No full textLa \ue9tica ha sido la incuestionable base de la pr\ue1ctica profesional de enfermer\ueda en todo acto enfermero en cualquier \ue1mbito donde se desarrolle, incorporando sistemas de pr\ue1cticas orientadas por los conocimientos, artes y m\ue9todos y por los componentes de actuaci\uf3n moral y \ue9tica y de calidad humana. El concepto de cuidado comunitario es amplio, integral y poco reconocido y debe valerse de todas las propensiones \ue9ticas y humanas que contribuyan hacerlo realidad en la persona, la familia y la comunidad en todas sus dimensiones. Este art\uedculo tiene la intenci\uf3n de reflexionar sobre algunas tendencias \ue9ticas intr\uednsecas en la pr\ue1ctica del rol desempe\uf1ado en el cuidado comunitario por los enfermeros y enfermeras comunitarias. Para esto es preciso puntualizar definiciones manifiestas y reconocidas sobre la enfermer\ueda comunitaria, acerca de las implicaciones \ue9ticas, el cuidado comunitario y al respecto es imperativo desarrollar ampliamente la perspectiva del concepto cuidado comunitario \ue9tico; utilizando todas las vertientes que contribuyan en el cuidado a la persona enferma, o sana, a la familia, al grupo comunitario o comunidad como se merece, de manera integral teniendo en cuenta todas sus dimensiones.

ABSTRACT
Ethics has been the unquestionable basis of nursing professional practice throughout the event in any field where it is developed, incorporating systems of practices guided by knowledge, the arts and methods and the components of moral and ethical action and The human quality. The concept of community care is broad, comprehensive and little recognized and must use all the ethical and human propensities that contribute to make it a reality in the person, family and community in all dimensions. This article intends to reflect on some intrinsic tendencies in the practice of the role played in community care by community nurses and nurses. For this it is necessary to clarify the manifested and recognized definitions about community nursing, about ethical implications, community care and respect, it is imperative to develop broadly the perspective of the concept community ethical care; Using all the aspects that contribute to the care of the sick or healthy person, the family, the community group or community as it deserves, in an integral way to take into account all dimensions.

AN\uc1LISIS NO LINEAL DE UNA JUNTA EXPERIMENTAL DE COLUMNA Y VIGAS DE CONCRETO ARMADO-COLUMNA DE ACERO PARA P 3RTICOS
No full textEn esta investigaci\uf3n se estudia el comportamiento no lineal de una junta (nodo) experimental a escala real, conformada por tres elementos de concreto reforzado, 1 columna y 2 vigas unidos a una columna de acero estructural en el nivel superior. En el an\ue1lisis num\ue9rico el modelo de la uni\uf3n fue analizado en el rango inel\ue1stico, dicho modelo se elabor\uf3 con el programa de elementos finitos basado en fibras SeismoStruct, para analizar en funci\uf3n del tiempo, los esfuerzos de tracci\uf3n y compresi\uf3n en las zona confinadas y no confinadas de la columna de concreto y en el acero de refuerzo longitudinal, as\ued como tambi\ue9n la verificaci\uf3n del dise\uf1o de la placa base que une a las dos columnas. Los resultados mostraron que los esfuerzos de tracci\uf3n en la zona no confinada sobrepasaron el l\uedmite de rotura del concreto, present\ue1ndose agrietamiento justo debajo del borde inferior de las vigas; en la zona confinada los esfuerzos de tracci\uf3n fueron mucho menores, present\ue1ndose agrietamientos m\ue1s tard\uedos que en la zona no confinada. La junta columna de concreto-columna de acero se comport\uf3 como nodo r\uedgido, por lo que el dise\uf1o el\ue1stico estuvo acorde a la metodolog\ueda de c\ue1lculo de placas base para columnas de acero.

ABSTRACT
In this research, the nonlinear behavior of a real-scale experimental joint (node) is studied, consisting of three reinforced concrete elements, one column and two beams joined to a structural steel column at the upper level. In the numerical analysis the model of the union was analyzed in the inelastic range, this model was elaborated with the finite element program based on fibers SeismoStruct, to analyze as a function of time, the traction and compression efforts in the confined area and not confined area of the concrete column and in the longitudinal reinforcement steel, as well as verification of the design of the base plate that joins the two columns. The results showed that tensile stresses in the unconfined zone surpassed the concrete breaking point, with cracking occurring just below the lower edge of the beams; in the confined area the traction efforts were much lower, with cracks occurring later than in the non-confined area. The concrete column-steel column joint behaved as a rigid node, so the elastic design was consistent with the calculation methodology of base plates for steel columns.

