REDES SOCIALES VIRTUALES EN EL PROCESO DE ENSE 1ANZA Y APRENDIZAJE DEL ESTUDIANTE UNIVERSITARIO
Get PDFLa finalidad de este ensayo es reflexionar sobre el uso de las redes sociales virtuales en el proceso de ense\uf1anza y aprendizaje del estudiante universitario. Metodol\uf3gicamente se apoy\uf3 en la revisi\uf3n documental de algunos planteamientos te\uf3ricos para argumentar los aspectos relacionados con las redes sociales que advierte (a) la existencia de una red incorporada a la realidad globalizada; (b) la cercan\ueda del ciberespacio, en el mismo entorno de las instituciones educativas de formaci\uf3n profesional (c) la ense\uf1anza-aprendizaje con el uso y aprovechamiento de las TIC y la internet. Finalmente se concluy\uf3 que las redes sociales virtuales deben responder a los intereses acad\ue9micos de los estudiantes universitarios desde sus necesidades socializadoras en las comunidades digitales, aprovechando la convergencias de las telecomunicaciones en la red social a trav\ue9s de los dispositivos m\uf3viles, donde se concentran las posibilidades que ofrece la ubicuidad que trasciende, distancias, tiempo, lugar en los \ue1mbitos f\uedsicos de interacci\uf3n comunicacional de las personas.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this essay is to reflect on virtual social networks in the teaching and learning process of college level students. Methodologically it was based on the documentary review of some theoretical approaches to argue about the aspects related to social networks that warns of (a) the existence of a network incorporated to the globalized reality; (b) the proximity of cyberspace, in the outline of educational institutions of vocational training; (c) the teaching and learning with the use and use of ICTs and the internet. Finally, it was concluded that virtual social networks should respond to the academic interests of university students and their socializing needs in digital communities, taking advantage of the convergences of telecommunications in the social network through mobile devices, which concentrates the possibilities offered by the ubiquity that transcends distances, time and place in the physical realms of people's communication interaction.

ECOSISTEMA NARANJA: ELEMENTOS EN LAS ARTES ESCENICAS EN CARORA, VENEZUELA
Get PDFLa Econom\ueda Naranja relaciona el sector creativo, cultural, econ\uf3mico y social a nivel mundial, dicho sector se trasfigura en una oportunidad enfocada en el talento, intercambiar creaciones y dar vida a productos completamente innovadores, llenos de valor intelectual y expresivo. La investigaci\uf3n se centra en el ecosistema naranja a nivel local de la ciudad, comprendido en danza y el teatro. Los objetivos son determinar la oferta, describir la demanda e identificar las instituciones relacionadas a sector creativo. Investigaci\uf3n de tipo cuantitativa, con una metodolog\ueda descriptiva, transversal y un dise\uf1o de campo, la t\ue9cnica de recolecci\uf3n de datos fue a trav\ue9s de la encuesta y gu\ueda de observaci\uf3n. Los resultados se analizaron en programas estad\uedsticos SPSS y Excel expresados en gr\ue1ficos de sectores y cuadros. Se concluye que la ciudad cuenta con organizaciones e instituciones acad\ue9micas destinadas a las artes mencionadas, de reconocida tradici\uf3n, organizadoras de actividades culturales de alto nivel. Se recomienda la participaci\uf3n gubernamental y el sector privado para conformar un Ecosistema Naranja en la Ciudad.

ABSTRACT
The Orange Economy relates the creative, cultural, economic and social sector worldwide, this sector is transformed into an opportunity focused on talent, creations exchange and give life to completely innovative products, full of intellectual and expressive value. The research focuses on the orange ecosystem at the local level of the city, including dance and theater. The objectives are to determine the offer, describe the demand and identify the institutions related to the creative sector. Quantitative research, with a descriptive, cross-sectional methodology and a field design was undertaken; the technique of data collection was through a survey and an observation guide. The results were analyzed in SPSS and Excel statistical programs expressed in pie charts and tables. It is concluded that the city has organizations and academic institutions of recognized tradition dedicated to the mentioned arts, and high level organizers of cultural activities. Government participation and the private sector are recommended to form an Orange Ecosystem in the City.

