LA GESTI 3N FORMATIVA EN CENTROS UNIVERSITARIOS BAJO UN ENFOQUE DE VALORES
Get PDFEl prop\uf3sito de este ensayo estuvo dirigido a reflexionar acerca de la formaci\uf3n profesional desde la configuraci\uf3n axiol\uf3gica de la responsabilidad social en la gerencia universitaria. De ah\ued, que la axiolog\ueda como una teor\ueda del valor tiene un referente inherente a la formaci\uf3n profesional reflejada en acciones de participaci\uf3n ciudadana, solidaridad y comportamientos \ue9ticos para enfrentar la complejidad del entorno donde prevalecen problemas econ\uf3micos, sociales, morales y ambientales que obstaculizan el desarrollo de las sociedades. Por su parte, la responsabilidad social universitaria alude al compromiso consecuente con la formaci\uf3n de los futuros profesionales y las maneras como trabajar\ue1n en las empresas desde una \uf3ptica moral y responsable, contribuyendo con el bien com\ufan y la justicia social. La metodolog\ueda empleada consisti\uf3 en una revisi\uf3n te\uf3rica que sirvi\uf3 para explicar algunas de las implicaciones de los constructos relacionados con la visi\uf3n acad\ue9mica de la gerencia del aula, concluy\ue9ndose que valores como la fraternidad, solidaridad y responsabilidad social deber\uedan guiar la labor acad\ue9mica orientada a lograr ciudadanos probos y honestos comprometidos con la sociedad a la cual volcar\ue1n sus conocimientos para mejorar su calidad de vida y tratar de solucionar algunos de los problemas que en el plano educativo la misma sociedad afronta.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this essay was aimed to reflect about professional training from the axiological configuration of social responsibility in university management; for which a review of the theoretical aspects that explain some of the implications of the constructs related to an academic vision of classroom management was made, consistent with the teacher's task beyond the instructional to facilitate the training of professionals required by the country to assume a proactive, critical and reflective attitude towards the search for awareness of socially responsible value. The axiology as a theory of value, in addition to the philosophical positioning, has an existential reference inherent to the professional training reflected in the behaviors demonstrated in the actions of citizen participation, solidarity and ethical behavior to assume the increasingly complex environments where economic, social and other problems prevent societies' development. Thus, university social responsibility alludes to the consistent commitment to the training of future professionals and the ways in which they will work in companies from an ethical and responsible perspective that contributes to the common good and social justice. It was concluded from an axiological view, that values such as fraternity, solidarity, and social responsibility should guide the academic work aimed at achieving honest citizens committed to the society of which they are part of and to which they will turn their knowledge to improve their quality of life, trying to solve the problems that the knowledge society itself faces.

RESUMO
O objetivo deste ensaio foi refletir sobre a forma\ue7\ue3o profissional a partir da configura\ue7\ue3o axiol\uf3gica da responsabilidade social na gest\ue3o universit\ue1ria. Dai que a axiologia como uma teoria do valor tem um referente inerente \ue0 forma\ue7\ue3o profissional refletida em a\ue7\uf5es de participa\ue7\ue3o cidad\ue3, solidariedade e comportamento \ue9tico para enfrentar a complexidade do ambiente onde prevalecem problemas econ\uf4micos, sociais, morais e ambientais que dificultam o desenvolvimento das sociedades. Por sua parte, a responsabilidade social da universidade se refere ao compromisso consistente com a forma\ue7\ue3o de futuros profissionais e formas de trabalhar nas empresas a partir de uma perspectiva moral e respons\ue1vel, contribuindo para o bem comum e a justi\ue7a social. A metodologia utilizada consistiu em uma revis\ue3o te\uf3rica que serviu para explicar algumas das implica\ue7\uf5es dos construtos relacionados \ue0 vis\ue3o acad\ueamica da gest\ue3o da sala de aula, concluindo que valores como fraternidade, solidariedade e responsabilidade social devem orientar o trabalho acad\ueamico voltado para a conquista de cidad\ue3os honestos comprometidos com a sociedade para a qual eles v\ue3o direcionar seus conhecimentos para melhorar sua qualidade de vida e tentar resolver alguns dos problemas que, no n\uedvel educacional, a mesma sociedade enfrenta.