REFLEXIONES SOBRE LOS SESGOS TE 3RICO-METODOL 3GICO PRESENTES EN LOS ESTUDIOS CON PERSPECTIVA DE G\uc9NERO REFERIDO A LAS MUJERES
Get PDFCon el presente art\uedculo, se pretende socializar un conjunto de reflexiones, derivadas del an\ue1lisis cr\uedtico sobre los sesgos te\uf3rico-metodol\uf3gicos en los estudios de las mujeres, desde la perspectiva de g\ue9nero, Este material es parte del resultado de un proceso de investigaci\uf3n que culmin\uf3 con una tesis de maestr\ueda, que se inscribe dentro de la modalidad de investigaci\uf3n documental, con un dise\uf1o bibliogr\ue1fico. A los fines de este estudio, se aplic\uf3 el m\ue9todo anal\uedtico-sint\ue9tico, el cual permite la descomposici\uf3n de los textos en sus elementos m\ue1s simples, analizando cada uno de ellos por separado, para luego agrupar las partes y enriquecerlas al considerarlas en su conjunto. Los resultados del estudio reflejan que los sesgos te\uf3rico-metodol\uf3gicos en los estudios de las mujeres, desde la perspectiva de g\ue9nero, se manifiestan a trav\ue9s de: los siguientes elementos:androcentrismo, sexismo, etnocentrismo, escasa socializaci\uf3n de los resultados, la universalidad, la mujer como objeto de la investigaci\uf3n, entre otros. A manera de reflexiones finales, se plantean una serie de desaf\uedos con los cuales deber\ue1 comprometerse la investigaci\uf3n con perspectiva de g\ue9nero en el futuro, entre las cuales destaca el imperativo de asumir que investigar desde tal perspectiva, requiere la interiorizaci\uf3n y el compromiso con una serie de principios, valores y metas que son distintivas de esta forma de hacer investigaci\uf3n.

ABSTRACT
With the present article, we intend to socialize a set of reflections, derived from the critical analysis on the theoretical-methodological biases in the studies of women from the gender perspective. This material is part of the result of a research process that culminated with a master's thesis, which is part of the documentary research modality, with a bibliographic design. For the purposes of this study, the analytical-synthetic method is applied, as provided by Eyssautier, Hurtado y Toro and Cerda Garc\ueda, which allows the decomposition of the texts into their simplest elements, analyzing each of them separately, to then group the parts, enrich and consider them as a whole. The results of the study reflect that the theoretical-methodological biases in the studies of women from a gender perspective are manifested through the following elements: androcentrism, sexism, ethnocentrism, poor socialization of results, universality, women as object of the investigation, among others. As a final reflection, a series of challenges are posed by committing research with a gender perspective in the future as the imperative to assume that research from this perspective requires internalization and commitment to a series of principles, values and goals that are distinctive of this way of doing research.

ARTE, CULTURA, SOCIEDAD E IMAGINARIO EST\uc9TICO: REDIMENSIONES DESDE LAS NOCIONES DE ESPACIO Y TIEMPO HIST 3RICOS

ejercicio de reflexi\uf3n sobre las nociones arte y
cultura y su relaci\uf3n con las categor\uedas hist\uf3ricas
tiempo y espacio; este ejercicio argumentativo
resulta importante y necesario para el estudio de los
productos del arte en el campo de los estudios
culturales tan en boga en Latinoam\ue9rica y de
reciente proyecci\uf3n en Venezuela, especialmente en
el Centroccidente del pa\ueds. Esta es una reflexi\uf3n que
se organiza desde un sistema de argumentaci\uf3n de
autoridad basado en el debate de algunas ideas
como las expuestas por Castoriadis (1997 y 2004),
Cassirer (1999), Jameson y \u8ei\u9eek (1998) y Hauser
(1975); metodol\uf3gicamente, este ensayo se organiza
como un constructo discursivo que se apoya en el
enfoque hermen\ue9utico desde el cual se emplea la
t\ue9cnica exeg\ue9tica para el abordaje de las ideas e
insumos teoricoargumentativos.
Entre los
argumentos m\ue1s destacados resaltan: a) arte y
cultura deben ser estudiadas de forma particular y
contextualizada; b) las categor\uedas tiempo y espacio
son indispensables tanto para el estudio de la
cultura como para la investigaci\uf3n en productos del
arte; c) lo religioso, lo hist\uf3rico, lo social, lo pol\uedtico y
lo econ\uf3mico pueden estar contenidos en los
productos del arte y por ello, estos son expresi\uf3n no
solo de la individualidad de sus creadores sino
Tambi\ue9n de un pensamiento culturalmente
compartido, es decir, de un pensamiento colectivo y
d) el arte es el reflejo especular del hombre, su
cultura, su sociedad, su espacio y su tiempo.

