    若手技術者育成型シーケンス制御教育システムの開発

    現在,企業では“団塊世代”と呼ばれる人々が一斉に定年退職される時期を迎え,特に産業界では若手技術者の技術力向上のための教育が急務とされている.世の中の産業製品の約70%はシーケンス制御が使われており,企業では設計職,生産職問わず技術者はシーケンス制御技術の習得が必要である.現在最新のシーケンス制御の形態は,工数削減や複雑で高度な制御に対応するため,有接点リレーやタイマー等を用いたリレーシーケンス制御からコンピュータでシーケンスプログラムを作成し,制御を実行するプログラマブルコントローラ(PLC;内蔵のコンピュータで演算処理をしながら要求する動きを実現する)を用いた制御へ変わりつつある.その様な中で最新のシーケンス制御技術を習得する上での教育システムとしては,将来若手技術者となる学生が対象の実務を模擬した教育システムはないのが現状である. 本校では,国立工業高等専門学校機構に対して,(株)オムロンから寄付金事業により校内各4 学科にシーケンス制御実験装置が寄贈されている.有効に寄付寄贈されたシーケンス制御装置を実験に対応させるため,毎年,オムロン制御技術セミナー研修がオムロン主催で開催され,各高専より教職員が受講している.本稿では,筆者が平成21 年度オムロン制御技術セミナー研修を受講し,得られた技術・知識を基に,最新のシーケンス制御技術を使った若手技術者育成を観点としたシーケンス制御教育システムの構築・現状実験装置の改良について報告する.othe

    The aim of this master system is to let the students study the machining technology voluntarily. We also have the purpose of introducing the equipment corresponding to the advanced technology and contributing to the local industry. We hold the course of lectures and practice for the students who want to use a workshop, and grant a qualification for completion. The qualification ranges from the 3rd class to the 1st class. We regularly hold the course after school. The NC milling machine used for advanced machining is introduced. It is used together with existing CAD/CAM. We also give advice to the young engineers who work in local companies by using the curriculum of this master system.othe

    Study on snubber circuit stresses of VBO-free light-triggered thyristor converter

    publisherThe purpose of this study is to clarify the stresses of snubber circuit in the VBO-free light-triggered thyristor (LTT) converter. The VBO-free light-triggered thyristor has a function which protects itself by turning-on when over voltage is applied to it. This device is expected to be widely used for high-voltage converters in the field of high-voltage direct current (HVDC) and static var compensator (SVC) and others. When a VBO LTT continuously turns on from VBO level the snubber circuit stresses become much higher than the stresses during the normal operations.     Development of Conduction-Loss Measurement System for Power Device at Real Operating Condition

Measurement methods of switching losses of these devices were alredy developed and applied. But measurement method of conduction losses at real operating conditions are not established.     Criterion and Correspondence Technology for Web User Interface

    publisherWeb is used in various situations now. When constructing a Web site or system, it is important that we can see the Web site comfortably or use the Web system easily. In this study, mutual correspondence of the heuristic evaluation method and the web usability evaluation scale was verified for the usability defined by ISO9241-11. As a result, we were able to find rough directionality to improve the evaluation of the Web User Interface. Moreover, only several samples of the technology to improve the usability of the Web site were presented. The proposal of other technologies is future tasks.departmental bulletin pape
