    To determine teacher competencies for each subject area so as to approach the inherent attractiveness of the subject, we shared how each subject area is perceived regarding the "inherent attractiveness of the subject" and established a rubric. This facilitates grasping more objectively the achievement status of the goals. Additionally, by comparing and re-examining previous classroom practices, we explicitly indicated teacher competencies with greater validity. By sharing and discussing ideas beyond the framework of each subject area, we aimed to improve the content of each proposal and enhance the specificity of teacher competencies

    1903年〜1918年アメリカにおける公立学校特別学級及び特別学校設置をめぐる議論 : 全米教育協会議事録を手がかりとして

    先行研究では、20世紀初頭にアメリカで公立学校特別学級・特別学校が設置された背景として、教育機会均等論、経済的効率性、社会防衛論といった社会からの要請に加えて、教育関係者が直面した現場の課題および教育を受ける権利論の確立が解明されてきた。しかしながら、教育関係者が国家の義務、換言すればアメリカ「民主主義」の観点から、障害のある子どもの教育に関して行った議論については十分に検討されていない。そこで本稿では、全米教育協会の議事録を手がかりとして、公立学校特別学級・特別学校の設置の論理を「民主主義」の論点から再検討した。その結果、「民主主義」の概念が、公立学校特別学級及び特別学校設置の意義づけとして教育関係者らによって用いられていたことが明らかとなった。公立学校の範囲を障害のある児童にまで拡大することについて、教育関係者では合意が得られていたが、それは障害のある子どもも「自立した社会の一員」として市民育成を行うという近代的教育観に基づいて意義づけられた。なお、各地域における公立特別学級・特別学校の実態解明については今後の課題である。Previous research has found that the reasons behind the establishment of special classes and special schools in public schools in the United States in the early 20th century were social demands such as equal educational opportunity, economic efficiency, and social defense, as well as challenges faced by educators. However, the debates that educators have had regarding the education of children with disabilities from the perspective of the State’s duty, or in other words, American “democracy,” have not been sufficiently examined. Therefore, in this paper, using the proceedings and addresses of the National Education Association as a reference, I reexamined the logic behind the establishment of special classes and schools within public school system from the viewpoint of “democracy.” As a result, it became clear that the concept of “democracy” was used by those involved in education to give meaning to the establishment of special classes and schools in public schools. There was consensus among educators to expand the scope of public schools to include children with disabilities. This consensus was based on the modern view of education that children should be educated to become “self-supporting members of society.” Clarifying the actual situation of public special classes and schools in each region is an issue for future research

    『情史類略』の編纂者、成立年、評点について : 研究の現状とその課題

    This study examines the existing research on the compiler, completion year, and comments in “a collection of narratives in literary language”(wenyan xiaoshuo ji), titled “Qing shi lei lüe,” from the Ming Dynasty. Preliminary research on the compiler focuses mainly on the authorship of the novel’s two prefaces (namely, Long Ziyou of Wu and Jiangnan Zhanzhan Waishi). And based on Feng Menglong’s works included in Qing shi and the use of pen names in Feng Menglong’s other works, to explore whether the compiler is Feng Menglong. Research on the year of establishment mainly narrows down the scope of publication time by examining the works collected in Qing shi. The question of comments summarises the current research direction of investigations of Qing shi. The present analysis of the existing research provides a general understanding of the current research on Qing shi and identifies future research topics

    動物の恋は人を感動させるのか : インド古典美学における〈動物を拠り所とする情趣〉の価値

    Indian classical literature is renowned for its rich portrayal of animal emotions. Poets convey a rasa (aesthetic sentiment) by describing particular emotions of animals to a competent reader (sahrdaya). Two major interpretations exist among the poeticians (ālaṃkārika) regarding the poetic value of this type of rasa founded on animal emotions. Some consider such a rasa genuine, while others consider it spurious (i.e., a rasābhāsa, ‘pseudo-rasa’). The followers of the latter position often hold the view that such a pseudo-rasa conveys an impropriety (anaucitya). This impropriety, as a poetic flaw (doṣa), negatively impacts the aesthetic quality of a poem. However, the poetician Jagannātha (ca. 17th c. CE) maintains that even the spurious manifestation of a rasa may have some poetic merit, if, that is, it serves to convey another rasa, thereby fostering some property of a character of the poetry.