SUMMARY
The objective of this essay is to present an exercise of
reflection on the notions of art and culture and their
relationship with the historical categories of time and
space. This argumentative exercise is important and
necessary for the study of art products in the field of
cultural studies that are in vogue in Latin America and in
recent projection in Venezuela, especially in the Central
West area of the country. This is a reflection that is
organized from a system of authority argumentation
based on the debate of some ideas such as those
presented by Castoriadis (1997 and 2004), Cassirer
(1999), Jameson and \u8ei\u9eek (1998) and Hauser (1975).
Methodologically, this essay is organized as a discursive
construct based on the hermeneutic approach from which
the exegetical technique is used to reach ideas and
theoreticalargumentative
inputs. Among the most
distinguished arguments highlight: a) art and culture
must be studied in a particular and contextualized way;
b) the time and space categories are both indispensable
for the study of culture and for research in art products;
c) the religious, the historical, the social, the political and
the economic can be contained in the products of art and,
therefore, they are an expression not only of the
individuality of its creators but also of a culturally shared
thought; that is, of a collective thought and d) art is the
specular reflection of man, his culture, his society, his
space and his time.

Le pr\ue9sent essai vise a pr\ue9senter un exercice de r\ue9flexion
sur les notions d\u92art et culture et sa relation avec les
cat\ue9gories historiques du temps et d\u92espace; cet exercice
argumentatif semble important et n\ue9cessaire pour l'\ue9tude
des produits de l'art dans le domaine des \ue9tudes culturels
si r\ue9pandus en Am\ue9rique latine dont le Venezuela a l\u92air de
se projeter r\ue9cemment, sp\ue9cialement la r\ue9gion centreouest
du pays. C'est une r\ue9flexion organis\ue9e depuis un syst\ue9me
d'argumentation d'autorit\ue9 bas\ue9 sur le debat de quelques
id\ue9es comme celles expos\ue9es par Castoriadis (1997 et
2004), Cassirer (1999), Jameson et \u8ei\u9eek (1998) et Hauser
(1975); m\ue9thodologiquement, cet essai est organis\ue9 comme
un sch\ue9ma r\ue9fl\ue9chi lequel on appuie dans le point de vue

FUNCI 3N DIAST 3LICA DEL VENTR\ucdCULO DERECHO EN PACIENTES CON ENFERMEDAD DE CHAGAS QUE ACUDEN AL CENTRO CARDIOVASCULAR REGIONAL "ASCARDIO" BARQUISIMETO - ESTADO LARA
Get PDFEn la Fase Indeterminada (FI) de la Enfermedad de Chagas (ECh) las alteraciones de la funci\uf3n diast\uf3lica preceden a las de la funci\uf3n sist\uf3lica, existiendo afecci\uf3n temprana del ventr\uedculo derecho (VD). La ecocardiograf\ueda doppler ha demostrado ser el m\ue9todo no invasivo e inocuo por excelencia para su evaluaci\uf3n. Se determin\uf3 la funci\uf3n diast\uf3lica del VD mediante ecocardiograf\ueda doppler en pacientes con ECh en FI que acudieron al laboratorio de ecocardiograf\ueda del C.C.R ASCARDIO. La poblaci\uf3n estuvo constituida por 43 pacientes, se recolectaron datos epidemiol\uf3gicos, cl\uednicos y ecocardiogr\ue1ficos a saber: edad, sexo, tiempo de diagn\uf3stico de la ECh, velocidad m\ue1xima (Vmax) de Onda E tricuspidea (Et) y A tricuspidea (At), relaci\uf3n E/At, tiempo de desaceleraci\uf3n de Onda E tricuspidea (TDEt), Vmax de Onda Et\ub4 y Relacion E/Et\ub4. Los datos fueron procesados con paquete estad\uedstico SPSS (Statisticial Pachkagefor Social Sciences) versi\uf3n 22, analizados y expresados en frecuencia, porcentaje, media y desviaci\uf3n est\ue1ndar. Resultados y conclusiones: 74,4% de los pacientes fueron del sexo femenino y 25,6% del masculino, el 30,2% de la poblaci\uf3n estuvo en edades comprendidas entre 61 y 70\uaa, 74,4% ten\uedan entre 6 a 10 a\uf1os de diagn\uf3stico de la ECh, la media y desviaci\uf3n est\ue1ndar de Vmax de onda Et, Vmax de onda At, relaci\uf3n E/A, TDEt, Vmax de onda Et\ub4y relaci\uf3n E/Et\ub4fue de 0,49\ub10,09 m/s, 0,40\ub10,09, 1,29 \ub1 0,31, 203\ub1 57ms, 0,09\ub10,02 m/s y 5,74\ub11,85 respectivamente. El tipo de funci\uf3n diast\uf3lica que predomino fue el normal con 56%, siendo mayor en el sexo masculino con 81,8%.

