For practice and future development in collaboration with local residents - From the case of the Utta Local History Society in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture-
In this paper, I will report on the practice I am working on in collaboration with the local residents, while being aware of Toshiro Ito's Theory of Community Museums and research trends in Public History. The purpose is to encourage self-reflection for future development by describing the activities I am working on with local residents using the method of auto-ethnography.
As a result, it turns out that such activities have a positive effect not only on local residents but also on curators of Community Museums like myself. However, there are a number of difficulties in continuing and disseminating such activities. In order to solve them, it is necessary to build an ideal model by collecting and analyzing advanced cases, and to create a necessary and sustainable mechanism to realize it.departmental bulletin pape
Methodological research of the cultural assets maintenance online simulation that assumed a large-scale natural disaster
A disaster is the destruction of things and the disorder of order that exposes these issues to the eyes of people and causes the greatest damage to the weakest parts of society. The response to the disaster must be a creative reconstruction that creates a better society in the wake of the disaster, rather than returning it to before the disaster. For that purpose, it is indispensable to know the issues before the disaster and how to work on them.
Conducting simulations online allows those who have difficulty participating due to time and geographical constraints, as well as experts practicing cultural property conservation in other regions, to participate without worrying about travel distances, and also allows them to share practical knowledge. By continuing these efforts, we will be able to create a new "community" that transcends temporal and geographical constraints.departmental bulletin pape
Documenting and Utilizing Disaster Stone Monuments in Nobeoka City throuth “Hikari Takuhon”.
We are working on documenting disaster stone monuments with Hikari Takuhon.
In japan, there are many disaster monuments related to earthquakes and tsunamis in the Tohoku, Mie Prefecture and Shikoku regions.
This time, we went to the Kyushu region to record them. In Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture, we documented stone monuments related to the Ansei Nankai Earthquake and flood damage in the late Edo period using Hikari Takuhon.
In addition, an exhibition was held using the electronic information of these stone monuments.departmental bulletin pape
Needs of School Social Workers from School Teachers: A Survey of Elementary and Middle School Teachers
