About Museums in the Community.
Get PDFFrom the nationwide movement of the establishment of public museums, which
increased rapidly in the 1970s and 1990s, we consider museums in modern
communities where "life with museums" has been established.
The Takanabe Town Museum of Art in Miyazaki Prefecture conducts research
and research on these artists in order to dig up not only highly recognized traveling
exhibitions but also local artists and work on projects aimed at nurturing young
artists.
We are also planning workshops to increase the level of interest in museums and
art as a venue for presentations by Takanabe townspeople.
Problems include reducing the capacity of the storage, the need to utilize human
resources in fields outside of expertise, gathering information and improving
technology for curators, building archives, and collaborating with educational

Get PDF本研究は，中小規模病院に入院中の患者の調査データを基礎に，既存の患者の看護介入評価尺
度に関する因子構造モデルの側面からみた構成概念妥当性の交差妥当化と信頼性について検討
することを目的とした．調査対象は，協力の得られた90床以上300床未満の中小規模病院5病院に
入院中の患者260名とした．統計解析の結果，一次因子を「手段的看護介入」，「情緒的看護介入」，
二次因子を「看護介入」とする16項目2因子二次因子モデルが，データに適合した（CFI ＝0.991，
RMSEA＝0.045）．このことは，患者の看護介入評価尺度の因子構造の側面からみた構成概念妥
当性の交差妥当化が支持されたことを意味する．また，内的整合性は，ω信頼性係数で測定した
ところ，その値は尺度全体で0.971，「手段的看護介入」は0.964，「情緒的看護介入」は0.953と統計
学的に支持されるものであった．以上の結果は，患者の看護介入評価尺度が，病院の規模に関わ
らず，筋骨格系および結合組織の疾患，循環器系の疾患，新生物などの多様な入院患者に適用で

Effect of Playing Sports with People with Disabilities Has on Able-bodied people’s Perception of Them and Adaptive Sports in General－Wheelchair Baseball －
Get PDF本研究は，障がい者との障がい者スポーツ交流体験（混合群）と，健常者のみでの障がい者スポ
ーツ体験（健常者群）を比較し，障がい理解および障がい者スポーツに対する関心度を向上させる
ためにはどちらが有効な方法かを検討することを目的とした．競技は車椅子野球とし，大学生44
名を対象に，混合群と健常者群に分け，質問紙調査にて比較した．結果は，どちらの方法であって
も障がい者および障がい者スポーツに関わるイメージが肯定的に変化する可能性が示唆された．
なかでも，混合群のほうが障がい者に対するイメージにおいて肯定的な変化を示した項目が多い
ことから，障がい者との障がい者スポーツ交流体験のほうが障がい理解のためにはより効果的な
方法である可能性が示唆された．今後は，障がい者の参加人数，障がいの程度，長期的な調査など，

Characteristic of Consultation Contents at “Independence Support Type” Community Care Meeting-Analysis on opinions of “life support meeting” advisors using KH Coder at Ise City-
Get PDF本研究では，「自立支援型」地域ケア会議での助言内容に，どのような特徴が見られるかを分析
した．対象は，三重県伊勢市の「自立支援型」地域ケア会議である「生活支援会議」の助言内容を
取り上げた．分析には計量テキスト分析ソフトKH Coder を用い，「共起ネットワーク」，「階層的
クラスター」を作成し，出現パターンが似通った助言内容をカテゴリーに分け分析した．
結果，2017年度（4月～3月）「生活支援会議」での助言は306件，総抽出語数は10,472語，異なり
語数は2,132であった．「生活支援会議」における助言では【身体機能（ADL）に関する助言】に偏る
ことなく，【家族支援に関する助言】，【地域参加に関する助言】，【食生活に関する助言】，【口腔ケ
アに関する助言】など多岐にわたる助言が行われていることがわかった．departmental bulletin pape
