LA TOMA DE DECISIONES EN LA MICRO, PEQUE 1A Y MEDIANA EMPRESA MEXICANA: UN AN\uc1LISIS DE LOS FACTORES DETERMINANTES

De acuerdo al Instituto Nacional de Estad\uedstica y Geograf\ueda (INEGI), en 2014, el 99.8% de las empresas en M\ue9xico son micro y peque\uf1a. El objetivo principal de esta investigaci\uf3n es identificar los factores que inciden en la toma de decisiones de los microempresarios establecidos en la ciudad de Chetumal, Quintana Roo, M\ue9xico. Se utiliza una muestra representativa de 81 empresas de este tipo, que se encuentran establecidas en la ciudad de Chetumal, Quintana Roo. Los resultados obtenidos, a trav\ue9s del an\ue1lisis multivariante y el an\ue1lisis de regresi\uf3n m\ufaltiple, indican que los factores m\ue1s importantes en la toma de decisiones son la experiencia, la informaci\uf3n financiera y el entorno. Asimismo, los hallazgos encontrados en esta investigaci\uf3n permiten afirmar que la toma de decisiones en la micro, peque\uf1a y mediana empresa en Chetumal, Quintana Roo, M\ue9xico se presenta de forma centralizada, informal e intuitiva. Esto debido a su estructura simple, al ambiente empresarial que las rodea y a la informaci\uf3n que disponen.

ABSTRACT
In Mexico, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) represent a strategic sector for development and constitutes the basic commercial unit. According to the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI), in 2014, 99.8% of companies in Mexico are micro and small. The main objective of this research is to identify the factors that influence the decision-making of microentrepreneurs established in the city of Chetumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico. A representative sample of 81 companies of this type are used, which are established in the city of Chetumal, Quintana Roo. The results obtained, through multivariate analysis and multiple regression analysis, indicate that the most important factors in decision making are experience, financial information and the environment. Likewise, the findings found in this research allow us to affirm that decision making in micro, small and medium enterprises in Chetumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico is presented in a centralized, informal and intuitive way. This is due to their simple structure, the business environment that surrounds them and the information they have.

RESUMO
No M\ue9xico, as micro, pequenas e m\ue9dias empresas (MPME) \ue9 um sector estrat\ue9gico para o desenvolvimento e \ue9 a unidade de base comercial. De acordo com o Instituto Nacional de Estat\uedstica e Geografia (INEGI) em 2014, 99,8% das empresas no M\ue9xico s\ue3o micro e pequenas. O principal objetivo desta pesquisa \ue9 identificar fatores que afetam a tomada de decis\ue3o dos microempres\ue1rios estabelecidos na cidade de Chetumal, Quintana Roo, M\ue9xico. Uma amostra representativa de 81 empresas deste tipo, que s\ue3o estabelecidos na cidade de Chetumal, Quintana Roo \ue9 usado. Os resultados obtidos atrav\ue9s da an\ue1lise multivariada e an\ue1lise de regress\ue3o m\ufaltipla indicam que os fatores mais importantes s\ue3o a experi\ueancia, informa\ue7\ue3o financeira e ao meio ambiente. Al\ue9m disso, os achados deste estudo permitem concluir que no micro, pequenas e m\ue9dias empresas em Chetumal, Quintana Roo, M\ue9xico, tomada de decis\ue3o \ue9 apresentado de forma central, informal e intuitiva. Isto \ue9 devido \ue0 sua estrutura simples, o ambiente de neg\uf3cios no entorno deles e as informa\ue7\uf5es que eles t\ueam.

PRODUCCI 3N CIENT\ucdFICA UNIVERSITARIA COMO ALTERNATIVA PARA POTENCIAR EL DESARROLLO DEL PA\ucdS.
No full textEl estudio desde una posici\uf3n hermen\ue9utica combinado con el enfoque racionalista deductivo, analiza las causas sobre la poca aplicabilidad de la producci\uf3n cient\uedfica universitaria (PCU) en sectores productivos. Revisa aspectos que contribuyen con la comprensi\uf3n del t\ue9rmino PCU, adem\ue1s de actores y escenarios que la vinculan con necesidades-realidades del desarrollo del pa\ueds y, finalmente, presenta alternativas para su aplicaci\uf3n atendiendo a potencialidades end\uf3genas de las universidades y los contextos que las circundan. Entre los hallazgos se tienen: a) Existe una visi\uf3n simplista y poco ambiciosa sobre lo que puede entenderse y proyectarse como PCU; b) Factores ex\uf3genos a las Universidades (apoyo financiero, calidad de vida del investigador, escenarios de experimentaci\uf3n, otros) afectan su aplicabilidad; c) Ausencia de estrategias para el fortalecimiento de los procesos de desarrollo tecnol\uf3gico y de innovaci\uf3n a partir del trabajo colectivo por parte de la comunidad cient\uedfica; d) Limitada disposici\uf3n hacia el emprendimiento de escenarios gerenciales para integrar la PCU a soluciones requeridas en sectores productivos p\ufablicos y privados. Se concluye con la necesidad de generar un modelo te\uf3rico de enfoque gerencial que describa los componentes y dimensiones necesarias para la aplicaci\uf3n de la PCU, partiendo de la capacidad t\ue9cnica, organizacional y estrat\ue9gica de las universidades.

