Ilusi Kemitraan dalam Wacana Ekonomi Berbagi
The emergence of various digital platforms in the era of the internet technology revolution, in addition to giving birth to various new job types, also gives rise to a new term for workers, the term ‘mitra’ in the "gig economy" and gradually replacing previous terms such as buruh, karyawan, pegawai. This article attempts to decode the meaning of "mitra" using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis (CDA) which studies the use of language (verbal and written) as a form of social practice. Through Fairclough's three CDA levels; Text (micro level) is seen as a representation of something containing a certain ideology; Discursive practice (meso level) refers to the production, distribution, and consumption of text; Socio-cultural practice (macro level) refers to the context outside of the text such as the context of society, culture, and politics that influence the existence of text, we can reflect the ideological effects that reproduce unequal power relations in the word "mitra" used by various digital platforms. The term "mitra" referring to the ideology of "platform capitalism" makes them not considered as "pekerja" or "buruh" and eliminating them as legal subjects protected by the Labor Law. The problem is also the new work relationship is still unclear in many aspects, which can lead to exploitation of "mitra" by the company.Keywords: critical discourse analysis, ilusi kemitraan, gig economy, platform capitalism
Relevansi Pemikiran Progresif Humanistik Perspektif Aly Syariati Dengan Pendidikan Islam Di Indonesia
This article discusses progressive humanistic Islamic education that combines Islamic values and humanism to develop individuals who are humanistic and progressive. This research utilizes a qualitative research method with literature review as the research approach. The findings of this study indicate that progressive humanistic Islamic education aims to build a good personality, positive character, strong identity, and Islamic morality. By adopting the ideas of Ali Shariati, Islamic education in Indonesia can become more progressive, critical, and humanistic. Ali Shariati's ideology of Islamic humanism emphasizes the importance of critically understanding Islam in the social and political context. He rejects dogmatic teachings and disregards the role of humans in creating social change. The conclusion of this article explains that Ali Shariati's thoughts are relevant to progressive humanistic Islamic education in Indonesia. By adopting Ali Shariati's ideas, Islamic education in Indonesia can create a more advanced and just society
GANGGUAN BERBAHASA PSIKOGENIK LATAH PADA PENUTUR BAHASA WANITA LANSIA (KAJIAN PSIKOLINGUISTIK)
Latah is a type of psychogenic disorder that is part of a language disorder, usually referred to as echolalia, which is the act of parroting or imitating what other people say or repeating the same utterance when in certain situations. Speeches that include talkative are not all related to dirty words or those that are dirty. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of speech and the factors that cause the emergence of psychogenic disorders of the talkative type in the observed objects. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The source of data was obtained from the speech of someone with a psychogenic disorder of the talkative type who was the object or resource person in this study. The location of this research is in the Curug sub-district, Serang-Banten sub-district. The data collection technique used is the listening method with the tapping technique which is the basic technique in the listening method. Marriage According to Syaikhona Kholil Bangkalan in the Perspective of Islamic Educational Values
This study aims to describe and analyze the thoughts of Syaikhona Kholil Bangkalan in the chapter on marriage in the perspective of Islamic education and its implementation at the Syaikhona Kholil Islamic Boarding School, Nurul Cholil Islamic Boarding School, and the Kaukabudduri Islamic Boarding School, Bangkalan, Madura. This research also has specific objectives, namely (1) to analyze Syaikhona Bangkalan's marriage education which is important to study both in terms of literature review and in terms of implementation. (2) To assert marriage education according to Syaikhona Kholil Bangkalan from the perspective of Islamic educational values. (3) To analyze the implementation of marriage education according to Syaikhona Kholil in the Syaikhona Kholil Islamic boarding schools in Bangkalan.The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data is collected with a natural setting (natural setting) as a direct data source. Data collection in this study used documentation, interviews, inscriptions, observation, and triangulation techniques. The main data sources were the students, ustadz, kyai, and also caregivers at the three Syaikhona Kholil Islamic Boarding Schools, namely the Syaikhona Kholil Islamic Boarding School, Nur Cholil Islamic Boarding School and al-Kaukabuduri Islamic Boarding School, Bangkalan Madura. The analysis technique uses content analysis and qualitative data analysis using the Miles-Huberman model.Based on the results of observations and data analysis that has been done, this study produces conclusions based on the following problem formulation. (1) According to Syaikhona Kholil, marriage is a basic need for adult humans, to keep their eyes from seeing what is not lawful and to have offspring of pious children who pray for them. (2) Marriage contains educational values that link marriage theory with existing social reality. His education supports improving the character of Pancasila students in terms of religious values. (3) The implementation of marriage education in educational institutions 'ala Syaikhona Kholil is an ongoing process that aims to improve the skills and character of students in various fields, especially in the fiqh chapter on marriage
Analisis Penerimaan Siswa terhadap Learning Management System (LMS) E-School dengan Model UTAUT di SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali
E-School is an application and web-based Learning Management System (LMS) designed and developed by SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali. E-School has various features that support academic and non-academic activities which have been used since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. Various new features are added in each version update as an evaluation and improvement of the LMS. However, an evaluation based on students' responses to the LMS E-School to identify students' acceptance and use of E-School has never been done. The purpose of this study is to determine the determinant factors that can affect student acceptance of LMS E-School with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model proposed by Venkatesh, et al. (2003). The sample used was 289 out of 1,044 students of SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali for the 2022/2023 academic year, which were selected using a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. This study used a quantitative method with a questionnaire instrument and was analyzed with PLS-SEM assisted by SmartPLS version 3 software. Based on the test results with path analysis and t-statistics, it can be concluded that the variables of performance expectancy and social influence have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention variables. As well as the variables of facilitating conditions and behavioral intentions have a positive and significant influence on the use behavior variable. Meanwhile, the effort expectancy variable does not have a positive and significant effect on the behavioral intention variable in using the LMS E-School at SMA Negeri 1 Boyolali