A Economia Laranja relaciona o setor criativo, cultural, econ\uf4mico e social ao n\uedvel mundial, este setor \ue9 uma oportunidade focada ao talento, intercambiar produ\ue7\uf5es e dar vida aos produtos completamente inovadores, cheios de valor intelectual e expressivo. A pesquisa se centra no ecossistema laranja ao n\uedvel local, a cidade, abarcando dan\ue7a e teatro. Os objetivos s\ue3o determinar a oferta, descrever a demanda e identificar as institui\ue7\uf5es relacionadas ao setor criativo. A pesquisa \ue9 de tipo quantitativa, com uma metodologia descritiva, transversal e um delineamento de campo, a t\ue9cnica de coleta de dados foi atrav\ue9s de question\ue1rio e guia de observa\ue7\ue3o. Os resultados se analisaram em programas estat\uedsticos SPSS e Excel expressados em gr\ue1ficos de setores e quadros. Concluiu-se que a cidade conta com organiza\ue7\uf5es e institui\ue7\uf5es acad\ueamicas destinadas \ue0s artes mencionadas, de reconhecida tradi\ue7\ue3o, organizadoras de atividades culturais de alto n\uedvel. Recomenda-se a participa\ue7\ue3o governamental e o setor privado para conformar um Ecossistema Laranja na Cidade.

No full textUno de los productos con mayor reconocimiento en la comunidad acad\ue9mica son los art\uedculos cient\uedficos. Para ello, es importante que las revistas tengan un importante nivel de visibilidad, logrado a trav\ue9s de su permanencia en cat\ue1logos internacionales y en Repositorios Institucionales (RI). El objetivo de esta investigaci\uf3n fue determinar la producci\uf3n cient\uedfica, dentro de SaberULA, de los 67 investigadores pertenecientes al Premio de Est\uedmulo al Investigador (clasificaci\uf3n 2015), adscritos al n\ufacleo Dr. Pedro Rinc\uf3n Guti\ue9rrez, de la Universidad de Los Andes. El estudio se enmarc\uf3 dentro del paradigma cuantitativo con complementariedad cualitativa. Se trat\uf3 de un trabajo documental para el cual se analiz\uf3 la producci\uf3n cient\uedfica de ellos, entre enero de 2005 y septiembre 2016, en las 90 revistas especializadas de esta casa de estudios. Se evidenci\uf3 un escaso aporte promedio de 0,47 art\uedculo cient\uedfico p\ue9r capita por a\uf1o; igualmente, una acentuada tendencia hacia la pr\ue1ctica de la endogamia por parte de algunos editores y miembros de comit\ue9s editoriales.

ABSTRACT
One of the products with most recognition in the academic community is the scientific article. For that, it is important for journals to have a high level of visibility. This is achieved through its presence in international catalogs and in Institutional Repositories (IR). The aim of this research was to determine the scientific production, in SaberULA, of the 67 researchers who are part of the Reward of Encouragement to the Researcher (classification 2015), who work for the Dr. Pedro Rincon Gutierrez Extension, of the University of Los Andes. The research was based in the quantitative approach complemented by the qualitative one. It was a documental work in which the researchers' scientific production was analyzed, between January 2005 and September 2016, in the 90 specialized journals of this university. It was evidenced a lack of contribution with an average of 0.47 scientific article per year; also, a strong tendency to endogamy by some of the editors and members of editorial committees.

