Changes in butterfly fauna in Mt. Kasuga, Mt. Takamado and Nara University of Education and their influencing factors
No full text春日山原始林、高円山、奈良教育大学自然環境教育センター奈良実習園、奈良教育大学高畑キャンパスの 4 地点で 2021 年 4 月から 11 月まで、トランセクト法によってチョウ類相を調査し、5 科 50 種のチョウ類を確認した。チョウ類の種数、Simpson の多様度指数 1−λ、Shannon-Wienerの多様度指数 H’を用いてチョウ類の多様度を算出し、1993 年と比較すると、すべての調査地におけるすべての指標で 1993 年よりも多様度が減少しており、チョウ類の多様性が低下していることが示された。また、環境指数である巣瀬の EI 指数も、すべての調査地で 1993 年より減少しており、ほとんどのチョウ類にとって環境が悪化していることが示された。チョウ類の減少の要因として、本調査地ではニホンジカ Cervus nippon の採食によるチョウ類の寄主植物の減少が考えられた。また、高円山の草地には絶滅危惧種を含む多くのチョウが生息しており、重要な生息地である。よって、奈良市においてチョウ類の多様性を保全するためには草地の維持が必要である。departmental bulletin pape

No full text平成 29 年３月に公示された学習指導要領をもとに、令和４年１月に小学校４年生の「県内の文化財や年中行事」 の単元開発を実践した。授業では、中澤静男 (2021) の「歴史文化遺産が語る持続可能な社会づくりの必須条件」を手掛かりに、持続可能な開発目標 (SDGs) の関連に着目することで、歴史理解と文化財の保存・継承にとどまらない、持続可能な社会の条件やそのために必要な市民参画を考え、SDGs の達成に貢献する価値観への転換と行動化を促す授業展開を試みた。本稿では、教科書の学習内容の検討をもとにして単元「東大寺の大仏が語る SDGs」を開発実施し、学 習指導要領前文と解説に新たに加えられた、持続可能な社会づくりを担おうとする態度を養うことも視野に入れた小学 校における ESD 社会科を提案する。departmental bulletin pape

Attitudes of Cambodian Teachers and Studentsʼ Guardians toward School Education: Cambodia–Japan–US Comparison
No full textThis study compared the attitudes of schoolteachers and studentsʼ guardians toward school education in Cambodia, Japan, and the US. Questionnaires and web surveys comprised items measuring their attitudes toward teachers and the aim of school education and reported household incomes. Surveys were conducted among 456 elementary or junior high schoolteachers and 429 guardians in the three countries. A cluster analysis revealed five kinds of attitudes toward teachers, including “cooperation” and “classroom management.” “Cooperation” indicated “to encourage children to mutually cooperate while learning,” and it was shared by American and Cambodian teachers and guardians. Regarding Japan, several teachers and guardians had the attitude of “classroom management,” which valued “to guide children so that they can get along well with one another.” For the attitudes toward the aim of school education, “interpersonal aim” was valued by Japanese and Americans, and “academic aim” was emphasized by Americans and Cambodians. Moreover, some differences were observed due to household incomes in Cambodia; as guardiansʼ household income was lower, they did not emphasize the “interpersonal aim.” To prevent social problems such as bullying (Maeda, & Voy, 2013, 2014), it is important to also focus on “classroom management” attitude and “interpersonal aim” in Cambodian teacher training.departmental bulletin pape
A Practice of STEAM Education in The Elementary School Attached to Nara Women’s University: A Class of Rhythm Making by Using Applocattion “GarageBand”
No full text本研究報告は奈良女子大学附属小学校第４学年の児童を対象に行なったSTEAM 教育の実践研究である。使用したアプリはApple 社（Apple Inc.）が開発した「ガレージバンド」である。「ガレージバンド」には様々な楽器が搭載されており、それらの音色を楽しむことができる。また、リズムパターンを容易に作ることができる。「ガレージバンド」を用いた授業後、児童の経験に関するアンケート調査を実施し、それらの解答を分析した。その結果、ほとんどの児童が「ガレージバンド」について興味をもち、楽しんでいたことがわかった。一方、「ガレージバンド」は画面に直接タッチし演奏することができるが、同じグループの児童と一緒に合奏する際のタイミングが難しいという一面もあり、楽器としての「ガレージバンド」の演奏技能の習得が必要であることが明らかとなった。departmental bulletin pape