Pemanfaatan Museum Sumpah Pemuda sebagai Sumber Belajar melalui Teknologi Virtual Reality
This research aims to explore the utilization of the Youth Pledge Museum as a learning resource through Virtual Reality (VR) or Virtual Tour technology, and to understand the process of using VR in history education. The research adopts a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The focus of the study includes three main components: 1) Museum collections and their management, 2) The process of utilizing the Youth Pledge Museum collections as a source of historical learning through VR technology, and 3) The role of teachers in history education through VR technology. Data for the research were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis related to the Youth Pledge Museum and the use of VR in history education. This article describes the various collections held by the Youth Pledge Museum and the technologies that have been developed, including Virtual Reality (VR), which can be used in history education. The steps for using VR in history education include: 1) Selecting a relevant Virtual Reality museum for the learning material, 2) Preparing the necessary applications and equipment, 3) Setting up an Android phone, 4) Ensuring internet connectivity, 5) Finding the link to the Virtual Reality content of the Youth Pledge Museum, 6) Accessing the discovered link and starting the Virtual Tour. As a form of technology-integrated learning, the use of VR is expected to accommodate the development of 21st-century skills and encourage students to become active learners. This approach aligns with the student-centered learning concept applied in the independent curriculum, allowing students to construct their own knowledge.Keywords: museums, youth pledges, learning resources, Virtual Reality

This study aims to determine and describe the role of parents on children's character. This type of research is a literature review obtained from journals on the internet. The data collection technique is to listen and record the things needed in this study. Data validity techniques use triangulation techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are that parents play an important role in children's character education, especially in 5 aspects, namely (1) parents as educators, (2) parents as facilitators, (3) parents as companions and supervisors, (4) parents as motivators, and (5) parents as figures / role models for children
Kriteria Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Pendidik di Pondok Pesantren As-Sa'adiyah Samarinda
This research aims to determine the recruitment system for educators at As-Sa'adiyah Islamic Boarding School in Samarinda. The research utilizes interview techniques by posing several questions directly to the interviewees, and employs a literature approach using scientific journals, books, articles, and other credible sources. The findings of this research indicate that in the recruitment process for prospective educators at As-Sa'adiyah Islamic Boarding School, the Foundation does not conduct an open recruitment process. Instead, it relies on a familial system, wherein individuals are invited to become teachers through connections with Ustadz, Ustadzah, educators, or staff members of the boarding school, as well as reputable alumni. However, the recruitment is based on competency standards, ensuring that the candidates are already competent in their respective fields

The purpose of this study is to expand the self-confidence of prisoners through strict Islamic improvement in remedial foundations, a means to find out the practices of Islamic state administration as a weakening, the impact of constitutional teachings in developing courage in surviving as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in developing a sense of trust. themselves through Islamic constitutional training as assistance. This study uses a qualitative method. Observation, interview, and documentation methods are used in data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of strict Islamic promotion for detainees is through daily exercises such as congregational prayers in the request room. To produce changes or results that are in accordance with the objectives of holding Islamic religious development, the motivation and attention given to Islam is given. Meanwhile, the impact of promoting strict Islam on self-confidence in Remedial Institutions is very high, as evidenced by the persistence of being able to understand the qualities and shortcomings they have, having a high motivation to provide views, imaginative and hopeful of having choices. to think decisively and have options to overcome the problems around them by talking to each other. Supporting variables in expanding devotion to help through the advancement of Islamic congregations are the books that have been given by the actual coaches, then the presence of human resources is one of the supporting elements in developing the tahajud schooling experience. Although the things that interfere with the implementation of the strict appeal are the Corona virus situation and the meeting of the Restorative Foundations which trigger not accepting ustadz for Muslims and ministers for non-Muslims from outside, meanwhile only mentors and packers who help implement the strict appeal. training
Peran Content Creator Media Sosial dalam Perspektif Sosiologi Komunikasi di Era Endemi Covid-19
The use of social media has now become a necessity and even a priority for some Indonesian people, including the millennial generation. Moreover, since the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020, so many workers have switched professions to become content creators. On the other hand, we have seen a lot of various news in the mass media, ranging from the report of success obtained by using social media to information about kidnapping, fraud, prostitution, and so on. But from another point of view, the sociology of communication will provide an explanation that is relevant to the current situation of society, so that every individual, including content creators as members of society, can adapt to the development of various phenomena that arise in their society. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of social media content creators from the perspective of the sociology of communication in the Covid-19 endemic era. The research method uses a qualitative approach to phenomenology. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Provisions on the number of informants selected based on purposive sampling technique, as many as 7 youths. The research findings were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that seven content creators created content with themes related to real life, such as culinary, da'wah, tahsin science, home design, typography, Canva design, and copywriting. From the perspective of the sociology of communication, content creators have a significant role in providing content that is informative, educative, inspiring, entertaining, and profitable for the audience
