The Influence of Working Capital on MSME Sustainability with Liquidity Level as a Mediator
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a crucial pillar of Indonesia's economy, significantly contributing to the national GDP and absorbing the majority of the workforce. However, MSMEs face various challenges, particularly related to limited working capital and liquidity issues, which can threaten their business continuity. This study aims to analyze the impact of working capital on the sustainability of MSMEs, as well as the role of liquidity as a mediator in this relationship. Additionally, the study explores external factors, such as government policies and market changes, that influence MSME sustainability. Using a literature review method, this research examines previous studies on working capital management, liquidity, and external factors that support MSME sustainability. The findings indicate that well-managed working capital facilitates operations and enhances MSME competitiveness, while adequate liquidity functions as a crucial link ensuring business continuity. External factors, such as government policies, also play a significant role in creating an ecosystem that supports MSME growth. Therefore, this study suggests that MSMEs optimize their working capital management, improve financial literacy, and leverage financial technology to maintain business continuity. Furthermore, adequate policy support is essential to create a conducive environment for MSMEs

The characteristics of respondents in this study are dominated by young people with an age range of 25-29 years. The data analysis technique used is linearity test analysis (Product and Repurchase Interest). Based on this study, it shows that products and prices have multiple linear regression equations that mutually influence product sales and purchases with the results of multiple linear regression tests with a constant value of 1.468, a product regression coefficient value of 0.251 and a price regression coefficient value of 0.353 it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient value is 0.851, this shows that the relationship between product variables (x1) and price (X2) and Repurchase Interest (Y) is very strong in influencing each other with an interval of 0.80 - 1,000. This can be grouped into 3 factors: Quality products, prices that are acceptable to all groups, strategic locations are factors that can be considered by the Roastery

Analysis of Administrative Procedures for Issuing Land Sale and Purchase Letters in Pulau Semikat Village
This study aims to analyze the administrative procedures in the issuance of Land Sale and Purchase Certificate (SKJBT) in Semikat Island Village, Sirapit District, Langkat Regency. Village administration services have an important role in ensuring legal certainty for land purchase and sale transactions, but in its implementation there are still various obstacles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation. The research informants consist of village officials and the community as service users. The results of the study show that the procedure for issuing SKJBT has followed formal rules, but is still carried out manually without the support of information technology. This has an impact on the slow service process, inefficient document management, and low information transparency. As many as 50% of the community does not know the flow of services and estimated completion time. In addition, limited human resources and lack of socialization are the main obstacles in the implementation of services. Based on Sinambela's public service theory, it was found that services have not fully met the criteria of transparency, efficiency, and accountability. The decrease in the number of SKJBT applications from year to year indicates a decrease in public trust in the village service system. This study recommends increasing the capacity of village apparatus, digitizing administrative procedures, and providing open information as strategic steps to realize effective, responsive, and equitable public services

Indonesian Pencak Silat Cultural Diplomacy: Analysis of the Spread Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate
This study analyzes the role of Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate (PSHT) as an instrument of Indonesian cultural diplomacy in Japan in the period 2014-2025. Using a qualitative approach with case studies, this study examines how PSHT has succeeded in becoming an intercultural bridge that strengthens Indonesia's soft power through the spread of pencak silat. The results show that the special Japanese branch of PSHT, which was officially established in 2017 in Osaka, has experienced significant growth with the number of members reaching 412 in 2018 and continuing to grow until 2025. PSHT's cultural diplomacy strategy of combining pencak silat with the Reog Ponorogo performance has proven effective in attracting the interest of the Japanese people, including indigenous people who actively join as members. PSHT's success is supported by the synergy between state actors such as the Indonesian Consulate General in Osaka and the Indonesian Embassy in Tokyo with the Indonesian diaspora community and non-governmental organizations. PSHT's participation in various prestigious events such as UNESCO and the Indonesia-Japan Friendship Festival, as well as the holding of the PSHT Japan Cup, proves the effectiveness of pencak silat as a medium of cultural diplomacy that is able to transcend geographical and cultural boundaries. This study concludes that PSHT has succeeded in creating a positive image of Indonesia as a country with high-value cultural wealth, while strengthening the foundation of Indonesia-Japan bilateral relations through an authentic and sustainable people-to-people connection approach
Orchestration of Regional Government Organization Capacity to Strengthen Public Aspiration-Oriented Development Planning
This study aims to analyze the orchestration capacity of local government agencies in Gorontalo Regency in integrating community aspirations into development planning. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, document reviews, and focus group discussions involving officials, community representatives, and local stakeholders. The analysis focused on three main dimensions, namely technical, analytical, and communication capacity. The findings indicate that capacity fragmentation remains the main obstacle, as agencies with strong technical competence often show weaknesses in analytical ability, while those excelling in public communication tend to be weak in technical aspects. On average, only eighteen to twenty percent of community aspirations are accommodated in the regional budget, reflecting the dominance of sectoral programs, limited fiscal space, and weak inter-agency coordination. These challenges are further reinforced by regulatory frameworks that remain top-down, limiting regional flexibility to adapt policies to local needs. Nevertheless, the study identifies strategic opportunities to strengthen orchestration through the utilization of information technology to enhance transparency, accelerate data flows, improve policy integration, and expand public participation. Additional strategies include developing human resource capacity, promoting evidence-based planning, establishing IT-based coordination forums, and introducing regulations that are more adaptive to local contexts. The study concludes that strengthening orchestration should not be seen merely as an administrative process but as a transformative strategy to realize inclusive, responsive, and sustainable regional development governance