ABSTRACT
This study from a hermeneutic position combined with the rationalistic deductive approach, analyzes the causes on the low applicability of university scientific production (PCU) in productive sectors. It reviews aspects that contribute to the understanding of the term PCU, as well as actors and scenarios that link it with needs - realities of the country's development and, finally, presents alternatives for its application, taking into account the endogenous potentialities of the universities and the contexts that surrounding them. Among the findings are: a) There is a simplistic and unambitious vision of what can be understood and projected as PCU; b) Exogenous factors to the Universities (financial support, quality of life of the researcher, experimentation scenarios, others) affect its applicability; c) Absence of strategies for the strengthening of technological development and innovation processes based on collective work by the scientific community; d) Limited willingness to undertake managerial scenarios to integrate the PCU with solutions required in public and private productive sectors. It concludes with the need to generate a theoretical model of managerial approach that describes the components and dimensions necessary for the PCU application, starting from the technical, organizational and strategic capacity of the universities.

RESUMO
O estudo foi feito a partir de uma posi\ue7\ue3o hermen\ueautica combinada com uma abordagem racionalista dedutiva e analisa as causas de pouca aplicabilidade da produ\ue7\ue3o cient\uedfica da universidade (PCU) em sectores produtivos. Revisa aspectos que contribuem para a compreens\ue3o do termo PCU, alem de atores e cen\ue1rios que a vinculam com necessidades e realidades do desenvolvimento do pa\ueds e, finalmente, apresenta alternativas para sua aplica\ue7\ue3o atendendo as potencialidades end\uf3genas das universidades nos contextos onde elas est\ue3o. Encontrou-se que: a) Existe uma vis\ue3o simplista e pouco ambiciosa sobre o que pode ser compreendido e projetado como PCU; b) Fatores ex\uf3genos \ue0s universidades (apoio financeiro, qualidade de vida do pesquisador e cen\ue1rios de experimenta\ue7\ue3o, entre outros fatores), que afetam a sua aplicabilidade; c) Falta de estrat\ue9gias para fortalecer os processos de desenvolvimento tecnol\uf3gico e inova\ue7\ue3o do trabalho coletivo pela comunidade cient\uedfica; d) Disposi\ue7\ue3o limitada para o empreendedorismo de cen\ue1rios de gerenciamento para integrar as solu\ue7\uf5es necess\ue1rias PCU em setores produtivos p\ufablicos e privados. Conclui-se com a necessidade de gerar um modelo te\uf3rico que descreva as dimens\uf5es forma de gest\ue3o e componentes necess\ue1rios para a implementa\ue7\ue3o do PCU, com base na capacidade t\ue9cnica, organizacional e estrat\ue9gica das universidades.