El estudio se realiz\uf3 bajo la modalidad de investigaci\uf3n de campo bajo el paradigma socio cr\uedtico, m\ue9todo investigaci\uf3n acci\uf3n participativa (IAP); tomando las caracter\uedsticas laborales de 13 docentes durante el a\uf1o escolar 2012-2013 de ser activos en sus funciones. Se concluye resaltando la importancia de difundir informaci\uf3n en pro de la salud de los trabajadores de la educaci\uf3n e instando a otros investigadores a abordar esta tem\ue1tica para promover cambio. Se recomienda al directivo de la instituci\uf3n hacer prosecuci\uf3n a las estrategias ejecutadas para consolidar una cultura de vida saludable y actuar as\ued de forma preventivas ante las amenazas a la salud del personal. We worked on the basis of promoting the minimization of psychosocial risks in the teachers of Escuela Integral Bolivariana: "Rafael Rangel" II of the municipality Nirgua Yaracuy, through management strategies. The study was conducted under the modality of field research under the socio-critical paradigm, participatory action research method (IAP); taking the labor characteristics of 13 teachers during the 2012-2013 school year to be active in their duties. It concludes by highlighting the importance of disseminating information for the health of education workers and urging other researchers to address this issue to promote change. It is recommended that the director of the institution pursue the strategies implemented to consolidate a healthy life culture and act in a preventive manner in the face of threats to the health of the staff. MEDIDAS DE PREVENCI 3N DE NEUMON\ucdAS ASOCIADAS A LA VENTILACI 3N MEC\uc1NICA
No full textEstablecer un diagn\uf3stico adecuado de neumon\ueda asociada a la ventilaci\uf3n mec\ue1nica es uno de los requisitos m\ue1s importantes y dif\uedciles en el cuidado de pacientes en estado cr\uedtico. El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la aplicaci\uf3n de medidas de prevenci\uf3n de neumon\uedas asociadas a la ventilaci\uf3n mec\ue1nica. Personal de enfermer\ueda Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos. La presente investigaci\uf3n se ubica en el paradigma positivista, cuantitativo, no experimental, de tipo descriptiva apoyada con dise\uf1o de campo, transversal. La poblaci\uf3n fue 6 pacientes a quienes el personal de enfermer\ueda realizaba cuidados y bajo la t\ue9cnica de observaci\uf3n, se utiliza como instrumento para la recolecci\uf3n de datos; una lista de cotejo, se registr\uf3 la aplicaci\uf3n de las medidas para la prevenci\uf3n de neumon\uedas asociadas a la ventilaci\uf3n mec\ue1nica a trav\ue9s de una lista de enunciados para determinar si lo hace o no lo hace, es decir, con repuesta dicot\uf3mica. El instrumento constituido por 46 enunciados distribuidos en 4 dimensiones. Se concluye un gran porcentaje cumple la aplicaci\uf3n de la t\ue9cnica de lavado de manos y ejecuta de manera correcta el movimiento de los pacientes para que estos est\ue9n m\ue1s c\uf3modos y su recuperaci\uf3n sea satisfactoria, as\ued mismo, en los cuidados pre, intra y post aspiraci\uf3n de secreciones subgl\uf3ticas y desinfecci\uf3n de la cavidad oral, un alto porcentaje cumple con las precauciones y los cuidados en todas las fases, mientras que en los Cambios de los circuitos del ventilador y el uso de humidificadores pre aspiraci\uf3n todas cumplen con los cuidados.

