Get PDF本研究は，足趾把持筋力トレーニングによって足趾・扁平足の接地状態の改善を図ることが，転
倒予防に与える効果について検討することを目的とした．対象は，要介護認定非該当の健常な高
齢者142名（平均年齢74.6±4.5歳）とした．対象者142名中，浮き趾である者80名を抽出し，これを
浮き趾群，それ以外の者62名を接地群とした．さらに両群において無作為に運動群とコントロー
ル群に振り分けた．運動群には足趾把持筋力トレーニングを3ヶ月間実施し，コントロール群は
普段通りの生活を行った．浮き趾群と接地群の各運動群には，足趾の荷重量増加や足アーチ高率，
Functional Reach Test の到達距離の有意な上昇が見られた．また，外周面積や短形面積ならびに
総軌跡長の有意な減少があった．したがって，足趾把持筋力トレーニングによって足趾・扁平足
の接地状態が改善され，足部に関連した下肢全体の関節アライメントが改善し，重心位置も調整
されることから，安定した歩行が期待でき，転倒予防につながることが示唆された．departmental bulletin pape

conservation activities of the material ,conducted in Miyazaki city, Miyazaki
Prefecture. In Miyazaki city, a portrait with almost the same composition is drawn by
EI-Q (Hideo Sugita).
Therefore it was expected that this portrait was related to EI-Q and Miyazaki
Esperanto Club. As a result of photographing the sign drawn in the portrait with
an infrared camera for cultural property, it was confirmed that there was a high

Psychological Competitive Ability of High School Swimming Team Members
Get PDFP(論文)This study aimed to obtain basic data on the psychological competitive ability of the members of a
high school swimming team to coach them efficiently. It examined the relation between the psychological
competitive ability of high school swimmers, as evaluated by the Diagnostic Inventory of Psychological
Competitive Ability for Athletes (DIPCA), and gender, years of experience, competition level, and selfevaluation
of psychological competitive ability. The same tendency found in previous studies was evident
in several factors, and by comparing self-evaluation and DIPCA results, it was possible to comprehend
the evaluation of each swimmer’s psychological competitive ability and its deviation from DIPCA results.
Furthermore, through a comparison with previous study data, it is possible to understand the team’s
superior and inferior abilities and use such knowledge when coaching. The results confirmed that
evaluation of psychological competitive ability is useful for understanding both team and individual

Bureaucracy and Welfare in Ancient China Society
Get PDFP(論文)This paper takes up an interaction between bureaucracy and welfare in ancient Chinese society,
arguing that whether or not welfare policies were carried out depends on which bureaucrat—xun li or
ku li in shi ji —was involved in them. In the Qin Dynasty, the constitutional system was established
under the stipulated law, so that the bureaucrats conducted the policies. Caring about the protection of
separation in social hierarchy and socially vulnerable people, the xun li performed the employment
security as part of their job for the prohibition of the employment of children and young people as well
as the stabilization of people’s lives. Although the ku li paid care for the poor, on the other hand, no
particular description in the literature was made by the bureaucrat about welfare policies. For one

The Characteristics of Social Welfare Rights : Validation of the Social Welfare Reform Period
Get PDFP(論文)Both before and after reforms to the social welfare system, there has been a widespread recognition that
social welfare is tasked with protecting certain rights. The aim of this paper is to clarify the
characteristics of these social welfare rights.
These rights were affirmed based on the right to life, which was established by the post-war labor
movement and by the case of Asahi v. Japan in 1967. In addition to the right to life, the disability rights
movement started by the Japan Cerebral Palsy Association, Aoi Shiba no Kai, also demanded the right
of disabled persons to have their needs fulfilled based on normalization, i.e., integration into both the
family and society.
The social welfare and nursing care insurance systems that were developed during the social welfare
reform period included a mechanism to protect individuals’ rights. It also became clear that the social
welfare system is based on the unique viewpoint that moral rights, which correspond to the imperfect
