Uniqueness and its formation process of the victim relief measures on Toroku disease
No full textHealth measures in Toroku disease are unique, not seen in measures of other pollution disease that certified by the country, and are extremely excellent in relieving victims. Among them, the first point to notice is the system of discovering patients based on medical examination for residents．(1)Medical examination has been carried out by specialists for many years. (2)According to the findings obtained from accumulation of the examination results, addition of Criteria for certification and expansion of the range of medical treatment have been realized. The second thing to point out is that there are unique measures to link the examination to certification. (1)Many specialists who participate in medical examinations are also members of the certification committee. (2)The examination also carries out the necessary check for the application for certification. (3)If judged to be equivalent to certification, prefectural administration will help to apply for certification. About the Shapes of Hiragana （平仮名） on the Blackboard： The Shapes of “か”
No full textIn school education, writing on a blackboard has a considerable impact on children. It is desirable for teachers to establish styles and shapes of writing that are easy to read and transcribe. This paper focuses on the hiragana character for “か” to discuss how it should be written and shaped. An analysis was made regarding the shape of the character written by university students seeking to become schoolteachers as well as that written by children in order to examine their differences. There was a major difference between how university students wrote“ か” and how children wrote it with respect to the second stroke. This paper, for the benefit of schoolteachers and children, discusses how“ か” should be written on a blackboard in consideration of the ease of writing, how children move their hands, and the shape of the character as it appears in penmanship textbooks for Japanese classes.departmental bulletin pape

社会科と総合的な学習の時間を関連付けたESDの授業実践を行った。
児童の振り返り記述を考察した結果、児童の行動の変容にとって、授業構成の上ではESDの
視点に立ち社会科及び総合的な学習の時間を意図的に関連付けることが、教師の手立てとし
ては①空間的・空間的比較場面、②人の営みから学ぶ場面、③日常生活の問い直し場面を学

Consideration of Factors to Promote Learners' Behavioral Transformation: Through the Practice of ESD Based Environmental Education on Plastic pollution in Rivers
No full text本研究は、地域の河川を教材にしたESD環境教育において、持続可能な社会の創り手としての子どもの変容をもたらす要素を明らかにしようとしたものである。これまでも河川の汚染を対象とした水質調査を用いた授業実践は数多くあったが、授業実践と子どもの生活との関連が弱く、問題を自分事化し、行動の変容を促す学習にはなりえていない。そこで地域の河川の、特にプラスチック汚染を解決しようとする子どもの行動の変容を促す授業実践を実施した。子どもの変容として社会力の充実、および「ポイ捨てしない」「ゴミを拾う」「プラスチックを使わない」の行動の変容がみられた。この授業実践を検討し明らかにできたことが２つある。１つ目は、河川におけるプラスチック汚染を解決しようとする子どもの行動の変容には社会力の育成が効果的であること、２つ目は、社会力の育成には地域人材との「体験‐対話‐あこがれ‐社会参画」が重要なプロセスであることである。departmental bulletin pape
A Flexibility and Injury Prevention Attitudes of Athletic Students and Their Change: Attempting to learn proactively, interactively and in-depth using the flexibility pair-check
No full text本研究の目的は、運動部に所属する中学生を対象として傷害予防に対する意識調査を行い、柔軟性に関するペアチェックによる評価とストレッチングによって柔軟性の改善を試みることでどのような意識変容とケアの継続性が見られるのかを明らかにすることであった。結果は、「ケガのリスクを下げる方法を知っている」「ケガに関する知識を運動する時にいかすことができている」とした割合について、講習会直後には向上し統計学的有意差を認めたが、講習会３カ月後は講習会直後と比較して有意に低下した。「部活動をする時間が減るので続けたくない」という問いに対して、「思う」・「やや思う」と答えた選手は過半数を示した。以上より、ペアチェック導入に際する指導方法の再考ならびにペアチェック修正の必要性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape

Spatial distribution pattern of sika deer in Kasugayama Primeval Forest
No full text春日山原始林においてニホンジカ (Cervus nippon) の空間分布、特に奈良公園平坦部から
移入していると考えられる角切成獣オスの空間分布の季節変化を明らかにするために、調査地内を周回する8.7 km のスポットライトセンサスを行った。2009年11月から2010年12月まで56回調査を行い、成獣メス535頭 (推定生息密度、18.2 ± 11.7頭/km2 (平均± SD))、角付成獣オス121頭 (4.2 ± 3.0頭/km2 )、角切成獣オス15頭 (0.6 ± 1.1頭/km2 )、若齢個体104頭 (3.6 ± 3.0頭/km2 )、当歳仔65頭 (2.3 ± 2.8頭/km2 )、不明60頭(2.1 ± 3.0頭/km2 ) の合計900頭 (30.5 ± 16.1頭/km2 ) を発見した。性年齢クラスごとにみたスポットライトセンサス1回あたりの遭遇頭数と発見場所のx 座標 (UTM53x ) とy座標 (UTM53y) には、いずれも季節変化が見られた。奈良公園平坦部では、9月から10月の角切行事によって秋期に角付成獣オスが急減して角切成獣オスが急増する。春日山原始林では、角付成獣オスが秋期ではなく冬期に減少していたことから、角切りによって角付成獣オスが減少したのではなく冬期に角付成獣オスが春日山原始林から移出したことによる可能性が考えられる。一方、角切成獣オスは冬期に増加したので、奈良公園平坦部で秋期に角を切られた成獣オスが交尾期を終えた冬期に春日山原始林に移入してきた可能性も考えられる。直接観察でも、冬期に角切成獣オスは奈良公園平坦部に近い春日山原始林の南西部に多く見られた。当歳仔と成獣メスの発見個体数も、角切成獣オスと同様の季節変化を示し、冬期に春日山原始林で発見個体数が増加していたことから、奈良公園平坦部の個体は交尾期の終わりに春日山原始林に移入するものと推測される。departmental bulletin pape
