Ahospital based sample of 110 child (male,female) under 5 years old
Data was obtained by clarking using aquestionair and clinical examination was done to assess the severity of pneumonia
It was proved that there are importance factors Have major influence on the incidence of pneumonia namely poor ventilation,low socioeconomic status,poor family planning and crowding ,smoking
My recommendation is to conduct more researches about pneumonia in under 5years children and to start world wide programmes to educate the community about pneumonia and the importance of early detection and good management and prevention