ABSTRACT
In the Undetermined Phase (IF) of Chagas Disease (ECh), alterations in diastolic function precede those of systolic function, with an early right ventricular (RV) condition. Doppler echocardiography has proven to be the non-invasive and innocuous method par excellence for evaluation. The RV diastolic function was determined by Doppler echocardiography in patients with ECh in IF who came to the C.C.R ASCARDIO echocardiography laboratory. The population consisted of 43 patients. Epidemiological, clinical and echocardiographic data were collected, namely: age, sex, time of diagnosis of ECh, maximum velocity (Vmax) of Wave E tricuspidea (Et) and A tricuspidea (At), relation E / At, deceleration time of E-tricuspide wave (TDEt), Vmax of Wave Et' and Relationship E / Et'. The data were processed with statistical package SPSS (Statisticial Pachkagefor Social Sciences) version 22, analyzed and expressed in frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Results and conclusions: 74.4% of the patients were female and 25.6% were male, 30.2% of the population was between 61 and 70, 74.4% were between 6 and 10 years old Of the ECh, the mean and standard deviation of Vmax Et wave, Vmax wave At, E / A ratio, TDEt, Vmax wave Et'y and E / Et've ratio of 0.49 \ub1 0.09 m / S, 0.40 \ub1 0.09, 1.29 \ub1 0.31, 203 \ub1 57ms, 0.09 \ub1 0.02 m / s and 5.74 \ub1 1.85 respectively. LA MUSICOTERAPIA Y SUS EFECTOS SOBRE LOS SIGNOS VITALES DE NEONATOS EN LA UNIDAD DE CUIDADOS INTENSIVOS
Get PDFEsta investigaci\uf3n tuvo por finalidad Determinar los Efectos de la musicoterapia sobre los Signos Vitales de los Neonatos de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital Pedi\ue1trico. La metodolog\ueda estuvo enmarcada dentro del paradigma positivista con enfoque cuantitativo, tipo explicativa, de dise\uf1o cuasi-experimental, los sujetos de esta investigaci\uf3n la conform\uf3 nueve neonatos con estabilidad hemodin\ue1mica ingresados a la UCIN, a los cuales, previo asentimiento informado se les aplic\uf3 tres sesiones de musicoterapia de 30 min, con control de Frecuencia Cardiaca, Frecuencia Respiratoria y Saturaci\uf3n de ox\uedgeno, previo y posterior de cada sesi\uf3n, plasmados y registrados en una Tabla de recogida de datos, a lo cual se le realiz\uf3 un contraste de medias para muestras pareadas, utilizando la T de Student. Los resultados que se obtuvieron con respecto a la frecuencia cardiaca se evidenciaron disminuci\uf3n de la misma, manteni\ue9ndose dentro del rango normal. En cuanto a la frecuencia respiratoria, present\uf3 incremento en su valor manteni\ue9ndose en el rango normal y al respecto de la saturaci\uf3n de oxigeno mejor\uf3 considerablemente su valor. Por lo cual se puede afirmar que la intervenci\uf3n result\uf3 ser efectiva en cuanto a la mejor\ueda de las constantes vitales del neonato favoreciendo as\ued el estado hemodin\ue1mico y el patr\uf3n respiratorio del paciente, y que no representa amenaza alguna para los mismos.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to determine the effects of music therapy on the Vital Signs of the Neonates of the Intensive Care Unit of the Dr. Agust\uedn Zubillaga Pediatric Hospital. The methodology was framed within the positivist paradigm with quantitative approach, explanatory type, quasi-experimental design, the subjects of this research was formed nine neonates with hemodynamic stability admitted to the NICU, to which, after informed consent was applied three sessions of music therapy of 30 min, with control of heart rate, respiratory frequency and oxygen saturation, before and after each session, recorded and recorded in a table of data collection, which was made a contrast of means for paired samples , using Student's test means T differences. The results that were obtained with regard to the Cardiac Frequency showed a decrease in it, staying within the normal range. Regarding the Respiratory Rate, it showed an increase in its value, remaining in the normal range and, in relation to Oxygen Saturation, its value improved considerably. Therefore, it can be stated that the intervention was effective in terms of improving the vital signs of the newborn, thus favoring the patient's hemodynamic status and respiratory pattern, and which does not represent a threat to them.