DE LO NEGRO A LO PROPIO REFLEXIONES SOBRE LA HERENCIA CULTURAL AFRICANA EN VENEZUELA
Get PDFEl presente ensayo tiene como objetivo reflexionar sobre la herencia africana negra en Venezuela, como aporte a la cultura del pa\ueds. En cuanto a la perspectiva metodol\uf3gica, se adopta la hermen\ue9utica cr\uedtica, como m\ue9todo de argumentaci\uf3n y la ex\ue9gesis como t\ue9cnica argumentativa, para disertar sobre tres aspectos que forman parte del legado africano y que dan cuenta de nuestra identidad cultural: lo hist\uf3rico-social, lo religioso y lo ling\ufc\uedstico. Con relaci\uf3n al legado hist\uf3rico y social, la autora comenta la participaci\uf3n del negro en la historia venezolana, incorporando la idea de "cimarronaje"; en atenci\uf3n a la visi\uf3n m\ue1gico-religiosa, deja entrever el hilo de magia que ronda el ideario religioso del hombre negro; y a prop\uf3sito del legado ling\ufc\uedstico muestra algunos t\ue9rminos de origen africano que han quedado en el espa\uf1ol actual. La autora concluye que para hablar de la influencia de la cultura negra en Venezuela, se deben discutir los m\ufaltiples factores que inciden en la conformaci\uf3n de la cultura en este pa\ueds, desde diversas visiones disciplinarias y desde productos culturales del arte, m\ue1s all\ue1 de la mera herencia o legado hist\uf3rico-antropol\uf3gico.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this paper is to reflect about the African black heritage in Venezuela, as a contribution to the country's culture. Regarding the methodological perspective, critical hermeneutics is adopted, as a method of argumentation and exegesis as an argumentative technique, to discuss three aspects that are part of the African legacy and that account for our cultural identity: the historical-social one, the religious one and the linguistic one. Regarding the historical and social legacy, the author comments on the participation of the African people in Venezuelan history, incorporating the idea of ??"cimarronaje"; in attention to the magical-religious vision, it shows the thread of magic that surrounds the religious ideology of the black man; and on the subject of the linguistic legacy, it illustrates some terms of African origin that have remained in the current Spanish. The author concludes that to talk about the influence of black culture in Venezuela, we must discuss the multiple factors that influence the conformation of culture in this country, from diverse disciplinary visions and from cultural products of art, beyond the mere heritage or historical-anthropological legacy.

No full textEl prop\uf3sito de este estudio es presentar los cambios ocurridos en las peque\uf1as empresas superiores del sector comercio en el Estado Lara, en cuanto a: comunicaci\uf3n, eficiencia, capacidades directivas, identidad, reconocimientos e incentivos y contribuci\uf3n personal, luego de la implantaci\uf3n del software. Enfocada en analizar los aspectos organizacionales antes mencionados, previos a la implantaci\uf3n y en la postimplantaci\uf3n, indagar sobre las apreciaciones de los l\uedderes responsables, sobre las caracter\uedsticas del software. Enmarcada dentro de un dise\uf1o no experimental, transeccional y descriptivo, alineado a un estudio de campo. La poblaci\uf3n fue representada por 30 peque\uf1as empresas superiores, con ocupaci\uf3n de 5 a 20 personas y a trav\ue9s de los l\uedderes encargados de proyectos, se recogieron sus opiniones por medio de un cuestionario mixto. En cuanto a la comunicaci\uf3n, los l\uedderes de proyectos indicaron que mejor\uf3 el sistema de comunicaci\uf3n de las empresas, para la eficiencia, hubo una optimizaci\uf3n, se observ\uf3 en las capacidades directivas, delegaci\uf3n de responsabilidades para el mantenimiento del sistema, para la identidad, cambios menores, en objetivos, metas y pol\uedticas de la organizaci\uf3n y por \ufaltimo, las contribuciones personales junto a los reconocimientos e incentivos, que estuvieron presentes pero con poca envergadura.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to present the changes in the upper small firms in the trade sector, in terms of communication, efficiency, management skills, identity, recognition and incentives and personal contribution, after the implementation of a management system in Lara State. Focused on the above analysis, pre-implantation and organizational aspects in postimplantation investigate the findings of the leaders responsible for the software features. I framed within a non-experimental, descriptive design transactional and aligned to a field study. The population was represented by 30 small companies higher, with occupation of 5-20 people and leaders through project managers, their opinions were collected by a data collection instrument. As for communication, project leaders indicated that improved communication system companies, for efficiency, there was an optimization, was observed in managerial skills, delegation of responsibility for maintenance of the system for identity changes minors, goals, objectives and policies of the organization and finally, personal contributions with the awards and incentives that were present but little importance.

