Practical research on learning by repetition in undergraduates
No full text本研究の目的は、大学生における専門教育においてテストの反復が専門的知識の学習に貢献するか否かを検討することであった。参加者は，私立大学の薬学部の大学生4年生と6年生であった。約1か月に渡る4回の授業において一定数の薬学の専門知識に対する問題を解答させ、同じ問題を新しい問題に付加して4 回反復した。その結果、最初は正答率が劣っていた4年生であったが、反復学習によって最終テストでは6年生よりも正答率が高かった。また、このような反復学習による授業展開に対して肯定的な意見が多く認められた。反復学習の有効性は基礎実験では多くの確証データがあるが、実際の専門教育においての実証例は散見されない。本研究の結果は、専門的知識の学習が大きなウエイトを占める薬学部学生の教育に対して実用可能であることが示唆した。departmental bulletin pape

How do Teachers Intervene in Inter-personal Conflicts of 3-year-old Kindergarten-toddlers?
No full text本論文の目的は、教師は幼稚園3歳児の対人葛藤場面において、幼児の発達や葛藤状況に応じてどのように援助しているのかということを明らかにするということである。教師は、第一に3歳児の対人葛藤場面において、幼児の不安や混乱を受けとめつつ、解決法を示唆したり、当事者同士の心的状態の相互理解、及び、当事者同士の関係修復を試みていた。第二に、葛藤に直接通ずる援助を控え、片付けや準備を促すような介入を示して、ルーティンの理解や気持ちの切り替えを優先することもあった。第三に、他児の介入を取り入れながら援助し、周囲の幼児による他児の葛藤への気付きを促していた。第四に、いざこざが多い園児にかんしては、周囲の幼児からの見方が固定的にならないような工夫がなされていた。これより、教師は3 歳児の対人葛藤場面において、幼児の発達状況、他児への影響、仲間関係など様々なことを考慮して柔軟に援助していることが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

No full text「化学の日子ども化学実験ショー2018」で幼保園児と小学生を対象とした化学実験教室を出展した。「化学の日子ども化学実験ショー」は夢・化学－21委員会主催で化学系の企業と、化学を教えている大学・高校・中学の先生方や生徒が楽しく化学を学べる実験教室を出展する、主に小学生を対象とした体験型イベントである。毎年、化学企業や団体が協力しあって関西では10月23日「化学の日」付近の土曜日、日曜日に「化学の日子ども化学実験ショー」として開催されている。本年度は教育大学大学院の学生が教員になるための準備の一環となり得ると考えて出展した。実施内容は、「プラスチックのふしぎを調べよう」とした。日本化学会近畿支部化学教育協議会の依頼に基づき実施した。実施内容を記録・報告するとともに教員になるための準備としての理科実験教室のあり方や、今後の課題について述べる。departmental bulletin pape

No full textカリフォルニア大学ローレンスホール科学教育研究所において1970年代に開発された、子ども向け野外生物学学習プログラムOBISを参考にして５題の教材を開発した。これを用いて2018年7月から11月にかけて京都府精華町のけいはんな記念公園において、地域の小学３、４年生を対象とする「ムシムシ博士と公園を探検しよう！」と題するシリーズ観察会を展開した。従来型の「自然に親しむ」自然遊びとは趣を異にし、対象とする生きものの食性、行動、すみ場所、さまざまな適応などの生態を充分考慮した内容を打ち出すことで、子どもの興味を引きだすことに注力した。教具としては、声の通りにくい野外では、地図や活動目的、行動指示を標語風に記載した大型ボードを提示することが、非常に有効であることを確認した。親子での参加制にしたことは、安全の確保に寄与した。departmental bulletin pape

Performance Studies for Small-Handed Pianists : Effective Practice Methods Based on a Principle of Piano Playing
No full textChopin (Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin, 1810-1849) composed his four Ballades between 1831 and 1842. The Ballades are very popular among pianists due both to their challenging composition and to their melodic and harmonic beauty. There are many advanced techniques required for playing the Ballades. Especially, it is said that Ballade No.4 is the most difficult work of the four, in terms of both musical and technical perspectives. The biggest problem in this work is that it often utilizes polyphony. It is not easy for small-handed pianists to play the polyphonies thoroughly while also maintaining ideal expression. What constitutes‘ small-handedness' for piano players? First, we examined some definitions of small-handedness through a survey of leading research. Based upon these studies, we utilized this definition of‘ small handedness' and then analyzed the techniques necessary to perform Ballade No.4. As a result, it was clear that small-handed pianists would experience the most difficulty when other techniques were combined with that of polyphony. However, even for small-handed pianists, it is indispensable to study Chopin's various techniques, such as creating clarity of sound and touch. Thus, for the principle purpose of this paper, we have clearly articulated the techniques required in Ballade No.4, and have proposed some effective practice methods for small-handed pianists to accomplish these techniques with less fatigue to their hands and fingers.departmental bulletin pape
Differences of the Effects due to the Contents of Teacher Training Programs for Elementary School Programming Education
No full textThe purpose of this study is to conduct three training programs with different contents with teaching materials of Scratch in elementary school programming education training and to examine differences in the training effect. Three teacher training ("lecture type (8 people)", "lecture + material understanding exercise type (9 people)", "lecture + lesson making exercise type (23 people)") was conducted for elementary school teachers of programming beginner. As a result, improvement in motivation and confidence in programming education was recognized in any training. In addition, the recognition of the significance of programming education was improved in "lecture + material understanding exercise type" and "lecture + lesson making exercise type." Meanwhile, the prospect of solving the lack of knowledge and understanding about teacher's programming education was improved by "lecture type" and "lecture + material understanding exercise type", but in "lecture + lesson making exercise type", practical task clearly conscious that it had tendency to be difficult to make a prospect. From the above, it is not appropriate for the first scholars of programming education to conduct concrete lesson making exercises suddenly at the initial stage of training, it is important to continuously prepare training contents in order of understanding of teaching materials.departmental bulletin pape
