The current state of organizational improvements concerning disaster-health operations in times of non-crisis : From a survey of public health nurse representatives from prefectural municipalities that have experienced disasters
Get PDFA survey of public health nurses representing municipal health and hygiene departments was conducted. The purpose of the survey was to clearly define the current state of preparedness regarding disaster-related health operations in municipalities and possible related factors. 3 survey items covering organization preparedness were disaster-related health operation manuals, disaster response training, and workshops on disaster-related health operations. 5 survey items covering possible related factors were population size, actual experience of disasters, whether or not victims from neighboring prefectures were received, whether or not disaster-related training was implemented by the public health centers concerned, and whether or not supervising health nurses were
deployed. As a result, 90% of municipalities had prepared manuals, and 50% had created their own original manuals. Regarding disaster response training, the crisis management department of many municipalities had implemented yearly training across all departments, with 2.5% implementing public health nurse training. As for workshops, approximately 4% implemented first-response training. Regarding preparedness and possible related factors, cross-departmental disaster response training and actual experience of disasters were found to be related. In times of crisis, a need for cross-departmental cooperation and comprehensive coordination may be suggested, such as linking with the organization's crisis management department.市町村における平常時の災害時保健活動の体制整備の状況と、体制整備に関連すると思われる要因との関連を明らかにすることを目的に、市町村保健衛生部門の保健師代表者を対象に調査した。体制整備は、災害保健活動マニュアル、災害対応訓練、災害保健活動関連研修会の３項目、関連すると思われる要因は、人口規模、被災経験の有無、被災者受入の有無、所管保健所による災害関連研修の実施、統括保健師配置の有無の５項目とした。結果、９割の市町村がマニュアルを整備し、５割で独自のマニュアルを作成していた。災害対応訓練は、危機管理部門による全庁的な訓練を毎年実施している市町村が多く、保健師活動訓練の実施は2.5割であった。研修会は、約4割で初動対応研修を実施していた。体制整備に関連すると思われる要因との関連は、全庁的な災害対応訓練の実施に被災経験の有無が関連していた。平常時からの体制整備には、危機管理部門等との連動など、部署横断的な連携や総合的な調整の必要性が示唆された
Stress reactions and their correlated factors in consultation support specialists : The Brief Job Stress Questionnaire
Get PDF相談支援専門員は障害者の自立支援に大きく寄与しているが、相談支援専門員のメンタルヘルスに関する先行研究は深められていない現状にある。そこで職業性ストレス簡易調査票を用いて相談支援専門員のストレスの評価を行った。本研究の目的は相談支援専門員のストレス状態を検討し、そして高ストレス者となる要因を明らかにすることである。調査は全国180事業所416名の相談支援専門員を対象とし、計275名を分析対象とした（有効回答率66.1％）。その結果、相談支援専門員は職業性ストレス簡易調査票の標準集団と比較して「心理的な仕事の負担（量）」「心理的な仕事の負担（質）」「自覚的な身体的負担度」「疲労感」「不安感」「家族・友人からのサポート」の点数が高く悪い状態であった。また男性のみ「抑うつ感」「身体愁訴」の点数が高く悪い状態であった。高ストレス者となる要因は、基本属性では常勤の勤務形態の方が、職業性ストレス簡易調査票の項目では「同僚からのサポート」「上司からのサポート」「抑うつ感」「仕事のコントロール度」「自覚的な身体的負担度」「家族・友人からのサポート」「心理的な仕事の負担（量）」の点数が高く悪くなるほど高ストレス者となる結果であった。事業所として一次予防の観点から上述した項目について取り組みが必要であり、二次予防の観点では「抑うつ感」を感じている者のケアを検討する必要性が明らかになった。Although consultation support specialists（ CSSs） have been making major contributions toward promoting independence among persons with disabilities, in-depth studies regarding the mental health of such workers are few. Therefore, the present study attempts to evaluate stress among CSSs using the Brief Job Stress Questionnaire（ BJSQ）. It aims to examine the stress levels among CSSs and identify factors that can lead to high stress in individuals. From a population of 416 CSSs working in 180 consultation offices nationwide, data from 275 individuals were analyzed （valid response rate, 66.1%）. Compared to a control group that also completed the BJSQ, CSSs scored higher, and were thus worse off in quantitative workload, qualitative workload, physical burden, fatigue, anxiety, and support from family/friends. Male CSSs scored higher, and were thus worse off, in depression and physical complaints. Factors associated with high stress were as follows : in terms of basic attributes, full-time employment status; and in terms of items on the BJSQ, high scores on support from colleagues, support from superiors, depression, job control, physical burden, support from family/friends, and quantitative workload. The results indicate that consultation offices should address the items mentioned above from the perspective of primary prevention, and that care for CSSs experiencing depression should be considered from the perspective of secondary prevention
「相加平均」操作に焦点を当てた内包量の学習支援方略の研究 Ⅱ
Get PDF算数（数学）教育において、『外延量』と『内包量』について、その性質の理解が重要となる。両者とも、実際的な量であるが、両者はその性質を異にする。その一例が「加法性」である。内包量は、言わば「割合」であり、「加法性」を満たさない。内包量は非加法性のため、「相加」平均できないはずである。しかし、大学生において内包量が「非加法量」とわかっていても相加平均はするという結果が見られる（斎藤2015 2016）。今回は、その改善を図る一連の研究である。具体的な目標は前回の研究（2016）を発展させたもので、Ⅰ調査；比較する量の大小で、或は比較する量が「土台量、全体量」で判断に差異が生ずるか、を調べ、Ⅱ教授方略の探求；内包量の意味（求め方と性質）を「速さ」「密度」を例に説明し（事例の拡大）、Ⅲ調査課題及びテキストにおいて示される図を明確化、を行い、内包量で求める「平均」は「相加」ではないやり方という教示の有効性確認、となっている。結果、(1) 種別；『平均』が問われているにも関わらず、「濃度」「密度」では“加法”誤答が散見される。また、“相加平均”誤答は、すべての種類で約50％を占める。種別は異なっても、「平均とは“相加平均”だ」と多くの学生が誤認識している。(2) 比較量の「差異」及び「質」；比較する量・質とも、3 種類においてその回答傾向に明確な差は見られない（完答を見ると、どの種類も“全体量”がやや低い）。「量・質」に関係なく、「平均とは“相加平均”だ」という意識が勝っている。(3) 教授－学習の効果：両群とも、事前から事後へ正答率が上昇している。「完答」も増加傾向ではあるが、不十分。どの種類も“全体量”提示問題がやや低い。「計算」が難しいことが反映しているのだろう。「内包量」を求める場合、「計算力」が求められることが明白となった