ABSTRACT
Establish an adequate diagnosis of mechanical ventilation-associated pneumonia is one of the requirements most important and difficult in the care of patients in critical condition. The objective of this study was to evaluate the implementation of prevention measures of mechanical ventilation-associated pneumonia. Intensive care unit nursing staff. This research is located in the paradigm quantitative, positivist, non-experimental, descriptive supported with field design, cross. The population was 6 patients who nurses was low and care observation technique, is used as a tool for data collection; a list of matching, the implementation of measures for the prevention of pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation through a list of statements to determine if it does or does not, i.e., with response dichotomous was recorded. The instrument consisting of 46 statements distributed in 4 dimensions. We conclude a large percentage complies with the application of the technique of hand-washing and runs properly the movement of patients so that they are more comfortable and his recovery is satisfactory, likewise, care pre intra and post aspiration of subglottic secretions and the oral cavity disinfection, a high percentage compliance with precautions and care in all phases, while in the changes of the circuits of the fan and the use of humidifiers pre vacuum circuits all comply with care.

EFECTO DE LA IMPLEMENTACI 3N DE DIFERENTES SISTEMAS AGR\ucdCOLAS SOBRE LA CALIDAD DEL SUELO EN EL MUNICIPIO DE CACHIPAY, CUNDINAMARCA, COLOMBIA
Get PDFLa calidad del suelo es considerada una medida de la sostenibilidad del uso de la tierra y de las pr\ue1cticas de manejo agr\uedcola. Dicha calidad puede determinarse trav\ue9s del seguimiento de diferentes tipos de indicadores: f\uedsicos, qu\uedmicos y biol\uf3gicos. El objetivo del presente estudio fue evaluar el efecto de la implementaci\uf3n de diferentes manejos agr\uedcolas en cuatro sistemas productivos (SP) representativos (policultivo, cultivo de caf\ue9 org\ue1nico, cultivo de guatila o chayote (Sechium edule) y pastizal en descanso) del municipio de Cachipay, Cundinamarca, Colombia. Se realizaron dos eventos de muestreo en los meses de junio y septiembre 2016, en los cuales se seleccionaron dos \ue1reas de muestreo para cada SP. Dentro de cada \ue1rea, se establecieron dos cuadrantes (2,5 x 2,5 m) de donde se tomaron dos muestras compuestas (25 submuestras) de suelo (0-15 cm). Los resultados muestran que el policultivo y el cultivo de caf\ue9 org\ue1nico impactaron positivamente el estado f\uedsico del suelo (resistencia a la penetraci\uf3n, di\ue1metro medio ponderado, \uedndices de estabilidad y estado de agregaci\uf3n), lo cual genera un mejor ambiente para los microorganismos ed\ue1ficos, reflejado en una mayor densidad de heter\uf3trofos totales y mayor actividad enzim\ue1tica de catalasa. En general, la tendencia fue similar para cada SP en los dos eventos de muestreo. Lo anterior demuestra que la implementaci\uf3n de distintas pr\ue1cticas de manejo agr\uedcola en los SP ocasiona modificaciones en las propiedades ed\ue1ficas, lo cual podr\ueda alterar los procesos del suelo y su funcionamiento.

ABSTRACT
Soil quality is considered a measure of the sustainability of land use and agricultural management practices. This quality can be determined by monitoring different types of physical, chemical and biological soil indicators. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of the implementation of different agricultural management in four representative production systems (PS) such as polyculture, organic coffee cultivation, crop of Sechium edule, and pasture at rest) at the municipality of Cachipay in Cundinamarca, Colombia. Two sampling events were carried out in June and September 2016, in which two sampling areas were selected for each PS. Within each area, two quadrants (2.5 x 2.5 m) were established from which two composite samples (25 subsamples each) of soil (0-15 cm) were taken. The results show that the polyculture and the organic coffee crop positively impact the physical state of the soil (penetration resistance, mean weighted diameter, stability index, and aggregation states), which seems to generate a better environment for edaphic microorganisms, reflected in a higher density of total heterotrophs and higher catalase enzymatic activity. It showed that implementation of different agricultural management practices in the PS generates modifications in the soil properties, which can alter the soil processes and their functioning.

