe, and so on, on the flow property.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF津山高専総合情報センターでは3つのパソコン演習室を運用しており、専門学科の情報関連の教育のみならず、英語教育、研究利用、一般市民向けの公開講座、放課後のクラブ活動等に広く利用されている。このように多様な利用要求を満たしつつ、しかもシステム領域や各ユーザのファイルについては安全に保護されている必要がある。また仮に避けられないハードウェアの問題よりシステムに重大な傷害が発生した場合においても、可能な限り迅速でしかも完全な復旧を行う必要がある。
今回の論文では、運用開始後2年目になったシステムの現状と昨年の発表以降の改良点について報告したい。また演習室の利用状況や実際に発生した問題についても報告したい。othe
