Peran Pembahas untuk Menstimulasi Diskusi di Kelas dan Hubungannya dengan Motivation to Lead dan Empati
Full text linkThis study aims to examine: (1) the relationship between motivation to lead and the attitudes of accounting education students as discussants, (2) the relationship between empathy and the attitudes of accounting education students as discussants, and (3) the relationship between motivation to lead and empathy with the attitudes of accounting education students as discussants. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. A sample of 151 students was selected using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. The results of this study conclude that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation to lead and the attitudes of accounting education students as discussants, (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between empathy and the attitudes of accounting education students as discussants, and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation to lead and empathy with the attitudes of accounting education students as discussants. The results of this study can contribute to adding references in the development of psychology regarding personality relationships with the attitude of the discussant which is studied using Self Presentation Theory
Weber's Social Action Analysis on the Phenomenon of Millennial Generation Marriage Postpone in Al-Quran Perspective
Full text linkThe phenomenon of postponing marriage among millennials indicates a change in mindset and life priorities due to the influence of modernity. This study aims to investigate the views and definition of marriage according to the millennial generation, the social factors that influence the millennial generation's decision to postpone marriage according to Weber's social action theory, and the Quranic (Islamic) perspective on this phenomenon. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. Data were collected from previous research results, scientific journal articles, survey reports, and official statistical documents that discuss the marriage patterns of the millennial generation in the 2018-2025 timeframe, the Quran, hadith, and tafsir relevant to the theme of marriage and family formation. Data analysis was conducted through data categorization based on Weber's four types of social action, data interpretation, comparative analysis between empirical findings and Quranic perspectives, and conclusion drawing that integrates the two perspectives. The results of the analysis show that millennials postpone marriage to achieve financial stability, self-development, and emotional compatibility with partners. Emotional factors such as relationship trauma and expectations of an ideal marriage also influence this decision. Meanwhile, religious values emphasize the importance of balancing worldly and spiritual demands, providing guidance on maintaining chastity and preparing for marriage thoroughly
Revolusi Digital Aplikasi Solo Destination Dalam Mendukung Konsep Solo Smart city
Full text linkPemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Solo telah meluncurkan revolusi pelayanan publik berbasis aplikasi bernama Solo Destination. Aplikasi ini adalah aplikasi terpadu yang mengintegrasikan informasi dan dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh warga Solo maupun luar kota Solo. Pada mulanya aplikasi Solo Destination berisikan informasi wisata di Kota Solo, namun seberjalannya waktu aplikasi ini memuat berbagai layanan publik antara lain aduan masyarakat, e-pajak, perizinan/MPP, radio anak, electronic policing, wisata dan budaya, harga pangan, berita kota, fasilitas umum, mal pelayanan publik hingga layanan ASN. Aplikasi Solo Destination hadir sebagai upaya pemerintah kota untuk mendukung konsep smart city. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyediaan informasi layanan publik yang terintegrasi di Kota Solo. Selanjutnya menganalisis optimalisasi penggunaan aplikasi dalam mendukung konsep smart city. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka yang menganalisis dari dokumen laporan Pemkot Solo, jurnal, buku-buku referensi, dan media. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat integrasi dalam peluncuran aplikasi pelayanan publik Solo Destination antara Pemkot Solo, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika, sejumlah perangkat daerah, dan stakeholder internal dan eksternal. Pemanfaatan aplikasi selalu dikembangkan secara optimal dengan disematkan fitur-fitur pembaruan sehingga masyarakat dapat mengakses informasi secara cepat dan efisien. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah inovasi pelayanan publik berbentuk aplikasi Solo Destination memberikan dampak positif bagi pemkot dan masyarakat. Aplikasi ini merupakan langkah strategis pemkot dalam mendukung konsep Solo smart city dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Inovasi ini dapat ditiru oleh kota-kota lain dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, informasi, dan komunikasi untuk kemudahan layanan kemasyarakatan