No full textLas pol\uedticas p\ufablicas (PP) establecidas por los gobiernos de Latinoam\ue9rica en el sector suministro de energ\ueda son determinantes en el control de las emisiones de Gases de Efecto Invernadero (GEI). El objetivo de esta investigaci\uf3n es determinar cu\ue1les son las PP del sector suministro de energ\ueda adoptadas en Latinoam\ue9rica, as\ued como tambi\ue9n, el vincular las PP empleadas en la regi\uf3n a los Indicadores Energ\ue9ticos del Desarrollo Sostenible (IEDS). La metodolog\ueda empleada tiene las siguientes caracter\uedsticas: la fuente de recolecci\uf3n de los datos es documental y la poblaci\uf3n que se aborda son los pa\uedses latinoamericanos. Los resultados muestran que las PP presentes con mayor frecuencia entre los pa\uedses son el \u93incremento de la participaci\uf3n de energ\uedas renovables\u94,
\u93promoci\uf3n e incremento de la eficiencia energ\ue9tica\u94 y \u93diversificaci\uf3n de la matriz energ\ue9tica\u94. Seguidamente, las PP se vincularon a los IEDS, lo cual permite una asociaci\uf3n de ambos, siendo necesario para an\ue1lisis o determinaci\uf3n de eficiencias en investigaciones posteriores. Entre las conclusiones se tiene que la mayor\ueda de los pa\uedses de Latinoam\ue9rica avanza o por lo menos hace intentos por generar \u93energ\ueda verde\u94, lo cual contribuye al control de emisiones de GEI desde importante sector.

ABSTRACT
The public policies (PP) established by the governments of Latin America in the energy supply sector are determining factors in the control of Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions. The objective of this research is to determine which PP in the energy supply sector are adopted in Latin America, as well as to link the PP used in the region to the Energetic Indicators of Sustainable Development (EISD). The methodology applied has the following characteristics: the source of data collection is documentary and the studied population is made up of Latin American countries. The results show that the most frequent PP present among the countries are the "increase in the share of renewable energies", "promotion and increase in energetic efficiency" and "diversification of the energy matrix". Next, the PP were linked to the EISD, which allows an association of both two. ?is is necessary for the analysis or the determination of efficiencies in subsequent investigations. Among the conclusions, most of the countries in Latin America advance to generate "green energy", or at least make attempts to do so, which contributes to the control of GHG emissions from an important sector.

GOBERNABILIDAD EN EL ESTADO PATRIMONIAL, REFERENCIA AL CASO VENEZOLANO
Get PDFEste ensayo aborda los condicionantes de la Gobernabilidad en el denominado Estado Patrimonial, teniendo como referencia comparativa el Estado Fiscal, con particular referencia caso venezolano. Mediante investigaci\uf3n documental pretende evidenciar que la emergencia y posterior maduraci\uf3n de un Estado con ingresos propios fue posible gracias a la renta petrolera internacional, que lo dota de autonom\ueda financiera y una capacidad de maniobra para concentrar y centralizar el poder, alej\ue1ndose de pautas democr\ue1ticas. La entrop\ueda resultante de unas relaciones sin contrapesos y la reducci\uf3n de los ingresos petroleros amenazan la sostenibilidad financiera y la viabilidad de la hegemon\ueda pol\uedtica del grupo en funciones de gobierno. De acuerdo a la tesis manejada, la crisis econ\uf3mico-pol\uedtica que acontece en la segunda d\ue9cada del presente siglo encuentra explicaci\uf3n en la contradicci\uf3n entre unas normas e instituciones dise\uf1adas para un Estado Patrimonial que pugna por mantenerse y una base financiera precaria, caracter\uedstica del Estado Fiscal.

ABSTRACT
This essay addresses the determinants of Governance in the so-called Patrimonial State, having as a reference the Fiscal State, with particular reference to the Venezuelan case. ?rough documentary research, it seeks to show that the emergence and subsequent maturation of a State with its own income was possible thanks to the international oil income, which gives it financial autonomy and a maneuvering capacity to concentrate and centralize power, moving away from democratic guidelines. The entropy resulting from relations without counterweights and the reduction of oil revenues threaten the financial sustainability and viability of the group's political hegemony as government. According to the thesis, the economic-political crisis, that takes place in the second decade of the present century, finds explanation in the contradiction between some norms and institutions designed for a Patrimonial State that struggles to maintain itself and a precarious financial base, characteristic of the Fiscal State.