Todai-ji Temple and Mercury：Thoughts on Wakasa's Oniyuu Myojin
No full textRegarding Shuni-e Ceremony （Omizutori） of Todai-ji Temple, there exists the "Wakasa-i （Wakasa well） Tradition" in which the deity Oniyuu Myojin of Wakasa Province appears. This paper focuses on four representative questions that have been presented in response to this tradition.
First, what kind of relationship between the Wakasa Province and Todaiji Temple gave rise to the Wakasai tradition, in which Oniyuu Myojin makes an appearance? Quite simply, why does Oniyuu Myojin appear in the Wakasai tradition ?
Second, what is the significance of the episode that Oniyuu Myojin "always loved fishing, did little Buddhist practice, and was late to the Shuni-e Ceremony"?
Third, it is said that as an apology, so to speak, for the attitude and actions shown in the above episode, Oniyuu Myojin caused the water of Wakasa to spring forth near the present Todai-ji Nigatsu-do Hall, but this water would have to be special to be meaningful. Why is the water of Wakasa considered so special that "if you
drink it, you will have no troubles in mind or body"?

No full text書における芸術性とは何かは、書道が本来的にもつ実用性と絡みあう難問である。「書道の芸術性と実用性」の授業は、実践と理論の両面からこの問題を考える趣旨をもつ。その一つの試みとして、「四面木簡」という特殊な素材に、『千字文』を楷書で、「いろは歌」と「あめつちの詞」を仮名、漢字仮名交じりの書で書き、それを展示するという実践をおこなった。墨書木簡の変遷から、記録や習書のための実用物だった木簡に、やがて仮名で歌が書かれるその過程に芸術性の萌芽が窺えたが、特殊素材に文字を書く際の意識がそれに大きく影響することが本実践によって裏づけられた。departmental bulletin pape

No full text奈良教育大学では、2021（令和３）年度から、３年生配当科目として「総合的な学習の時間の指導法」を実施している。奈良教育大学では、「教職課程コアカリキュラム」にもとづき「総合的な学習の時間の指導法」の到達目標を３点示し、８回（１単位）の授業を実施している。授業は、①総合的な学習の時間の「初期イメージの形成」、②「総合的な学習の時間」の指導にかかる基本的な考え方の習得、③「総合的な学習の時間」の単元設計という展開を計画し、リアルタイム（対面、非対面）とオンデマンドを組み合わせて実施した。受講生へのアンケートの結果、到達目標の達成に対しては総じて高い肯定的回答を得られたが、相対的に見ると「具体的な指導や評価のあり方」への回答が低く、内容上の改善が必要である。また、オンデマンド学修については、おおむね肯定的な回答を得られているものの、15％程度の受講生が困難を感じていることが示されたので、方法上の改善が必要であることが分かった。departmental bulletin pape

No full text本研究は、奈良教育大学附属中学校における「１・２年合同奈良めぐり」において、菩提川（率川）流域から学ぶ ESD 実践を構想し、実践の結果生じた生徒の変容からその効果を明らかにすることを目的としている。また、ESD で重視されるシステム思考を、中学校の実践に落とし込み、そのあり方や有効性についても考察する。本実践のねらいは、多様な視点から川の役割や人との関わりについて読み解き、持続可能な川のあり方や関わりについて自分事に引き 寄せて考えることで、流域の社会変容にせまる自己変容を促すことにある。実践の結果、生徒の流域に対する価値観の変容が引き起こされ、流域の持つ地域課題について自分事に引き寄せて思考することができた。departmental bulletin pape
