eスポーツの魅力に関する考察
No full text近年急速に参加者を拡大させ、国際的な認知度を高めているのがeスポーツで ある。eスポーツが急速な拡大を遂げた要因とは何か、2つの方向に分け、その 魅力について検討する。1つは、「ゲームとスポーツの融合としての魅力」であ り、もう1つは、「市場としての魅力」である。eスポーツの原点はゲームである ため、ゲームとしての魅力を持つ。例えば、ゲーム・ジャンルの多様性、ゲーム （娯楽）として楽しむことができることである。一方、スポーツ的な要素がある ため、スポーツ（競技）としての魅力もある。プロ選手の競技会の観戦、大会観 戦の面白さなど。そして、コンピュータ・メーカー、ゲーム会社のみならず、ス ポーツ・エージェントなど、さまざまな分野の企業がeスポーツに参画してきて いる。本研究では、eスポーツの産業としての魅力、商品・サービスとしての魅 力、そして「市場としての魅力」について、多角的な分析を試みる
Discrimination against persons with disabilities and challenges to disability welfare in view of the realities of provision of reasonable accommodation : Findings from a citizens’ awareness survey after implementation of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities
No full text障害者差別解消法施行下における障害者福祉に関する市民意識調査を実施し、障害当事者71人を含む180人から回答を得た（回収率70.59％）。この結果、市民の間で法律や制度に関する理解は一定の理解が進んでいるものの、近所づきあい等地域生活の場面や社会参加の機会に障害に根差した差別を体験したことのある障害当事者が60.56％に及び、障害の種別により被差別体験に差があることが明らかになった。障害当事者の地位向上を図るために、厳しい雇用環境の改善と併せ日常生活における合理的配慮の提供の理念が広がっていくことが望まれた。合理的配慮の提供を感じる人の割合は、直接的なコミュニケーション場面で高く、文書による連絡など間接的なコミュニケーション手段では低い傾向がみられた。一方、ノーマライゼーションが進展していると考える者は全回答者の36.67％にとどまり、法律や制度に対する認知度と障害者福祉の充実度に対するとらえ方に開差がみられた。今、障害者福祉は、障害者差別解消に向けノーマライゼーション理念の浸透を実感できる共生社会の実現に向けた取り組が求められている。障害当事者の活動を制限し、社会への参加を阻んでいる社会的障壁を取り除くことは、障害者福祉の直面してきた大きな課題である。障害の社会モデルを土台にした合理的配慮の提供の広がりは、この課題解決に向けこれからの障害者福祉を進展させていく大きな力になるものと考えられる。A citizen’s awareness survey was conducted regarding disability welfare after enforcement of the Act for Eliminating Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities, with responses obtained from 180 participants, including 71 persons with disabilities （response rate of 70.59%）. The results of the survey indicated that while citizens’ understanding of laws and institutions has progressed to a certain extent, 60.56% of persons with disabilities have personally experienced discrimination rooted in obstacles to opportunities for social participation or daily life scenarios such as neighborhood interactions. Further, personal experience of discrimination also varied depending on the type of disability. In order to improve the status of persons with disabilities and provide a rigorous employment environment, it is desirable that the principle of providing reasonable accommodation should continue to expand in the context of daily life. The proportion of people who perceive that reasonable accommodation is provided tended to be higher in settings of direct communication and lower in settings of indirect communication such as written correspondence. Conversely, 63.3% of all respondents felt that normalization had not progressed, and differences were observed in how the degree of awareness of laws and institutions was perceived and the adequacy of welfare for persons with disabilities. Currently, with respect to welfare for persons with disabilities, a demand exists for initiatives to realize a convivial society fully infused by a normalization principle of eliminating discrimination against persons with disabilities. The elimination of social barriers that restrict the activities of persons with disabilities and prevent their participation in society has come to be a major challenge confronting welfare for persons with disabilities. Expanding the provision of reasonable accommodation based on a social model of disability may be considered a powerful force for advancing welfare for persons with disabilities in the future with a view toward the resolution of this issue