FORMACI 3N PROFESIONAL DESDE LA CONFIGURACI 3N AXIOL 3GICA DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EN LA GERENCIA UNIVERSITARIA
Get PDFEl prop\uf3sito de este ensayo, estuvo dirigido a reflexionar acerca de formaci\uf3n profesional desde la configuraci\uf3n axiol\uf3gica de la responsabilidad social en la gerencia universitaria. La metodolog\ueda empleada responde a una revisi\uf3n de los aspectos te\uf3ricos que explican las implicaciones de los constructos relacionados con una visi\uf3n acad\ue9mica de la gerencia de aula. La misma estuvo consustanciada con el quehacer del docente m\ue1s all\ue1 de lo instruccional para facilitar la formaci\uf3n de los profesionales que requiere el pa\ueds para asumir una actitud proactiva, cr\uedtica y reflexiva hacia la b\ufasqueda de la conciencia de la val\ueda socialmente responsable. De ah\ued que, la axiolog\ueda como una teor\ueda del valor, adem\ue1s del posicionamiento filos\uf3fico, tiene un referente existencial inherente a la formaci\uf3n profesional reflejadas en las conductas demostradas en las acciones de participaci\uf3n ciudadana, solidaridad y comportamientos \ue9ticos para asumir los entornos cada vez m\ue1s complejos donde prevalecen problemas econ\uf3micos, sociales y ambientales que obstaculizan el desarrollo de las sociedades. As\ued, la responsabilidad social universitaria alude el compromiso consecuente con la formaci\uf3n de los futuros profesionales y las maneras como trabajar\ue1n en las empresas desde una visi\uf3n \ue9tica, responsable que contribuye con el bien com\ufan y a la justicia social. Se concluy\uf3 que los valores como la fraternidad, la solidaridad, la responsabilidad social deber\uedan orientar la labor acad\ue9mica orientada a lograr ciudadanos probos y honestos comprometidos con la sociedad de la que forman parte y a la cual volcar\ue1n sus conocimientos para mejorar su calidad de vida, tratando de solucionar los problemas que la sociedad del conocimiento afronta.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this essay was aimed at reflecting on professional training from the axiological configuration of social responsibility in university management; for which a review of the theoretical aspects that explain the implications of the constructs related to an academic vision of classroom management was made, consistent
with the teacher's task beyond the instructional to facilitate the training of professionals required by the country to assume a proactive, critical and reflective attitude towards the search for the conscience of socially responsible worth. The axiology as a theory of value, in addition to the philosophical positioning, has an existential reference inherent to the professional training reflected in the behaviors demonstrated in the actions of citizen participation, solidarity and ethical behavior to assume the increasingly complex environments where economic problems prevail, social and environmental factors that hinder the development of societies. Thus, university social responsibility alludes to the consistent commitment to the training of future professionals and the ways in which they will work in companies from an ethical, responsible perspective that contributes to the common good and social justice. It was concluded from an axiological view that values such as fraternity, solidarity, and social responsibility should guide the academic work aimed at achieving honest and honest citizens committed to the society of which they are a part and to which they will turn their knowledge to improve their quality of life, trying to solve the problems that the knowledge society faces.

EFICACIA DE LA BUPIVACAINA 0.5% EN ANALGESIA POSTOPERATORIA EN PACIENTES SOMETIDOS A CIRUG\ucdA DE ABDOMEN INFERIOR. HOSPITAL CENTRAL UNIVERSITARIO DR. "ANTONIO MAR\ucdA PINEDA"

ABSTRACT
In order to determine the efficacy of bupivacaine 0,5% on postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing inferior abdomen surgery at Hospital Central Universitario \u93Dr. Antonio Mar\ueda Pineda\u94 it was carried out clinical single-blind controlled research for this purpose sample of 100 patients was studied randomly distributed in two groups: A group whom it was infiltrated Bupivacaine 0,5% in surgical wound prior surgical incision and B group corresponded a control sample. MECANISMOS DE RESISTENCIA DE PAJA RUGOSA (ISCHAEMUM RUGOSUM SALISB.) AL HERBICIDA BISPIRIBAC-SODIO EN EL CULTIVO DE ARROZ
Get PDFLa paja rugosa (Ischaemum rugosum Salisb) es una maleza dif\uedcil de controlar en arrozales venezolanos. El objetivo de este trabajo fue determinar el mecanismo de resistencia de accesiones de I. rugosum a bispiribac-sodio y su patr\uf3n de resistencia cruzada a otros herbicidas inhibidores de la enzima acetolactato sintetasa (ALS). Se establecieron tres bioensayos referentes a: (1) sinergismo entre bispiribac-sodio y malati\uf3n, (2) actividad de ALS y (3) patr\uf3n de resistencia cruzada. En el primero se establecieron bioensayos de respuesta a dosis con las accesiones resistentes (R): IR90G, IR269P e IR301CO con dosis crecientes de bispiribac-sodio solo o con 1000 g\ub7ha-1 i.a. de malati\uf3n asperjado 24 horas antes (0; 5; 10; 20; 40; 80; 160 y 320 g\ub7ha-1 i.a.) y la accesi\uf3n susceptible (S): IR143G (0; 0,312; 0,625; 1,25; 2,5; 5; 10 y 20 g\ub7ha-1 i.a.). En el segundo, se tomaron extractos de tejido de plantas R y S las cuales se incubaron en concentraciones de 0, 1, 10, 100, y 1000 nM de bispiribac-sodio. En el tercero se aplic\uf3 la dosis recomendada en la etiqueta de los herbicidas: bispiribac-sodio (PTB), imazetapir+imazapir (IMI); nicosulfuron (SU) y penoxsulam (TP) a raz\uf3n de 40; 154; 30 y 60 g\ub7ha-1 a.i., respectivamente. Los resultados mostraron que la accesi\uf3n IR269P tiene dos mecanismos de resistencia a bispiribac-sodio, uno por alteraci\uf3n del sitio activo y otro ajeno al sitio de acci\uf3n por degradaci\uf3n metab\uf3lica mediada por la enzima P450. En IR90G e IR301CO se determin\uf3 que la resistencia a bispiribac-sodio es debida a la alteraci\uf3n del sitio de acci\uf3n de la ALS.