Full text linkThe development of the digital world today seems to have started to worry, it takes the role of parents and educational institutions to supervise their children as well as familiarize good behaviors, one of which is to use a religious approach. Educational institutions that focus on religious values are usually accommodated by religious-based educational institutions, such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. However, SD Unggulan Edi Mancoro, which is a private education and is not accommodated by religious educational institutions, has a different focus. SD Unggulan Edi Mancoro chooses to focus on building the religious character of its students. This article seeks to analyze the learning process at SD Unggulan Edi Mancoro in internalizing its religious character values. This research is a type of field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained in this study are through interviews, teaching journals, and notes related to the internalization of religious values in each lesson. The data were then collected and analyzed using the theory of character building according to Maragustam. Resistensi Nelayan Terhadap Biaya Tambat Labuh Kapal Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Cilacap: Analisis Teori Resistensi James C. Scott
Full text linkThis research stems from the issue of mooring fees at Cilacap Ocean Fisheries Port, which are considered burdensome for the fishermen. Regulation of the Central Government Number 85 of 2021 has triggered several protests as a form of resistance by the fishermen. This is because the government policy has disadvantaged them. As a result of this harmful policy, the fishermen did not remain passive but have repeatedly resisted the policy. Based on this issue, this study aims to identify the forms of resistance against the mooring fees at Cilacap Ocean Fisheries Port that are burdensome to the fishermen. To analyze these forms of resistance, the study uses James Scott's theory of resistance. The research employs a qualitative method with two types of research: literature review and field research through a case study approach. The research findings show that covert forms of resistance, such as gossiping, informal gatherings among fishermen, and the withdrawal of respect from the government, are more dominant or frequently practiced. This is because fishermen find it easier to meet and gather whenever they want. In contrast, overt resistance such as demonstrations, petition signings, and public hearings require the mobilization of masses and various preparations, making them less frequently carried out. Although overt resistance is less commonly practiced than covert resistance, it tends to be more effective in helping fishermen oppose Government Regulation No. 85 of 2021. Through overt resistance such as demonstrations, petition signings, and public hearings, the aspirations of the fishermen become more audible to the government, particularly the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Cilacap Regency and the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. Although the regulation has not yet been amended, at the very least, the fishermen's aspirations have been conveyed through this form of overt resistance. Pelembagaan Partai Politik: Studi Kasus Partai Koalisi Incumbent Dalam Perebutan Kekuasaan Di Pilkada
Full text linkStudi ini berangkat dari kesuksesan petahana dalam mempertahankan kemenangan pada Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) di Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. Penelitian bertujuan menguak proses pelembagaan partai politik dengan mengeksplorasi kekuasaan partai politik, karakter partai politik, serta situasi dan kondisi internal partai politik. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan Metodologi kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dalam kajian partai politik. Dalam studi ini ditemukan bahwa partai politik secara internal mengalami kelemahan kelembagaan hal ini terlihat dari pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan organisasi tidak seimbang sebab hegemoni pengurus pusat benar-benar kentara dalam pengambilan kebijakan, Partai politik cenderung menjadi pragmatis dan oportunis dalam proses pengambilan keputusan sebab dalam pengambilam pertimbangan menegasikan nilai-nilai ideologis malah cenderung memikirkan keuntungan kekuasaan dan posisi politik pengurusnya sehingga partai politik mengabaikan prinsip yang menjadi dasar perjuangan mereka. Partai Politik kurang internalisasi pada kader. Riset ini memperluas logika kegagalan partai politik dalam membentuk kelembagaan partai. Dalam kajian kepartaian Pelembagaan partai merupakan sebuah usaha untuk penguatan nilai/ideologi terhadap para anggota, proses kaderisasi Institusionalisasi mengaitkan dua aspek bernilai ialah value infusion (nilai pendapatan) serta behavioral routinization (rutinitas pelakon). Value infusion mesti menjadi prioritas partai politik guna mengembangkan legitimiasi, penerimaan di rakyat, serta mengakarnya parpol (party rootedness). Sedangkan behavioral routinization mesti menjadi pertimbangan utama agar terbangun kelembagaan dalam partai politik