CAPACIDAD ANTAG 3NICA IN VITRO DE TRICHODERMA SPP. FRENTE A RHIZOCTONIA SOLANI KUHN Y FUSARIUM
Get PDFLa rizoctoniosis (Rhizoctonia solani) y la fusariosis (Fusarium verticillioides) son las enfermedades f\ufangicas de mayor relevancia en el cultivo de ma\uedz, ocasionando p\ue9rdidas econ\uf3micas y deterioro en la calidad de los granos. En este trabajo se determin\uf3 la capacidad antag\uf3nica in vitro de 16 aislamientos de Trichoderma spp. frente a R. solani y F. verticillioides, con el objeto de identificar aquellos aislamientos con mayor potencial para el control de los pat\uf3genos mencionados. Se realizaron pruebas de cultivo duales, utilizando platos Petri con medio papa dextrosa agar. La evaluaci\uf3n se realiz\uf3 durante 14 d\uedas. Se emple\uf3 un dise\uf1o completamente al azar con cinco repeticiones por tratamiento. Los aislamientos de Trichoderma estudiados mostraron diferencias significativas en las variables de porcentaje de inhibici\uf3n del crecimiento (PIC) y n\ufamero de esclerocios formados en los enfrentamientos contra R. solani, y las variables de PIC y porcentaje de inhibici\uf3n de la esporulaci\uf3n al enfrentar a F. verticillioides. Adem\ue1s, en general, se observaron tendencias a favor de la capacidad antag\uf3nica de Trichoderma en las variables de porcentaje de reducci\uf3n de esclerocios, porcentaje de esclerocios parasitados y grado antag\uf3nico. Los aislamientos m\ue1s promisorios frente a R. solani fueron Santa Luc\ueda (F. koningii) y 06142 (Trichoderma croseum), mientras que frente a F. verticillioides fueron BAPSOS e I9 (ambos identificados como T. harzianum). Fusarium mostr\uf3 una mayor resistencia a ser colonizado, en comparaci\uf3n a Rhizoctonia, por las especies evaluadas de Trichoderma.

ABSTRACT
The rizoctoniosis (Rhizoctonia solani) and scab (Fusarium verticillioides) are the most important fungal diseases in maize, causing economic losses and deterioration in the quality of the grains. In this research, the antagonistic capacity of Trichoderma spp. against R. solani and F. verticillioides was determined in vitro, in order to identify those isolates with the highest potential to control the mentioned pathogens. Dual culture tests were performed during 14 days, using Petri dishes with potato dextrose agar medium. The evaluation was conducted using a completely randomized design with five replicates. Trichoderma isolates showed significant differences in the variables of percentage of growth inhibition (PGI) and number of sclerotia formed in its interactions with R. solani, and the variables of PGI and percentage of sporulation inhibition in the interaction with F. verticillioides. Also, a general trend was observed favoring the antagonistic capacity of Trichoderma in the variables of percentage of reduction in the number of sclerotia, percentage of sclerotia parasitized and antagonistic degree. The most promising isolates against R. solani were Santa Luc\ueda (T. koningii) and 06142 (T. croseum), while against F. verticillioides they were BAPSOS and I9 (both identified as T. harzianum). Fusarium showed greater resistance to colonization, when compared to Rhizoctonia, by the evaluated Trichoderma species.