ABSTRACT
Mechanisms of byspiribac-sodium herbicide resistance in wrinklegrass weed (Ischaemum rugosum Salisb.) in rice Wrinklegrass (Ischaemum rugosum Salisb), is a weed very difficult to control in Venezuelan rice fields. The purpose of this study was to assess the bispyribac-sodium mechanisms of resistance in accessions of I. rugosum and its pattern of cross-resistance with others ALS-inhibiting herbicides. Three experiments were established: (1) Bioassays on synergism between bispyribac-sodium and malathion, (2) ALS activity and (3) Cross-resistance patterns bioassays. The first experiment corresponded to dose response bioassays, using the resistant (R) accessions: IR90G, IR269P and IR301CO, exposed to increasing doses of bispyribac-sodium alone and 1000 g\ub7ha-1 a.i. of malathion applied 24 hours before (0; 5; 10; 20; 40; 80; 160 and 320 g\ub7ha-1 a.i.) and the susceptible (S) accession IR143G (0; 0.312; 0.625; 1.25; 2.5; 5; 10 and 20 g\ub7ha-1 a.i.). In the second experiment, plant tissue extracts from both R and S accessions were incubated with concentrations of 0, 1, 10, 100, and 1000 nM of bispyribac sodium, and in the third one were applied the recommended dosages indicated in the labels of the following herbicides; bispyribac-sodium (PTB), imazethapyr + imazapyr (IMI); nicosulfuron (SU) and penoxsulam (TP) at 40; 154; 30 and 60 g\ub7ha-1 a.i., respectively. The results showed that the IR269P accession has two bispyribac sodium resistance mechanisms; by the alteration of the herbicide active site and a mechanism outside the site of action, a metabolic degradation mediated by the enzyme P450. It was determined that the bispyribac-sodium resistance displayed by the accessions IR90G and IR301CO is due to the alteration of the site of action of ALS.

EFECTO DE UN RECUBRIMIENTO COMESTIBLE FORMULADO CON MUC\ucdLAGO DEL CACTUS (Opuntia elatior Mill.) SOBRE LA CALIDAD DE FRUTOS DE PI 1A M\ucdNIMAMENTE PROCESADOS
Get PDFLos recubrimientos comestibles (RC) constituyen una estrategia potencial para reducir los efectos perjudiciales que provoca el procesado m\uednimo en los frutos frescos cortados. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue evaluar el efecto de la aplicaci\uf3n de RC sobre algunos par\ue1metros fisicoqu\uedmicos y sensoriales de frutos de pi\uf1a cortados. Como RC se utiliz\uf3 muc\uedlago de cladodios del cactus al 10 y 20 % p/v. Los frutos, previamente tratados con hipoclorito de sodio, se cortaron en rodajas de 1 cm de espesor, se sumergieron en soluciones del muc\uedlago durante 1 min y se almacenaron a 6 \ub1 1 \ubaC durante 7 d\uedas. Se utiliz\uf3 un grupo control que fue sumergido en agua destilada. Se analizaron cinco repeticiones por tratamiento luego de 3, 5 y 7 d\uedas de almacenamiento. Se evalu\uf3 la p\ue9rdida de peso, firmeza, pH, acidez total titulable (ATT), s\uf3lidos solubles totales (SST), \ue1cido asc\uf3rbico y porcentaje de materia seca. Adicionalmente, se realiz\uf3 una evaluaci\uf3n sensorial al s\ue9ptimo d\ueda de almacenamiento. Los datos se compararon mediante an\ue1lisis de varianza y prueba de Duncan, mientras que la evaluaci\uf3n sensorial se analiz\uf3 mediante prueba no param\ue9trica de Friedman. Las muestras con recubrimiento difirieron significativamente (P=3D0,05) del control en la ATT, SST y \ue1cido asc\uf3rbico. El recubrimiento fue eficaz en retrasar la p\ue9rdida de peso y la firmeza. El an\ue1lisis sensorial revel\uf3 preferencia por las muestras recubiertas en los atributos de sabor, color, textura y apariencia. Se concluye que el recubrimiento con muc\uedlago de cactus ayud\uf3 a reducir los efectos perjudiciales del procesamiento m\uednimo en la pi\uf1a fresca cortada.