Full text linkPenelitian yang berjudul Variasi Bahasa Guru dan Siswa dalam Interaksi Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan Materi Teks Prosedur bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan variasi bahasa guru dan siswa dalam interaksi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dari sudut pandang formal. Selain itu untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi variasi bahasa guru dan siswa dalam interaksi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan mendeskripsikan ragam bahasa daerah. Metode yang digunakan adalah tipe kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan analisis isi. Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan observasi di lapangan. Validasi data menggunakan triangulasi. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah pola dan variasi bahasa guru dan siswa. Sedangkan sumber datanya adalah tuturan guru dan siswa dalam interaksi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Lokasi penelitian di SMP Negeri 11 Kota Jambi yang berada di Kecamatan Danau Sipin Kota Jambi Provinsi Jambi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan teknik pencatatan . Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah penggunaan variasi bahasa formal, variasi bahasa bisnis, variasi bahasa santai, dan variasi bahasa familiar yang digunakan guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Pancasila Philosophy and Its Contribution to the Development of Golden Indonesia 2045
Full text linkIt deliverables the role that Indonesia's basic philosophy, Pancasila, has played in carving out the development path of this country since it got its independence. The analysis would be mainly based on content data from some academic articles that deal with legal, political, and social issues in Indonesia, together with an overview of the implantation of Pancasila values into national development. The result of the study shows that Pancasila is very instrumental in guiding the progress and development of the Indonesian state. However, its actualization still faces various challenges, not least lack of public understanding, influence of globalization, and decreased emphasis on education. Optimizing the role of Pancasila towards "Golden Indonesia 2045" would consist of recommendations such as the education of Pancasila values, integration into governance, promotions of religious moderation, involvement of a young generation, and social media optimization. If these challenges are overcome, Pancasila will still be the foundation that underpins Indonesia's progress

Full text linkThis study aims to analyze KH Bisri Mustofa's thoughts on character education values and assess the relevance of his ideas in Indonesia. The research methodology employed is library research, specifically a descriptive approach. The primary source of data for this study is KH Bisri Mustofa's book, Tafsir Al-Ibriz. Data collection techniques include documentation and interviews, with data analysis using triangulation. The research findings present the values of character education according to KH. Bisri Mustofa in the Ibiz Tafsir Book, which include nationalism, tolerance, justice, honesty, love of knowledge, anti-corruption, and character education. Bisri Musthofa's relevance in Indonesia persists due to its emphasis on nationalism and tolerance. The character of nationalism is crucial for Indonesia to avoid division, given its long history of struggle for independence. Additionally, fostering a society that respects and appreciates progress through tolerance can lead to a peaceful and harmonious life. A society that values honesty will be closer, and a society that prioritizes science will become educated and advanced. Anti-money politics is an important character value, especially during elections, which can be problematic for democracy. A fair and dignified election process with an anti-money politics character can prevent fraudulent violations. All of these values are still relevant and can help address the decline of commendable character in society
Analisis Fenomena Kenaikan Harga Sewa Kos Mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Semarang pada Akun Instagram On_Kost Perspektif Richard Emerson
Full text linkKos merupakan kebutuhan primer yang harus disewa bagi mahasiswa perantau. Tingginya harga sewa kos di UNNES menjadikan mahasiswa tereksploitasi. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan fenomena kenaikan harga kos melalui penyedia jasa akun instagram On_Kost melalui perspektif Richard Emerson. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kenaikan harga kos di Universitas Negeri Semarang menjadi fenomena yang disebabkan tingginya minat mahasiswa mencari kos, makelar curang yang meningkatkan harga kos, dan harga yang ditentukan dari pemilik kos dari segi peningkatan fasilitas dan mengikuti harga pasar kos di UNNES. Penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya keseimbangan pertukaran yang menguntungkan antara pemilik kos yang melakukan kerjasama dengan On_Kost dan mahasiswa yang menggunakan layanan pencarian kos untuk menemukan kos yang akan ditempati selama menempuh pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Semarang