LA \uc9TICA Y LO AFIRMATIVO VENEZOLANO
No full textEn este ensayo argumentativo se toma en cuenta el proceder del venezolano a la luz de la \ue9tica, y a partir de ello, se pretende plantear la necesidad de reflexionar acerca de como la \ue9tica puede permitir el rescate de lo afirmativo venezolano, entendiendo esto \ufaltimo, desde la perspectiva del venezolano Augusto Mijares. Para cumplir con esta intenci\uf3n se analizaron dos situaciones que en este estudio se consideran opuestas y que est\ue1n referidas al comportamiento del venezolano: la viveza criolla y lo afirmativo venezolano. Ambas fueron analizadas a la luz del concepto de \ue9tica como reflexi\uf3n individual y colectiva. As\ued mismo, la investigadora, quien es venezolana, se apoya en sus propias vivencias y las de personas ubicadas en su contexto inmediato para exponer desde una hermen\ue9utica natural aquello que ve, contrast\ue1ndolo con lo ya establecido te\uf3ricamente sobre el comportamiento del venezolano. En tal sentido, las reflexiones realizadas permitieron concluir que la heterogeneidad del venezolano lo obliga a mantenerse en una constante lucha entre lo afirmativo y lo negativo. La reflexi\uf3n \ue9tica puede permitirle regresar a lo afirmativo venezolano y abandonar su individualidad. Asimismo, se requiere asumir un verdadero compromiso y amor por el pa\ueds, por quienes conviven en el y por el medio circundante, lo cual va mas all\ue1 del cumplimiento de las leyes venezolanas que regulan el comportamiento ciudadano.

ABSTRACT
In this essay the Venezuelan's behavior is studied under the light of ethics. The intention of this study was focused on raising the need to reflect on how ethics can allow the rescue of the Venezuelan affirmative, understanding this from the perspective
of the Venezuelan Augusto Mijares. To fulfill this purpose, two opposing situations were analyzed regarding the Venezuelan behavior: creole liveliness and affirmative Venezuelan, in the light of the concept of ethics as individual and collective reflection. Both were analyzed according to the concept of ethics as individual and collective reflection. Thus, the researcher, who is Venezuelan, uses her own experiences and those of people located in her immediate context to expose from a natural hermeneutics what she sees, contrasting it with what
is already theoretically established about the behavior of the Venezuelan. In this sense, it was possible to conclude that Venezuelan people heterogeneity makes them to maintain a constant struggle between the affirmative and the negative behavior. The ethical reflection may allow them to return to Venezuelan affirmative and abandon their individuality. Likewise, it is necessary to assume a true commitment of love for the country, for those who live in it and for the surrounding environment, which goes beyond compliance with Venezuelan laws that regulate citizen behavior.

JUAN MESER 3N: LA VIDA DE UN M aSICO ENMARCADA EN LA CRISIS DEL SISTEMA COLONIAL
Get PDFLa Historia de Venezuela est\ue1 plagada de episodios de una cierta polarizaci\uf3n pol\uedtica. La m\ue1s notable de ellas fue precisamente el periodo donde se describe el ocaso del sistema colonial. En este sentido, el presente estudio tiene como prop\uf3sito contextualizar la vida del compositor Juan Meser\uf3n para as\ued tener una aproximaci\uf3n m\ue1s cercana de su biograf\ueda. Para tal prop\uf3sito se utilizan las Fases de la crisis del sistema colonial Venezolano descritas por Germ\ue1n Carrera Damas (1983) c\uf3mo gu\ueda para ubicar los acontecimientos hist\uf3ricos y profundizar en la vida del m\ufasico en estudio. Esto nos ha permitido ver las cualidades de un venezolano, quien, aunque en un principio de aparente diferencia ideol\uf3gica, fue un verdadero constructor de sociedad, siendo el presente documento un aporte a la revisi\uf3n de la conciencia hist\uf3rica de nuestra identidad.

ABSTRACT
The History of Venezuela is plagued by episodes of a certain political polarization. The most notable of these was the period in which the decline of the colonial system was described. For that reason, this study has a purpose to contextualize the life of the composer Juan Meser\uf3n in order to have a closer approximation of his biography. For this intention the Phases of the crisis of the Venezuelan colonial system described by Germ\ue1n Carrera Damas (1983) are used as a guide to locate the historical events and deepen the life of the musician in study. This has allowed us to see the qualities of a Venezuelan, who, although in a principle of apparent ideological difference, was a true builder of society; being, the present document, a contribution to the revision of the historical awareness of our identity.