CUIDADOS DE ENFERMER\ucdA AL PACIENTE DURANTE EL POST OPERATORIO INMEDIATO Y MEDIATO DEL REEMPLAZO DE V\uc1LVULA MITRAL
No full textCon el objetivo de evaluar los cuidados de enfermer\ueda proporcionados al paciente durante el postoperatorio inmediato y mediato del reemplazo de v\ue1lvula mitral, se desarrolla una investigaci\uf3n de campo, descriptivo, no experimental de corte transversal. La poblaci\uf3n estuvo conformada por 11 enfermeras, a quienes previo consentimiento informado se les aplico un cuestionario de 44 \uedtems con escala de respuesta de Likert. Tomando en cuenta los resultados obtenidos, se concluye que en los cuidados postoperatorios se concentran en atender las constantes vitales, seg\ufan necesidades y siguiendo las distintas funciones vitales por sistema Neurol\uf3gico; Cardiovascular; Respiratorio; Gastrointestinal y Renal entre las distintas actividades las enfermeras identificadas fueron que identifica presencia de dolor en el paciente, utiliza en la valoraci\uf3n la escala de Glasgow, Ramsey y Aldrete, monitoriza y registra la presi\uf3n arterial y frecuencia cardiaca, valora y registra la PVC y temperatura, eval\ufaa sangrado postoperatorio, interpretaci\uf3n del electrocardiograma y valoraci\uf3n de pulsos arteriales. Monitorizan y registran la frecuencia respiratoria y pulsioximetr\ueda, valora la permeabilidad de las v\uedas a\ue9reas, aspira secreciones e interpreta los resultados de los gases arteriales, y ausculta el t\uf3rax valorando ruidos respiratorios, valora presencia de n\ue1useas, v\uf3mitos y diarrea, identifica signos de distensi\uf3n abdominal, inspecciona la regi\uf3n abdominal y eval\ufaa las caracter\uedsticas, verifica la permeabilidad y ubicaci\uf3n de sonda vesical, valora caracter\uedsticas de la orina y signos de edema, realiza el estricto balance h\ueddrico, eval\ufaa e interpreta las alteraciones en la diuresis, vigila tiempo de prescripci\uf3n de antibi\uf3ticos nefrot\uf3xicos, mide y registra la densidad urinaria y interpreta los resultados de electrolitos, urea y creatinina.

ABSTRACT
In order to evaluate the nursing care provided to the patient during the immediate and medial postoperative period undergoing mitral valve replacement surgery, a cross-sectional descriptive, non-experimental field investigation is developed. The population consisted of 11 nurses, who with prior informed consent were given a questionnaire of 44 items with a Likert response scale. Taking into account the results obtained, it is concluded that in the post-operative care they concentrate on attending the vital signs, according to needs and following the different vital functions by Neurological system; Cardiovascular; Respiratory; Gastrointestinal and Renal among the different activities the identified nurses were identifying the presence of pain in the patient, using the Glasgow, Ramsey and Aldrete scale in the assessment, monitoring and recording the blood pressure and heart rate, assessing and recording the PVC and temperature , evaluates postoperative bleeding, interpretation of the electrocardiogram and assessment of arterial pulses. They monitor and record the respiratory rate and pulse oximetry, assess the patency of the airways, aspirate secretions and interpret the results of arterial blood gases, and monitor the thorax assessing respiratory sounds, assess the presence of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, identify signs of abdominal distension , inspects the abdominal region and evaluates the characteristics, verifies the permeability and location of bladder catheter, assesses characteristics of the urine and signs of edema, performs the strict water balance, evaluates and interprets the changes in diuresis, monitors antibiotic prescription time nephrotoxic, measures and records urine density and interprets the results of electrolytes, urea and creatinine.