ABSTRACT
Effect of an edible coating prepared with cactus mucilage (Opuntia elatior Mill.) on quality of minimally processed pineapple
Edible coatings constitute a potential strategy to reduce the harmful effects caused by minimal processing on sliced fresh fruits. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of cactus mucilage as edible coatings on some physic-chemical and sensory parameters of cut pineapple fruit. The edible coating was prepared with mucilage at 10 and 20 % (w/v). The fruits were treated with sodium hypochlorite, cut into 1 cm thick slices, immersed in solutions of mucilage for 1 min, and stored at 6 \ub1 1 \ub0C for 7 days. A control group immersed in distilled water was used. Five replications per treatment were analyzed after 3, 5 and 7 days storage. The parameters evaluated were loss weight, firmness, pH, total titratable acidity (TTA), total soluble solids (TSS), ascorbic acid and dry matter percentage. Sensory evaluation was performed at 7th day of storage. The data were analyzed using ANOVA and Duncan test, while Friedman nonparametric test was used to analyze the sensory evaluation. The coated samples differed significantly (P=3D0.05) in the ATT, SST, and ascorbic acid. Further, the coating showed to be effective in retarding the weight loss and firmness. Sensory analysis revealed that the judges had preference for coated samples at the end of storage for taste, color, texture and appearance attributes. It is concluded that coating with cactus mucilage helped to reduce the detrimental effects caused by minimal processing on fresh cut pineapple.

ABRIENDO LAS VALLAS DE LA SUMISI 3N. UN CAMINO A LA ESPERANZA
No full textCon el prop\uf3sito de coadyuvar en la creaci\uf3n de una conciencia de equidad que se inicie en el reconocimiento de la mujer como persona social con derechos y obligaciones, cuya feminidad ha de ser vista desde una perspectiva que favorezca el crecimiento de una sociedad m\ue1s humana; este trabajo fundamentado en el m\ue9todo bibliogr\ue1fico-documental, reflexiona sobre los resultados obtenidos en la l\uednea de investigaci\uf3n de estudios de g\ue9nero, que desde hace algunos a\uf1os viene desarrollando la autora, (Ord\uf3\uf1ez, 2011, 2012) y est\ue1 orientado a comprender esa an\uf3mala situaci\uf3n en la que una mujer, sujeta a peri\uf3dicas situaciones de agravio, permanece atada al dolor f\uedsico o psicol\uf3gico, que le produce humillaci\uf3n, que la priva de satisfacci\uf3n y que la apremia a una actitud de sumisi\uf3n ante su pareja. De la trocha transitada se concluye que la dificultad que enfrenta la mujer maltratada para liberarse del status de v\uedctima, no puede ser explicada a trav\ue9s de un argumento \ufanico, por el contrario, el proceso de pensar y discernir acerca de esta luctuosa realidad, amerita de un exhaustivo an\ue1lisis, cuya conclusi\uf3n final emane de las diversas perspectivas que a lo largo del tiempo, han intentado comprender y poner fin a las desigualdades subyacentes en las relaciones de g\ue9nero.

In order to assist in creating an awareness of equity, commenced in the recognition of women as a social person with rights and obligations, whose femininity has to be seen from a perspective that favors the growth of a more humane society; This paper reflects on the results of the research of gender studies, which for some years has been developing the author (Ord\uf3\uf1ez, 2011, 2012) and is oriented to understand this anomalous situation in which a woman, subject to periodic situations tort, remains tied to physical or psychological pain that it causes humiliation, deprived of the satisfaction and urges that an attitude of submission to their partner. From the busy trail concludes that the difficulty facing the battered woman to free the victim status, cannot be explained by a single argument, however, the process of thinking and discerning about this sad reality, warrants of a comprehensive analysis, the final conclusion emanating from the diverse perspectives that throughout time have tried to understand and stop the underlying inequalities in gender relations.
